The worst costumer service I every experienced. Priceline changed are room and didn't let me know. 4 person room and we had 6 people. The said they were only able to give us 20% off. Had to get another room.

Priceline has a Best Price Guarantee , they say they guarantee the lowest price or they will refund you 100% back. I found my hotel on Snap Travel for a lower price but they refuse to refund the money. Priceline said they could not access and it was not published for the public to see. That is not true.

I even told them I would email or text them the page showing it is cheaper but they would not let me. I have used Priceline for many years and I am very disappointed in there action on this issue.

Needless to say they do not stand behind there policy of " Best Price Guarantee "

They advertise lowest price guarantee. 97 to extend room stay 1 night 2/18/22 to 2/19/22. The next morning on the 18th of Feb I went to front desk to inform them I was extending my stay. 25 total. Priceline refused to refund the difference.

If I can get that much better a rate directly at front desk there is NO PURPOSE in using priceline again.

Staff was very unprofessional and rude. Refused to give us a copy of the receipt at the end of our stay and was very ignorant to us for asking for it. We were threatened they would charge us more and even came outside after to continue putting us down saying we were nobody.

I tried to book a hotel room on Priceline and I was told that the transaction could not be processed. Two weeks later I noticed a charge on my account by Priceline. I never received an email notifying me that I was being charged last information I was told was that the transaction cannot be processed.

This company is fraudulent and they are stealing money from people. I talked to five different superiors and not one of them offered take a look at the problems with their transactions land they Blame the consumer. This company is pathetic

On Feb 4, 2022 we tried to cancel these plane tickets and a hotel ticket through your web site. This was tried several times. Then we tried canceling through the airline its self. Their web site just sent us back to your web site.

Quality In Roseburg Oregon confirmation # 462875006 Long story short, I complained about the room being unacceptable, was dirty towels were dirty food had mold, etc. I expressed in a very kind manner I felt the room was unacceptable. Katie the daytime women in charge said ok we could move you to be room I said that be fine.

I booked a rental car for 2 weeks from Fort Lauderdale Airport in Florida from Priceline/Hertz with the Priceline Trip Number 495-264-493-44 and confirmation number as K0044214496. The dates were from Friday January 14/22 to Friday January 28/22.

I picked up my rented vehicle from Hertz on January 14, 2022 at 4:32 pm, and drove to my condo in Hallandale in 15 minutes. I booked a round trip flight from Killeen Tx to Bwi the end of August 2021. In November 2021 American Airlines cancelled my flight and booked me on another flight that was very inconvenient times for me. On November 18 American Airlines notified Priceline of the changes.

Priceline never notified me of the change. I found out about the change hours before the flight. My flight was January 13-19. I am very disappointed in Priceline. I have booked with Priceline for years. I would like some type of compensation.

I will definitely think twice before booking with Priceline again.

This is far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a travel agency. 99 took over 2 hours to rebook. By the time the flights were to be confirmed, the agent said that fare amount was by longer available and that the fare that United Airlines and I were currently showing was no longer available and I had to pay additional money!

As a member of Emory Law Community, I will be sure to tell my colleagues, class and friends to never use this site again. I am deleting the app today and request per the CPFB to remove all my card info from their system and purge me completely out per and records attached to my phone 470-528-1119 and all my financial information!

Going through a third party has proven to not be worth any savings. There should be a policy in place for instances of travel dates or ability to travel that allows for refunds and or credit, especially with Covid being a part of our lives now.

$200 lost for absolutely nothing. This is just bad business and essentially stealing money.

horrible experience with this company. terrible customer service. I had a credit of over 600 dollars, I wanted to use it to book another flight, they gave me hard time to use that credit, have been calling them since 2-3 days multiple times, no one is able to help me use that credit, when it comes to taking your money, they will take it right away, but

when its your turn to get services, they deliberately harrass you and always want a reason not to pay back or provide services. I just have to lose over 600 dollars just because of their very poor customer service. I will never use this company in future for any business and I will tell as many people as possible to stay away from them as well.

i booked a flight and car rental as I often do with priceline . I booked it to Orlando Fla . As i understood the terms me i'm not a lawyer i had 24 hours to cancel the trip. i booked it yesterday afternoon and when looking over the car rental company priceline promotes i read nothing but terrible reviews and scam claims about the Economy car rental company.

After completing the rental i have been trying to cancel the one from Economy all morning long.

Finally getting in touch with the rental company got the persons name and title and he told me that priceline handles the refund. Now after another hour getting back in touch with priceline I am told that they can't do anything about it i am just getting screwed out of hundred dollars .

It wont let me put no stars so I had to put one. Clearly no one at Priceline cares about customer service because even the agents are rude. I purchased what apparently was 2 one way tickets. I had to change it and Priceline let me change it on their site and charged me a fee. The event I had to change it for was cancelled b/c of Covid so I went on Pricelines site and changed it back, for a fee, it was not free.

Now they are saying I could not change the ticket and I dont get a refund for the fee. They should not have let me change the ticket on THEIR site if I couldn't change it.

I guess keeping my $56 is more important than keeping a customer. I was willing to take a credit I didnt even want the money back

99 for a United airlines flight from Pittsburgh to Columbia Missouri. Request number 437-1200344. United airlines canceled my flight confirmation # a0dhe2. 59. Customer service for priceline says they do not refund taxes and fees. So in the future the safe thing to do is book directly with the airline and not Priceline.

On December 8,2021 I made a reservation through Priceline for a room on December 31,2021 through January 2,2022 for a football game as well as to celebrate the the New Year. Priceline selected the hotel for me which was Baymont by Wyndham Marrero.

Address 6589 Westbank Expressway, Marrero Louisiana 70072, United States. When I made it to the address that was listed for my trip we found out that the whole hotel was CLOSED DOWN. The hotel had a fence around the entire property.

I did take pictures of this as well. I had received no notification of this and also I came to find out that this ENTIRE HOTEL had been closed down when I asked some people walking by. Priceline toke advantage of me after I booked a room on there app for $90 and arrived at hotel and they had no rooms availability of rooms. I found another room for $58 they booked the room but did not advertise me that I would not get the room for $58 Instead of charging me for the original room price instead of refunding the difference.

The agent immediately offered to relocate not explaining that I wold not get the room for $58 but left with the $90 charge from overbooked hotel. I would appreciate a refund for the room price difference.

I use priceline for all my travel. I have never had to ever change a reservation. I have a trip booked on January 5th renting a car from Burbank and now need to change the dates due to covid in London. The guests that were coming on the 5th cant get out of London until the 13th. I needed to change my reservation form the 5th to the 14th, and extend the number of days I needed the car to the 30th of January. I went through two foreign agents to try and change, and they refused. If I get stuck with a $400.00 bill for a car I cant use I will never use priceline for anything in the future. I explained this to the agents and they refused the help. Hopefully someone can assist me.

I do not normally rent a motel for the night so I went through Priceline professional services to assist me in my 1 night stay. When I asked if there were any specific charges that I need to know about besides the charge you were telling me, I was told no.

When I received my email confirmation from Priceline it stated that there could be additional fees such as parking, phone calls etc but no where in the information was there anything about an additional deposit. I arrive at the motel to check in my infant and my wife I was told that there WAS an additional fee of $50. 00.

I trusted Priceline as a professional booking company and when rhe error was made on the end of Priceline I am told that there is nothing that can be done.

I paid almost $1000 to rent a car for 11 days throughpriceline. I had made the reservation 3 months prior. I checked the priceline website to see how much to rent a car for the same date and time frame and it is $400 cheaper.

Booked a two night stay in Hurst Texas. Needed to cancel 1 night because we were getting my brother in laws ashes a day early. They made me cancel both nights even though we were staying the first night. I did not cancel online I called them and he said we would get a refund for both nights.

We then booked our room thru the motel in Hurst Texas. We only got a refund for the first night so I was lied to by priceline. If we had know we weren't getting the refund on the second night we would have stayed both nights.

Our first and last time of booking with priceline. I lost my temper the 3rd time I called to get the refund we were owed. We were lied to and cheated

We booked a hotel room did not stay because the room was terrible not at all like the pictures on the website. We asked at the desk for our money back as they took the money out prior to our arrival.

the sheets had holes in them, the thermostat was broken and the toilet seat was not on the toilet, the smoke alarm was broken. we were offered a 20% voucher and not our money back.

I bought a hotel room through Priceline at the Hawthorne Suites in Manchester MA. Upon checkin in the hotel was closed. Nobody was at the check in desk and there was a sign with a phone number to call. Nobody answered the phone for more than one hour.

I called priceline to cancel the reservation and I was told that, given the situation I would get a refund. Today Priceline wrote an email saying that the hotel does not agree to refund the amount paid and that therefore they will not refund me anything.

At this point I think that Priceline should take responsibility for selling a service that cannot be used. It’s like selling a car that cannot be driven… What’s the use of it??? Therefore: do not trust Priceline and do not book hotels or cars through that website. It’s very unreliable!!!

Received a flight credit during pandemic but Priceline overinflates prices by more than $1000 making credit useless. As you can book a flight elsewhere much cheaper. Customer service was no help at all. Round trip to Memphis from NJ $338.

My itinerary began on November 14th, on flight 1511 operated by BA and co-chaired with American Airlines, departing JFK bound for Manchester, England. I transferred at Heathrow airport, November 15th.

I was duped into booking a "Non refundable" hotel stay that was supposed to have 2 double beds. After agreeing to take the lowest price available, I saw that what was booked was only a single bed room. I called the hotel to cancel immediately and didn't stay there.

I was charged the full amount anyway on my credit card and was offered NO remedy. This company did a classic bait and switch. They are a COMPLETE RIP OFF and I will never use this or any other company like them again.

I will continue to give them as much bad press as I can and have filed a complaint with the BBB.
