Taking flight 328 from Gatwick to Doha on 27 July 2024. Went to lounge. They wanted me to pay for glass of champagne. Is that why I buy an expensive business ticket ? Scandalous. Qatar should have arrangement that pays for its customers. Very unfriendly staff. Not good enough.

Absolutely awful compared to your lounges in Heathrow and Doha. Clearly you do not want to look after your passengers in Gatwick. Had never expected that from the number 1 business airline !!!! Very disappointing. What are you going to do about it?

My wife and I traveled with Qatar airways on 11th December flight QR 909 Sydney to Doha onto London Heathrow. We had one extra Large suitcase. We contacted Qatar Airways on October to purchase this extra luggage, but was told that it was arranged by BA, so we would have to go back to them. We did.

They told us the flight was a Qatar flight and we should go back to them. Qatar website would not allow us to do the purchase and save us the 70%. We left it until we got closer to our flight from Sydney.

We tried again online, but still the same responses. As we were due to check in 24hours before 10th December, we phoned Qatar airways Sydney and spoke to customer reservations a person called Rohit Raj. We explained we wanted to pay for 1 extra hold luggage.

Flew QR0274/26 September 2023 from Amsterdam to Doha en route to Cape Town QR1369/27 September 2023. Checked in 3 bags. 2 arrived in CPT but not the 3rd. Missing bag report was lodged with details of contents, pics of identical bag, copies of boarding passes and luggage tags, etc. Since then it has been a nightmare with contradictory reports coming from their WhatsApp customer line and the baggage handlers in CPT.

Received the report acknowledging the missing bag and that it was being traced. Claim reference CPT3420730.

I requested basic isle wheelchair to transfer my father from door wheelchair to his seat and after many back and forth with useless customer service who did not help between million calls they finally at very last minute said they can offer that . Either reschaduale like we have no life or plans or if u wanna take care of ur own dad to chair since it’s last minute and we can’t do anything .

I'm a medical student from Belarus whose flight was due to depart Colombo, Sri Lanka on the 27th of August to Belarus. The estimated date of arrival was the 29th of August

My route was: Sri Lanka → Doha → Azerbaijan → Belarus

However, we were told by our ticket agent that the flight from Azerbaijan to Belarus was cancelled due to the expiration of an agreement between Qatar airways and Belavia.

For further clarification this was a ticket that was booked 8 months prior to this incident, thus why tickets were issued for a flight surpassing the agreement period is still unclear.

So we were told that our flight will be rescheduled, however we were asked to book a ticket from Azerbaijan to Belarus on our own, and the rerouted flights will take us from Colombo to Azerbaijan.

6kg overweight which is 520g per passenger. We were asked to reduce this to match the weight to the dot and our other bags have been sent by the staff and only one last bag was returned to us with 4 boarding passes.

6kg which I did later and proceeded to the gate. Later when I checked the boarding passes there was one missing and then I complained to the office a lady with QA uniform who identified her as the senior officer.

6kg overweight and until the payment is done, I won’t get the other boarding pass. I explained everything to her and she still said I have to pay as per the system and directed me to the place where the payment needs to be done.

We was asked by a meme we of staff to get are tickets checked by Qatar help desk.

We want over and the women rudely said she had finished her shift in an aggressive manner then continued to be aggressive when we asked is there anyone else who can help. Even the staff were surprised with the way she spoke to us.

I had a terrible experience in business class from Doha to DFW. My seat was stuck and not working in the Q Suite. There was an electrical malfunctioning and the crew couldn’t do anything other than apologising as the flight was full.

I had to travel by sitting straight not even incline for 16 hours in the flight. I couldn’t sleep neither relax after booking a business class flight. Qatar has to provide answer to me.

I am Ameena Nishad, who travelled in your flight in 16th August 2023. I am a nurse and was booked with your airways by our agency Riya Tours and Travels. I started my flight from Cochin international airport to Doha (6E1323) with booking reference number TZ4HI8 and was issued with 2 boarding pass.

My second flight was supposed to be from Doha to Manchester(QR21),but wasn't able to board as the boarding pass was issued with no seat number and gate number. In addition to that, Qatar Airways customer service desk staff informed us that the flight is overbooked.

During our return journey from Edinburgh to Dubai, we encountered significant challenges due to operational delays caused by the airline. I experienced the worse treatment at Qatar airways check in desk at Cairo airport terminal2. I’m over 80 Years old and i had a first class ticket but unfortunately I didn’t get a respectable treatment like offering a wheelchair or any sort of respect or some courtesy that a lady with my age should get.

It took them a long while to check my papers and I then asked for a chair. Generally I’m really disappointed with the counter staff in Cairo airport. Please note that in any other airports, the staff for Qatar airways are excellent. Thank you.

I booked a flight with Qatar airlines for May 5th 2023 but due to delays on issuing my US Passoport I ended up canceling the flight. However, I learned the airline charged me $320 per ticket total $640 for flight cancellation. When I cancelled the flight on the airline portal there were no indication or mention of how much fee I would be charged. I searched and read the cancellation policy but again there is nowhere on the site indicating how much Qatar airways will charge for cancelation which is very confusing and misleading.

On March 31, 2023, my wife and I flew from Los Angeles to Doha then Cairo on flight QR 740. It was one of the best flights we have been on in the last 50 years. There were multiple flight attendants who were helpful, polite, and the way international flight used to be. We told everyone we met in Egypt what a great airline you are.

However, the return flight, QR 737, on April 17, 2023, was the absolute worst flight we have ever had. My wife is disabled but we were seated in row 45 so she had to hobble all the way to the back of the plane, even though we explained her condition to the ticket agent when we checked in. There were approximately six small children and several older children (8-10 years old) who screamed, cried, and ran up and down the aisles for almost 16 hours.…

After spending approximately $24,000 Australian dollars on business flights from Brisbane to Dublin and return Dublin to Brisbane our experience was extremely disappointing. First I would like to say that my wife and I have always enjoyed flying with Qatar Airways and have flown with them many times,but our most recent encounter has left us quite puzzled and extremely upset. On May 7th We were at Cairo international airport midway through checking in for our flight to Phnom Penh, Cambodia ( with a stopover in Doha and Bangkok) when we were asked if we had our evisa for Cambodia .

Having done our research before our trip,we explained that we did not need an evisa as we would get a visa-on-arrival at Phnom Penh airport. But she insisted we needed an evisa so declined to let us check in until we could show her the evisa.

Two complaints. We flew from Lagos to Doha on 4th June on Business C lass. The boarding system in Lagos is absolutely shambles. The security staff is corrupt and angling for “breakfast money.” This causes boarding delays and tailbacks. Extremely uncomfortable.

Second, business class boarding in Doha on June 5th at 02.25pm. We were bused to the aircraft. And had to climb an aircraft ladder without any assistance for the carryon luggage. Very uncomfortable.

Frankly, I am waiting for the day I do not have to use Qatar anymore.

Hello. I would like to lodge a formal complaint regarding one of your booking agents in Amman. We are currently on an around the world trip. Our first leg was on Qatar airlines from San Francisco to Doha. From there we flew on Qatar to Cairo.

We were so impressed with the quality of service and the professionalism of all of your staff. My husband even commented we should try to book future flights with Qatar airlines because of this. Unfortunately when checking in for our flight from Amman to Jakarta this all changed.

On April 10th to 25th, I flew Qatar Airways round trip from JFK to Beijing. On the return flight from Beijing to Doha, the first flight was delayed and the connecting flight was missed. We are put on a late flight with Etihad Airways.

I kept asking the Qatar counter clerk to make sure my luggage would be transferred to the Etihad flight. The checked-in luggage of all people who rebooked from Qatar and I was not there when we arrived at JFK. Etihad folks were contacted to report missing luggage.

In addition, we tried to find Qatar employees who might be connected to the report, but we couldn't. Our home is in Boston. On the second day, we drove back to JFK to look for some help, and we only found Etihad folks who were willing to help us locate my luggage.

I'm writing this with very disappointed mind about flight no SNE8KI with my 2 kids (4 years old &11 years old) I was traveling from Doha to Colombo on 30th April 2023. While on the way food served n ate parata my 4year old kid had egg n sausage meal. After having meal 2hrs later I feel I'm not comfortable n I' m not well but somehow managed to end my travel and come back home.After that I was suffering from vomitish and dieariea.Almost 2 days have to take few medicine as well.and after one day my little child also not well ,fever vomiting n diaeriea. I was so upset about this as I was traveling with kids if something happened while traveling my kids will face a problem . Anyway still I'm not fully recovered.

I know for a fact that I paid extra for our seats on our flight from Washington DC to Cochin India At the check in. They told me that I was getting seats where there would normally be a person in the middle but that was empty so my husband and I would have all three seats to ourselves but

of course somebody walks right up and he has the middle seat we had to give up our seat which is the aisle seat so he could sit there and my husband and I could sit together, so I’m not sure why I paid extra to be stuck unable to go to the bathroom as I want because I had to disturb the person sitting at the end.

I am due to be flying back to DC the end of the month and I hope the same thing does not happen again.

Hi Myself (Dr. Mrs. Manisha Vijay Tamaskar) and my husband ( Dr. Vijay P. Tamaskar ) travelled by Qatar airways from Dr. Baba Saheb Ambedkar International Airport Nagpur ,India to Doha by flight No-- QR--591 on 27-04-2023. Then from Doha International Airport to JFK New York on 27-04-2023 by flight No-- QR---701 .

We had checked 4 luggages at Nagpur upto NEW York JFK. On arrival at JFK New York we could find only 3 bags and the 4th bag was missing TAG NO---0 157 621683. We searched for about 2 hours and also contacted the ground staff for the same.

She also tried to find it and finally checked the list of the missing luggage with her and found that 1 bag of Dr. Manisha has not arrived from Doha TAG NO---0 157 621683 We are facing extreme amount of difficulty as we do not have any clothes…

Dear sir, Greetings of the day. I have a complain regarding my seat booking. My booking reference is NMAEHM and I have been selected 30A seat but when I was get my boarding pass that person who issued me boarding pass at Lahore airport given me 35A seat I was try explain him that I was selected my seat which is 30A but refuses.

That thing is not good for me. Please do the needful action as soon as possible. Thanks and Regards, Tahir Naveed
