You buy a ticket from the "worlds best airline" but they have you fly with some budget carrier like Finnair. The boarding card said that my seat was in row 59, but checking some, obviously outdated info on seatguru, the aircraft had only 56 rows in economy class.

Actually, row 59 was even not the last row... The F***ing Finnair has put in a LOT of more rows in that plane last year (fact), and if you do not want to be in a extremely tight and uncomfortable seat for nearly 7 hours, DO NOT book Qatar between Helsinki and Doha.

My back still hurts from that horrible flight...

Worlds best airline? I don’t think so...

20 am, we got no confirmation of these changes eventhough they said we were emailed but we clearly weren't emailed, we had an extra 24 hours added to our journey which was such an inconvenience, my husband had just buried his mother and was still grieving, staff were of no help whatsoever, this should not have happened and no one will reply back to our emails, we want a full refund on our tickets as our journey was ridiculously long and

Travelled from Mar 24-April 9 from Manila to Rome on Qatar Business Class. ; all Filipina crew were very very very noisy led by the senior purser (hey girl! Etc); no help was extended to me as a business class passenger, treating me as if I were an economy class passenger.

Not the best crew, pls investigate who they are. No food, everything you ask for seem to be unavailable—-what the heck! Paid for business class to be treated like an economy class passenger!

We travelled on a long flight journey from Oslo Norway to Australia( 14 hours) with my family ( my missus and 3 kids ) there ages were 4 , 2 and 7 months . I was shocked to see on our long flight of 14 hours from doha to Australia we did not recieve a seat in the so called family areas where we could have a basenette for our 7 month old baby to sleep .

We did a walk around the plane when this was full and noticed that there was only 2 families with kids on this flight and the rest of the seating where the basenette could be were occupied by normal people . I was very disappointed about this as I feel families should have the right to have these seats so there babies can sleep and lay down .

Hello i have booked a flight from RDU, NC, USA to Hyderabad, India and due to some reasons i have cancelled it immediately with in an hour. But i got the partial refund and then I called immediately to qatar that i got partial amount. They said that there is glitch on your end will refund full amount. I have been contacting customer care since 2 months and they said they escalating the issue to refund team many times but no help from your end and i did not get my amount back. It is so frustrating that it is taking forever for such a small issue.

I traveled on 4/13/2023 Doha to lax on Airbus 350 1000 surprise to find seats are very tight and leg room was uncomfortable. I was unable to get off when front seat was reclining. Passage was smaller and hit three times by service cart. Service was below standard.

No one cares if service lights are on.. my request for coffee ignored with reply will bring to your seat which never happened.

Finally I walked to service area and served Luke warm stale coffee. Supervisor came once only to enquire my next seat passenger who find fly bug in her meal. Seams like they were short of staff and service was not there priority any more.

Will not fly with Qatar Airbus 350 1000 agai.

We RLJ Wilke WGVVVT and Y Wisman KNRJR7 had the flight QR665 from Colombo to Doha on April 11. We were in seats 30K and 30J

Both seats had a non functioning recline system, so we had to sit straight for 4.5 hours and the passengers in front of us had their seats reclined so it was not possible because of the very limited distance to watch something on the entertainment monitor. When we asked the stewardess she told us there were no other seats available. We find it unacceptable that a 7 year award winning airline can that easily deliver such a bad service. The seats recline system must have been broken before departure and even also during the flight(s) before. We are very disappointed and request refunding or at least compensation for the high inconvenience we had to experience.

I spoke with Michelle B in reservations. She informed me that I would be receiving a voucher for cancellation of my tickets. I received an email stating I would be receiving 1/2 of the ticket price after paying $700usd for the cancellation.

I have been calling and sending emails and have not gotten any assistance. These people clearly hate Americans. They are very rude and unprofessional. The second lady that I communicated with was yelling at me. I read so many great things about this airline.

The customer service at Dulles airport was awful. Everyone has an attitude. The customer service standard is very low. I would like to address this on a corporate level. I am going to record my conversations with these people for the world to hear.

00 GMT RQ 328 LGW to DOH on 17 March 2023. 25 GMT 18 March 2023. We were on board but the plane did not fly and after 3 hours they request us to come down from the plane. In the Airports, we r waiting but no decisions came from the authority. 00 to the airport.

QATAR changed my ticketed flight times and offered “get a refund voucher with 10% more value or a refund”. The voucher option did not appear on their website, so I opted for the refund. QATAR only refunded 60% of the original fare.

Booking Reference:-MZ7HWR Flight from London-Doha-Phuket -Fine Phuket-Doha- Fine The 2nd flight Doha-UK I got bumped off the flight as I got to the departure gate on time might I add. I was extremely upset as I had spoken to your UK office twice before departure to ask if there was enough time to make the connection.

There was, but none the less a dozen of us got bumped off the flight. No apology, no vouchers for food, no access to lounge. I had a taxi booked to pick me up at Heathrow, I had paid to reserve my seat.

My PNR is 24UZ7K My return flight on 2q2nd March from Doha to Montreal was a unbelivble story. My seat number H 17. In lunch time they had only vegetable food as chicken was not available. That was fine. But at dinner time the air hostess served me chicken which was actually mushy veg curry but the sticker written chicken.

When I pointed out to that air hostess she was rudely telling me that it was chicken not veg. I told her to try it. She rushed to her supervisor a black gentleman who came and rudely accused me for bad behavior to that air hostess which is totally a lie.

Im a Canadian citizen, but my wife and daughter are Iranian citizens. Stuff member Nadem asked to show hotel reservations requested for Iranian citizens to provide to enter Qatar, despite our final destination was Malaysia. I show our hotel reservation in Sheraton Doha convention center.

I am a privilege club member and traveling with Qatar airways for years now. Recently I had to change the itinerary for an upcoming travel and ended up cancelling the booking and took refund as voucher. Now when I tried to do a new booking using this voucher, the website wont let me do that.

Qatar security member in Doha stole my airpods out of my charging case. I had just put them in the case at the end of my previous flight. Security opened my bag and searched it. After this I discovered my airpods were not in the charging case or anywhere in my bag. This is extremely unprofessional!

I travelled with Qutar Airlines for the first time. And never again. 1,plane was not what it was said on my ticket. Take most of the flight to get sumthink to eat,8 Hours flyte 3, the passager on my row all said we will never fly Quter again.

4, I my self will be telling my local community and work. Never go on them. 5,Manchester staff where very professional, but in dohaa no staff to be found. 6, I,m dreading my travel back to the UK. 7, no images because I do not want to breach GDPR rules.

I booked two return flights to Europe with Qatar Airways (under one booking). When my girlfriend decided she might extend her trip we were told we would have to split the booking in order to do so (i.e. we couldn't cancel one flight on one booking so we would have to have two separate bookings each with one flight).

When my girlfriend instructed customer service to cancel the booking (because the portal wasn't working), they cancelled BOTH bookings. We received ZERO notifications or confirmations from Qatar Airways that my booking had been cancelled and I only found this out when I tried to check-in for my return flight (which now no longer existed!). I then had to extend my stay by two days and purchase a one-way ticket at double the price of what my return flight had been.

I would like to express how disappointed I am with Qatar airways. I didn't have my entertainment TV working on 2x 14,5 hours flight. Only in one of the flights, I've been offered to change seats. But he seats offered to me have actually someone seating, and they would move people to accommodate my husband and I, which we didn't think was fair.

I wrote a complaint to Qatar, they took over 2 months to reply, apologizing for only part of the issue. 29 hours flight without entertainment, and missing luggage. The worst experience ever during the flight, and even more disappointed with the way my complaint is being handled.

Booked business class X2 London to Karachi via Doha from British Airways. This was commissioned to Qatar .

I was travelling with my elderly mother with end stage cancer. We got all the medical clearance and booked business for her comfort

However, it was the worst trip of our lives. We waited for boarding as no priority given to disabled despite business class seats

Waited an hour after landing in an unsafe and uncomfortable aircraft wheelchair until patients wheelchair was bought to the aircraft

Complaints t to BA as booking was via them but advised to contact Qatar airways instead

Never again and no point having business class when there is shortage of food from the menu, lack of cabin crew and unhelpful staff

Booking PNR 4L9L9D I flew with my family from Montevideo MVD, Uruguay. The first half of the trip from MVD to Phuket HEK was ok.. On March 2, 2023 I did my return flight from DPS Denpasar to MVD. During the check in at DPS the agent checked my luggage all way to MVD as expected and as it was in my booking AND AS IT WAS THE QATAR APP IN MY PHONE SHOWING ALL FLIGHTS TO MVD.

Moreover, the system at the counter in DPS printed all boarding passes DPS DOH, DOH GRU and GRU MVD.

However once everything was ready they decided to cancel and rechecked my trip and bags only to GRU. I explained that the last flight GRU MVD was in LATAM LA8016 which is a partner of QATAR airways and even the Qatar PNR was showing that..

I flew on August the 21 from Vienna to Zanzibar via Doha And on 4 of September from Zanzibar back to Vienna. Flight QR 184 Vienna Doha Flight QR1487 Doha Zanzibar Flight QR 1488 Zanzibar Doha Flight QR 183 Doha Vienna I booked on all flights seat 14C but only got once that seat.

Qatar Airways has thev worst customer service at the ticket counter in IAH Airport Houston Texas. Qatar ticket agent was rude and unprofessional in tone and delivery to me because of the slow in processing itinerary for fight and I arrived at Airport 3 hour head time and I advised that the count was closed and being double booked this has happened to me before.

I never had a worst experience with Airline. Your company doesn't deserve a 0 out of 5 stars. This experience has caused me to never want to travel with Qatar Airways ever again.

Hello, i recently traveled to Montreal from Doha via Qatar Airways and at boarding time they randomly picked for body and hand carry search , i am a female and i was traveling with my 8 yr old. I want to know what is the criteria for this search, why i was picked ?

I cooperated with the staff but as a Muslim and being in a Muslim country they should a decency to do that in a enclosed area instead of doing it out in the open , i was really embarrassed , Do you think anyone can change this, make a enclosed area for female body search, i hope someone can reply me and explain this to me as you claim to be the best of all airlines,'Thanks

Case: AA-23FERNANDEZ-C43W16. This is concerning our flight on 2/10/2023 (which was booked on Dec 27, 2022) from San Antonio to Dallas. On 02/10/2023 our flight was delayed which would have caused us to miss our 2 connecting flights. We were REBOOKED for ALL our flights again on 02/10/2022 for 2/11/2023 delaying us one day.

On 2/11/2023 we flew from San Antonio to Dallas where we had an overlay of over 4 hours. Then when trying to board Qatar airlines refused to let me board the flight from Dallas to Doha Hamad Intl airport and then to our final destination Dubai because my passport that is current expires 06/2023.
