I filed a claim almost two months ago and have yet to still receive my check. I have reached out to Nayeli Aguirre several times without a response. She closed my claim without my knowledge and has yet to email or call me back regarding the claim and why I haven’t received my money yet.

This is ridiculous and she shouldn’t have a damn job there anymore since clearly she can’t do it.

Canceled my insurance because I didn’t get emails about verifying info by a certain date. Even though my payments were made and my app was up to date. I filed a complaint with Progressive for one of their insured drivers. I was at a compete stop at red light and he got me in the back when he tried to cross 3 lanes and squeeze into the far left lane.

Christina Perez out of Arlington Tx was our claims adjuster took her 3 weeks to finally respond to my emails/calls etc. at that point she said they hadn’t been able to connect with her insured and was not able to get a statement.

Her insured had provided me with his cell phone to “handle out side of the insurance” obviously a shady person. So, at this point I called him and told him that his Rep had been calling and sending letters for the claim.

He then denied everything and said he never saw the police. Oh and let me add he didn’t see the police because he left the scenes after lying…

Unethical treatment from progressive claim representative and claim investigators supervisors, as well as claim adjusters. Progressive actively takes payments from insured drivers, but when the time comes that you need to file a claim, they miss treat and investigate the insured leaving them in vulnerable situations.

Progressive will give false information and make mistakes, and the insured has no way of holding them accountable. My vehicle is yet to be repaired, but my money was easily taken out of my account even when the insurance company does not have your back and makes you wait for repairs while still taking a payment from the individual.

Customer for 6 years policy keeps going up to the point where I can’t afford it found the same coverage with State Farm for 104 dollars cheaper agent did not care that I was leaving your company then to top it off they came up with some bogus mess that I still owe 104 dollars I got 2 or 3 different reasons why and then was threatened with collections when I stated I didn’t think I should owe anything never missed a payment made my payments the same day every month for 6 years sad I was treated this way they should be ashamed

It has taken 2 months to receive payment for a claim for damage from a deer. We did everything we were supposed to do(submitted pictures, contacted progressive, body shop submitted estimate) they shorted us $655. Took 3 days to get ahold of the adjuster Charlie Palmer out of Savannah GA to call back.

When I spoke with him that we were shorted again $102, he said no one from the body shop ever reach out to him an we were lucky to get the $655. I've had different accounts with Progressive due to life changes going back to 2004.

This is the worst experience i've ever had with them. I will pay extra to go with another company in hopes we are never treated this way again. So disappointed in this company.

I have had nothing but problems. did not hear from my representative for over a week, was told he was out of the office.

finally got ahold of someone else and they said he said he had called us, we have call logs to prove he didn’t. then when we finally got our car into the shop, it was never properly assessed. the insurance assessor called and left a voicemail at 10:43 am saying he had totaled the car.

he didn’t not show up to the body shop until 11:45 am. he said he “crawled underneath my car” and took pictures. my car was never moved or lifted up. was told after many phone calls that a supervisor would call.

We have had nothing but rude and unkind service from the person assigned to us. She changes her stories, doesn't call when she says she will. Does not answer the phone, nor does her supervisor.

I have been a professional for 39 years and have never ever had such rudeness and poor service. The accident was Dec 30. 2022. Progressive client ran a traffic light and totaled my husbands truck. We still do not have the truck paid off and we are pushed by her phone calls weekly to close the claim, " she isn't giving any more money"

I have had Progressive insurance for years and every time I need tow service they are never ever able to find one. I get calls constantly from someone overseas asking me the same thing over and over and over and then at the end of the call they tell me they cannot find a provider for a tow and

tell me if I try to find one myself and they will reimburse me for doing what I already pay for! Its ridiculous how much I pay for insurance to never be able to use it. This is the worse insurance company ever!

Worst experience ever!!! I was a gold star customer for 5 years until I got stopped by the police telling me I had no Insurance. After hours of arguing with progressive. Even having my bank write a letter proving my insurance was paid.

They still would not honor my policy and gave me a laos in insurance that ended up costing me close to $1,000 in the end.

My vehicle was wrecked Saturday March 4th and between two claims reps and several assistants on fb, I had to call the original towing company to find out where my vehicle is and guess what... It's still at the original towing yard.

The third party towing company that Progressive uses was supposed to have it moved to collision center no later than yesterday but they still haven't sent over the credit card info for payment. I can't get anyone to answer their phones today nor call me back.

I'm considering reporting the vehicle stolen just so Progressive wakes the hell up already. I will be changing insurance companies after this is taken care of. Should have learned from the first time they screwed me over when I was younger.

I was involved in an accident on 2/15/23. A genlteman backed into me, he was insured by Progressive. I called them the next day. I was told the Progressive driver had called in the accident but they didn't have any of my information, so I gave them my name, telephone # etc. They gave me the claim # 236862335 and assured me someone would be contacting me by end of business the next day. No one called the next day or Friday. So I reached out the following Monday. I got the claim adjustor's voice mail. I called back and eventually got to a "live person" and requested a supervisor. We had our car hit and totaled almost 30 days ago, in 5 days it will be 30 days, the claims rep that we were assigned (Andrew) has been very unprofessional and no help with our claim. for the first 2 weeks he was unavailable, we then got in touch with his manager and she has been giving us the run around, each one of them scheduled a notary appointment with us and did not show up, when we tried to contact them they didn't answer.

My compliant is in reference to my daughter. She is a single mom, that works very hard. 'm very proud of how my daughter has become a young woman. Recently her car was stolen. She made a claim, and it went south.

I understand your position as far as trying to find out if a person did this to themselves. But you got to be kidding me. She had made all her PAYMENTS on time, and never has this happen to her before.

I have a claim with their insurance as someone rear ended me. This happened months ago. After a ton of time trying to coordinate my repairs, I finally dropped my car off at the shop and a representative was supposed to arrive on Monday to discuss the estimate and repair cost. Never showed up.

Didn’t show up on Tuesday not Wednesday.

Hi, my name is Elsa and I got a letter via mail saying that I needed to call you guys if not my insurance policy we be canceled. I have been trying to call several times and no one ever answers me. Yesterday I was on the phone for 2 hours waiting for someone to answer me and no one did, so I just hang up. For me, that's really bad service how is someone supposed to wait hours and hours just for someone to answer them back? Now my insurance policy may be canceled since no one can answer the phone. You are a big company how is it that you have no people on the phones to answer back?

1 Zero It was brought to my attention when I filed the claim that Progressive now requires all insurance to have an OEM endorsement for first party coverage that is absolutely ridiculous and I’m sure many progressive policyholders don’t realize that they no longer get first party privilege they have to have an endorsement this is cost me money out of my pocket for days for a rental vehicle only to find out that your recycle part didn’t fit so

now I have to wait for another door they’re refusing to give me an OEM on a 2020 Buick I’ve already filed a complaint with the department of insurance

Horrible, horrible experience. We had two cat wrecks, 1 month after the other. In both cases they nitpicked the condition of both cars. Everything from wear on the seats to missing floor mats. For cars that were a total loss! Who cares if the seat is worn, the cars are years old, you're going to nitpick about that?

We will never, ever use progressive again. They've made an enemy.

My son had a rock fall into the road late at night when it was snowing and he hit it. It went under his 2021 toyota corolla and completely destroyed his transmission. I paid to have AAA come to get him off a mountain at 3 am as he could not move anywhere without further damage to car.

Waited 3 hours for tow truck. $600 later due to the distance from home. Now over a month later the dealership still has the car as the claims adjuster ordered the wrong transmission 3 times! Now this is covered under Comp with a deductible of $500.

However they are saying that it is collision.

My adjuster Mike Flores was very unprofessional. Showed zero empathy towards our situation. Lack of communication and info. I had a huge issue after I picked up my vehicle yesterday from Franks Auto collision and he had an " I don't care attitude" and literally told me that it was my problem.

My vehicle was not drivable when I got it back. I didn't even make it a mile down the road! Spoke with his supervisor and turns out there is another adjuster on my claim that I have never spoken with nor was ever told about.

I want to make a complain about Progressive Insurance. On Monday, November 28th, 2022, my vehicle was hit by my neighbor with her car. A few minutes later the tow truck driver hit my car too. My neighbor had called the tow truck to take her vehicle.

My neighbor informed that a claim was submitted to AGERO which was supposedly the liability insurance. I tried to speak with the adjuster Ebony Hansen on several occasions leaving her voice messages. Had a tow on 1/14/23. Progressive had difficulty finding a tow truck. They called Jachinos in nokomis, IL. Said they would call him back as soon as they got confirmation. I called and spoke with a real representative! Was told to call Jachinos and tell them to tow my car, which I did.

Now he has kot gotten paid; can't get a real person to talk with me. Am a 75-year old widow on a fixed income. Would REALLY like a resolution to this.

The online chat assistant Keyina R was helping me figure out some issues with my billing and I asked her if I could switch the date or switch my automatic payment account and she ended the chat and didn’t respond. Stay Away! Your mental health and peace of mind will thank you later. A deer ran onto my car. Their authorized shops were not available until march. This happened 12/26. Share safety concerns but still could not get the car to the shop. Picked a different shop.

Progressive states the shop charges are outrageous. I get the shop and adjuster on the line. Questions were deflected, later agent refuse to speak with anyone at the shop. I explained that I dont know much about all of it and they were making fair and valid questions with no disrespect.

I was told by the claim rep, she would call me back by the end of day 1/16. I did not receive a call or any follow up in the 3 days that have passed. I filed this claim 10 days ago. I was very explicit about the details of the claim and offered more documentation, which were discouraged. My pleas for rental car assistance went ignored.

I had Jacob Haser as an adjustor and he was absolutely terrible. He was rude and aggressive. He didn't explain anything about the process and then was accusatory when I didn't understand exactly what was going on. He audibly sighed over the phone when I had questions then he was incredibly dismissive when I tried to address his behavior.

Claim # 22-6950358. I'm highly disappointed and greatly upset about how my claim was and wasn't handle correctly! There should be notes on how this has been grossly mishandled from the start in the computer notes and also on the audio recording!

It's is now clearly a month & four days since the claim and it is still not handled correctly! They have lost the original copy of my title that was sent to them yesterday and received today! How can that be?

I file a claim with progressive insurance on Dec 11. My insurance was fairly new. I got it on Dec 1. But on Dec 11 my catalytic converter got stolen and I file a claim. My adjuster was Derek Jones.

They close my claim without letting me know. They treated me like I was a criminal like. I did everything they need except I couldn't get me text or call log they needed. I took my time out for them.

They made no effort to help me out.

I have and my agent has notified Progressive insurance multiple times that person that they added to the insurance does not reside in my household and does not have access to operate any of the vehicles listed on the insurance policy. Progressive refused to take this person off from the policy and still sending me a bill for $158 for this unknown person.

This person that is added to my list has a close last name but does not have the same last name as mine. I called customer service about 5x for resolution. Called underwriting team spoke to Rafael/Constance multiple times and they refuse to admit the mistake that they made and remove the person from insurance
