The issue with Qatar airways was that on the 28th of June 2022 we had a flight from Heathrow London airport to Kathmandu Nepal airport but we had a connection flight at Doha where we had a terrible experience at Doha because we missed out flight to Nepal because of a delay in Heathrow airport. Our experience was with a diabetic patient with other problems included it was horrible we had to wait for 3 hours in a queue to receive our new boarding pass while waiting the person with diabetes was about to faint as his blood glucose level was very low and

he wasn’t able to take medication cause no food was available.

Also, the service was very poor we all felt neglected that day however after a long wait we did manage to get food for free but it was not enough.

On April 13, 2022 myself (Bernhard Andreas Jacob) and my partner (Lydia Kimlick-Uderian) booked flights from Toronto (YYZ) to Nairobi (NBO) for departure on June 3 and arrival shortly before midnight on June 4, 2022. Two scheduled stops were planned: one in London Heathrow (LRH) and one in Doha (DOH).

The final flight from DOH to NBO had 01:15 connecting time, which as we were subsequently informed via email in May by Qatar Airways, was reduced to 01:00 hours. I called Qatar Airways in Toronto asking if one hour would be sufficient to make the connection and was informed that this was within the allowable guidelines.

At this point we should have simply canceled both flights, as in hindsight it was very questionable as to whether such a short connection time was even viable. The checked…

On the 20th of February I contacted qatar airways and spoke to RASUL regarding a credit voucher that was soon to expire. After many back and forth conversations he was finally able to assist me with re booking my flight using the credit voucher that I had. As flights costs had gone up in price we had to spend extra thousands of dollars to re book the exisiting tickets for myself and two other passengers. Domenico and Domenica Calabrese. The way that this was done was that we had used an amount from the credit voucher to book 3 one way tickets- leaving the amount of $525 USD remaining from the credit voucher. We then paid seperately from the credit voucher, for the remaining 3 return tickets.

25 am. I reached to the airport before two and half hours. There was a big line infront of the Gate 2 and there is no staff in the all counter. In the middle of the line one lady staff checked my passport, ticket and air suvidha( that is required for indian nationalities).

Qatar Airway made my mum 84 years old and my Aunty 87 years old miss their plane in Paris inspite having full vaccination, imposed them to change their tickets for a later plane and made them pay a big amount again of almost 500 euros each. They also asked them for a PCR test at 70 euros for one and 20 euros for the other one, both are fully vaccinated. I would like to complain about Qatar Airway and how they treated 2 old ladies 84 and 87 years old, my mum and her sister. They were both coming to visit me in India leaving from Paris, booking TAB9GR and PTS0AV.

They stopped them cause they did not have their document Suvidha self declaration and nobody from Qatar Airway to help them. How two old lady of their ages could use any applications or download any documents. So time for me to do it from India, Qatar Airway made them miss their flight.

Than when they went to change their tickets they were charged a huge amount even their missed flight ticket were all paid. Than it is not finished Qatar Airway imposed them to do a PCR test and charged my aunty an amount of 70 euros and mum a different amount.

I am a Silver member and I have over 40,00 Avois miles. I have tried over a month now to upgrade my flight for the 24th July 2DV3CV and today finally someone on the "Lets chat" app informed me that there is no upgrades available. I made multiple phone calls and checked the website religiously as instructed. I am willing to upgrade with cash and Avios but no one can help me.

I flew Mogadishu (Somalia) to Chennai (India) on 14 July. My connection time at Doha was exactly an hour. I killed myself to make it on time only to be told that I had been moved to another flight as QA decided I would not make it on time.

No one asked me for my preference. I spent another seven-plus hour at the airport. Thankfully there was no family emergency. The way the whole issue was handled and I made to plead to be taken on board on the originally scheduled flight was not pleasant.

I have been flying QA for several years now and generally have a good opinion of them. But this was unprofessional and completely crass.

Upon checking in, the bags were 2kg over so accordingly we needed to check them in. The agent at reception for the business class comes over and demands the boarding passes back in a rude way. What's the problem? The reservation comes with 1 checked bag per person.

There is no need to be rude or snatch an issued boarding pass from me.

I am hereby filing a complaint for the incident that happened onboard flight 764 and in the Business Class section of the airplane.

I was getting ready to rest in my cubicle when the heavy cabin door was dislodged and dropped on my face, seriously hurting me. I was given some painkillers and in Doha, as I was still feeling dizzy, I was briefly visited by a couple of Airline personal who offered to take me to hospital. I refused the offer as I would have missed my connecting flight and the important business meetings I had the next day.

Today, I still have a lot of pain in in my right forehead and upper gum and teeth. My right eyesight is sometimes blurry. I am arranging to visit a specialist for examination and further treatments as required.

I traveled from Chennai to Dallas on June 28 only to find that after 2 hours for my bags one of them was missing. After multiple follow-ups from my end, it arrived 3 days later with half the items damaged.

I have written several complaint requests to the customer service team and have spoken to many people at your office regarding this issue. 2 weeks later, I still haven't received any kind of reply from Qatar airways customer service. Yesterday my parents' flight in Stockholm was delayed by 2 hours due to the AC not wanting to work, which means that they would arrive at their gate on 99 only to find out that their tickets had been given away and they then had to fly back via Namibia at 6am this morning, they rush to the Windhoek gate only to find that it is gone.

Then they found out that they could only fly to SA tonight at 8 o'clock. They are not allowed to book in a lounge or hotel because the SA covid certificate is not valid in Qatar. They received 3 eating coupons that did not even work and after many attempts only got it right.

They now had to go and look for "sleeping chairs" to rest there until 8 o'clock tonight. My father has a disabled leg aswel! I'm going to make sure they get their tickets and the expenses…

Currently on a flight from Doha to Qatar and the service is the very worse. They served snacks and totally skipped over me. After 30 mins they came by to pick up trash and that's when I asked for one.

I had my light on gor over an hr twice trying to get dome water, no one came, tried calling as they walked by, they ignored me. It wasn't until the passenger on the right finally stopped one of them did I get some water.

The second time, I stopped one on the right abd asked for water, she tells me ask the lady on the left. I did she said ok abd didn't return. She then walks back by me and asked if I wanted water, zi said yes and she finally brings my water.

I have 3 hrs and 21 more mins before this flight lands and can't wait to get off this plane. Horrible, horrible service.

I am a seaman and I was sitting at the airport for 2 hrs but no one informed me that I have to fill up the air suvidha form.

Secondly I tried to fill up there itself so it was showing error. Ok fine it's the rule but the staff there did not even bother to help me out by saying we will reschedule the flight orask me if I ate something or no.

Second time travelling with Qatar airlines, with my family, business class and I can not pre order the right food for my children that have restricting diet. The most conventional food for kids, for sure is the kids menu; at this time I heard from the Qatar customer service: you bought a adult fare ticket so you can not have menu kids!!

Hello, We had a very horrible experience on the way back to LAX from Trivandrum. We booked the tickets well in advance, and all three seats were together. On our arrival at Doha airport, at the time of check-in, Qatar reps told us our seats were allotted to someone else and we must sit separately, which was very stressful, especially during the pandemic period.

We asked the agents to get the original seats, and they asked us to stay there. We stayed for almost an hour, and in the end, the agents told us they were helpless. Again, we reach LAX, and there comes the next problem. m. to find out why.

After several calls, on the third day, they delivered the luggage. There are perishable items in the bag. Rotting food items also damaged other items. We usually travel via Emirates or Singapore…

My mother, Suraya Sultana (73 years old), transited through Hammad International Airport on 24-JUN-2022 at 5:45pm. She had requested wheelchair assistance when her flight was booked, however, she was not provided access to the wheelchair. Instead, the flight attendant asked her to get off the plane on foot. Because of her age, she is at a higher risk of fall and experienced balance issues while trying to deboard. She fell down the stairs and suffered several injuries in head, hand, arms, and foot. The ground staff then rushed an ambulance to the spot and took her to the medical center at the airport.

I need an apology from the airline and the airport management and assurance of corrective measures to avoid these unforeseen incidents.

I am due a refund for two airline tickets and Qatar has not disputed this. I have been waiting for my refund since 21st April , over two months ago. I have called and emailed Qatar on numerous occasions and each time they give me different excuse why I haven't yet received my refund.

The latest excuse was that my refund was paid to my bank on 10th June. I have contacted my bank and they have no record of a payment being paid. I am currently travelling overseas , and in financial dire straights.

I want to make a complaint, and demand for the refund on my ticket amount ($1,613.86) and baggage fees ($450.00) totaling = $2063.86, due to the worst experience I experienced in my journey with my 3 year old.

I had my flight from GSO to TRV, Round Trip. I had stressful situation while going and also coming, due to the mess up with my tickets.

First of all - If I go to American airlines website or in Qatar website, I was able to see my booking with record locator: RCJDHE, and both my name and my son's name was listed. and I did get email notification about the upcoming flights. My first thought was I paid the money, and able to verify my ticket, I expected everything was okay. but seems like it was not - on the day of my flight.

I supposed to be back on 04th June 2022 from Ankara to Doha . I was not informed that the flight has been cancelled and they arrange to come back home from Ankara Istanbul to Doha . In Ankara airport I had 45 kg and I am entitled for 40 kg . I have a golden privilege card which I am entitled of 15 kg more . They refused my privilege card and they ask me to pay for 5 kg extra . I talked to Qatar airways station manager in Istanbul airport and they did not do anything so I paid the extra 5 kg . I am requesting to refund the amount I paid in Ankara airport .

I used to be a proud Qatar Airways Privilege Club member, but after my letest experiences with them, I think I've made a mistake choosing them as my airline of choice.

Johannesburg - New York Trip (Booking Reference: P3GCZO) Firstly, when booking we found that the cost of the flight was double when we wanted to book through the Qatar website (ZAR49k), compared with the aggregator site we ultimately booked through (ZAR24k). My wife and I were to fly on the 6th of June to Malaysia. Our Confirmation no was Q8DR0C. 30am as we had to check in at 6am only to be told that we needed an APP. So we tried getting the APP on our phones so we got the APP only to have problems with registering on it.

So we requested Qatar Flight control persons to assist us in this. They refused to and were absolutely unhelpful and very very rude to us. Both my wife and I were flying Business Class but we are not tech savvy and did not know how to do it.

So try to contact Quatar office of Sri Lanka and Austria but both of them were closed . com , but I didn't receive any response yet. I'm so disappointed about your service and support.
