I realize that these are perilous times, but I would have expected better of Priceline. I made a reservation for an auto rental in Idaho Falls, Idaho from Sept. 9-14, 2021 (Trip # 420--894-112-77). Since that time, the COVID-19 infection rate in that area has exploded and vaccination rates are the lowest in the Nation.

My wife and I are elderly and simply cannot risk traveling there. Though the reservation is non-cancellable, I certainly would have expected Priceline to make exceptions based on obvious needs of loyal customers. Unless something can be done about this, I shall certainly never deal with Priceline in the future. Theodore Reinbold

I ordered and paid additional money for a nonsmoking room for my son. Upon arrival he was given a smoking room and told non-smoking would be additional $21. I sent him back down to inform the desk we had already paid extra and they indicated we had paid extra for a late in the day reservation.

I spoke with Elvie in customer service at Priceline who said their contract was for a smoking room. I informed her this was a bait and switch or there was a problem with their website. I had paid an additional $14 for a non-smoking room.

Priceline's Express Deal for the Juniper Hotel in Cupertino showed as 87. night. When I booked it, it charged my card for over 500 at the full rate. The Express deal still shows at the lower price. I tried repeatedly to book this yesterday and got the "deal is not available" message.

This is a classic bait and swtich and a legal violation. I will file complaints with the BBB and all federal agencies for false advetisemen if the charges are not removed. Your agent swears up and down that the booking cannot be changed.

I am attaching a copy of the screen shot I see on my end. The trip number is 419609070. Needless to say I will not believe the false advertising claims of Priceline in the future.

I called Priceline regarding a reservation formy son for a pet-friendly hotel in Eugene, Oregon. I was told that the hotel I was calling about, that was posted as available on Pricelint.Com, was already booked. However, the agent I spoke to said she would find me another hotel, which she did. However the hotel she booked for me was $10 @ night more expensive. I reserved a room for my son at the Guestouse Inn and Suites forAugust 10th-18th. I decided to purchase an Express Deal while in Columbus, Ohio. It was for the current day (it was around 6pm). I clicked on a 3 star hotel with more than 8 star review for $63. 5 star hotel with me than 6 star reviews.

I immediately called the 1-800 number and was told that Express Deals are non-refundable. I again explained that I did nothing wrong, I was given a room that did not meet the criteria that I picked. Again, I was told there's nothing they can do, the computer assigns the hotel, and is non-refundable.

I then asked for a supervisor. She got on the phone, and told me the exact same thing. Plus she did that Express deals don't have a minimum star rating. That you're taking a gamble and you get whatever the computer gives you.

I had a trip planned and paid for, rental car included. I bought the insurance for the trip and read through the details. My trip was for military business. I payed with my own money to save time " big mistake".

I called to cancel my trip because my unit was no longer traveling there due to Covid restrictions set by the base. I explained that to both the flight customer care and the ground "rental car" customer care. The flight customer care gave me a credit towards another flight and that was sufficient.

The other rental car customer care told me I had to be sick with covid for any kind of refund. That is absolutely ridiculous. It was due to Covid I had to cancel. I will be contacting the BBB and my command.

My mom and sister booked rooms and car rentals through priceline and they completely scammed them! Paid for a room with 2 queen beds and hotel says its only booked for 1 queen bed at the same price at 2.

Told them they couldn't rent the cars but charged them to get their money back and now won't refund them for the rooms! They also charged my sister for an extra day at the hotel that she did not request.

This company is a scam and should be shut down. The customer service is a joke!

In june i made reservations to a hotel through priceline. I was traveling with my 7yr old, and 83 yr old grandmother from Sacramento to Bakersfield California. I was going to meet my realtor as our property is in escrow.

On the way to the hotel we were side twiped by a diesel truck. I called as soon as i could. The hotel manager was extremely rude, and the price agent promised to assist me. They promise call back follow up days and times that never took place.

After calling priceline repeatedly I was told they were not issuing a refund. I asked to speak to management and was told there was no need priceline was firm on their decision. This was june 20,2021. Im soo grateful that we walked away from this major accident.

Booking was easy. I thought I was getting a deal. To find out they charged me more than what the hotel final price was for a 9 day stay. My total with Priceline was 744. 00 from the hotel I booked through Priceline.

When i contacted customer service they stated that the extra fees are pricline profits. 50. Plus there profits , there taxes and fees. They said there will be nothing that they will do.

I booked a flight only six hours ago. But when I tried to cancel it for free online it didn’t work several times. The same issue happened already with my last booking a few weeks ago so that’s not a coincidence anymore!

instead of an easy 24 hours online cancellation as promoted everywhere an window pops up saying that your flight couldn’t be canceled and you have to call the hotline were they will keep you waiting for 20 minutes, stress you out and put you in fear if you are even eligible to cancel for free despite their policy!

I booked a mobile price for a room and it wouldn't go through tried several hours one evening at 10pm just figured it had been booked. Tried again next morning same thing same cheaper price. Called customer service 3 times 1 of which in the middle of explaining got hung up on.

Last call spoke to a supervisor who also said he tried on mobile and got same price and he didn't know why. But he couldn't match the price or provide any type of help. Will never use priceline again.

I booked multi city air tickets on Priceline. My travel plan changed so I used its cancellation form on my smart phone to cancel the 2nd flight but was shocked to get an email from Priceline after 5 minutes confirming cancellation of wrong flight, my origination flight.

Trying re-book my flight as I have credit with Priceline for my previous booking, I tried calling 877-477-5807 for re-booking the ticket, people transfer the call to supervisor, but they never respond or give a call back. I tried calling back 7 times, same thing happens again and again. They hold $900 of previous book amount and they never refunded me back. If Priceline can’t manage the re-book or re-booking with specific airlines, why they are selling the tickets for those airlines in there websites?

I have spoken to four representive. One even took my credit card number and booked me for a flight I didn't ask for. It takes at least 1 hour to speak to someone and so far no one is knowledgeable to rebook a simple flight. My expereicne with Priceline is extremly diappointing. I would just like to have my money refurnish or credited to a flight that I want.

I'm still puzzled how come this is so this difficult for a a company that claims to be traveling experts?

I called customer service multiple times and never received any help to resolve my issues with getting a refund. I asked to speak to a manager and they refused to let me talk to anyone. They stated I had to leave my information and get a callback.

it has been a week and I still have not received a callback. I called before leaving the hotel to see what my options were and I was advised to just check out early and then give them a callback and they would do all that was needed to receive my refund.

But after checking out I was told it was up to the hotel if I would receive a refund at all. It has been over 2 weeks and I am basically being ignored by all involved (Priceline and double tree hotel).

I booked 14 tickets to Jamaica I submitted the correct information. When the first email of confirmation arrived the information was correct. Days later I check and the date of birth for some passengers changed. I contacted Sheldon my agent, he requested that I send a copy of the passport for each passenger along with a written request which I did.

We also, reviewed the information and I’m still having issues resolving this issue. I’ve spoken to several agents regarding this issue and it seems like I’m getting the right around. The last agent I spoke too hung disconnected the phone on me.

Epress deal to Hawethorne Suites which is not a hotel anymore so was turned away which was my last bit of money i had booking the room and buying groceries for 2 day stay. no place to sleep with 8 year old son had to stay in shelter lobby untill a friend came to help.

I booked flights on Priceline and I always rent my rear from Budget so when I saw Priceline asked if I wanted to bundle a car from Budget I thought it would be a good deal. Normally 2 months in advance is plenty of time to get great deals.

Then I notice it wasn’t the best deal almost $300 difference not a little amount for a 5 day rental. Very unsatisfied with your service. Not a happy customer

So I’ve been calling Priceline for days & they giving me the automatic “do you want us to call you back” message and i keep saying yes! But when i receive a call back the other person cuts out & i keep saying “hello i can’t hear you, can you call me back” but nothing i stay on the line until they decide to hang up!

Paid for and booked a trip to England, was supposed to leave SFO June 21,2021 Aer Lingus #60 @5:40pm. There was no such flight, even though when I called it said exactly what I stated above. Then come the phone calls you have to wait 5 hours to get a call back just to get disconnected from the call after hearing roosters in the background as if their in their backyard. Booked Car Reservation with Priceline on 6/27. Car was supposed to be reserved with Hertz at BNA International Airport to be picked up at 2;30. I arrived at the Hertz counter at 2:00 gave name and Id. was told by the Hertz representative that I was on the DNR list with Hertz, Avis and Thrifty.

I then contacted Priceline with the hopes I could switch the funds to another car company. When I entered my phone number the greeting said they were sorry they were not able to process a rental using the credit card I provided, however the funds had been deducting from my credit card.

I have had several problems with priceline. 1st: I had to pay the hotel a extra 1000$ because priceline didn't pay the hotel. 2nd: had a sleep in a airport because the connection flight was canceled with notifying me. 3rd: I arrive to pick up my rental car but I. Am refused it.

4th: you are trying to charge me more money for your "partners" canceling flights and the rental car. All you have done is STEAL from my family. And I have documented everything all im asking for is my refund but apparently that is beyond the human reason.

Booked last minute through Priceline which I will never use again. It was non refundable which at the last minute I understand that.

However when we got up in the morning the shower had no water it would not turn on at all. We were in a hurry so we just left. which they never even checked. I wasn't looking for a refund until I got the runaround.

Priceline pointed their finger at the hotel and the hotel said when I used Priceline it was not refundable. Buyer beware. I paid $135 for a bed for the night. Very sad.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had I made 3 round trip airline tickets with Spirit air. I had 24 hours to cancel without cancellation fee and I even paid $17 per ticket for Insurance if we had to cancel.

Email said I had until 1:30 pm the next day. I called at 12:50 pm to cancel. I was on hold forever then canceled around 1:05 , 25 minutes left. The guy told me I was late because they worked on Eastern time I was calling pacific time.

No where in any of the paperwork did it mention “time zone”. I asked for a supervisor to file a complaint. He put me on hold for over 30 minutes which made it extra frustrating but due to my waiting on hold he was probably trying to prove I called after 1:30.

I booked a room through priceline and they booked me in Lafayette LA, not Lafayette GA, which I have booked in Lafayette GA before. I found out within literally 5 minutes of the booking and called the hotel and priceline.

The hotel told me I had to go through the online booking company to cancel. When I called priceline they stated they had to get the ok to cancel from the hotel. I called the hotel the next morning and they said they couldn't even find my reservation.

Before I made my rental car reservation I specifically look for 12 passenger van due to my disable daughter needs to have a wheelchair. After I booked and paid in full I called the vendor and found out all they have a 15 passenger van, which won’t have room for her wheelchair and luggages.

Therefore; I called Priceline after I hung up with Alamo and explain the situation and no one can’t help. And I understand it’s nonrefundable policy if that’s my fault, but this is Priceline has a fraud advertise which is not right.

I reserved a hotel for June 4th. Upon arrival, we were informed that the hotel we booked canceled all reservations due to plumbing without having the decency to provide us a courtesy call ahead of arrival. After numerous calls and texts I was told on June 8th that a refund would be processed.

I should also mention that I purchased travel insurance through Priceline. I am on the phone yet AGAIN with them as we speak, as week later June 15th and getting the same run around after being told via text that a refund would be made.

These people are scammers, do not use Priceline to make your trips this year, be aware of your hard earned money being ripped off!

I had to cancel a hotel reservation due to severe medical emergency. The hotel cancelled my reservation and gave me a confirmation number. Priceline still charged me $400 for the room. Every attempt I've made to contact them to issue a refund to my CC is unsuccessful.

Even when they call you back there is no one there. Calls to any toll-free number results in no human contact or an ability to use an alternate phone.

Priceline literally lost my airline reservation. My return flight was completely canceled. When I found out about this I tried to call to fix this very serious issue. " Jake, the "ground representative" stated he would not hang up as he would keep me on the line to repair this urgent problem.

I have been trying to reach someone now for 4 hours, each time Priceline says they will call back. The hours keep extending. I call back after the said 30 minute wait one time and two hours wait the second time, speaking with a ground representative who transfers me, to now wait for 3 hours.

I called Priceline to book a hotel in Pensacola Fla. I thought I would pay when I got to the hotel. The man stated he would put me in for the free cancellation price witch was higher than the price he quoted me just to hold the room.

Then I could just call back and get the price of the cheaper price that I was given. That was a joke on me . They will do any thing just to get you to book thought them even including lying
