There is a worker by the name Joanna today 8/2/22 she was working on the deli I asked for a pound of have and she said we don’t have any and I said ok , we’ll can I get a pound of Genoa salami and she then says go grab it from the precut and I got bad and left .

Honestly I want it it freshly cut cause I have seen hams and salamis done bad in the section were they have the precut and that’s disgusting . Every single time I ask her for something she tell me to go and grab it from the precut section and gives me an attitude about .

The deli section at Publix’s is very disappointing. You can’t charge people $5 plus dollars for a chicken salad and there be less than a scoop of chicken inside. That’s ridiculous. I think I’ve learned my lesson with the deli section but honestly… do better Publix!

Store 435 has not had a working kids cart in several weeks. My children are under the age of 3 and LOVE coming to the store. A single parent cannot easily and SAFELY shop without the children’s cart and they love the steering wheels. Why did they have 4 working carts and now all of a sudden zero?

Yes I was putting my groceries in my car on may 27th around 11-12am at Publix on lakeshore ,Birmingham ,Al and while doing so it was a heavy aroma of marijuana,and a employee came out of the car, I told the young lady how inappropriate it is to be coming to work like that and she stated she was on break ,and which I told her that she was still on her jobs premises.

The young lady got very rude with me with the name tag of Eryka she stated she didn’t care that I knew her name and that her job was safe. I myself worked at a Publix as a kid and this doesn’t follow how our conduct is .

I am A regular customer ,and i have a family member that works there, i am very greatful that she has a job there, what i dont like is her job being threaten, because some unhappy customer lied on her. She is a very good worker ,happy all the time and very ,friendly. Customers love her, the people she work with love her, so why would anyone lie on her .Management told her if she get another complaint she is fired. .That sounds kinda harsh, with no proof she did anything wrong. I tried to purchase a 6 pack of Voss Water. The Lawrenceville Store only had loose bottles (usually in a 6 pack) I asked customer service if they would sell 12 bottles at a 2 6 pack price. The store manager absolutely refused.

I have been a customer since 1966. Your pharmacist is simply not customer friendly. There is much to be said about a pharmacy that cares. No call backs or very little service. Wound care, infections, etc is very important to us all.

With high Covid transmission in my area, I’ve been avoiding the grocery story but needed to stop in to pick up a prescription. Not only have I been waiting an hour to it up, but no one is enforcing mask usage in the store. Half the customers here aren’t wearing masks, despite the city-wide ordinance requiring them.

Pharmacy Hollywood and park rd fl are the rudest people and they never have anything in stock you half to wait up to 3-5 days to have your prescriptions filled what’s the point of having one if you can’t get your meds when you need them I’m tired of the rude pharmacists and there little rude technicians who are to busy discussing what they watch on tv or what happened on there date

Went to pick-up medication and it was quite a bad experience where the person assisting me was very disrespectful and my husband being a Veteran couldn’t believe how I was treating. I must call to go into details. I’m retired medical person and customer service plus good service is 1st.

Purchased Milk Aug 9th dated Aug. 21. Drank some thought I had a bug or hairball in my mouth. Examined same to discover the handle was full of this "stuff". Called in to inform Publix's to prevent others surprise. Took milk back to store spoke with manager Brian Goldstein.

Recommended the Public’s delivery out of Sans Destin to my family for the Saturday of July 17th. They placed order three days before. Kept calling and no delivery. Kept saying they would be there.

Finally that night, they said they had no shoppers. Earliest they could deliver would have been on a Monday. Very very disappointed. Terrible way to do business.

I moved to Florida in 1991 in good health and began shopping at Publix then and still do. Your slogan "Where shopping is a pleasure" was really true. All Publix employees were always smiling and greeted you with a smile and asked how you were and if there was anything they could do to help, no matter which store i shopped at.

My car was rear ended i 1999 and i had back surgery. In 2003 and again in 2005 my car was rear ended. Each time I was stopped at a red light. I was declared disabled by the state of Florida in 2006. I needed to pay for a prescription for my daughter over the telephone using my bank debit/credit card. A manager of the facility where my daughter is currently residing is going to pick up her medicine, an antibiotic and nasal spray for a sinus infection.

5 years, after my family purchased an investment property here in 2016. I have been a customer at this location for practically all of that time. About a year and a half ago, I developed a sinus issue and began needing an antihistamine to deal with the overproduction of mucus, which has caused me to have some dizzy spells.

This is more a comment or suggestion rather than a complaint. I order online frequently, but found that you can not order a BLT wrap online. If you order a BLT online it has to be on a sub roll.

I was at you location at the Newnan Crossings in Newnan Ga on July 9 between 5:30pm and 6pm what started out a ok experience changed to good to disaster in a matter of minutes. with the tight working area they kept bumping into each other.

with all the additional help I see at the Clint Moore/441 store why is the produce area worse than ever--the bins are stacked neatly but the produce in general is outrageous . you bring them home and in one day they are not edible--the tomatoes are left so long in one place the are soft/mushy and if not when bought the next day at home you have a choice -cook them or throw them out- Produce people are supposed to be picking out out the spoiled items all day long.

Store #1041 in Boynton Beach continues to be a disaster. The store is poorly stocked, and they never have enough people working there. Every time I go in there, they are missing at least 2-3 popular items. Last time it was Safeguard soap.

The store manager happened to be standing in front, and I asked him about it. He said they hadn't had it for several weeks because they had stopped making it. Think about that for a moment: this guy looked and me and told me, with a straight face, that Safeguard had stopped making soap.

Lack of adequate supply of weekly advertised specials. Each week there continues to be an ongoing problem as the stores do not carry a adequate supply as to the weekly specials. This week it is the Lemon Meringue pie that was not available during my shop at 9:00 am on Friday, March 22nd.

I started using Publix several years ago and my first problem was when an incorrect drug was given to me. I was supposed to get Methotrexate tablets but instead I was given a diuretic (name began with an M, currently cant recall) They gave me the diuretic with dosages for the methotrexate which was 5 tablets at one time, once a week. They blamed my doctor but I would think a pharmacist would be able to look at a dosage of 5 pills at one time every week and know that it could not have been a dose for a diuretic. Fortunately I am a PA and I caught it before I took the dose.

I decided, however, to give them the benefit of the doubt. Everybody makes mistakes and I was not harmed. I continued to use Publix because I thought it would be less likely they would make another mistake like that.

1st time I had a sub that was on sale - when I reached the cashier after is was rung up I said that price is wrong she said what do you want me to do? Check the price? I shop at the Publix in the Plantation Grove Center in Ocoee, FL on Maguire Road. The store is poorly stocked and always seems to be out of what I'm looking for.

Also, I have tried to special order some cookies that I have bought in other Publix stores but I have yet to get these special order cookies after four tries. I give the information at the customer service counter, they take down my name and phone number and tell me that the cookies should be available in a couple of weeks.
