I purchased a 3 star rating hotel and arrived to see a 1 star. Mold in reception area, very unkept lobby. Rooms smelled, phone not working, tub was 100 years old. Pool area unkept, umbrellas broken, chairs broken, people swimming with dogs.
The courtyard view was a view of an empty lot with homeless. Reception workers took 30 minutes to attend to two people. See attached images taken over the weekend. I made this reservation to relax from busy life. This was caused more stress.
I BOOKED WITH THE EXPRESS DEAL WHICH SAID ALL INCLUSIVE FIVE STAR. WHEN I GOT THE CO FIRMATION IT SAID ONLY BREAKFAST ONCLUDED. TBUS IS FALSE ADVERTISING AND I WILL BE CONTACTING THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU IF SOMEONE DOESNT CALL ME BACK IMMEDIATELY.
I WAS CHATTING WITH NEIL ON THE CHAT AND WHEN I EXPLAINED THE PROBLEM HE LEFT THE CONVERSATION. THIS IS VERY UPSETTING AND I WILL CANCEL MY ENTIRE RESERVATION IF A RESOLUTION ISNT MADE ASAP.
They owe me a refund and refuse to give it to me. When I finally got an email from them saying I’ll be refunded they never out the refund through and when I try abs reach them they say they don’t have my card and was never charged when I have proof of the charge. They have the worst customer service abs I will never use them again

Not only did it take me 2 days and 15 different phone calls totaling well over 8 hours on hold, JUST TO CHANGE AN OUTBOUND FLIGHT, they refused to let me speak to someone in the USA and informed me of a $19 fare change (that American confirmed the flights were the same price), that they would not waive the additional charge and would offer 5% off in the future, which of course we won't use.
They refused to let me speak to a manager, refused to apply the 5% credit to our existing reservation and essentially placed me on hold until I could not longer physically stand the hold music anymore, 2 hours later on the one phone call to India.
Booked a motel room through Priceline for my son. They didn’t put his name on the booking so had to go to the motel to check him in. When he went to his room he accidentally went to the wrong room but his key opened that door.
At this point he didn’t feel safe there as he doesn’t know whose key opens his door. Called Priceline who informed it was non refundable for all 4 days whether he stays there are not. com. Will never use this website again.
The last trip I booked in Florida through you all was a La Quinta hotel. Just myself and my 16 year old daughter, the 1st night was loud and neither of us slept, the 2nd day the hotel was full of pot smell, a guy a couple doors away, had his door open and was jacking off.
I spoke with management there and we left. This was horrible not to mention the commode overflowed, there was ants in the bathroom.

Booked on line. Priceline picked the motel to stay at. When we arrived on March 19, 2021, we arrived to the motel that was run downed with trash everywhere the grounds where not keep up we saw questionable people lurking around the motel doing drugs and also questionable ladies of the night.
We felt a fear of staying there with what we saw and the complaints that we where hearing when we arrived to check in. Unfortunately, Priceline would not refund us. We had a concern about our safety and they (Priceline) could care less.
We had called right away had to what over an jour for a response. Priceline then rebooked us for another motel----conveniently the call was dropped---went to the new hotel to find out that no reservation was made and was told by that hotel that Priceline over books…
I have tried for several months to resolve airline credits booked through Priceline. In January I was assured all was corrected. I recently tried to book flights using vouchers with absolutley no success. Utterly impossible to reach a human being.
Call backs result in immediate hang-ups. all the "customer service" (if that's what you can call it) number all lead to the same dead in. the system refuses to recognize my phone number, trip numbers, etc. I am about to lose my flights and over $1000 in credits, which I will be seeking cash compensation from this mess.
I contacted Priceline within a couple of hours of booking after finding out our daughter had Covid so exposure occurred in our home. I contacted via phone, chat, email and text on 3/18. I did not get a response from any if the noted contact options until 3/20 (my birthday nine the less) to be told they would not offer even a voucher to use later due to it being a “no show” at that point.
It wouldn’t have been considered a no show had I been able to actually contact them on Thursday. It has been the worst experience especially considering we were trying to follow protocol after a Covid exposure and an unexpected positive test for Covid 19.

I made reservations thru priceline, like I ALWAYS do, when I travel, & due to my preexisting condition as. TBI survivor, I had to cancel to WAIT for my Covid vaccine that i still haven’t received! I’m on every waiting list available in two states!

On Thursday, 3/18/21 we flew into Miami, FL and went to Fox Rent A Car to get my rental per our Priceline Reservation # 361-048-322-77. By the time We left with my car the cost had gone up from the original quote of $469.86 to $955.86.
We were told we had to purchase insurance at a total of $18.19 per day. We were told that we had a choice of paying $11.99/day upfront or a lump sum payment of $300.00 when returning the car for ATS-Plate Pass for tolls, even though our travels will probably not include any toll roads.
These additional charges added $422.52 to our rental. First the insurance demand was a shock as we have never been “forced” to purchase this before. Second, the toll charge was just a flat out scam that due to a long day of travel got past me.

Understand that they have their non refundable Policies but I don't want a refund. Didn't realize that a credit card was needed on the car rental. Made the reservation for another person who doesn't have a credit card. Can't take my credit card for the deposit or a debit card.
I just want to cancel the car rental and move the hotel to a closer location to the airport and someone who offers airport shuttle service.
My son is down syndrome renting the car would have been the best option to keep his anxiety level down. But if can't have the car then the next best and cheapest out of pocket expense is to find an hotel that offers shuttle service. Which the hotel that is booked does not offer and is 15 miles from airport, zoo and seaworld.

Dec. 2020 prepaid reservation, when I picked up my car to location I was told my car rental was not pre paid.. Ended up paying 2x for a rental car that was paid through priceline. though I provided the priceline invoice .
Now its March 2021 and still have not received my full refund. s. c. s. excuses.

I have booked my reservation from Priceline. When I went to rental counter for my pickup time , the rental counter is closed. Price line told me I would be picking up a rental car “at airport” however when I received confirmation, it was 2 hours away. The only option they provided me was a 2 HOUR SHUTTLE both way that I would still have to pay for gas and mileage to cover the full 4 hours out of my trip.

After explaining that we were taking a trip to celebrate our 19 year anniversary and jacuzzis we a must. I was booked at a hotel that doesn't have jacuzzis at all in the middle of a medical district by a priceline agent who guaranteed me that both rooms had jacuzzis in them.
I think it would be nice if people are told about the medical district before booking because there's no way I would have booked in the middle of all this hospital stuff there's nothing to do around here.

Total lack of Customer service. I have tried to cancel but there is a 2 hour wait, sent messages by Twitter and Messenger but nobody answer. Link to read change/ cancellation policy for airlines does not work. Priceline is supposed to be in the service industry but have no idea what it means.

I booked a reservation back in February before the Covid 19 pandemic. I was told the beginning of June that my event could not go on because of the city was not open. I have rescheduled my flight but Priceline has refused to change or refund me my money.

On Saturday, June 13th, I arranged for my mother a rental car to be picked up in Denver CO on 6/16/2020 They let her use her debit card to make the reservation and due to my brothers death in Denver she had to leave her flight arrangements open for return so she can handle his final affairs.
The company refused to give her a rental car and then when I tried to speak with someone in your company, your automated responses were the only things I could get on all the numbers I called. Your company had no problem billing her debit card, but will not give her a car.

Trip # 19445278289. I submitted a refund request for an international flight not traveled due to the Pandemic. I asked priceline to reach out to China southern (who claim that my ticket deserves a full refund) and after hours and hours of wait time and trying to reach the right person to resolve this issue, I was told that they have emailed China Southern airlines on my behalf.
When I called the airlines, they stated that they haven't received anything. Everytime I call back to speak to flight service agents, they say wait time is too long and they will call me back. Last 5 attempts have been unsuccessful and no one has called me back.

I had a rental car from Priceline purchased with an Express Car Deal. The city I was going to was shut down due to the virus. Every other company just moved my current reservations to my new dates. Priceline said I had to take the coupon and then I could just simply rebook a car.
The catch is, it has to be another Express Car Deal on the website. The next great catch... there are NO EXPRESS CAR DEALS ON THEIR SITE!! I have emailed and called multiple times to try and get assistance or pointed in the direction of these deals, and all they will say is "oh there are plenty on the site".

Itinerary #300-753812-79. Email sent on 5/7 to cancel entire itinerary. Several calls made to priceline and in regards to my insurance flight/fees. the same day the representative canceled my hotel reservation. I was told to call spirit to get all my money back pertaing to flight fees/ insurace.

Reserved a rental car using priceline which was being supplied by budget rent a car. m. at the columbus ga airport to pick up the car to be informed that there were no cars available and did not know when one would be.

This company does not quarantee satisfaction. I accidentally booked a hotel too quickly and though the agent and supervisor understood they insisted "there was nothing they could do" to fix the problem.

Priceline sold me 3 airllineline tickets, economy with free carryon and set selection included, I call numerous times to get seat selection with out any success. Theyfinally told me 7 days before flight buy you seats and they will reimburse me.

I paid for my reservation at the Drury Inn in Sharonville Oh. Drury never received it. I had to call priceline and wait after traveling 9 1/2 hours to get to the hotel. When trying to change a flight time for my son, whom which is in the military and is on leave to only find out while on leave that he does not have to check back in until late a day after he was to fly back home. So we tried to change his flight to a later time from leaving at 6am to leaving at 810pm.
Because he had used a “Priceline” special pricing package he was not able to change his flight reservations. That is this a non refundable or no changeable flight. Which is good and all, but when you have members of the military who are home for leave and is granted and extra day to spend with their family before having to return back to their base.

I was assigned a seat next to a woman with a small dog. The dog was crated, but it was pooping throughout the trip...and whimpering (probably trying to let the owner know that it needed to poop). The smell was nauseating. The crate did not fit under the seat and was infringing on my leg space and into the aisle. The flight attendants did not enforce the policy of carry-on baggage being stowed under the seat in front of the passenger.
I requested to get my seat reassigned, but the flight was full. The flight attendant offered me a packet of coffee to put in the seat in front of me to offset the odor, which was appreciated, but ineffective.
