I had a terrible experience checking out at Publix in Cookeville. The cashier , Denise A was extremely rude and impatient to the fact that I had to check out with my WIC card, & would not help me in any way, with any of my questions & concerns.

I haven’t had WIC for very long but she treated me as if I was a nucense or an annoying customer for simply needing help. I wanted to just say “forget it” and leave the store! Customer service should be important,& nobody should be treated as “less than” for not having enough money to buy food.

Hi, I would like to file a complaint against Publix on Cortez in Manatee County. The store manager and most of the managers including the customer service managers are the rudest people of any Publix I know. They ignore all customers.

I have never been greeted by any of them every time I shop. I use to work for Publix 20 years ago and we were told to greet customer, at least say high if a customer is 10 feet within us. Has it changed?

Hi, what I’m about to complain about is wrong pricing advertisement that happened twice to me. I shop at the Publix pharmacy at 4401 Shallowford rd, Roswell, GA 30075 and I’m am very satisfied and do my grocery shopping there as well. 00. 75.

The first time that happened manager had to come and send someone to verify the price for manager. So I waited until manager was towed that the price gage says 2/5. So she didn’t believe me and I told myself it’s okay.

Publix at Aberdeen square store 818 use to be my favorite store for 8/9 years up until around January 2023 . My favorite department was deli until this new Manager arrived she is never nice it’s never been a time I stopped in and she’s not being nasty to me another customer or not yelling at her associates .

We were in the customer service line at Publix 1700 34th Street North, St. between 6pm and 7pm on May 31st, 2023. The woman manager was rude, unhelpful and required me who was sitting in a mobile cart with limited mobility to know the exact register number in order to get the receipt to process my UCard.

She said if you don't tell her the number she would not help me! I told her it was the one 20 feet from her with her back to her. She insisted I tell her the register number eventhough she could walk to the register clerk I pointed to.

I tried using a care plus card, which I was told was accepted but was declined, to purchase cat food. The card was declined so instead I used a food stamp card to buy one food item I had selected besides the cat food.

On 1/6/2023 around 1:15 As usual I walked into the Altos Plaza Publix. I received the worst customer service in one of your stores today. I was busy at work so i sent my coworker to pick the order up for me but before he went to get the order i called to confirm that the order was ready.

It’s always ongoing with the techs saying they’ve not gotten anything from my doc for them to send the pa to my insurance. Doc always says the pharmacy has to send something for them to b able to send the PA to my insurance causing a huge delay in my prescription getting filled!

The pharmacy never sent a request to my doc and I called at 11am thurs it’s Sunday and I called 30 mins before they close and was gonna pay cash to get enough meds till my insurance accepted the PA and was told they didn’t have enough time to fill it before they close! They had 30 mins.

The Pharmacy technician Ilena refuse to give me emergency tablets because she gave me 3 before. At around 6 o'clock PM today I called Publix at Cottonwood Corners in Dothan, AL Pharmacy to inquire about a refill of a Rx I've been out of for 3 days. As it turns out, the doctor needs to rewrite a new Rx.

Because my experience on getting refills done on Fridays is that it won't be ready until Monday or Tuesday of the following week I asked the pharmacy person how to get these on a auto refill electronic request to the doctor when it needs s refill before I'm completely out. I become very ill within 2 days off this drug so it is very important not to have a break in Rx.

I requested an over the weekend fill of 3 capsules so I wouldn't end up in hospital before we could get the doctor to send a refill request to Publix. The female on the phone with me spoke with a condescending tone…

First let me say I have done business at this store since it opened in the 90's, 93 I think. The last 5-10 years are the poorest run Publix I have ever shopped. Currently you have young employees standing around when buggies are stacked up outside.

Standing around doing nothing but talking to each other. It seems out of something all the time. Sweet tea is almost never in stock. Just yesterday evening around 6pm, no sweet tea and people standing around and no management to be found.

Every single time, and I mean every single time I go to this Publix on Havendale Rd in Auburndale. They NEVER have chicken in the hot case. I have went at different times to get some, before go home, during go home, and after go home traffic to get some warm chicken and they always let me down.

Very bad experience as a temp some operators leads are very nasty and messy I even went to night shift it followed me but before I went I talk to one of the head guy after a meeting nothing changed I went to night shift were I was fired from fresh kitchen in Lakeland Fl I was upset but then again temp get treated very bad and I had already told one of the head guys.
