My itinerary began on November 14th, on flight 1511 operated by BA and co-chaired with American Airlines, departing JFK bound for Manchester, England. I transferred at Heathrow airport, November 15th.
Unbeknownst to me, Priceline had mistakenly double booked the second leg of that journey to England, which I would only slowly learn when I attempted to check in for my departing flight home, AA107 on November 24th.
After unsuccessfully attempting to check in for my flight home, I reached out directly to BA to sort it out.
