I have 4 cars under progressive this is my 1st claim in about 10 year or more. I accidently hit my neighbors mailbox trying to nit run over her cat. as son as I hit the cement block mailbox the block got stuck under my car.

between some neighbors we were able to get my car off. as soon as I hit the mailbox the engine light came on and so did a bunch of other lights. I specifically told the the progeessive agent and the adjuster and the body shop to please check the car since all those lights had gone on.

Now Progressive is telling me that they can not fix the engine light issue because it was not part of the accident! This whole experience form start of claim has been a nightmare. I used to tell people to get progressive because they were so professional and this has taken a toll on me.…

When my daughter got a new car and was switching coverage to her new car, because she no longer lived with me, they made her get her own policy. In that process, we told the Progressive agent that we wanted her to have the same coverage that she had on my policy (which includes roadside assistance and car rental).

When a deer ran into the side of her car, my daughter was told that she did not have roadside assistance nor car rental coverage. We called and called about this. When it was escalated and they listened to the recording of our conversation, they said that we did not mention roadside service or car rental.

I have been a Progressive customer for a while now and I have not had any issues...until now.

On December 25,2022 my car stalled on the interstate. I did not call Progressive Roadside until 2 days later. They said they would move my vehicle to the shop of my choice. The tow company they contracted out to move my car came out the same night I called which I believe was the 27th of Dec. I had received a call from them saying at first they could not find my car but once they did they had issues because the tow company would not release it so they called Roadside themselves. Because they were there I presumed that by the time I got the text from Progressive Roadside my car was en route.

I have used progressive on and off for many years and every time I've had a problem. This last time I purchased an auto policy full coverage paid in full and still got a bill they're saying I did not give them proof of homeownership and they're not even giving me any time to give it to them they just expect me to pay the additional fee.

The lady on the phone was extremely rude and I just can't believe a company like progressive with all that money treats people the way they do and nickel and dimes everybody. I will never use progressive again...

I believe I'm being over looked and treated unfairly by progressive car insurance because I'm a young African American male.

First isssue is I have to pay two deductible for the same accident. According to my adjuster it no way for him to prove the damages was from the accident even tho you can clearly see that the damages to my car are consistent and are all from the same accident.

Second issue is that after I picked up my car from the insurance's body shit I started having issues a couple days later with the newly installed parts. I reached out to my insurance as well as the body shop to let them know about the issue.

My complaint is I had Progressive Insurance my car was totaled in a no fault accident they still expected me to pay a premium on a car I didn't have possession on. Therefore I was fortunate enough to get a new vehicle they was still my insurance company after numerous calls to them to not cancel my insurance I can pay the premium I just a need a couple of extra days they said no way we can stop the cancellation.

When I tried to pay the premium they said you can pay it but we can not insure you because of too many claims. Therefore I had to frantically find an insurance provider. I requested a manager to call me during my accident still no call that was 3 weeks ago,

Regarding Claim # 22-3753619 On July 8, 2022 I drove into Seattle to visit my daughter In the process of driving to her apartment I made a wrong turn. I exited the vehicle to assess any damage to my and the other vehicle and there was no damage.

They tried to overcharge me $222! I'm a senior citizen in Michigan. Opted out of PIP and paid in full in July. In mid November get a bill for $222. Upon calling Progressive, they say they did not receive my signed papers for bodily injury and something else.

I fax the info on 12/7. They tell me to call on 12/22 (2 weeks) to verify they received the documents and avoid cancellation. On 12/20 I get notice I am cancelled. Upon calling, "Zahier" in customer service tells me that the signatures were cut off.

That they sent me an email on 12/13. . I NEVER received any email. When I went to check my account at the Progressive site, it wouldn't let me access any of my correspondence. . I thought maybe because Zahier was reading them at the moment.

I received an auto renewal notice recently and the policy price increased over 15% (over $100 for a 6 month policy). e. car accidents, claims, tickets, etc). The explanation provided was solely due to cost of living/inflation. I requested an itemized/detail explanation of the price increases, but they refused.

They won't provide financial data to back up their claims, and truly expect that their customers will accept their "copy&paste" explanations. Inflation is clearly a scapegoat/defense tactic because the only explanation for a 15% increase is price gouging. I think this company uses predatory, unethical, and unreasonable tactics to make more money at the expense of their customers.

I've been a long time customer and have never seen such a dramatic price increase.

Will never purchase it insurance through this company again. Worked with several agents on processing my cousin they work in bad faith an insist they are as helping confirm coverage. They run you raggid with multiple agents several recorded statements text records call records asking for your company info on when be everything checked out of they then want to talk to with cell in phone provider who don't ralease info without a subpena.

My car was stolen. I have full coverage insurance with Progressive Insurance. Since the beginning of the claim one after another steps have been like pulling teeth. They offered me a $$ amount for the car based off of a completely different model.

Now weeks later still no settlement even being offered with same model car but they moved my car to the salvage yard. Maegan Martin and Brian Jones from Progressive Insurance have been just awful to deal with. I am sure before this is all over I will need to involve my lawyer. SAD SAD SAD.

I strongly advise everyone to avoid using Progressive Insurance at all cost. I should have never switched from Farmers Insurance the few dollar savings was in no way worth this aggravation.

I got a rate with progressive 2 months ago and now I’m being hit with 10,000 more than what they said it was and they took over 6,000 from my account. I have talked and nobody listens I have no tickets or accident why.

The Business that sold the me the insurance was Coast to Coast insurance and gave me progressive. They said that this is the way to get a commercial insurance this is a scam and now I don’t have any money and is broke. They don’t care.

I was hit on 10/29/22 by a Progressive customer and I have everything on video, date and time stamped. The person who hit my parked car knew he hit me but drove off anyway. The police came out on 10/30/22 because the client was being difficult regarding his insurance info.

The officer handed me a police report with the drivers name and insurance information on it. I called Progressive the next day 10/31/22 and they said they didn't have a policy or a driver by that name. I was in an accident on the 28th of November in Commerce Michigan. I hit a deer unfortunately. During this process, I have had three different adjusters. My first adjuster assured me not to worry. There had to be an investigation for fraud, which I never received any calls for. It was approved through them. Then I was switched over to an adjusted named Taylor Cook who told me I was covered and sent my rental reservation and someone out to do estimates for my car. This was all approved the morning of 11/30 and that evening she called me and told me I might actually not have coverage.

I have submitted a claim on my car cause I hit a deer. I also gave name and contact of a witness that day. He confirmed what I have on my claim. Its a relatively simple process. And I am going on 3 weeks without any help with rental car coverage or even getting help fixing my car.

Chelsea O’Donnell acted in an unprofessional manner for texting me TWICE with the wrong information. I believe her to have gotten my claim mixed up with the guy who actually hit my car, and I feel she holds a bias towards me, finding me at fault even though the accident was not my fault, she obviously did not listen to my description whatsoever.

The claims process has been pretty hard with a Progressive. that’s not correct. I don’t know how they came up with this information but I wish they could’ve called me and told me this days later instead of me having to call several times and getting nobody to call me back.

I could’ve corrected this weeks ago. Better yet if the app worked and you actually got messages back from your claim representative, then that would’ve been helpful. If my claim is not resolved, closed and finished by end of work day I’m canceling my policy and taking my business somewhere where I’m appreciated.

I canceled my auto policy on November 12, 2022 in the amount of $187.96.. I called to speak to a representative who told me my refund would be approximately $84 and change. I understand that the monthly payment is prorated but for one day I’m being charged $103.00?? That amount is ludicrous for the one day my payment processed from my account. Have spent about 5 hours, many reps 4 supervisors, who keep transferring me to safelite claims when the issue I am disputing is being lied to about my policy coverage. I have asked to have this claim escalated on November 4. I have sent an email to the following people: benjamin_brenneis@progressive.com, valeria_m_tucker@progressive.com - who I was told are "supervisors" no one as of this date has gotten back to me. I guess it does not matter that I am an Emerald member and have had this insurance for many, many years.

Claim 22-5546488. My grandson's parked car was struck by a Progressive insured 5 months ago. Honda Certified shop notes significant HHS structural damage confirmed by Car-O-Liner report. Body and structural repair according to Honda repair guidelines estimated to be in excess of $40,000 which exceeds value of car.

Doyle McCarthy and Casey Hysell insist the HHS steel be straightened, but this is completely against Honda guidelines. They say $10, 000 is all they will pay. McCarthy has seen the Car-O-Liner report; he knows the damage the car has sustained.

My insurance was canceled 10/24 due to not adding my grown neice to my insurance policy who temporarily stayed at my home. She has her own insurance as well her own vehicle. She has never drove nor will never drive my car.

I was never advised that I could provide her proof of insurance to elevate thus situation. I even asked them to review the call and they said that they can't help me and just dropped me. I am dissatisfied with the lack of understanding in extenuating circumstances. There is always an exception. My vehicle was struck by a semitruck on July 27, 2022. I submitted a claim on August 08, 2022. Due to the pandemic, parts were on backorder and my vehicle did not and have not been repaired.

Progressive provided a rental while my vehicle waited for parts. Unfortunately, time elapsed and the rental coverage was exhausted. I did not receive any updates from the claims representative nor the auto repair shop. I have been driving a wrecked vehicle since the end of August.

NO STARS!!! We switched to Progressive this week and attempted to use the policy, and it was a horrible experience! The engine in my car started to misfire on a major highway during lunch traffic. I immediately pulled into a parking lot and accessed my Progressive app to request a tow.

I was rear ended on October 7. It took my insurance adjuster, Jennifer Perry, days to pick up her phone & return my calls, and when she does she says she will call me back and doesn’t. She misfiled everything at the start and was supposed to be looking into opening a claim with Statefarm (the driver at fault insurance) so I could at least get a rental car while we wait for the next step.

Suddenly she’s out of the office until October 25th. I called her supervisor, Dylan, and he said they would only reach out to Statefarm weekly, which is unacceptable. I have no way to and from work now and am in risk of losing my job.
