I made a booking R8VI95 on 6/3/22 paid an additional £200 for extra legroom for the 4 flights (Manchester - Perth return). On Flight QR028 my seat 19D was not allocated on check in and I was given 28H with no legroom.

I complained but flight was full. Your staff promised to report the complaint. At Doha before flight QR900 I spoke to staff as my booked seat 17C did not exist. They allocated 75A which was satisfactory. It seems that different aircraft are in use since I booked my extra legroom seats but no one sorted out the problem.

I have 2 more flights - QR901 on 12/2/23 with seat 17H,and QR027 on 13/2/23 with seat 16A and want you to ensure my seats are ones with extra legroom. I also request that you refund me the cost of my charge for extra seating on flight QR028.

Please update me…

Hello, I flew from Doha to Chennai(MAA) on Dec 9th, 2022 at around 7 pm, and the flight was supposed to land at Chennai airport on Dec 10th, 2022 at 1:50 am, But the flight reached MAA at around 5:45 am. Because of this, I missed my next Indigo flight which was supposed to go from MAA Chennai to RGIA Hyderabad and I had to rebook the flight, It cost me around INR 11000 and I waited in the airport for 10 hours. So I kindly request you to resolve this issue by refunding my money for the second flight I booked from MAA to RGIA.

I currently reside in China and I am trying to take my 2 Husky's home, my flight is on the 11th of December. I live in Chengdu but because of the size of the dogs only Qatar and one other airline can take the dogs.

Qatar only flies out of 2 cities in China, the closest to Chengdu is Guangzhou. In order to get to Guangzhou with 2 big dogs I have to drive down. It will take 2 days to do this, because of the strict Covid policies I need to arrive in Guangzhou 3 days before my flight.

Qatar allows passengers to book space for their pets 30 days in advance and once the application has been submitted they say it will take 48hrs for the request to be processed. I submitted my application exactly 30 days prior to my flight.

It is now a week before I fly and I still have not received confirmation.…

Purchased a business class flight from Sydney to new york va Qatar as it was my 50th birthday present to myself. They ditched my seat and told me they didn't have one. After much deliberation at the airport they got me a seat in economy.

7 months later they still have not refunded me money for that ticket. Their communication is appalling with customer service. I want my money back for that first flight.. How do I get it back? It took me two years to save that 14,000AUD.

So much more to this, but limited to what I can write.

I recently purchased a business class ticket from Qatar Airways Website YYZ-DMM-YYZ and paid $11,144.91 CDN. The sector Toronto Montreal (YYZ-YUL) was given to me as economy and when I phone Qatar airways, the representative said Business class was not available in that sector. We booked the flight for 9th Nov 2022 for 2 to Belgrade. Booking ref# W7BNVG We were travelling to our client place to take official on the job training for a period of 25 days. We had all the documents mentioned in the checklist.

Although is mentioned clearly that we are going stay in the client provided accommodation along with the address in the Invite Letter, they insisted only Hotel bookings can be allowed. My Question is: Why should everyone stay in a hotel?

Flight QR501, I was travelling back to Toronto with my mom (I am a PR holder and my was coming with me for the first time as her supervise was approved ) the flight ground staff wasn’t aware that supervisa did not require return ticket as they get visa for 10years . They can go in and out of the country as they wish until their visa is valid .

Qatar air advertises as best in the world. Our ( my wife and I) experience was beyond expectations on 10. October 2022 flight qr0989 to Athens via Doha and return on 10 November flight qr0904.

Firstly we had choose Qatar as they were supposed to flight out of Canberra where we live. 4 days before departure we were informed we need to go to Melbourne for departure to Doha. Different airline, more time needed, more inconvenience.

Same applied to the return and we had a long delay in Melbourne flying with Virgin to Canberra- just what you need after a long flight. Caused by Qatar! During flight we experienced a lazy crew. It took more than 90 minutes to clear tables after a meal.

I and my handicap daughter just traveled with Qatar Airways from JFK NY to Doha Qatar. We experienced very rude and obnoxious behavior in the flight and it even got worse. There was no one available to assist my handicap daughter at the airport.

I was booked on flight QR1456 from Harare to Doha on the 31/10/22 and unfortunately the flight failed to take off because of a technical problem and we sat in the plane for 3 hours whilst they tried to solve the problem and unfortunately failed and cancelled the flight around 2300 hours and bussed people to hotel.

Passengers didn’t have any meals that night and today the 1/11/2022 Qatar has failed to update passengers on the situation as many people have missed their connecting flights and don’t know what’s going on. I don’t know if it’s because of the region they are flying in where they do not care about passengers’ welfare.

Qatar refused to pay the bills. I will definitely never fly Qatar.

Accused of skipping check in queue when in Jakarta by aggressive staff member. There was no line it was just everyone joining the queue from different angles. None of passengers had a problem bar him. Aggressive and very very rude.

On October 29th i was informed by Qatar Airways representatives that because i use supplemental oxygen, i would need a doctors note or a 18 hour battery ( i had a 12 hour battery plus a wire which plugs into the airline ) was told i could not board and there would be no penalty fees, this was added to the notes in Qatar customer service.

My travel agent is saying that his records show i was a no show at the airport and i have to pay fees. I was tuned away by Qatar so i should not pay any fees. I am unable to book another flight without paying additional fees.

Dear all Recently I travelled from Sydney Australia to Zagreb Croatia with return ticket. 08. 2022. and then from Doha to Zagreb with flight number QR217. There was not any issue and the flight anded as expected. Problem occurred on my way back to Sydney.

Just wanted to inform you about the ordeal I went through because of the very rude and curt behavior of a customer care manager Mr Jimmy at Hamad international airport yesterday 25-10-22 at Gate no 2 . Me and my husband were all geared up with documents to go to Umrah and he refused to let us board that is understandable as there was an issue of mismatch of the profession in QID and visa.

But the appalling way we were dealt with was uncalled for the tone of the manager was unacceptable and he didn’t lift a finger to help us and misguided us to go to Saudi embassy to get the visa stamped which they don’t do causing us a great deal of stress. Booked a flight on 22 June for a family of 4 for a 15 Dec 2022 trip. Was changed multiple times by Qatar Airways. Then Qatar take it 1 step further, and removed my name from the booking (from a flight of 4 to a flight of 3).

Then Qatar added a new flight (SIN - DOHA) for the flight of 3. Been ignoring me since 22 June (initially says will investigate and get back to me, now totally ignoring me). No response, no refund. just flat-out scammed me with their incompetence.

My booking VRWOV9 Platinum level Privilege card 406642648 flight LCA-ATH-DOH-ICN on 15/15 Oct 2022. In ATH no record of my platinum level on my two boarding passes and as such no update until I reach DOH for rectification. I was contacted by Qatar Airways on Tuesday 29 September informing me of minor changes to my booking flying Business Class to the Maldives on 26th January 2023. Being concerned about this I contacted my Tour Company TUI and spoke to a Senior Advisor Mr Peter Taylor we spoke in great detail about this payment and then received an e mail from him stating that the changes are indeed very minor and

would be accepted by TUI at no charge to myself the customer. I have checked my bank account and find that the payment of 557,56p has sent to a company called AIR FARES KEY who now have this money. Because of this very sad situation and comments made by TUI I am asking for a refund of this money and look forward to this money being paid back into my bank account of which you have details.

I inadvertently booked the Lite category for my Business Class from IAD in September 2022. When I reached Doha airport after the 13 hours flight, I went straight to the Business class lounge, but I was turned away rudely stating that I booked Lite and am not entitled to the lounge.

Surprised by my mistake I would have paid the additional fee to enter the lounge (which I had used previously and at that time there was no Lite or whatever, just Business Class). Instead of showing hospitality to their valued customers, I was told to go to the Silver lounge.

It took me 45 mins to find it. The Silver lounge was mediocre at best compared to the fact I paid for Business Class for my entire trip.

I wrote to Live Chat Assistance and the lady told me that there was an error online that is why the ticket was not issued, furthermore the price was wrong and the difference price due was USD217 and not USD149 as the sistem charged me. She asked me if I would like to confirm the changes and that Qatar will refund the amount to my account.

But until now I haven't received it!! I can send you in attached the chat conversations. I would appreciate your answer and hope to recieve the refund as soon as your earliest convenience. Regards Paola Cavalli

I was traveling from Phoenix, AZ to Isfahan, Iran on August 1st. My CheapOair Booking # is 76563555. My flight was going from PHX to LAX then LAX to DOH and then DOH to IFN. The layover in LAX was supposed to be 3h 20 min.

After I got to the departure gate to DOH, Qatar Airways announced that the flight has a delay of one hour and they kept announcing the delay every hour until before12 midnight that they started boarding. All passengers were on board by 12 am and were waiting to take off.

We were all siting still for 3 and a half hours in the airplane until at 3:30 am they announced that the flight is cancelled!! During the initial delays and waiting to take off, no food , no refreshments, just some water and some chips!! Very Very Poor Service.

Then they told us to go get your luggage…

I booked a ticket in Qatar Airways for flying from Bangalore to Berlin on 12th September 2022. I booked a ticket with you guys and in the ticket it had your logo in it. The trip included a flight from Bangalore to Doha and then from Doha to Berlin.

But later I learned that the flight from Bangalore to Doha is "Operated by Indigo". Not sure what that means since I booked the ticket seeing the brand name "Qatar Airways". That's fine. I am a student and I called the Qatar helpline to clarify if I would be allowed to have an excess baggage of 10 Kgs if I Signed up for the student Club.

They clearly stated that it's totally fine to show the card at check in and they would permit 10 Kgs extra. When i reached the airport, I had to go to the Indigo counter during check in and they charged me…

Hi Me &my family travelled on August 17th on Qatar Airways. We are travelling on Qatar first time in our lifetime & customer service was really bad. We carry our laptop bag from Philadelphia to Thiruvananthapuram &while coming back they told not to carry that & make it as one luggage.

No one from US told us about this while going from Philadelphia. I was fine making it as one baggage but the qatar airways staff was not at all nice to us. There was few family having the same issue while travelling.

It was my firsrt experience in Qatar & it was not at all good. My kids was frustrated during the wait. They were hungry & they said they are not going to travel in Qatar again.
