Since Thursday, March 31,2022 I have been trying to get a new booking to Miami Florida using the voucher I got from Priceline and American stating that my voucher is closed and they cannot open third parties vouchers, American, said Priceline can rebook my new flight. 74. 87.
Every time I called I hear that my case "is escalating and a supervisor will call me and, when I get a call I have to start all over so it seems to me that your employers don't know how to resolve the problem. I got all proof from Priceline that I canceled my flight on January 03,2022.

Hello My name is Sam Zijoudi. I did not receive the refund amount of 91$ regarding Alliance insurance of the car I rented in December 5th, 2021. The reason I cancelled the insurance was that when I arrived to Mex rental car in Mexico to receive the car, they did not accept Alliance insurance which I bought from Priceline. Hello, I am trying to change my flight from Madison - Phoenix that departs on April 9th. The trip # is 52953939345. I was speaking with 3 different agents in the process of getting my flight change in the duration of 3-4 hours.
They are giving me a different ticket price than what's Priceline website and app is showing. The price difference on the flight I wanted to change was over $200 - I even checked on United Airline to make sure Priceline isn't up selling the ticket price.
United website is showing the same price as what Priceline website and App is showing but these 3 agents I spoke to were giving me a price of over $800 something. They said they can't honor the price is shown either of the sites (Priceline/ United) or on the app.

I made a same day hotel reservation with priceline, like I've done many times before. Never had this happen. I show up to the hotel almost 2 hrs after making the reservation. They don't have me in their system. No reservation.

Horrible customer service. Called to ask a question about booking and was reprimanded for taking up their time "while other people use this line to book not ask questions". The man was extremely rude and unwilling to help.
I made airline reservations for March 12, 2022 -March 13, 2022. I realized the same day the dates were wrong and canceled online. I made reservations on March 7 2022 for airline tickets and rental car. I received the refund for rental car, but not the airline tickets.

When trying to book an online flight I had encountered difficulty and reached out to speak with a rep. She was very helpful in booking my international flights to Lisbon.
However, it appeared that in addition to 2 flights booked, the flights that were my initial attempt to book departure were also charged to my card from United (I only utilized Priceline). These two flights are charged and I have spend over 5 hours calling, sending copies of credit card charged and trying to get a refund for these additional and duplicate flights.

Priceline is refusing to refund a flight that was canceled the same day within an hour of making the reservation. Initially they told me to wait 3 business days for the refund to process. After that passed with no refund, they told me to wait 10 business days as it can sometimes take that long to go through.
If it doesn't, they said it'll get escalated. After 10 business days and no refund, I call back and they tell me not to worry, it's in process and I just need to keep waiting. I mention that I was told it would be escalated, so they tell me they'll call me back in 3 hours.

I always choose Priceline and have been happy with the service. This is the first time I’m disappointed in Priceline. Booked a room for family because we were going to visit the museums in Cincinnati. Due to some sort of system outage all the museums are closed. When I booked my room I was told I could cancel at not charge up to the day before.

I bought a two way ticket from NYC to Cebu Philippines and back via Singapore Airlines. The return flight from Cebu to Singapore is missing Priceline cancelled it and I don't know why. Priceline Trip Id 52308582345 this Ramada was one of worst places I ever stayed. With temperatures in th 20s no heat and the front desk offer us a extra blanket. Water was leaking into the bathroom from the walls. They gave us towels to dry it up.
The desk help was to busy with family and friends at the indoor part of the pool to be bothered. And no working smoke detector in room.

This is regarding a refund that has to be issued by priceline to me. I am not given any refund yet, they are forcing me to book through them on the call (not even website). I see many cheaper options on the website but they are saying they cant see those options and forcing me to buy flight worth $400 through the call whereas I am seeing cheaper options of $100 on the website.
Worst of all, I had to wait on a call for around 1 hour 30 minutes and ended up hanging up without any information.

I had booked a vacation package to New Orleans Louisiana 9/4-9/9/2021. Hurricaine IDA hit New Orleans and trip was cancelled. I booked a hotel reservation just a couple of days ago. I was told that I can't change the reservation nor can I get a match on price. The price went down to over $30 per night. Don't think this is fair, especially to a VIP member who has been a customer for decades.

I actually have 2 issues concerning rental cars on the same trip. First, I had a reservation placed through Priceline with Routes Car Rental in Denver. When we arrived there was no shuttle available to take us to the agency offices to pick up the car we reserved. I called, no answer, we waited for over an hour in 8 degree temperatures and asked where we could find them. Finally I re-reserved with a different agency, my second issue. Routes charged me the $55 rental fee even though they were not available to pick up up and were not able to answer the phone. I was told the policy was no refunds. Upon our arrival we found LaQuinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Kansas City North (2214 Taney St. Kansas City, MO 64116) unsafe and disgusting. After talking with the front desk they agreed to move us to another room that didn't have a very leaking tub faucet and cleaner room with out holes in bathroom door and more. I booked a travel pkg with flt, hotel and car rental for an upcoming funeral. I was notified 3 days later the airline had changed my flt sched. I began trying to contact PL to request further options as my dates were not flexible for a funeral in a small, remote, NY town.
I was told they would "follow-up with airline and get back" repeatedly. Fast forward 1 month, ( 1 wk from funeral) still no response and fewer and fewer flight alternatives available. I booked non stop flIght from Fort Lauderdale to Newark on Priceline paying $800 for round trip. My flight was changed by United to stop in Chicago and flight to Newark the next morning. I had to book a new one way flight to Newark to avoid staying in Chicago overnight at the last minute and had to spend an additional $1000 for my husband and I to fly home. NOT using Priceline.
I have booked Air and car rental from IAH airport and selected as package in express deal. My expecation was that Priceline software would be smart enough to see that arrival airport is IAH so that car rental would be from the same location by default.
Instead my car was booked from Houston Hobby airport while I was stranded on the IAH airport. Customer serivce was pathetic and did not help me at all. All they said that my booking was non-cancelable and non-refundable and I could not exchange it either.
