Booked a reservation for quality inn Louisville Colorado. When I arrived I could not find the front desk receptionist, waiting for almost 10 minutes at the front counter while ringing the bell left at the desk several times. When I finally got checked in they told me they didn’t have any keys for the rooms.

They had to let me in every time I left. What an inconvenience, but the biggest inconvenience is there is not much parking in the front of building, so we had to park in the back, where you have to have a key to enter.

We stayed at the Quality Inn in Lake Havasu Arizona on March 4,2023. It was disgusting!! The flooring was ripped in places, chair in room was filthy, the plug for the bathroom sink was not even attached! The tub was so worn & looked dirty! Unable to even shower.

Many problems at the Quality Inn Atlanta Northeast I-85 at Shallowford Road. It became a generally dirty run down place far different than years ago. I first started staying there years ago for model railroad conventions. We were greeted with the Chamblee Police having to evict a "guest" who refused to leave after check out.

I suspect government subsidy tenets are being solicited. They are always the start of a downhill spiral. Next the parking lot is FILTHY and hasn't been hosed down since the last rain. The sidewalks are no better. The windows could use a washing.

The stuffed chair is WORN OUT. The TV did not function properly. The bathroom door did not close. The bathroom plumbing fixtures were loose and I wondered when the shower nozzle would come off in my hand. The lobby should be…

We stayed at the Quality Inn in Orlando Florida 2601 McCoy Road on Feb. 19th 2023. We checked in and checked out within a hour.... The hotel was crawling with cockroaches. When we went to check out we were not refunded but asked if we would like another room at this point we said no we would just sleep in the airport as our flight didn't leave till Feb. 20th.

Since being home i have tried to contact Quality Inn and have been hung up on and left on hold for long periods of time. Calling from Canada this has been very inconvenient. At this point not sure if you can help or if we just chalk this up to never again and tell everyone we know so this never happens again. Thanks Diane & Andreas

This place is the worse place for cooperating staff members! The staff member I am referring to is Ashley, at the Elgin Texas quality inn. I had a complaint about the comforter having a stench, so I brought to her (Ashley) attention.

She had the nastiest attitude, had no professionalism in her tone of voice. I spoke with the manager, and she apologized for the situation of the smelling comforter! So weeks go by and I try and rent a room, and Ashley is the service desk operator, and immediately, said, I remember and your on the DO NOT RENT LIST, I said I’ve rented her previously and had no problem.

76 Cdn for occupancy on the night of 20 Feb 2023 at the Quality Inn located in Hardeeville South Carolina. Upon arrival, I was advised by the desk clerk that this hotel would only accept dogs up to 25lbs and that the only pet friendly rooms were in the "smoking permitted" rooms.

As I have two 65lb Basset Hounds, I would not be allowed entry. com no refund was possible. I was then forced to locate another pet friendly hotel in Hardeeville which turned out to be the Best Western Plus. 98 Cdn. 74 plus the inconvenience. 22.

I recently stayed at the Quality Inn Hotel in South Tarpon Springs Fla. Upon check in the was an irrate customer at the counter that was quoted a price on the phone and told a different amount when he got there, he stormed out.

I was a added room on Kenneth Sills account, who is a Quailty member. I was told the only room available was a king size poolside room for another 100 a night verses Kenneths 400's. This was untrue we were one of 15 cars in the whole parking lot the whole weekend and if you walked around you able to see all the obvious empty rooms with the slightly open curtains.

I booked a room in June of 2022 on Hotwire app, room was paid for prior to my arrival at their Austintown Ohio location. While I was checking in the clerk informs me I need to pay a $100 room deposit, which no surprise Hotwire fails to mention when you book with them, but it is what it is so

I checked into Quality Inn & Suites Sandusky on 02/11/2023 using a credit card for a one night stay. This is the 6220 Milan Road location.

The woman who checked me in at 6:30am on 02/11/2023. During check-in she asked me to pay, and I entered my card using a chip. The transaction was approved for $112.61. She checked her computer, told me that the card did not go through, and asked me to swipe it again so that it would save in their system. I didn't see anything on the transactions on my card, so I entered the chip again and saw it was approved. My experience at this hotel was nightmarish. The room, pool & jacuzzi were dirty. The staff, especially the front desk clerk was rude and unprofessional. The electric in the room was unexceptional as most outlets didn’t work. I was seeing my mother through her death and this hotel only added to my heart ache.

When I showed my dissatisfaction of the no “quality in this Quality Inn the desk clerk told me to “CHECK OUT” It seems the amount of bad reviews on this property doesn’t make a difference. Never staying at a “Quality Inn” again!!!

Told them I had a dog and they had to move to from the 1st floor to the third. The tub was soft and thought it would fall in. Water around the air conditioner, seen roaches. Used that specific hotel for the pool so my grandson could swim and it was ice cold.

The whirlpool was broke and cold. Got a towel to dry off and a lizard feel out of the towel. hardly anything there and what was there was nasty. No coffee made, apple juice was out. The orange juice dispenser was broke and the milk was in a jug and the jug was nasty.

The syrup was water downed. Told the manager and she was going to contact corporate and never heard from her. I called a few days ago and she said that she would call the next day and it’s been 3 days.

I had a reservation with late check-in. I even called at 9pm to confirm late check in. When I arrived at 11:10pm, the office doors were locked with a sign "no rooms". I called the property 5X with no answer.

I knocked on door, no answer. com customer service and while on the phone with them somone opened the door. It was now 11:46pm. No apoligies or explanations. I had a child with me waiting in the car and a very important meeting at 8am.

I contacted the property the next day, no response. com also reached out to them and said no one answered the phone or responded to their email. I would like a refund of my payment and the management addressed there.

The manager and employees were very rude. The first day I was there the tub was stopped up and management wouldn't do anything about it. I had to go buy a drain snake and do it myself. Before going to buy that I asked the manager for a plunger and I didn't get my request out of my mouth before he rudely just said "front desk" then I tried again and

again he said "front desk" the next day I went to front desk and the same man was working. I had my dirty towels and asked for a exchange. The floor towel was dirty from the floor and he wouldn't exchange my towels.

I never got clean towels. My wife was eating breakfast and a employee told her not to use so much batter for the waffles, that it was costing them money. I will never go back there again..

Case ID 11156586 reservation confirmation number 42730977 I was Illegally charged for a night stay which did not occur on 12/30/22. 49 on 12/31/2022 after inquiring why my refund had not been processed on 12/30/22 as promised by the manager on duty Mike.

Wasn’t told the elevator was out when we checked in my mom is 80 with health issues and I’m 60 with knee and beck pain. Nobody helped us to bring our suitcases up to the 3 floor and very hard for us to go up and down.

Was told the elevator will be fixed the next day and it wasn’t. Asked for a bottom floor but already filled. There was not hot water for 2 days and the sink had very little water going through. There was no breakfast like advertised.

The only good thing to say my room was clean and the desk clerks were very friendly.

My wife and I stayed at the Sleep Inn, Orange Beach AL, from 9/10 - 9/13. Upon check-in, we were told no TV cable due to a construction crew accidentally cutting a cable line and working to repair it. She said other area hotels area were also affected.

We checked EACH day at the front desk to get an update and were told that it was still being worked on, with a shoulder shrug. Upon checking out, we said we were disappointed that we never had cable. I am complaining about the desk clerk at the Quality Inn in Goldsboro NC. I checked in on 11/24. Her name is Kenia. I asked for some extra towels because I do not use the same wash cloth to wash my face and body with.

She came to my room with a housekeeper to see if I had 2 wash cloths, 2 towels and 2 hand towels and said that is all we can have. I have never had anyone come to my room to check.

I had waited to use this forum because I was expecting to received a communication back from the Quality Inn where I last stayed. I received no such communication, thus I am sending this. I stayed at the Quality Inn in Seneca Falls NY.

It had to be the worst experience in any hotel I have stayed and I have stayed at quite a few. All I will tell you is that this place is a "dump". Smelly, dirty and disgusting are how to explain this.

I paid $200 for the night and when I wrote the hotel about my experience I told them they couldn't pay me to stay there again. That is how bad it was. Oh, did I mention the stained dirty sheets and pillow cases?

I checked in at the quality inn in florence oregon on November 5, 2022. The first thing I was told is the hot tub is out and has been out for two months, this was one of the main reasons I book the room, second there was mold and

a dirty patch up strip in the bathtub and when I told management about it they said they would tell maintenance about it, I would think they would try to get me another room or send somebody up there to try and remedy this, and the third problem was the morning breakfast was terrible and not worth going to.

Needless to say this was a very disapointing visit and I hope you will be able to make this right to me in some compensatory way.

This is about an employee at the quality in. She works as a head at the front desk in the morning at check out time. She refused to give me my deposit back while she accused me of smoking in the room on which I did not smoke in the room.

She used this escuse to keep my deposit. As I disputed with this employee of yours, she picked up a rock and threatened to hit me over the head with it. Very unprofessional and unethical. Worst experience I ever had witnessed.

This place is dirty with outdated furniture. They are prejudiced and my family and I were profiled and locked out of our room for no apparent reason only because we were of color, we did nothing wrong and was treated unfairly. Don’t go here you will regret it.
