The issue with Qatar airways was that on the 28th of June 2022 we had a flight from Heathrow London airport to Kathmandu Nepal airport but we had a connection flight at Doha where we had a terrible experience at Doha because we missed out flight to Nepal because of a delay in Heathrow airport. Our experience was with a diabetic patient with other problems included it was horrible we had to wait for 3 hours in a queue to receive our new boarding pass while waiting the person with diabetes was about to faint as his blood glucose level was very low and
he wasn’t able to take medication cause no food was available.
Also, the service was very poor we all felt neglected that day however after a long wait we did manage to get food for free but it was not enough.
