Manager at Quality inn and Suites in Greenfield Wisconsin. He scams people staying there. He's charging more then he should so he gets money to pay his personal bills. He's done it to someone that's staying there and I don't tolerate scammers.

Quality Inn Columbus, Ohio Reservation # 669067998 a non refundable policy. A 3 night stay. The hotel stated to me that I would be charged one night and refunded the other two nights. This reservation was booked Priceline. Priceline stated they tried their best to obtain a two night refunded by the general manager refused. I spoke to the hotel 4 days before date of booking and stated they charge me for the first night and would refund me the remaining two night. Since I did not show.
Now on the dates of the reservation the General charge the mind and refused any refund. I am very unhappy with policy. I am a VIP Gold member with Priceline and this is unfair regardless of the Non refund policy.

Absolutely disgusting room’s here in Dunn NC. Now I understand they are under construction, however you people need to close this place down until the construction is completed. Our room was dirty, ceiling falling in, drapes falling off the windows ,carpets stained as well as the furniture, room smelled the lights didn’t work and there were no bath towels.

Sub-standard room quality. Hairs on shower walls, toilet stained, carpet filthy and the overall room smell was like dirt. The shower would not drain, and there was debris in the closet and over by the curtains. , could not reach it to remove it.

We stayed at the Quality Inn East Syracuse New York on August 17, 2023 and had a terrible experience. All our issues were discussed with the front desk clerk the next morning and she said she would pass along the information to the manager who was know where to be found.

I reserved room through Choice Hotels app. When arrived at hotel at 6051 North Thesta Fresno, CA I was told the hotel does not book rooms for Residents who live within 30 miles of hotel. Person said was canceling my booking.

I recently had a friend visit from out of town and she ended up staying at our Quality Inn. I visited her early morning and the housekeepers were checking and cleaning rooms. As I was walking to her room I walked past a room that had the door cracked.
The housekeeper clearly didn't know she was within eyeline because she was in the bathroom with a dope pipe! I couldn't believe my eyes. There was no one at the front desk when I left so I couldn't speak to anyone personally but I'm going to call this afternoon.

stayed at the quality inn in downtown greeley colorado for a dog show. it was the nastiest , grossest hotel ever!!! our room smelled like urine and mold. there was dog poop in the halls. there was dog diarrhea in the side entrance and all the way down the hall.

I stayed at Quality Inn in Merrimack New Hampshire a few nights ago and first noticed an extra hundred dollars had been debited from my account. It was not just the hundred dollar hold that is placed when staying, it was the hundred dollar fee added to the cost of the room as well as a hundred dollar hold.

My cousin booked a room at the quality inn on thirlane Rd in Roanoke VA. For my parents who had to have a sewer pipe replaced at there house. She forgot to ask for a 1st floor for my father because he has 10 strokes his hip replaced and a spider bite on his foot that is killing the muscle slowly.

From bugs bitting my wife all nite. Leg was itching and red ( wore long pants to sleep in) reported it at 8:30 ( went to report at 7:05 AM. Suppose to open at 7:00am. Door locked and no lights.
Reported the bugs and ask the room be cleaned and sprayed. I was informed state law does not allow to spray for bugs ( they were flying around the room). I was told she would have someone come and clean and vacuum.

We arrived and checked out the same day. The front desk guy told us it was $176 for the night. We gave him $190 cash and he gave us $13 and change back. When I received my receipt for the stay, it was a different amount listed. There is about a $50 discrepancy. I've left a message for the manager and I called today for the manager. It's been a week and even today, still unable to talk to the manager. I could not even receive a direct number for the manager. The information was not inputted into the computer correctly, therefor I didn't receive my points for my stay either. The computer had crashed and I know he was having trouble. If you watch the interaction of the payment, you will see what we handed him and what he handed back.

I was overcharged at the quality Inn airport in Schiller Park, Illinois on July 8. We did a park and fly, brought our vehicle to the hotel on June 27, got our sticker for the car, and flew out that night to Alaska.

I booked a room for Mt, Pleasant Texas staying June 20 2023- June 22 2023 for 2 adults and 1 pet dog. I was quoted the price for the room and was told there was a $20 one time pet fee that covered the total stay for the dog.
The reasonable pet fee is the one factor that moved me to book with Quality Inn, others were much higher. On my first call I had forgotten to mention that my wife is in a wheelchair and we needed either a property with an elevator or ground level.
I was assured that Mt Pleasant was a 3 story and had an elevator or we could get a ground level, but rooms were assigned upon arrival when i called the second time. Got told I am no allowed to stay at quality inn in keokuk iowa because I trashed a room.. I have never not once gotten a room anywhere ever in my name. So I wonder who they let use my name but copied thier ID not mine and now are blaming me.

I stayed at the Quality Inn in Houghton Lake Michigan. It was the worse place ever and I've stayed at many Quality inns they put us in a room with a TV that was not hooked up they said it was supposed to be set up 3 days ago, it had coffee pot but
the cups didn't fit under the pot, and I completed in the morning the desk person said there shouldn't even be a pot in there and to come in the front of by the desk to get coffee so I'm supposed to get dressed come get coffee and go back to my room have my coffee then take my shower and leave.

Bed was horrible! You could tell by just looking. It had a huge dip in the middle all the way across. Could feel bed springs. Breakfast area was dirty. They had cereal but no milk. Bread for toast but no jelly or jam.

the manager at the Jefferson City Quality Inn called me and was beyond disrespectful. told me my card had been declined and he needed money. i told him the charge was pending on my account. he proceeded to tell me i was lying and when they ran my card another 7 times it was denied.

I was a guest at Quality Inn I-35 San Antonio, TX in room #203 at your property on June 16 until June 18. I cannot express to you how unsatisfied I am regarding my stay at the hotel.
