I have never been so frustrated and upset with your customer service department In all my life. After my last conversation I had I was shaking so bad when I hung up. I tried to explain the mix up on a cancellation made for 11/16/2021 changing the dates leaving 11/21/2021 due to a death in the family.
The original cost for 2 tickets were $604. She explain the new tickets were $810 for 2 tickets. I’m a senior citizen and I feel she did not make it clear to me it was an additional $810 for a total of $1400.
I would have never agreed to pay double for changing the dates. Every representative I’ve spoken to has been a foreigner and very hard to understand their English on the phone. There is a language barrier and is very frustration not understanding what they are saying.
