Terrible place we reserved a room for a sports tournament and my child was hurt during the game so we did not need the room. I cancelled my room using the email confirmation that was sent to me and they still charged my card for a no show saying I should of cancelled within 24 hours and

I didn’t know my child was going to be injured during the game so up until that point I need the game but because he wasn’t going to be able to play the next day there was no reason to stay and they won’t refund me when the whole team stayed!!

I will let teams know to never book with them again this was not something I knew about 24 hours before! Not good customer service at all!! I normally don’t book with Quality Inn Choice Hotel whatever they name is because they are not all that clean anyway just did…

Saturday June 10, 2023 we left New York to drive to Maine. At approximately 9:30 pm we decided to stop fir the night and continue the next day. We looked on Expedia and chose Quality Inn in Worcester Massachusetts. We paid online as we drove.

The hotel turned out to be a terrible experience. Many many vagrants in the facility . The room was so beat up inside. Furniture old and broken. Carpet looked extremely beat and dingy. Shower walls looked dirty with mold on the walls.

We did not use the bathroom. And for this we were charged $200. I can’t imagine how Quality Inn even has their name on this building and should be ashamed to have thus listed for the public to book a reservation.

I would appreciate any compensation for this experience.

Let's start off by saying I'm in a hotel every weekend for work and 99% is choice hotels and a diamond member I had 4 rooms booked for the weekend 2 rooms for Friday and Saturday 5/2 & 5/3 then 2 more rooms for 5/3 only well we got there about 945 pm Friday to a very nice lady working the desk she checks me in and

I go to the rooms and the one opens and one does not so I go back to the front desk and the lady has left now im talking to a gentleman with terrible attitude because he just came on at 10pm and now there is a issue so he comes to the room after sending me back out first to try again and after all this he says it's dead so he stomps back in comes back in 10 minutes and

says I'm moving you to the 2nd floor and I said all my workers is on the 1st floor and I wanna be near them so…

Quality INN (TN672 Decherd, T N) - On arrival, the booking that was made on 1/20/23 was not found , even though confirmation # 72475300554405 for one night 7/3 had been sent and visible on our phone. Clerk said hotel.co never sent to site. Only thing available was room 200. Found the following items not up to" Quality Inn " claims. These items of concern: Broken door safety device, missing smoke detector, several very large stains on carpet, A/C unit broken, fridge freezer part deeply covered with ice, pillows waded into balls, holes in sheets, bathroom toilet not secure to floor, chair upholstery torn, holes in carpet near door and near bathroom. no hot water for shower after several minutes running water. I have images off all the above issues upon request..

This hotel isn't the best but it seems as though there is progress in motion.

However Customer service from your front desk is key. Last night the gentleman checking me in 6/2/23 @ 9pm was super nice and very helpful. This makes the experience that much better. This morning 6/3/23 the clerk was not only not friendly but EXTREMELY rude and nasty to boot.

I'm a very tolerant person but she has me so upset I wouldn't recommend anyone coming to this hotel to deal with that attitude. Note I only ask her about parking, it wasn't a difficult or confrontational question at all.

I'd advise she doesn't like her job and should be replaced.

I have been a loyal and consistent customer here at the Quality of downtown Mobile, Al and I feel my family is being treated unfairly. The manager on duty told us we had to vacate the premises first thing in the morning due to a harassment phone call intended to be directed at myself.

The call was from my ex-husband who already has a an order to not contact me, and he made up a lie about my current boyfriend to purposely get us in a bind. The accusations were false and the manager did not care to even hear us out.

I have already paid for my mistake of booking Quality Inn thru Priceline and now they have billed me for three nights for my pets and we only stayed two nights from the five I paid for I booked because it said pet friendly and then was told I would have to pay 50.00 more per night for my pets And there was no refund. I stayed two nights so they already got 3 nights in me and then they charge me three nights times 50.00 for my dogs

We as people need to NOT support establishments that don’t value you and your business especially when you are inconvenienced. I have come to the very establishment for 19 years as it’s one of the only two hotels in town.

Franklin La There was an issue with the tub and it soaked my room’s floor including my dress that hung in the closet. Though we were given a different room, no other accommodations were offered. Upon speaking to the manage, he only offered me $10.

I know complaints are reviewed quicker than compliments, so that is why you are receiving this "complaint". After driving over 1,300 miles in 2 days and staying at a higher priced hotel room the night before, (that was crap)! We decided to stop anywhere for a room.

Called Quality Inn in Wilson NC and spoke to Miranda. We asked her if there was a room on the bottom floor and preferably in the back where it was quite. We were hauling a small trailer with some equipment on it and didn't want to interfere with the parking.

She asked if we would be there by 11 and I told her in about 30 minutes. We arrived in less than 10 minutes, not realizing we were so close. Miranda had EVERYTHING ready for us! Showed ID, signed and on our way.

One of my kids feet, the other one socks were black as the color crayon after walking on the floor for 5 minutes. The floor had not been mopped in ages. The shower door has soap scum (black scum) all over it.

Has not been cleaned in days or weeks even.

I was asked illegally and aginst fedral law by the manger at the Casa grande Az location Quality inn. Paperwork Since I did not have any paperwork on me I was. Charged! To ask for that is federal violation to people with disabilities who need a service animal.

My lawyer is already drawing up paperwork for legal action. This will protect me and others from illegal discrimination. I am proteted by fedral law.

We stayed at the quality inn on international drive checking in on 4/24/23 until 4/28/23 with two rooms poolside view. This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had!!! The toilets in both rooms kept overflowing and there are no phones in these rooms so we called from our cell.

They sent someone with a plunger then he proceeded to leave dripping the nasty water on the carpet on his way out. The next time this happened we had to go get the plunger and do it ourselves! The safes did not work and the door on one wouldn’t shut so I hit my head a few times hard!

The platform of the bed was broken and we kept tripping on it, the shower head looked like it was being held up with toilet paper. The tiles in the bathroom were chipped and broken falling on the floor even in the shower.

The security entry door to the hotel that requires a key to enter was broken. Giving access to anyone off the street to gain entry into the hotel at anytime. Went to the front desk three different times regarding this.

I believe it has been down for sometime. Our room was the first room as you entered through the outside door. Our room was to be a non smoking room. The room reeked of smoke and our TV remote worked only random times.

We received no housekeeping or clean towels the entire 3 day stay. As you exited the building the doggy area was right across from where you parked . The trash was overflowing and beer bottles was all over the ground again I went to the front desk numerous times.

I am really disappointed with your staff at the Salt Lake City Quality inn. I checked in and out of the room with an hour because I was called by a family member that there was a death in our family.

I drove all the way from Idaho to Utah, then back home that day. Your staff is refusing a refund for the 2 nights I did NOT stay in the room. I would like a refund, and not only was the hotel a complete dump, but I am already grieving the loss of a family member in addition to dealing with your hotel not refunding my money.

Stan Shields 2 reviews 7 hours ago NEW Nothing but drug dealers, addicts and homeless people stay here. Constant arguing outside in the parking lot as well as in the rooms next to you. Police have been called to deal with it almost daily and nightly.

Forget about sleeping with all the noise and people screaming which is why the police are here so much. Depending on who's working the front desk determines the room rate you will pay because all of them will give you a different rate unless you book online.

So with that said, I am assuming that because of that if one front desk person charges a higher rate the overage is not going to the hotel books. In addition, the person working the morning shift treats people extremely rude and will charge the most.

I originally reserved a king bed with a sleeper sofa and I opened the drawer of the night stand and there were needles in the drawer so I called the front desk and they moved me to a room that had 2 queen beds which is not the same as what I was paying for, they should have given me a little bit of a refund.

That was the first problem, the second problem is that the pool is completely filthy so my kids couldn't go swimming. So for that I should be given a little bit more of a refund!! I would appreciate a follow-up phone call

Housekeeping was late and not thoroughly performed. Manager was EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNHELPFUL. A FEW WEEKS AGO I STAYED HERE AND HE INVITED ME TO HIS OFFICE TO HEAR WHAT I HAD TO SAY. This time (4/28) while we were WAITING for our room to be cleaned (we were waiting in the hallway.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the quality of customer service and engineering at Quality Inn (Gillette Wy.). During my recent stay at your hotel, I encountered several issues that left me with a negative impression of the property and the level of service provided to guests.

com, and was not informed that there were no cancellations. I tried to call the hotel using the phone I booked with, it rang and rang until someone hung up/disconnected. Twice. Called with my cell phone, answered immediately. I also was not told in advance that there would also be a $200 cash deposit required.

When I called, it was lowered to $100, but, from what I see on online reviews, they tend to keep it, regardless. My credit card company is disputing it, and I am also going to report to the state attorney general, as I did not stay in that rat trap.

I stayed at another hotel, which was much nicer, cleaner. I will be calling, and snail mailing, your corporate office, as well. Not to mention the price online was $79/night, but went up to $113 or so, before any taxes and fees.

I stayed at quality inn in lake havasu az, on 4-4-23-4-6-23 I was givin a room that door was faulty didn’t get offered another room maintenance had to come scan master key in order for door to open, air vent was covered in dust and webs towels were worn out and yellowish.?

Horrible place to stay. One person take care of bus shuttle and front desk. I was there switch rooms three times because the shower was damaged and blankets burns. Give me another room the toilet was broken water damage and burn blankets again. No microwave.

They said breakfast included it was a lied it was continental breakfast. The person in the desk not friendly at all. Horrible never again. I came from Ohio to Buffalo. Worst nightmare. Carpet dirtys. They need to remodel that place to be charging so much

The room was in Statesboro Georgia. Gallons of bleach to hide dead body smells or drugs burned our sinuses and lungs. Bed was made but sheets and cover WERE NOT CLEAN. Drug deals in front of rooms. If we get sick from the hour we were there I am suing.

Hello, I had a what I thought was pre-paid reservation: Confirmed Reservation: #394527475, Apr 07, 2023 - Apr 09, 2023. la/weE01jK. When arriving i was informed there would be a $50 "incidentals fee" i did not have the funds at my bank so I asked about using another form of payment, wow, no way not even CASH!

The supervisor on the desk, sorry I didn't get her name, I then asked for a refund and she started becoming very rude to my friend and I, im sure you have CCTV in your lobby so you can see the true her. Im 65 years old and have traveled for my work around the world, I have never ever seen that unprofessional attitude twords a customer.

Quality Inn , Tucumcari, NM 4/3/2023.. This room was gross. Mold on shower curtain, black mold on vent in bathroom. Floor lamp base covered with gunk. There was no soap or Kleenex, yes we could have gone to desk and got them but after a long day of travel we got in pj’s and did not want to get dressed again to go out of room. Also, we registere for 3 guests and there were only towels for 2., The AC/heat unit did not work properly. We have been Choice customers for years and this is totally unacceptable. Your Quality Inn has no quality.

Manager has unrealistic rules and sets curfews as if this is a prison camp.

I made a reservation for a room 3/30/23. I fly to Savannah airport from Boston MA. I take a lyft to Quality inn where I had made my reservation days prior. I found out they cancelled my reservation and have no more available rooms.

Customer service agent over charged me on a room (16,000) points she said that a suite was the only available room and that they had parking for large trucks (I'm a truck driver) she was wrong about the suite which this hotel does not have suites or parking for trucks in the past I payed 10,000 for a room please refund my points thank you

My stay was from Sat 3-25-23 to Sun 3-26-23. I have sleep apnea and other health-related issues so I needed to sleep as late I as could that next moring prior to leaving so I put the Do Not Disturb card on the outside door handle to ensure I wouldn't be woken.

I was wrong because the next morning at 8:20am, house cleaning was banging on my door and yellling to get in. I did not get up because I wanted to go back to sleep. The banging finally stopped but 10 mins later the bankging started again with house keeping yelling to get in.

Again I layed in bed and tried to get to sleep as my sleep apnea requires me to gett a full night rest. I also wondered how this could be happening when I put the Do Not Disturb sign on the outside of the door.

A friend bought me an additional extended 1-week stay at the Quality Inn unit located at 1020 SE Blue Pkwy, Lee's Summit, MO 64063-4466. I had already been there for a whole prior week and this was to extend stay from March 18 through March 25.

The people from India who operate the unit banged on my room door this morning (March 18) to tell me that I had to check out by 11A. " This was a lie as parking lot was vacant day and night whole past week as well as today.

They would not refund my friend's money and she had to call upon Expedia (through whom she had made the reservations) to intercede and get her money that they obviously intended to illegally keep for as long as possible. Worse experience ever. Toilet clogged and flooded the entire room. I was told the hotel was sold out so they couldn’t relocate me to another room and there were no housekeepers on-site to clean it. I had to stay in my car because of how unsanitary the room was.

None of the outlets worked and the towels and linen were all discolored and stained. They are refusing me a refund because they said I was at fault.

Phone didn't work, tv didn't work. Bedding from previous customer I could smell perfume or whatever. 40 year old bedding, 20 inch TV. Stinks. Office area smelled like weed. No points for stay or discount even as Choice member.

My travel blog will ensure nobody even considers your brand based on my experience.

I have never been treated so poorly in all of my life till now by some place I was staying. On Wed we checked in the Quality Inn in Morrow GA. We informed the clerk at the front desk that we had a service dog.

I had the worst stay at your hotel last night.

First of all we got there to check in and stood at the counter waiting for someone to help us check in for like 10 min. No one showed up so finaly I called the hotel number and the kid that answered said "oh I'll be up in a min".

Took him another like 5 minutes to get up there. Then after we checked in I asked for a late checkout and he said "sure that would not be a problem," Then this morning at 8:15 we where woken up to a house keeper banging on the door.....
