99/month. My first installment was taken out at that rate. The customer service rep told me during the process that electronic paper work would be e-mailed that I had to complete which I did. My next payment was taken out as agreed upon. 83.
I spoke with a representative on February 18, 2019 regarding this and was told at that time the additional cost was due to EFT not being signed. I inquired if that could be handled now and the response was yes.
I went through the process and was assured that the cost would be reduced. I checked documentation regarding my policy the next day (2/19/2019) and there were no changes. 00 would be taken off but the remaining balance would have to be paid because I needed to caught up the policy stared in December 2019. No payment was missed.
