Booked a reservation for quality inn Louisville Colorado. When I arrived I could not find the front desk receptionist, waiting for almost 10 minutes at the front counter while ringing the bell left at the desk several times. When I finally got checked in they told me they didn’t have any keys for the rooms.
They had to let me in every time I left. What an inconvenience, but the biggest inconvenience is there is not much parking in the front of building, so we had to park in the back, where you have to have a key to enter.
A key that we didn’t receive. Very unprofessional. After being informed of this inconvenience the front counter rep made a comment that she could just cancel our reservations if we didn’t want to stay. She also informed us that the elevator is out and we could only use…
