I want my money back, at the very least. This hotel is dirty - there are stains all over the floor and walls. There is a hole in our bathroom ceiling/m. The entire floor reeks of marijuana and I am traveling with my CHILDREN!!!

The smoke is seeping into the hallways and into our room. I want to be contacted immediately.

Negative number is what they deserve. I have used Priceline for my hotel purchases. The website indicates low price guarantee. This is a false advertising and I would like to file a class action lawsuit. If you are an attorney let’s go for it.

Priceline has contracted a rental car company by the name of Green Motion on their website to offer competitive rental car prices. On May 20th, I rented a vehicle from the company using your website. Their prices were difficult to beat. My family and I were heading on vacation, and we were met with car trouble the day before which prompted the last minute rental car service. We stayed at Country Inn & Suites by Radisson on River Place Monona WI. Priceline Itinerary number 396-834-663-45. Our stay was for 6/6/21 to 6/7/21. We were give a room (110) which looked fine from the start but when I pulled down the sheets there were two feces marks on the bottom sheet.

Obviously they had not been changed. My husband went to manager who gave us a different room. (130). So we had to pack up everything and move to the other end of the building. We are elderly people who have difficulty walking so this was very difficult.

We got to the next room and the manager and my husband checked the beds they appeared clean. The manager peeked into the bathroom but missed the dirty washcloth next to the sink and a used bar of soap on the counter.

There was used tissues in the trash…

com On 06/06/21 I saw that the flight I had a cheaper price now so I wanted to see if I could get a price match for my flight. I tried texting your priceline number and got a support bot that wasn't very supportive since it took several minutes to get a response and when it it did respond the text told me to call your customer service number. So I did that.

But when I called a I got a robot telling me that because they were so overwhelmed and that because my flight wasn't in 14 days that they couldn't get my call right now which makes me feel unimportant and low priority as a customer just wanting a simple question answered.

I then tried to go talk to the virtual assistant through the website help chat and the assistant there took over up to 15 minutes to reply to my messages only for…

One of the worst companies! Sold me tickets for flights that should not have taken place due to border closer. Have tried working with them to get credits from foreign airlines for over three weeks. They have done nothing and I am constantly told to wait for a response!

This may become a lawsuit matter because they stonewall me hoping I will give up! Will never use again!

My flights to get my sons to North Carolina made on May 22 had to be postponed so I was given a credit. The date on the email for the credit was May 14 before I even bought the tickets.

Now customer service says I dont have the credit. And hung up on me. So now I lose $1600 and my kids wont get to see me this summer?????

I have had more trouble with Priceline. The insurance first which I will not even get started on. Now today 6/4 I called to get my credit on my ticket to use it towards a new time to Seattle. Now I had to cancel the original one because of covid and the cruise got canceled.

00 more for the return trip with American Airlines. So I paid that and rebooked. So then they transferred me to rebook with Alaskan for trip to Seattle.

First of all I don't know why they booked me on 2 different airlines but they did. 00 more plus my credit to book that Flight! I told him that was highway robbery! No way!! I wanted to speak with someone…

I got sick and had to cancel my flight and priceline charged me $200. To cancel due to being sick. I called off and on for a duration of 12hrs just trying to get my flight canceled and money refunded.

I purchased a car rental on 5/12/2021 confirmation number was 1526752545COUNT through Priceline. When I got to the car rental site on 5/27/2021 I gave them my confirmation number. I gave them the "major" credit card that ask me to bring and my drivers license.

They began to tell me that I need to give them $400 deposit with a Major Credit Card. I advised them that the car was paid for and that I didn't have $400 on my major card but I had it on my debit.

They refused the debit card and refused to give me the paid car rental. I then notified Priceline and the lady I spoke to was very rude. She didn't have any empathy whatsoever. She cancelled the reservation with refund but charged me $75 to cancel.

I had a trip booked to Hawaii in November 2020. We had to cancel due to the state of CA shutting down again for COVID. I booked the trip and then canceled two days later. Priceline did not even show any empathy.

They simply said it was no refundable. They are the worst. At least they could have offered and charged me a cancellation fee. I will never ever use them again. Just ridiculous. I am getting charged for something I did not even use.

They advertised rates for car rentals but when you go in to book a car the rates are much higher (2-3 times higher) while I know that rates have increased since covid if priceline shows a decent rate for a car it always seems that car is unavailable until you get to the ones that are renting for 120 dollars and up which are the onlybones available I use to rent from Priceline but no more for the 2 weeks i have gone in daily and it has bee mb the same thing I am tired of price gouging I will not pay twice as much for a car for 3 1/2 days then

I went on Priceline app found a round trip airline trip from Panama, Panama to Portland, Me on July 6,2021 to August 20,2021. 90 for 2 persons. When I got my email the flight was for 2 people one way from Portland,Me.

Customer service. I've been trying for weeks now going into months trying to get someone to change our flight due to covid issues. I can't get a hold of anybody. They advertise 24/7 customer service support. That's a load of crap all I hear it's a stupid recording thing we have to be within two weeks of our flight.

They don't have the manpower to handle the volume of calls funny that it wasn't an issue before covid hit and all the sudden it's an issue?! I had my friend who booked a trip that flies out in 3 days call, just to see if she can get someone ... NOPE!!

Booked a pkg for 6 Mar21 and the first leg of the trip was cancelled on me and I did not find out until I was at the airport(Nuremberg to Frankfurt)# LH147. Since then I've been contacting Priceline and contacted Lufthansa to get my refund for that portion of the trip.

Ive spoken to 10 different people. Supposedly, on 10Mar a supvr sent a request to Lufthansa. Supposedly they have not responded. Another was sent 21May21. Still no response and today is the 26th May. This is disgusting!!! Poor customer service.

I been put on hold for hours. Hung up on. Asked for more money for my ticket; which I had cancel due covid.

Also ask for my credit up front without confirming a flight. I call back over 10 times and still no solution to my problem. I am sure I am not the only one since the wait time for a call back 5 hours.

I also been told that the dates want aren’t available so I buy a higher price ticket. Is horrible. This is the last time I will ever do business with this company. Before covid I travel a lot and I am going continue to travel after but never will do business again with Priceline.

Not to mention I am a help care provider so lots of the people I work with travel. I will let know not to used Priceline for their travels.

Over a month ago I brought airfare from Athens to Santorini island thru Priceline, flew to Athens and went to airport to fly to Santorini, the airline was not there, no one could get in touch with them. I had to purchase another ticket at double to price to continue on my vacation, Priceline took 9 hours to call me back and said it will take up to 8 weeks to get a refund. Their customer service is garbage and they could not even get in touch with their vendor airline.

My travel plans have changed and trying to get a hold of a individual to help sort out the issue is the most painful and frustrating thing I have experienced in Years. I would rather wait a long time to speak to someone then to just be blown OFF because my trip is over 60 days away.

If I could give your company a ZERO I would have.... Sirs you need to correct this waiting 45 days to make a change is the craziest thing I have ever heard of. Between this and the racket of paying for insurance to cover yourself Is almost the biggest racket in History...

There has to be a better way to accomplish this. If I had the ability to speak to the President or CEO of this company I would and it wouldn't be Nice your company is deceiving people left and right.

I used Priceline to book a one night stay at a hotel near the IAH airport. I made sure that I selected hotels near the airport that had a shuttle. Priceline put me in a hotel 20 minutes away from the airport and then the hotel said they did not have a shuttle.

It costs $50 to get an Uber from and back to the airport. In addition to that, it is absolutely the worst hotel ever. Unkept, and disgustingly filthy. I don’t even feel safe here. I will NEVER EVER use Priceline again.

This is the worst experience ever. I cannot believe Priceline would ever have a hotel like this on their site.

I booked two tickets with help of priceline agents during the travel restriction from India to USA. Agent promised for a complete refund if airline denied to board us. And yes airline didnt allow us to board and all the agents i spoke to are not replying to my email and if other agents answer the call after hearing the complete story they are hanging up the call.

Booked a express-deal on Priceline with full payment, but I was rejected by the hotel when I got there. Spent 2 hours to reached live customer services, the agent called the hotel but still in confirmed. Priceline offered an option to find an alternative room that wasted me another 50 minutes but got nothing.

Finally transferred me to the so-called sales department where another agent took you 45 minutes came out the same deal I v CN could get online for 2 minutes. Whole story is playing a game by Priceline for about 3 hours for nothing.

Trying to reach out to the customer support agent regarding to our cancelled reservation. Spoke to the agent: Elle. 1. Question was not answered, but guided to go speak to another department. 2. Requested for our cancellation email. Agent said she has sent it. I never received it, and have politely asked the agent to check and please send again. And then the Agent just LEFT the chat, and said: If that's the case, please contact the appropriate department who can help you further. Thank you for your time today. Please chat with us again if you need anything else.

So rude, problem was not solved. No alternative solution. Left the chat immediately without assisting.

The one perk I had for booking over 100 hotels room per year was to able to cancel from time to time. Now they won't budge even though we did not choose the date they booked me for. They just lost alot of business from our company.

Tried to work it out but nothing. Hope the 100 dollars was worth losing 10s of thousands.

I did enjoy my stay at the Drury in Amarillo. My satisfaction with your service ends there. You seriously dropped the ball when I attempted to make reservations at a Holiday Inn Express in Phoenix. I went through the entire booking process even including entering my credit card information.

I received an immediate confirmation indicating I was confirmed and would receive a complete an email. ‘The page’ kept telling me to refresh and wait a few minutes. I was on a time schedule and had to get on the road I couldn’t continue to refresh so after 10 minutes I got on the road.

When I got to the hotel I realized I had no confirmation email and nothing else from Priceline. (see attached photo). When I got to the hotel in Phoenix there was no reservation made for me. I was left hanging!

The hotel (days inn Greensboro nc) was not at all what was pictured. It was in a bad area. The passing planes kept us from getting sleep. The room smelled of cigarette smoke when we walked in. The water was messed up and only allowed me to take an extremely hot or freezing cold shower.

The room hadn't been cleaned well at all. I will never be going back to this hotel and I would like a refund please..

HELP! I have been trying to get new tickets for a trip that was cancelled.

They were paid for the flights were cancelled. I paid the additional fare of $190. I have not been able to get the new tickets issued. I bought a flight for two from for Original flights JFK Kenya to Nairobi, Kenya NBO flight KQ3 on May 29, 2020 returning on Kenya Flight KQ2 on Jun 9, 2020. Kenya Airlines discontinued all service.

the quality inn in lawrence kansas had a reservation for me made in my name from bangkok thailand. and when i got an email from the hotel and called, they said i had TWO reservations. i have spent all day trying to find out if my identity has been stolen and have gotten no where.

i called priceline (long wait) and was told agoda made the reservation; i called agoda and they said get-a-room made it. no one in the three called recognized the confirmation number. i called agoda back because the reservation had biz@agoda on the list.

they said that priceline invoiced them for the reservation and they called the hotel. i need to know if my credit card was used.…

I wish I had looked at the reviews first. I was going to book online but it said to call for a special discount. I call and the agent offered me a rate for three nights and it was almost an $80 discount.

Then after I give my card info he said it wasn’t available anymore. This is a scam. Why won’t that rate be held since it was offered while the payment is being processed. This is poor customer service. There should be a window of time when an offer is made and the payment is processed.

There was no special discount. Most places will give you like 10 minutes and then give it to someone else. Be better Priceline.

I thought the representative was very unprofessional when i was asking simple tax questions. There is a discrepancy in their rental receipt and the receipt i got from priceline.com

As a matter a fact, the representative wrote a statement and then very quickly disconnected fhe chat room before i had a chance to write a message. She sent a letter to my email about the taxes but that didn't answer my question. My question was very simple. Why were the taxes that priceline.com withheld higher than what ACE rental sent me in an email. Its only off by $30.51. Who withheld the correct amount, if any, and who owes me a refund of the difference. I've been using priceline.com for quite some time, going back to when you could bid gas, cars and other stuff. I think my time with priceline.com is done…

After going through it seems hundreds of price quotes, the lowest was in the sixties and low seventies for the room I wanted. I decided to go through Priceline because stupidly I thought they were there to help me save money. 00.

When the total came up I was flabbergasted. $110. Almost $40. for fees, and taxes. Taxes and fees shouldn't be more than $12. according to a worker there. This has never happened before with Priceline. Whats up.

" When I checked my account, money was taken out. I called customer service and the representative said I will be refunded the entire amount in 24 hours. This is very inconvenience and I am very upset. The money should not have been withdrawal from my account since I couldn't purchase a flight.

I called customer service again and nothing could be done to resolve the situation and for me to receive the funds back into my account faster. In the future I will never use Priceline services. And I will tell other people of the very poor customer service I experienced from Priceline.

I booked an “express deal” was advertised as a discounted room and such a deal but you can’t cancel. I booked my rooms and then see they put me in a very low quality motel that is not even a discounted rate.

I can book the same motel and rooms for the same price with free cancellation without doing the “express deal”! Very disappointed and I feel like I was scammed and this “express deal” is false advertisement. They refuse to help with this issue.

Even being a “vip gold member” they will not address this issue! I do not recommend using them!

The hotel we booked for our trip canceled our room and changed our reservation until the next day. When we got there they told us we were trespassing and to leave the property. com but on their website. I called them the agent said he had to call the hotel.

They gave him a different story and told him that they had rooms available. He told me that he didn't believe me because we had conflicting stories. This is crap. So, now the hotel has charged my card and I've been called a liar.

I want my money back. I told him I wanted to speak to a supervisor he told me no. I have no booked a ton of rooms through priceline and I've never had any issues. I am so angry and I will be filing fraud charges.

Booking through Priceline I paid 180.00 for a room at the Hampton Inn in Spartanburg, SC on May 1, 2021. Upon check-in the hotel desk clerk confirmed I would have paid 129.00 including tax and fees had I booked the room directly with the hotel. She said it happens frequently with Priceline.

I accidentally picked the incorrect date for my weekly stay (I have been staying at the same place since March 5, 2021) and instead of changing the one day(which happened to be today) Priceline stated there was absolutely NOTHING they could do!! They claim I’m a gold VIP member, but that’s for what purpose?

They have doubled the rates we’ve been paying for a hotel that isn’t worth more than $40/night. They wouldn’t even give us a free night! I have spent thousands of $$ since we started our stay here, and got no assistance from their company at all!

Once we are done here, I will NEVER book with them again, and will definitely tell family & friends to use another booking site as Priceline is WORTHLESS!!!!!
