Horrible experience - Checked in and the front desk was very rude to the other guests. Toilet not working in our room. Called front desk and was told there were no other rooms available - Basically, too bad. We advised the front desk we would not be staying our additional night.

Our credit card was charged for BOTH night, even though we only stayed one and had no working toilet. Called the manager at the location to discuss. Did not receive a call back. Called Corporate and again, did not receive a call back. Complain # 32134630. Very disappointed.

I recently stayed at the location in Conway Arkansas! My child got sick in the middle of the middle of the night throwing up! I used the towels to clean it up it was literally 2am I was charged an extra 100.

When I attempted to explain that my child was sick the manager said and.. And proceeded to tell me that I should have went to the front desk to have someone come clean it up! Sick kid throwing up but you want me to come to the front desk!!!

And proceeded to call me a grown idiot!

This email is regarding rooms 120 and 122. Confirmation #25441836. We stayed at the Quality Inn Airport, El Paso, TX, on Saturday night, October 29. When we checked in we noticed that although there were cups, coffee, sugar and creamer in the rooms, there were NO coffee makers!!

I asked 3 different people about getting at least one pot for the two rooms to share, since we were traveling together. Each room was reserved for 3 people. One for 2 adults and 1 child. One for 3 adults.

All there were for towels were 2 sets in each room. The lights in both bathrooms were more like strobe lights. We couldn't even stay in there long enough to shower! We've stayed at your location before, and never have had these type of issues.

But if this is the norm these days, we won't be visiting again soon.…

I stayed at quality inn , Merrillville, Indiana. We had to leave a day early. Amd they didnt , and refuse to refund my day. That I stayed. Because I booked 3rd party. But the hotel cancelled that reservation. Amd booked thru themselves. And still refuses.

Now I called again, to tell them I didn't use 3rd party, smd now they say. They don't refund without 48 hr notice. I left hotel at 7am , before checkout. And they knew, the night before , which would be 48 hrs .

And I need to understand this. And my 88$ refund they took off my credit card. I do t know who else to talk to, they won't let me talk to a manager. Or email returned

We do a significant amount of traveling and this hotel is at the top of the list to never return here again or book at another Quality Inn. The room was absolutely filthy. The hallway leading to the room was filthy.

Clearly have not vacuumed either one in days based on the debris in both areas. We arrived at 830om after traveling over 10 hours. Had it been earlier , we would have left and gone to another hotel. We were exhausted.

We did not ask for a room change based in the hallway being in the same condition. We did however complain the following morning. We never heard from anyone so I called to speak with the general manager today re the situation.

She insisted the room and hallway was as always, fine. When I said then clearly there lies the problem, she hung up on me!!! Great…

I checked into the quality inn in Mesa Az on e main st in the early morning hours (3 am) on the 26th of October 2022. And I then decided I wanted to stay another night and went to pay and used my card to pay.

And then today on the 27th of oct 2022 I wanted to stay another night and I proceeded to go down to the office and pay for the room I check use my card and it said approved and Sepa the lady working the desk told me it didn’t go through and got really rude with me telling me to give her my card so she could run it again on her end and

On Oct. 7th we had a reservation at the Quality Inn located at 1011 E Cumberland St. Dunn, NC 28334 Confirmation: 30633985. When we arrived at the hotel we were not happy with what we saw but thought it's 10:00pm and we're just here to sleep one night and get up and resume our move to Florida.

I went in to check us in and noticed a sign on the desk that said if you live in the zip code you would need to put a $50 cash deposit down. I thought that very odd and it raised another red flag.

The person in line in front of me also raised a red flag, dressed like a prostitute and requested a smoking room. Again, just one night I can push thru it. The lady at the desk was very friendly which is the only nice thing I have to say about this property.

First, the very first night I was there the young lady was so rude, if it wasn't late I would have gone somewhere else. Then there was the fee they would charge me if I had canceled my room and I could not afford that since I was there for my mom who had cancer it was the last of her days.

I needed a hotel to be as close to my mom as possible since we took turns with being in the room with my mom. The bald guy was the rudest of them all. The majar complaint I have is that we all have bites they are either flee bites or bed bugs bites.

I tried to address this to them and they just brushed it off. My daughter was the one with the least of the bites since she stayed more in the hospital with my mom. I was the worst covered in bites.

My son is currently staying at the Quality Inn DTC in Englewood Co. He was shot 2wks ago and needed a handicap room. Our church has covered his 2 wk stay ,yet he has been harassed by the staff for his music bieng to loud, yet the laundry and ice machine are on the 2nd floor.

His room is no where near the elevator. He was threatened with expulsion from the hotel,just because of his music,he uses headphones, my son has tattoos and a sharp voice I feel he is being discriminated against and he's disabled.

Not only does he have to deal with his injuries, now he is dealing with the possibility of being tossed out into the street! This is absolutely absurd.

We stayed at the Quality Inn hotel in the Chicago o’hare airport location, we paid for a nights rest a did not receive it. Someone on the second floor was smoking pot. And kept us up we awoke at 3am to the smell of weed, which gave us headaches.

The staff did nothing about this illegal action. Their statement was they had no proof anyone was smoking. And if they tried to locate the person that they would only be accusing a customer. They could accuse anyone but without proof of it like the ashes, ect.

They couldn’t help the situation. We asked for our money to be returned, because we paid for a clean place to stay and a good night of rest and that wasn’t received. We complained to the staff as soon as possible but nothing was done.

The location at 3424 Sorrento Dr Mesquite, TX 75150 is very racist. 07 for one night. I was constantly harassed by the front desk. They even came to the room saying they smelled smoke and there was no smoke anywhere.

I called the front desk to speak with a manager and was told there is not one. She told me she got a complaint about smoke and was checking every room which was a lie. Room #308 was the only room checked.

At the time she checked I had 6 people in my room and was waiting on 2 to leave when the parents arrived. Room #307 had way more than 4 people in it and they was never confronted about that.

This is a big issue especially when I done spent money with you all. Please have someone reach out to me.

I want to start by saying that my husband and I want a FULL refund for our room 133. If we don't get a full refund, I will go as high as I need to go to have this settled. com at Quality Inn at 2001 Shirley Dr. Jackson, MI. Upon arrival we had to wait with four others for 20 minutes just for someone to show up at the front desk. After check in we proceeded to our room.

Room was adequate for what we needed. At 4:30AM my wife discovered cockroaches all over the bathroom with a few more in the other areas. It was also noted that the smoke alarm cover was open with no battery installed.

We checked out by 5:00AM and canceled the reservation for the following day. We were told NO refunds for a bug infested room. They also put two extra charges on are card. 41. We have traveled from California to Michigan and this is the only major hotel problem we have had.

There was absolutely nothing positive whatsoever aboutn ourn stay. m. because he said we had cats and dogs in our room, of which we had NEITHER! He used awful profanity at ALL OF US (my wife, 15 year old son, and myself), and repeatedly threatened me with physical violence, 100% unprovoked.

Neither our $100 deposit OR the $135 we had paid for the room that night was ever refunded, PLUS, he then charged another $150 to my card for a "pet fee" AND WE DIDN'T EVEN HAVE ANY PETS). I’m a disabled person and I have a service dog that sleeps in her crate at night. gov) hotels are not supposed to charge a fee for service animals. Then the husband and wife started yelling at me when I said it was against the law to do so.

I asked for a refund I didn’t stay I am obviously not happy, now I have to wait for the refund. You can not discriminate against people with service animals, I have neuropathy and I fall down a lot, my service dog helps me get up off of the ground I need her all the time because I don’t know when I might fall.

I will not be choosing your establishment again and I am going to put out a review about this. I would like someone to contact me about this situation please. I’m going to wait to do the review to see if you even care.

My husband has been staying at this quality inn since July 21st 2022 because of work. The hotel overcharged by $1,200. They did reimburse that they took $575 on September 27th. One was for $70. One was for $204 and some change.

Then on the 28th a charge of $273 came up on the account. The front desk, Julia manager, said that they never showed a charge of $500 on our account.

However, it was charged to my credit card and she denied it even though I had my credit card statement there. I am not satisfied. In fact, I'm quite upset if there was not a big event going on in St.

George, this weekend would be moving to a different hotel. She told us that we could pay week to week because of the problems we'd had with the automatic pay. Apparently one of the employees put in $650 instead of $65…

On September 7 i booked 3 rooms for September 30 and October 1 for my daughter's wedding (Waterford MI). On September 28, i called to confirm that everything was all set and was assured that the reservation was good for both nights.

I called again later afternoon on September 28 to ask about military discount and was informed that i only had a reservation for September 30 - and that the entire hotel was booked for Saturday October 1. I asked them how this happened and i was told that they cant accommodate me on Saturday.

I stayed in the Arkansas City Quality Inn Sept23 2 nights. I have stayed in worse but really can't recall when. Everything is dirty. Window in lobby look like they haven't been washed in years and washed by a 3yrd old.

Room was old not kept well dusty dirty carpet looks 30 yrs old. The bed was hard and bowed in center. The grounds were poorly maintained with car parts in the grass. Did not tell management. They couldn't speak or understand English.

I will never stay or recommend the motel. I rate -4stars.

Quality Inn in Calera AL. reserved two rooms one room with a king size bed non-smoking the second room two queen beds or two double beds non-smoking. Go to check in they give us one king size bed, room was good. The other room was also a king size bed and we have four people. Went to the desk they gave our room away to somebody else and they gave us a two double bed room smoking. It smelled disgusting not very clean at all. We stayed at a Quality Inn in Nanuet, New York, for 1 night 9/16 to 9/17. The room and service were disgusting. No one was at the front desk. We had to ring a bell a few times. A fellow came back in about 10 minutes and was extremely anti-social and rude. The room had 2 double beds. It smelled musty, the carpet was filthy, there was a huge cobweb over one of the beds, and the mattresses and pillows were sunken and very uncomfortable. The toilet had rust stains, the tub had missing caulking all around and worst of all a folded bath towel had brown stains on it that looked like feces. I wish I could leave less than 1 star!!

166$ for an awful, disgusting night.

I will be posting this review on Travelocity also which is where we reserved this room and on my social media also.

My Visa debit was charged a unauthorized charge after a one night authorized stay, after acknowledging this unauthorized charge I called to confront the situation I was told it will take 5-7 business days to be refunded the money. This has caused a great deal of inconvenience, and I hope this doesn't happens to no one else.

If I could put negative I would. Called this morning and talked to a FEMALE. She said 2 king rooms total with all extra everything’s included would come out to roughly $280… got to the hotel and the front desk (“general manager”) says that the total is now over $400.

…… I specifically asked earlier the TOTAL amount and it was nowhere near that. Called to complain and apparently “no female worked at the front desk this morning”…. Cancelled my reservation before it even began. Literally too outdated of a hotel to be headcracking room charges that high. SMH.

Either completely tell the truth about your prices or don’t bother advertising and make sure all your “workers” are all on the same page with prices…

Is it just me . There is this chubby India guy who consistently ask guest for their room number . Which is creepy . Privacy and respect is very much needed . If u run into this guy call the police because asking women for their room numbers is wrong.

The overall complaint is rude and discourteous staff. The wi-if is unsecured and clearly monitored violating guest privacy. The continental breakfast is unsanitary and on some days not even set out. The linens are damaging to sensitive skin. The staff seems intentionally disingenuous to the point of being disrespectful.

I had to cancel a reservation and called to cancel in the alloted time. The man answering was very rude and hung up on me. I called back to find out about refund to my card. Said he had no info hung up on me again.

I made it online so I didn't know it was a reservation place not Quality inn. After numerous phone calls and many reasons I needed to give information like with whom did I speak to, I was told they are not refunding me because of my reason for canceling. What???

Says on the website you can cancel not that you want get a refund. I am so upset!!!!! I will never stay at a Quality Inn again. I have stay at them many times with no problem. This place just robbed me thru my card.

Good morning, I had issues with the room and have been trying to contact the manger since I checked out on the 21st. The manger (Meet) has not contacted me. I have called every other day since I left, he will not return my call, called again this morning, same answer, (HE’S NOT IN).

I have pictures of the problems I had with the room. The 1st room, cigarrete holes in the bed linen and comforter has stains on it, and the bathroom door would not close, they move me to another room when I called the desk, the second room had a roach in the tub at 6 AM when I got up to shower.

Please contact me, for a full refund or discounted amount put back on my card. I do not normally complain but this was nasty.

I recently traveled to Petaluma, CA to visit my 93 year old mother in law. I always pick Quality Inn in Petaluma when I visit her. No more. I was traveling alone-husband was unable to come. My room was in the the farthest building literally close to Highway 101.

I had to park at the back of the parking lot near the highway in the dark. I had 2 heavy suitcases that I had to drag up a flight of stairs-no elevators-with man standing under a tree in the dark.

The light post by building #7 was out. Every evening I stayed with my mother in law until late. So every evening I was going into my room in the dark. I checked into my room on Friday evening. On Sunday, my keys didn't work.

The office is not close to my room. So had to walk a pretty good distance to find out why my keys didn't work.…

We stayed at the North East PA Quality Inn on August 10. The Hotel was very nice, the room was clean and the breakfast was good.

The problem was when I was in the bathroom getting ready, my clothing and boots in the room. Sewage water came running out of the exhaust fan getting me and everything covered. I called the first desk immediately and they said they'd check the room above us and check in on us. They never came to our room and when I checked out they didn't seem to care that sewage water had gotten me and my clothing wet.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel on Friday night till Saturday morning. We checked in late Friday night was sent to a handicap room full of mold all over the shower. I wish I would’ve taken a picture so that you could see how I am not exaggerating whatsoever.

They then moved us to a different room said they were going to take off 20% off our bill. The next morning when we went down to have breakfast at 8:50 knowing that breakfast was being served until 930 there was no fruit and all of the hot food trays were empty and

dirty And 1 cup of waffle mix that was not even full enough to make an actual waffle no coffee no syrup. The place was a mess the girl working the front desk was also taken care of the breakfast area and viewing with two men outside.

Was charged a smoking fee , when I’ve never smoked in my life and had 3 minor children with me over the 2 day stay , oddly enough someone left behind a OLD pack of cigarettes and a few butts butt didn’t charge me a FULL room damage fee just 150$ the same amount as a night , which I did cancel with well enough warning, seems like a scam and a money grab to me .

Stayed at Quality Inn in Whitehouse Tennessee and it was dirty, horrible beds, towels were like sand paper and real bad odor. I would not even rate it a 1. Gives Quality Inn a bad name.

Also letting Choice know they should come off their list. Why does Administrator have to ok. Is it to keep bad reviews hidden. This place was a dump. Even electrical plugs coming out of walls. So much space around and under door a cat could come through.

Bathroom floor was mopped with sour mop, really smelled.

I was promised by a supervisor to have my points replaced for being downgraded in a room but charged the most expensive room. Customer service was extremely rude and decided to not honor a supervisors word

We canceled our 5 day stay at Quality Inn in Gotham New Hampshire before the deadline. My wife noticed they had billed our credit card. We drove there to clear it up and thought it was taking care of. Today they rebilled our card.

After calling them this morning nothing changed except the hotel won’t return calls. Without a doubt the worst experience we’ve ever had with a hotel we didn’t even spend 1 night in.

Y. At the time of the injury I was concerned with the size and depth of the cut I sustained. So I cleaned and bandaged the cut the best i could and returned to my room. The next morning I spoke to the Gen.

Manager Ken Hutchinson he said that since I reported an accident that I would be contacted by the hotels Insurance company. No one has contacted me as of yet. I have made repeated calls to Mr. Hutchinsons office and cannot seem to get through to him.

I am enclosing pictures of the injury and the metal bed frame the caused it.

The service was horrible and the ad was falsified. Starters the room was full of ants my children woke up bed covered in ants biting them. When I stepped on the floor they bit me as well and there was no food in the room.

As soon as I walked between the beds I banged my knee on something extending from the bed and it scared my knee and there is a knot in place not to mention the pain is excruciating. The toilet tissue roll was hanging from the wall screws showing and we had to purchase shower shoes because the shower floor looked horrific.

There was no complimentary breakfast or juice but we were given frozen Jimmy dean sausages and a muffin. The price was 69 online and I was charged for two nights the sum of $190 plus a $50 deposit for the worst hotel stay ever.

Dirty room on arrival, full of sand and found molding food in the frig, sheets were dirty never cleaned or changed asked for new sheets.. mold in the the bathroom along with a child’s size toilet. 2 of us staying there 1 towel.

Asking for more was like ummm not sure we can handle that.. people looking for a view with nothing else this would be your place. People above us kids I’m guessing kept us all 3 days.. never ever again! They charge us $270 during the week and Friday $313..

bullshit in the cities I could get a waaay better hotel.. you suck big time!!!

I made a reservation I wanted to pay in cash however the clerk said they would not accept it and I needed a debit or credit card. I used my card and your company not only took the money for the room it also $100 .

And I was then told after I got upset that my money would be right back in well it’s been nearly 8 days and still I haven’t received my money back. This is what I wanted to avoid.. so can you please tell me what and why I haven’t got my money back
