I have never been so frustrated and upset with your customer service department In all my life. After my last conversation I had I was shaking so bad when I hung up. I tried to explain the mix up on a cancellation made for 11/16/2021 changing the dates leaving 11/21/2021 due to a death in the family.

The original cost for 2 tickets were $604. She explain the new tickets were $810 for 2 tickets. I’m a senior citizen and I feel she did not make it clear to me it was an additional $810 for a total of $1400.

I would have never agreed to pay double for changing the dates. Every representative I’ve spoken to has been a foreigner and very hard to understand their English on the phone. There is a language barrier and is very frustration not understanding what they are saying.

My son who is 18 years old, and an AF ROTC cadet, booked a room at a Ramada hotel via Priceline. He did this because he is undergoing ROTC indoctrination at Clemson University, is worn out, and his girlfriend had tickets to a concert they wanted to attend.

I asked them to please get a hotel room, not knowing Georgia has a 21 year age restriction. Upon arrival, my son was refused a room. So they continued back to Clemson university - in which their safety was compromised.

My son understands the law, and expected some sort of refund, minus penalty. The Ramada in Alpharetta GA stated that they were going to get someone 21 to check them in. That is not only impossible, that is a misstatement.

This is unacceptable treatment of a young person trying to do the right thing.

I was going on a conference trip to Africa and started to feel sick and have pains after getting off my first flight hours before getting on my next one. I called to switch my ticket to another flight the next day which was available but the only customer service I was able to reach was these foreign Indian people with fake American names (Steve and

Leah) that do not understand anything and refused to listen to what issue was but instead sent me to different areas and after being on the phone for 5 hours they refused to get me a ticket due to it being past the time. Do not use them I use to be a big fan since college but never had such terrible customer service and lack of comprehension.

I booked a trip to Dallas October 11 for a hotel, car, and flight!! The trip was November 5-8 I booked a car through dollar and paid full coverage!! I got to airport in Dallas and went to get car and was charged full insurance again!!

I purchased a package from Priceline for 4 people on one reservation and 1 person on another reservation. 00 for all 5 of us. We arrived at the airport at approximately 445 am on Saturday November 6th. We stood in line for over an hour to check a bag in.

When it was our turn United refused to check the bag stating it was too late but that was their fault as they didn't have enough people working. We ran and repacked the bags , going to the car and racing up to the gate.

Arrived at the gate at 550 am and we're refused to get on the plane. I repurchased 5 tickets through jet blue to get us to our destination. Now I'm sitting at the airport trying to get home and my flight was supposed to leave at 10 am.

Priceline service has really gone downhill. It's not worth the discounts when you get representatives that don't value customer care and have trouble with the English language. The customer service is HORRIBLE!!!!. We recently used the price to purchase tickets to Newark for my Father inlaws funeral.

5 hours to get to Atlanta. Price said we get no refund and that was it no offer to help find a flight home for the same price nothing. We will give you credit is what I was told well we don't need a credit we will never fly Amerian Airlines or use Priceline anymore.

5 hours online to try to fix my email address. I obtained a new job and can no longer get emails to my old work address, I cannot get my priceline travel updates because I cannot go into my old address.

I tried to push a text to change my email address via priceline and it will not send me the text? I tried over 20 times to text myself the link via the priceline website and it would not send me the text.

If I could give a negative I would because I've used them for a while it was great until last night I had the worst experience the hotel I stayed at Winchester Kentucky to Baymont Inn and suites it was horrible the room smelled funny the hallways were dirty it wouldn't let a guy take his bicycle and his room so it wouldn't get stolen the third shift guy was asleep in the back pretty much the whole entire night I had to ring the buzzer just to get him to ask about extending my check out till later and

that was a big deal no breakfast they give you a brown bag with potato chips a granola bar crackers and a hot juice but every place else is serving breakfast I wanted to refund and they will not give me one and I am not going to stop until I get it.

Bait and switch tactics, then rip you off! They offer a deal for 1 of 3 motels. 2 are close, the 3rd is 90 miles rt from the selected city. Guess which one they give you? A complete setup,or more like a trap. They don't tell you its an hour away. I would never go through priceline again. Trying to get a live agent to help takes hours. I had to cancel a trip. I have a flight voucher and I can't rebook on line because no where does it offer that option. I have to chat on line with a robot for 15 minutes until I get a live person. We do that dance for about a half hour only to have the agent cut the conversation off before asking if I was needed anything else. Now I am told I have to call the flight agents. I'll need to take an afternoon off from work to deal with that. I guarantee you I'll get the same run around from them, too.

Priceline books fast, but if you have to change ANYTHING, good luck. Customer service is awful.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience for this trip. I've used Priceline for years (for some reason I can't access my original Priceline account and had to recreate a new VIP account. But I didn't receive the deal prices offered for either booking nor the offered discounts (first was up to 50% plus %15 coupon for hotel after booking flight The flight deal which was supposed to be ,$216 was replaced with a different more expensive deal. com, recalled, etc.

Plus my account was blocked with Rakutan but magically wasn't when I was on app website, ) on the 10 plus phone calls I also want my Best Price Guarantee (I was never given the opportunity to claim the day of because I thought I had but the lowest price for my flight 10/08/2021 was $216 on your site.

Great deals as long as you need to make no changes. I paid extra for the Travel Insurance. Needed to make a change in departure time. PL website said I had no flight. Had to make an account. Still no flight linked. Called.

" Spent 37 minutes on "chat" only to finally to get a message to call the number that did bot connect to a person. Waited an hour for a call back.

Finally old Alaskan Air doesn't allow flight change and to call travel insurance. Told that was only if I got sick or the flight was cancelled. Later received call back from PL supervisor. Not even an apology for my lost time and unable to even refund the useless insurance they advertise.

All in all, I lost 3 hours trying to make a simple change and no resolution.

I have attempted to speak with someone for assistance since my initial purchase flight itinerary. The booking was very deceptive in coordinating 2 connecting flights, with extended layover periods when there were available more direct flights. It is very disappointing that although I paid the extra advertised on your site for the trip insurance and the trip insurance team advised me that unless I come down with COVID or a family member does, I am pretty much out of luck.

I need to change my flight itinerary so that I am not unnecessarily exposed to COVID. I paid for a hotel room in Miami, upon arrival, my room was canceled because Priceline’s card declined. I did not have a room and had to pay AGAIN for a hotel room that was already paid for on my end.

I had to call several times just for them to issue a refund and the reps were saying they can only issue partly. I paid in full so I want a full refund. Priceline was my go to for hotels but I probably will not use them again.

I have a credit from Priceline for $626 that Hass to be used by February 22 of 2022. When I called to try to book another airline flight nobody can find my credit. I have the email where I canceled the first flight I have the email where I’m supposed to call to rebook it and I also have several recorded telephone conversations that I told the person I was recording before the conversation started.

Some of these I was on the car with them for over a half hour and then they hang up on me. I am getting ready to submit this information to four of the local news cast here in Indiana I am also going to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and I am going to file a claim in small claims court.

I booked a hotel room through Priceline for August 20th, 2021 (itinerary #426-277-452-76 and #426-278-362-77). When I arrived at 11pm to check in, I was told there was no room. A little tough at 11pm with a sobbing 2 year old and us, exhausted parents. I called Priceline to book a different place, which was too pricey, but what could I do?

The manager told me he had put a murphy bed in a conference room. I went to cancel the other reservation and saw on my app that it hadn't gone through. Once squared away in the conference room, I got a notice that the other reservation had indeed gone through and it was non-refundable. Now I've been charged for both rooms! One room I canceled within a half hour and the other room didn't even have a bathroom!

We made reservation for 2 nights in Ithaca wanted pool which site said they had. Called hotel to confirm no pool. We canceled but received no money back, called said we could only get one night back but got nothing.

Biggest ripoff I have ever. Had to find hotel at last minute to not disappoint my grand son. Out $248 and a lot of aggravation. I will make sure I tell everyone I know not to us Priceline.

This hotel is listed as having a pool. Its my handicapped daughters b day. She wanted to swim. 1. Lobby locked had to register in unairconditioned hall took 20 min. 2. No access to swimming pool. 3. Room airconditioner dosent work well.

Purchased a deal for round trip airline ticket from Colorado Springs Colorado to Boise Idaho for the weekend of September 10-12. Due to unforeseen circumstances I was not able to use the first part of the ticket so Delta cancelled the entire flight even when I asked them not to cancel the return flight.

Delta told me that for a refund I would have to talk to Priceline. Priceline told me that because the Airline cancelled the flight I would have to talk to the airline. I was told that twice. Neither company wants to help me get a refund.

So I’m out a big amount of money. I will never use Priceline again and I will let all my traveling friends know what they did to me

I have been trying to reach Priceline about a credit card issue.

First they gave a credit card to our hotel that was no good. The rate they set for the guest and the amount they pre authorized the card for didn't match. Then I have emailed and called and have gotten no response. We need payment ASAP.

You call and you cannot speak to a person it is all automated. I need a valid credit card for this payment and I need to speak to a live person!!

I am a military veteran. I tried to make a reservation last night on the Military Exchange Marketplace with Armed Forces Travel (powered by priceline). The room rate was $128. I tried unsuccessfully 4 times to get the transaction to go through.

In the morning, I tried again. Miraculously, the room rate had increased to $134, and the transaction went through. I called customer service to seek resolution. I was basically told to accept the higher payment or cancel my reservation. This may very well be my last time using their services.

NEVER use Priceline! They will streal your money! Booked a rental and paid early for discount. Attempted to cancel the reservation over 24 hours before pickup. Priceline refused to cancel as they claimed there was clear evidence of a no cancellation policy.

Pricelines business transaction policy needs to be revised to protect consumers as i didnt see any contract. Pricelines process is a bait and switch on why they offer discount and then there is a "contract" section which ive never seen that says your now entering a no cancel transaction.

Priceline should begin the transaction by CLEARLY stating this is no cancellation and the reason why the discount versus the discount is for an upfront payment prior to pickup.

I cancelled a trip for next month because of my concern that I might carry the Delta variant to the people I wanted to visit and/or bring it back to my grandchildren. When I first made my reservations in early July, the Delta variant had not taken off, and it appeared to be safe to travel.

The airline graciously gave a voucher for later travel. But I had foolishly made a rental car reservation through Priceline instead of directly with a rental car company. Imagine my shock and utter incredulity to learn that I would not receive a penny refund NOR a voucher for any amount whatsoever for future travel--as per policy.

I was pre-charged over $50 extra in taxes and fees that Priceline estimated as opposed to the actual taxes and fees charged by the rental company. My call to Priceline resulted in learning, "your charge card shows the price we quoted you based on our estimate THEREFORE there is no mistake."

There has NEVER BEFORE been such a disparity between Priceline quote for rental car, hotel, or air. The agent explained that hotels sometimes ATTEMPT to charge extra for taxes and fees, Priceline prevents this. However, when the opposite happens and Priceline charges MORE than actual taxes and fees, they do not honor the mistake.

I will never use Priceline again and hope anyone who reads this does the same.

If I could rate my experience at 0, I totally would. We booked a room in a hotel that was supposedly in Kearny, Nebraska. It was an express deal and it didn't give me an address until it was booked.

They booked us a room in Brush, Colorado. Which is six hours away as we had already left Colorado. They refunded us the money except for that now we have no money for a different hotel because apparently it will not be there for a few days. We live in Minnesota.

It is a very long drive and they won't even help us out by putting us in a different hotel even though it is their fault for having the hotel set in a city it wasn't even in. We will never use them ever again, as they obviously freaking don't know how to help out someone who has no money for another hotel room.
