I wanted to speak with someone regarding my reservation but I'm unable too. I cancelled a reservation directly with the company but Priceline state my reservation is still active. I've told them I cancelled and received reimbursement.

Made late reservation , thought it was to one hotel, when it was to another location, but upon arriving to the hotel, the clerk said my reservation wasn’t until the next day. No mention I was at the wrong hotel.
I saw it was for another location. So I tried calling customer service, and some home was a two wait. So I ended up falling asleep in my car never receiving a call back. Then of course going to the hotel inconveniently farther away than I want, had put me as a no show of course.
I would of just gone there had the other location not have said I had a reservation there. Price won’t refund me because I had looked at my itinerary

I booked a all inclusive vacation. After confirming the booking and paying the entire cost of the trip , I got a flight change alert. I called customer service more than 15 time as of now and I do not get help.
They keep on transferring to separate departments for just one all inclusive package. After speaking to Agent Angie, I was guaranteed that Priceline spoke to Jet Blue and agreed to cancel and issue full refund to air travel portion. After trying with Priceline to get an extra day in the same hotel and to extend, without any help , decided to cancel the entire trip.

Priceline false advertised a car rental where the service was located at the airport. Only upon booking and paying, it confirmed that you must take a shuttle to the car. I reached out to the customer service several times expressing my concern about taking a shuttle during COVID.
They were completely unsympathetic and refused to change or cancel the reservation. Before I could answer another question, they would also hang-up first. I would give it a negative stars if I could.
Country inn and Suites Galveston was a terrible experience.Room was dirty with long hairs in bed.Sleep sofa could feel wires so I slept on floor.Had linen changed but for the $ it ruined our stay and will prob not use Priceline or country inn for hotels again.
If I could give negative numbers I would. My flight was changed and Priceline would not change the pick up time for my vehicle. My suggestion is never use Priceline for deals because once they are made..... God himself can’t change it.

Well after calling customer service for times trying to get a refund on a rental car that I never picked up I was told that all they needed to do is verify that I didn't pick up the rental car and they would refund my money back well it's been 10 days I've been on my trip came back home and still they have not verified that I did not pick up a car I call customer service for the last time and they hang up on me
When using their online booking system, you cannot easily filter for specific amenities. It is unclear whether you get a hot tub when you can only select from "pool" or "spa" options on the filters. Bad move priceline. I won't be using you again.
Booked an express deal 2.5 rating stated it was comparable to comfort inn....so we booked it....what we got was a 1 star hotel which was totally scary,dirty, a homeless shelter....was told by priceline...to bad can't help you...you booked it!!! This is the worst looking company I've ever used I paid for the room went to the hotel they told me it was going to be one to two more hours before price of mine got the booking to the hotel it was at midnight I had to get sleep I went to a different hotel checked in Priceline refused to return my money I called for days racing in the same runaround at the end every time they are supposed to call me back as soon as I picked up the phone it was hung up the worst customer service I've ever experienced do not use them
I made a reservation like a few weeks ago, and I misclicked the non-refundable one. I noticed immediately, so I went to chat their agents, and they have no solutions for me to fix this issue. After a few weeks, the price on their website started going lower for some reasons.
J asked their agents again, ask if they can refund me some part of my money because the price gap is too big. Or they can just give me some other solutions that we can fix this, but they have none.

Completely changed my room choice with a room that does not exist and falsified the details of the room. Now you conveniently cannot contact Priceline until 14 days of your trip. Contacted the hotel directly and they confirmed room type does not exist.

That should say it all. You have to call and then WAIT for a callback and if you miss that callback you have to call them again and start all over. You can't make airline and hotel changes with one person, you have to call two different numbers. IT IS A JOKE!

Priceline had very poor customer service and was disrespectful while attempting to help me with a vacation home that was booked ahead of time. The owner failed to let me know that what I had booked was under construction, and tried to force me to stay in their personal guest house.
Tried to book another room, it was the same room originally booked, but under a different name also with false pictures that were not what was at the location. Requested a refund and the owner denied. Very disappointed in the outcome and will search my vacations elsewhere.

On April 15,2021, I booked a Superior King Room on Priceline. It specifically stated that "Free Cancellation until 12:00 AM on May 7" and I took a screen shot of that page. When I read all the fine print on the confirmation, it stated that cancellation before check in result in one night's fee charged to my credit card.
When I tried to call Priceline to find out if it was free cancellation or not, it was a completely automated list of choices, none of which were appropriate and then I was disconnected. Then I used the "chat" option and was told by "Jason" only that if I cancelled right then there would be no charge.

Rental car thru you. Your sight had agency at the airport. No it wasn't. Car is the worse car I've ever rented. Dirty, sticky, long hair thru out. Dings dents, scratches, and the said take a picture of any defect. Too many. 60k miles.

This situation has happened twice recently, in just a couple of weeks. I book a hotel online, it says it's confirmed and will send me an email, I never get the email and when I get to the motel they have no record of my reservation.
Today I even had a confirmation number. I don't know what is going on but it's pretty annoying and makes me not want to use Priceline even though I can usually get a little bit better price. Is there anything that can be done to stop this from happening?

Accidentally reserved a car in New York instead of New Jersey. I wanted to transfer reservation to New Jersey ,but Priceline would not allow. So now I’m out 325, I am a social security recipient and can not afford to just give money away like that. Priceline is absolutely horrible. I bought tickets (With Insurance) to fly to Phoenix from Albuquerque, NM and to return to Albuquerque, NM after getting medical tests done. Dr saw something that needed to be looked into further so I had to cancel my return flight home and told them I would even show documentation from doctor and still have not received my refund.

Priceline sent me an email stating I would get a refund from the airline from which I bought airline tickets via Priceline. The airline changed our flight by moving it back 24 hours, and COVID hit. I had to cancel.

This is Isaias Regalado, my fiance and I stayed at the days inn again on 3-25-21 and checked out on 3-26-21. My fiance accidently left two of her rings on the bed. When we realized it, she called to ask about the rings to which first call she was told to call back the next morning.
When she called back the next morning she was told that they did find one of the rings, (the least expensive one), but that they had not found a second one.
