First off our public storage used to have the gate hours of 6am-9pm mon-sat and 7-7 on sundays. Pandemic , hours went to 6am/6pm mon-sat 6-5pm sun. And they never reinstated the regular hours. 2nd, being a sunday got here to my storage before 4:30 pm , the gate access is not working.

Went to the office doors are locked cars are parked in front and no response to calling into the office. We pay monthly a pretty high amount and just to get our access blocked for whatever reason. Very unprofessional and they are too comfortable shutting access to anyone that comes to their storage just because the people in the office are lazy.

We have been storing trailers and vehicles at Public Storage located at 4874 Keller Haslet Rd, Fort Worth. Recently Public acquired All Storage. They now allow rentals on line without verification process. Anyone can have a fake id or stolen, go and get a credit card and add funds to it, make an online reservation and access the facility.

The facility in question has numerous cameras disabled or broken, they don't seem to care. Blamed me for my dump trailer getting stolen. Only looked at dates corresponding with times I used my access to enter or exit property. Now they claim I bitter and do not like Public because I questioned what additional security measures if any have they taken.

I went to get some things out of my unit and this lady put up orange cones and told me that I couldn't go that way cause she was throwing a party for her kids. It was a Sunday so the office waa closed. I called the next day and the woman who answered the phone asked me "well, what do you want me to?" No apologies. I'm taking my things to another storage company.

Rent was raised 2 months ago. I had no idea it had gone up. So when I went to pay it, it was 100 more im on a fixed income I don't have anything left. They told me to bad I had to pay it.

So I did And they lowered it back to the amount it was rented. But it still put me behind having to pay that extra 100. Now I have a late fee every month that I can not keep paying.

Right now I owe 70 and my rent will be due again so if I pay that 70 which I have to the rent will be late again. I have been a tenant with public storage opened up at that location.

I had rent raised once on a smaller unit. But I moved to a bigger unit the the rent was raised drastically 100 on 360. I can't keep the unit cause it is going back to 460 in June so I have to move it again.

They continue to go up on my rent… for no reason. I am almost paying g $100 more per month than I did when is signed up. I have told them that I have State Farm insurance, provided the documents and they continue to charge me the $15 fee.

I have asked for this to be removed AND credit previous charges due to their negligence.

I have some very heavy furniture items in my unit and cannot move them myself and I cannot afford to hire anyone to move them for me. So for public storage to continually raise my rent after I’ve told them several times I cannot afford it I don’t think they’re worth storing with.

They say it’s to keep up with market value but there are BIGGER units at other companies that cost less than mine. It has doubled in the last two years and all they have to say is we can move you to a smaller one.

This is a terrible company.

Over charging. Units broken into and cameras were knowingly broken at the site. Didn't fix the break in but charged me anyway. Now there has been a roof leak and I'm forced to come down yet again. They owe me a lot of money and the branch I go to just says they don't deal with billing and we have to call corporate. This is a scam.

Horrible people. Raised my rent to 320 a unit and we'll over 200 a month when renters beside me were paying 150 to 170 for same unit. The manager is colored and discriminates against white men. Colored men get preference.

I am pursuing what legal action to take against them. Starting with contacting corporate office for refund of part of my rent. They said raised rates were equal across the board. That's a lie. I rented for decades from these people.

These operators in SW Oklahoma City are thugs.

This is unprofessional of this company. I was NEVER notified that my unit was under auction. To a complete surprise when I arrived at the office Saturday, February 25, 2023 to address my balance. I was informed that my unit was sold Thursday, February 23, 2023 in an auction. Once again, I was never notified of the unit in an auction. I had VERY confidential information in that unit as well as my personal information being exposed to a complete stranger.

Please be advised if any of my information is used by the buyer, Public Storage will be notified and sued. I have completed as well as retained a copy of my credit report as of Monday, February 27, 2023. In the event of any unusual or fraudulent occurrence appear on my report, Public Storage will be notified and sued.

I stored all my household items in public storage in corona at Pomona location at 1/26. Two weeks later someone with a key broke into the unit 1258 and took everything. There was a set of only 2 keys left in the unit.

According to office staff all first flour unit hav3 3 set of key. I have the movers as witness bc they were the one who locked the unit that we had only 2 keys. Please please I need some answer and investigation into this matter.

I have lost total log 67000 worth of items. I emailed the Dan Mr. Fernando Sonco no answer. The phone number they they provide for dm was inactive. Looking back at the pictures we got from unit I noticed that there is an opening in the back means someone has taken a key and Then left it in the unit. Theses are heavy items.

I have rented from Public Storage for many years. I recently switched from a facility in Sunset Drive to Kendall Drive because I found a larger unit which I need at the moment. I have rented at Kendal Drive for many years in the past.

I store merchandise that I sell online. Therefore I have to go into my unit and move things around in order to fulfill my orders daily. The temperature in the unit is extremely hot. I do not feel any air circulating in the facility, especially at night.

I took a temperature gauge and the temperature had reached 84 degrees at 7:30 pm. My daughter who was helping me that day almost passed out. I purchased a storage unit at auction and I went to pay for it and they accepted my money off a debit card and then somehow supposedly lost the transaction in the computer tell me they would hold the storage unit that I purchased until I figured out what was going on they didn't they sold the unit to the next highest bidder that was on December 17th this is February 17th and I still have not received my money back

My husband and I are currently renting a unit. Have been for a couple months now.

First off, let me start by saying that I have never experienced such unprofessional people in my entire life. The women there are very very rude and have a very bad attitude. Making the person who is speaking to them very uncomfortable.

That is my first complaint.

Second, the unit is in my husband's name, Keenan Marker. He made sure to add my name so that I will have access to the unit and the account and all the info. My sister Deborah bush had a unit in Taylor Michigan. This was estate of John masters Sr. MY dad's things. Deborah bush was making the payments on the unit I know I made them. The person whom we dealt with Vanessa she argued about my sister's condition health.

Deborah could not talk and write anymore. We was told that Vanessa broke the lock and sold my father's estate. Even after the payment had been made. There was things that was going to the henry ford museum an old ringer for watching clothes.

I had a storage unit and the lock on the unit was not working. Unfortunately it happened x2. Well I talked to the office manager, district manager and a supervisor at the corporate office and they accused me of doing something to the lock.

I assured them that the lock and keys they gave were the ones I have. I called the lock Smith like they told me and retrieve my belongings. The lock Smith told me on video that the lock was not a good lock.

That the lock they uses has had many problems. I would like to talk about this situation further.

I have 2 units at this location ( mines & my husband). I received a call from MARCEL ( Jan 24) stating that I needed to make a payment. I had informed him that I was out of town but will return late Sat(Jan 28) early Sunday morning (Jan 29) to make my payment which he said "OK".

I have a storage unit in Marlton, NJ 08053. The facility was broken into on approximately January 10th, 2023.

I received a phone call at 5:30 PM on Saturday, January 14th. You did read that correctly, it took 4 days for someone to call me to advise that there was an urgent issue with my unit. They then proceeded to tell me that they would be closed and to call in the morning. No explanation, just a vague message. I called back at 5:32PM and no one answered. Your staff calls and leave a message like that on a Saturday night at 5:30PM and then proceed to turn off the phones. It took you 4 days to call and then you leave a customer hanging like that.

I had been renting a 10x10 unit from past few months and had been on pre-authorized billing. I signed my contract on 4th and last payment was taken out on 3rd of January 2023. I had been told that the billing is going to be month to month but I could cancel any time. When I requested on 4th of January that I have vacated the unit they told me that I have already paid for January and they can not cancel before 02/04/2023. And that I should had given them 2 days notice.

Please don't go with this company. They raise rates every 6 months which is ridiculous. Go with a company that has a set rate. In the end the amount of money you are saving initially will not matter if they are raising the rate.

I went from $133 a month to $179 in 5 and a half months. They have in their contract that its month to month so they actually can change the rate at anytime, which is not fair to the customer. CHOOSE ANOTHER COMPANY.

I was threatened by one of their employees!!! After arriving to the site and unloading my truck onto one of their carts, I entered the bldg via the loading door that I was instructed/assigned to by a different employee on another day (2 days prior) and

discovered the elevator was still out of order from 3 days before. When I called the offc to ask to be let in thru the closest access gate about 5 min later a very disgruntled and rude employee came to tell me she couldn't let me in and threatened me when I pointed out how unreasonable it was.

Now I'm afraid to go back even though all my belongings are there!!! I plan to rent a unit from another company and expect to be reimbursed for my extra moving costs.

I used the Public Storage app to check out, (vacate) before the monthly deadline. I left the lock on my vacated unit for a few days afterward and was charged for another month plus a late fee. ) was unaware that the lock was still on the unit until I came back to get it.

She assurred me that my account was closed and that I would not be charged since the unit was not in demand for the days the lock was left on.

I am renting a storage unit with public storage and I'm very disappointed. The property manager or the person working at the front desk allowed some people live in the premises. So three consecutive storage units next door to mine were occupied by some people who smoked weed or marijuana and cigarettes day and night.

I personally witnessed it, and I also saw one of there preparing some liquid that he was going to use for vaping. All of this happening when people such as myself stored items like clothes, leather shoes and purses, couches, tables. Etc .

I plan on calling public storage today to work out a pro-rated fee since I’ve only gone 6 days into the new month and I wholly expect they will demand a full months rent as well as the late fee because they are, to most people, a criminal organization.

I complained with Hissingkitty in Oct. I just emailed you with info re: my new complaint. I'm a senior citizen with a disability living on SSA benefits. Public Storage raised my rent in June, which they reduced to $104.00 I have a "small" unit - 5x5. I couldn't get a return call from management, so I contacted your organization in Oct. Public Storage kept my payment at $104.00 for Nov.

However, my bill for Dec. 2022 is $122.00 - which I can't afford. I thought this was taken care of.

On Sunday November 13,2022. One Latino workers was rolling up weed in a car while on duty. I saw the worker dump out her car window guts from a cigar. Then start rolling up the drugs. I was on the 3rd floor looking down directly in her car.

After she rolled up her drugs. The other worker wich was Carcassonne got in the car and they both left the storage in the car. Then a few minutes later they were parked across the street at 7 11 smoking the drugs.

I saw the car there when I took another break from arranging my storage. They were watching the storage form the 7 11 store while doing drugs. If you drug test them both, I promise they both will flunk the drug test.

They should not be using drugs while at work and should be available and working for the costumers. Please take care of this…

Managment at Winfiield IL location- unprofessional and lazy ! Called MULTIPLE times the location to find out about my payment, only one time called back initially at the time I was not able to answer- called right back, had to leave a message again, and again and again.

The phone VM states that they care and will call back within 12 hours - FALSE statement!!! I called up main number for Public Storage and was able to talk to someone and get hold of the "irresponsible management" at that location.

This place is the worse! I had a 5f foot by 5 foot unit initially, then on September 19, 2022, I decided I needed a bigger unit. I was charged $260 to move into a 10 by 10, yet when I saw the unit, I noticed there was a square section in the middle,(about 4 square ft).

I asked the attendant if she could put me in an actual 10 by 10 unit because of the obstruction and she was visibly upset and I was ultimately charged an extra $10 for requesting another unit with the dimensions I paid for. Okay so, again I paid $260 for the unit, another $15 for mandatory insurance and $10 for moving to another 10 by 10.

I'm ready to space 4071 in the public storage in Pittsburg California I was recently late on my rent because I had lost I just started a new job and didn't get paid by the time that they told me that they were going to be selling my s*** at auction of lean cells on my s*** for auction but November 14th I had told November 14th to come in today is the 29th I talked to somebody last week telling me told them that I did not get paid until today and

that I would be in today to collect my things and clean out my storage from the last little bit of the items that I had in there they told me fine I go in there today find out I don't have nothing left so why tell me that it should be there I have until the 14th if you're going to sell my s*** anyways

I would like to express my disappointment from your unsatisfactory of service. I have expected much more from a prestigious and reputed company of your standard. Unfortunately, I can't help but submit this letter of complaint hoping for a fast and adequate resolution.
