I used Qatar airways on 21 August 2022 from Nigeria to Dubai and it was a wonderful experience. The return journey turned me into a begger, I was humiliated with emotional toture at Dubai airport. I was charged despite having ticket that reads 2pc,1pc. All effort to get further explanation failed. I was made to pay for 2 of my Bags including the Hand Language.

Attached is the ticket and the receipt for payment.

I seek for refund of the $544 paid

2022 at the JHB check-in is extremely poor, no client orientation whatsoever from the Supervisor with a name Nitara. She refused to provide her last name saying for data protection purposes. I am a frequent flyer 568622269 and have been travelling to Kabul via Doha and Islamabad since Jan 2022.

I use UNHAS flights from Pakistan to Kabul with transit period of less than 4hrs. Based on directive from Islamabad authorities, we do not require a Paki visa to transit Pakistan within 24hrs. I have never had issues previously travelling this route for the past 8 months and I travel it every 5 to 6 weeks till today with Nitara blatantly refusing to let me board despite me showing them the confirmation letter from Pakistan authorities outlining visa is not required for transit of less than 24hrs.…

On Aug. 30, 2022 I was supposed to take flight # QR 246 from Istanbul to Doha. At the airport I was directed to go get my PCR (Covid-19 test) which I did but it took some time to give me the result.

When I went to check in I was told that hey closed the economy check in counter and that I have to go talk to the supervisor who told me the same thing. At the same time there was a lady passenger checking in at the business class counter.

I told the supervisor that he can check me in since that counter is still open and that passenger is still being helped but he very rudely refused. I asked him whom can I see for help and showed me the customer service number to call and that was a 974 code number meaning I have to call Doha for help and without any Turkish sim card I could not do any…

Hi on the 5/9/2022 we boarded the airline QR908 Doha to Sydney at 20:30. After a 15 minutes of flying we did an emergency landing back to Doha. The fire brigades surrounded the plane. We were only then told that there was an issue with the wheels and a smoke detection alert.

As we disembarked there was very little information, guidance as to what steps would be taken, and what should happen to us passengers should our flight be aborted. Passengers had scattered to obtain complimentary food.

However after this there was mayhem. We gave our passports with the promise of accommodation. After waiting for 3 hours we were told there was not enough accommodation for all. I booked at the newly operated hotel Oryx room 310 conf.

I always travel through qatar airways because it was best when it comes to luggage allowance but, this time I shocked,they changed luggage from 2 pieces to only one if I travel first on a local flight ,my city don't have flights directly to qatar airways route hence they don't allow two luggage, although I have to go into three fights to reach my final destination ,So, airway canada don't mind but they said qatar airways isn't agree to that . My name is Penny Wainaina, and I'm writing to complain on behalf of my mother Pauline Njoki Mwangi. She traveled with your airline Qatar, on 30th August 2022 booking Ref no. OG6JMB, IAH TO NBO. It took her two hours to get checked in yet we arrived in good time (2:30 pm) having already checked in online.

This is because the check in representatives gave misleading information about the carry-on and backpack policy.

First they said it needed to weigh 7Kgs each, so we fixed that and got at the back of the queue only to be told again by the next representative that they needed to weigh 5Kgs each causing us to fix that and go to the back of the queue again.

This was very stressful especially for my 74 year old mother who by now had to be rushed through TSA check to be able to make it to her…

As a result of Qatar ground staff failing to honour the reservation for my flights BKK – DOH – LHR, and not providing any rebooking assistance or refund, I was stranded at BKK for 48 hours before being instructed by BKK immigration to return to VTE on 2 September 2022.

This created further problems with Laos Immigration authorities and I now have to fund a return booking from VTE to LHR before 6 September 2022 or be detained. As you will know, the majority of flights route via BKK and there is no seat availability so I am unable to return to work on Monday 5 September 2022 and may lose my employment as a result as well as the possibility of being detained…

QV441 VTE - BKK 31 August 2022 to connect with QR 831 BKK - DOH 31 August 2022 to connect with QR11 DOH - LHR 1 September 2022.

Check in at VTE provided through booking for my suitcase VTE-BKK-DOH-LHR but only a boarding card for the VTE-BKK segment of the itinerary. On arrival at BKK, about 1330, I followed the transfer connection signs to the zone for Qatar Airways but there was no desk indicated. I proceeded to the transfer security check point, just a few metres away, where my passport and VTE-BKK boarding card was checked. The issue with Qatar airways was that on the 28th of June 2022 we had a flight from Heathrow London airport to Kathmandu Nepal airport but we had a connection flight at Doha where we had a terrible experience at Doha because we missed out flight to Nepal because of a delay in Heathrow airport. Our experience was with a diabetic patient with other problems included it was horrible we had to wait for 3 hours in a queue to receive our new boarding pass while waiting the person with diabetes was about to faint as his blood glucose level was very low and

he wasn’t able to take medication cause no food was available.

Also the service was very poor we all felt neglected that day however after a long wait we did manage to get food for free but it was not enough.

I had booked a business class tickets for my parents. I had been told that I can change the date of my flights without any charges for the first time, only condition was to call qatar airways before 30th september as the travel date was on 6th October 2022. When I called on 27Th August to request for change of flight for 30th November 2022, they told that the change fee, penalty fee etc will apply and i have to pay extra 3, 20, 000 INR. In June 2022 I bought tickets for me and my daughter Anca-Maria Onita for our travel to Thailand and return to Romania on 28. 2022. The purpose of of our travel was to visit my husband who works in Bangkok.

Good evening, My flight has been on the 22nd of August from Cracow to Salalah with two overstops- one in Warsaw, another one in Doha. Everything was ok till Doha. In Doha I got, unexpectedly, a ticket to Muscat and then from Muscat to Salalah.

In the meantime I had a few more flights but the dashboard shows still after every additional flight 191 (instead of 274 Qpoints) 2022: 29.03 33 07.06. 16 08.06 9 25.07. 25

25.08.2022 And now comes the highlight: instead of adding the 83 Qpoints (flights between Feb 22 and July 22) are you reducing from 191 to 161! The existing number of Qpoints is even reduced below the 191 Qpoints I had in the dashboard since Feb 22 to 23.08.22.

5 years ago. My bookinf number is SFNOA3 and ticket number is 157-2361466909. I later changed this ticket to an open ticket through customer service because I was in covid.. When I called customer service, I told my ticket number and they said I can change this ticket for 2 years.

My parents had to return to Pakistan from Jersey (Channel Islands) on 21st August. They are old people with multiple medical issues including knee surgeries and issues making them absolutely incapable of handling any issue during travelling. For this very reason, we had booked their ticket through Qatar Airways, as only they were taking them from Jersey to Karachi without having to collect and deposit the baggage throughout the journey.

My baggage was lost between flights connection. Already at the airport, I filled up a report and was been told that they will bring the baggage in the next morning. Already afternoon I have called for several phones numbers unsuccessfully, and finally they picked up the call ( number 33072482).

Today i tried to book a business retour flight: CRK-BRU deparrting 25/8/2022 BRU-CRK deparrting 07/9/2022

I choose the payment option Creditcard + Avios points.

However, on paymment through a third party website, something went wrong:

A, i did not receive an email with confirmed booking,

B, My Qatar Airways dashoboard did not show a booked flight

C, My Avios balance was redcued to 0.

I cannot confirm if my creditcard was charged for the amount of appx. 2300 euro.

Questions:

My wife and children, are in DOH as I write this. They were promised a hotel, after your airline delayed their fight causing them the miss their connecting flight. Now they have arrived in DOH they were told that the hotel is for gulf region citizens only.

Even though they have iqarma for KSA. They are now expected to wait over 12 hours in the terminal after a long flight from BKK. This is totally unacceptable and racist. I will take this further.

Tragedy of the Qatar airways flights:

- 1332 Doha- KRT - Doha of July 30/2022. Scheduled to depart KRT at 00:50 Am and arrived Doha, Hamad at 05:25 Am. Unfortunately, this flight has been delayed for more than four hours without any notification until passengers reached the boarding gate at KRT then stopped. Passengers were called for boarding at 04:02 and flight took off at 04:47 Am and arrived Doha at 09:09 Am, which resulted to miss the flight below Doha- SFO. The next connection will be at least 24 hours stay at Doha, Hamad airport

I am Aniket Chanda. I have arrived in Ireland (Dublin airport) on 5th August with Qatar Airways. My flight was from kolkata to doha (QR0541) and doha to dublin (QR0017). I came to know that my checked in bag (trolley, company name: Carlton) has not arrived in dubin.

I filed a complaint ( ref no: DUB2698040), and the sky handling partner has given me a report of my complaint. It has been two days that i didnt receive any calls/email from them regarding my bag. The tracking system is pathetic as the whatsapp chat link for baggage enquiry is not working.

I was flying from Melbourne Australia to montreal canada(30hrs) They wanted to charge me for bringing a stroller because i had bought at child ticket for my 22 month old and not a infant ticket. Seat #16K and 16H We got from LAX TO DOHA, But on the way back our seat #30A and 30C was given to some one else. they gave us seat #40Dand 40E WHICH Was in middle isle. I have a problem seating to long and i have to get up often, that is why i bought the seat and it was very inconvenient to seat in the middle.

Dear Qatar Airways,

My name is Aydan Ahmadova and I was flying together with Karim Niyazov from Baku to Thailand through the Doha. So at the gate we were informed that our flight is fully booked and there is no chance to fly with this flight( flight number QR 832).

Please be informed that we were postponed to the next flight after 12 hours. We had to stay 12 hours without sleeping and comfortable stay. We have also received the meal voucher for the 12 hours being in the airport.

However, no lounge seats and other options were offered, nevertheless it was not our fault of fully booked airplane.

In addition, we are going to the honey moon after our wedding and we planned to stay one night in Bangkok and after fly to the Samui. So our hotel was paid in advance and as we arrive to Bangkok…

I had my flight on 11th July 2022 from Hyd-Doha_Dallas. And I have checked-in 2 bags each 23kg at Hyderabad airport and I was supposed to take my baggage in Dallas(DFW). But after I arrived Dallas on 11th, I was told by the Qatar customer service department that my baggage was stuck in Doha and they will get it to Dallas in the next day first flight.

And I had a flight (American airlines) from DFW to Lubbock(LBB). I mentioned to the qatar department in DFW about this. I mentioned to them I will not be staying in Dallas. They took my details of the next immediate American airlines flight and assured me that they will send the baggage to Lubbock after the baggage arrived in Dallas.

Arrived on Qatar airways flight QR634 from LHR to Dhaka, Bangladesh (via Doha) on 15th July 2022. The flight is operated by British Airways.

Unfortunately one of my checked in baggage did not arrive.

Waited at the luggage collection area belt 3 for over an hour. Tried to complain to the Qatar airways representative. He advised that my missing luggage (O 157 750205) was not on the list and tried to dismiss us and would not talk to us.

Missing luggage mainly had my daughters belongings and other valuable stuff. She started crying and worrrying due to it consisting of all her belongings.
