I was on a flight from Houston, Texas to Doha, Qatar with a change of aircraft and on to Bangalore, India. ) 4RYUHW booking reference (PNR)# in Houston I was bumped from my BUSINESS CLASS SEAT and put in Coach not of my own choosing, 12 August 2022.

On my Quatar Airway return flight from DOHA yesterday I had the experience of a really old, dirty airplane. The worst part was that on the 16 hour flight at one point the bathroom floor had standing water or urine (I wasn't about to verify) that covered 1/4 of the floor. The sink was also clogged. The flight has its challenges due to flight duration; however more should be done. I will say that the other customers could have also taken better care of containing their trash as it was all over the floor. I feel that of course isn't the airlines fault.

Also, it took me 3 hours go retrieve my one piece of luggage. The luggage conveyor was overly packed with luggage; which made it difficult for the one man working it to deal with. Then a fire alarm went off and everything was halted. I…

II was to fly from SFO to NBO on Feb 8 2023 (O473MQ). I was not able to travel as a result of new visa requirements. I contacted customer service and was told I could either rebook or get a voucher if I made a decision prior to 3 hours before leaving the following day on Feb 9, 2023.

I explained to customer service I could not rebook until receiving the visa, and followed directions in accordance to customer service yet been penalized. I request that a full refund of charges be returned to my credit charges. Otherwise I request that you allow me to rebook for likely 15 February 2023 if a visa is available to resolve the issue under the same conditions of original purchase.

The male airhostess at this flight QR 743 DOH - BOS 0750 departure, on Feb 5th, while serving droped my meal on the floor. The beef and rice pkg cracked and spilled on the floor, the airhostess, picked it up and put it back on my tray.

He thought I didn't see him picking off the floor. I told asked him for a new pkg and he said that was the last and I asked him for whatever is available, and he gave me a chicken and rice. He never appologised.

I am not a dog to eat food that fell on the flow. This was not acceptable and is disgusting. I need to report this hostess, I don't have his name, but he was the only male airhostess at this flight.

Later the Qatar airport team opened her luggage for exceeding the weight by 400 grams.

Now my question is when the Saudi airport authority has considered the 400 grams then how could the Qatar airport team open her luggage’s and took down the goods from her bag to reduce the weight?

I would like to file a complaint against a flight attendant who was stationed at the check in desk. She threatened to call the police on me simply because she had asked for my Covid vaccination card which I had a copy on my phone which I had showed her.

I was the only one she had asked for a proof of the vaccination card from. Which made all other customers in the queue wonder n confused about the whole situation. Looking around, I was the only black person present.

VERY POOR. Paid for an upgrade to business class and was not given the 10% discount promised. I have been trying for 2 months to find a person to help resolve this and only get the run around. I was travelling from India to Toronto on 11th January 2023. ( Booking Ref-492V7T). In Doha, the air line changed my route to Doha to London and London to Toronto, During my journey I had to face so many issues and that sudden change made so much confusion.

I’m USA citizen I was traveling from Islamabad to New York . The staff on the boarding counter was totally unprofessional. They denied my boarding pass without any good reason said there is error in the system. I explained then I am USA citizen and I just come from there.

But they said they will not issue boarding pass until the error is clear. They missed my flight just to find out the error and waste my money and time also. I think these guys need customers service traning way their talking is totally unprofessional .

I will never book Qatar airways again especially in Pakistan. Someone need to check them and trained them.

Regarding flight QR028 Manchester to Adelaide weds 23/11/22. This flight was delayed due to the late arrival of the plane into Manchester. I was allocated a service which flew via Melbourne, without the full facts being properly explained to me, that there was an 8/9 hour lay over in Melbourne, when I tried to gain further information from Qatar airways staff at both Manchester, and

Greetings of the new year 2023.

I am writing and escalating this matter to you since Qatar Airways is not able to provide resolution of my complaint regarding missing baggage.

My wife, Supriya John D Panga (booking Ref. TPR9GL) had travelled alongwith my daughter, Sarah John Dass Panga (booking Ref. TRFWB3) from Boston to Doha on 20 Dec 22 vide flight # QR 744 and subsequently from Doha to Riyadh on 21 Dec 22 vide flight # QR 1168.

At the Boston airport, they were given baggage tags for 4 checked in baggage i.e 2 bags checked in for each. However, upon reaching Riyadh on 21 Dec 22, the baggage with booking reference # TRFWB3 and tag # 57 482622 (navy blue color medium sized American Tourister bag with transparent plastic cover) did not reach Riyadh.

05 but due to technical problems, it was delayed which in turn resulted in us missing our connecting Qatar flight onwards to Madrid. Arrangements were made by Qatar airlines but the option that was available meant a reroute via Frankfurt.

It added on an additional 10 hrs flying time. To add to our woes is that Lufthansa didn’t even offer supper and it was midnight when we eventually reached our destination. I am a seasoned traveler and used Qatar airways as recently as June 2022 to fly to Santorini and Vienna via Johannesburg.

I always try and get the shortest travel times as I have motion sickness and by the end of this last trip my 2 daughters and I were ill and had to recover the entire following day. 5 days in Madrid.

On the 27th of December 2022 I had the worst experience in my whole 36 years of life. My bad luck brought me to Doha airport transiting from sharjah to Cairo. Due to some health issues I spent sometimes in the toilet and I wasn't feeling well , so I missed my connection. Things have gone worse with the inhuman treatment of the Qatar airways staff. They were throwing me to each other like an unwanted ball. I didn't get the minimum assistance anyone in this situation should get. Used Qatar Business 4 flights in 2022.

First flight ran out of food. Very few options and went hungry.

Second flight lost luggage and 5 days before retrieval. Third flight food poisoning. Fourth flight wife changed into night clothes and when she awoke her stored day clothes were missing. Official complaint made but no response. Now for 2023 we have already 8 long haul Business flights booked but definitely not with Qatar. Swiss Air and Lufthansa.

We have gone back to who we can trust. Now there's a word, trust. What has gone wrong with Qatar? Not just poor but terribly poor. We will avoid them until we are sure they have improved.

Summary of the problem: As a result of QA mistake, our family (3 passengers) missed flight QR483 (Dec29 Tehran to Doha 12:20) and had to take the next flight QR499 (same day 22:55). hello, I was on a flight QR 737 from Doha to SFO on Dec 25 early morning and was surprised that they served lunch at 9 am instead of breakfast. The food quality is very poor esp the cold salad and bran bread but the dessert was very good. Please improve your meals on flight.

I was also surprised that there was not enough chicken sandwiches but chips provided on a 15-hour flight people get hungry please keep more variety of sandwiches and sponge cakes for snacks.

Staff was very good and gave good service.

Had.my flights cancelled and confirmed 3 times via opodo/dreams travel over five days. Never had issues with Qatar before. Is this a management issue.

Hello, My flight on 23rd of December was cancelled. (Book ref-5QILCZ) We waited 5 hours at the airport,after this the flight was cancelled.Put us in hotel(absolutly not organized),we got in bed 6am! We got the flight next day 24th at 19;20 through London.We came to the airport and was cancelled again due the weather.Finally we got in flight with Emirates at 22;20.I am asking compensation.I was flying together with another person (same booking reference)Veronika Hesounova.Waiting unswer from you.Thanks.Lucie Kamesova.

Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to express my strong dissatisfaction with the policy of your company recently. I booked a flight to Luxor in 29-Aug-22 but unfortunately I got an email concerning my flight cancellation to Luxor with Booking reference (PNR) - P8I6TR.

To my great dismay, this is the second time to cancel my flight to Luxor. I got an email cancelling my flight Booking reference (PNR) - JFZK42. I contacted the company and they informed me that I could change the destination to Cairo airport which is 600 KM far from my city.

I strongly demand to return the same booking.

I was on flight QR908 from Doha, Qatar to Sydney Australia. My complaint is that I was seated next to a family with small children.

First of all, why on earth would you allow a family with children of that age to board a long flight like that? They can't handle it.

Secondly, why would you seat a single, middle-aged man next to them? I got zero comfort sitting next to a screaming infant. With the cost incurred on this flight, I definitely expect better.
