Stayed for 3 days 6th of August to 8th August. Put $100 deposit down had the room spotless when checking out. Lady at desk was waiting to here from her cleaning person she comes to desk shows her picture saying the bed had urine on it so they had to keep my deposit.

That was not urine, it was a Coke that was spilled by accident. I tried to clean the best I could. To keep my whole deposit was wrong. I lost 2 dogs I'd had their whole life; then they want to keep my deposit that's all the money I had to my name so if you have a conscience I trust to due the right thing .

The staff there was very rude and very unbusiness like. There was no one on my bed for it to be urine it was coke spilled accidentally. Going thru hardship where I lost everything please take that into some consideration.…

2 rooms for four nights, July 24-28 2022 awful front desk service. I Booked almost 5 mths in advance through Choice Hotel. Couldn’t reserve a room on web site. When I called hotel they told me rooms were first come first serve.

When I called a week before my stay they told me all the rooms I wanted were booked. How could that be I asked if it’s first come first serve. Got no real answer other then sorry. The rooms were dirty, under the beds were filthy.

My balcony had standing rusty water. We changed the sheets and there looked like a big blood stain on the mattress. Other room had open food left in cabinets. The grounds, hallways & pool were just as dirty. And harmful hazard on the pool ladder.

Miamisburg Oh location. Given keys to 3 rooms. 1st AC didn’t work. 2nd hadn’t been cleaned. 3rd trash in cans shower didn’t work. Carpets and floors in lobby gross. Feet stick to floors. Female desk clerk condescending. Halls dirty. Place smells like wet dog and ashtray.

I booked a room at your Pelham location, for about 15 minutes and my company told me they had a room available for me at a different hotel, I checked out, no more than 15 minute, step in the room for a minute at most and checked out. Desk clerk told me to call manager in the morning to get my money back, called three times, never there. Sent an email, no response. I want my money back, and I'm not getting help at all. My check in and check out date was 7/19/22, and it was for $111.97.

Please get back to me. I will have to file with the BBB soon, due to no help.

Branson on 76, Treated awful, supposedly the general manager, I sure hope not she was awful! Went to check in 5:30 later than check in. But no rooms ready and couldn’t even give a time when they would went back at 8:30 still nothing!

But said I could have a room, it was terrible very very old looking! Went back up ask for another room and the room she would have looked the the one I came from! No thanks! Well she was so rude charged me twice!

Then leaving I turned around to see her laughing! I’ve stayed there many times but never again!!!!! She was a terrible front desk general manager? And when I went in to get refund their were other people complaining too!

We stayed at the Quality Inn & Suites Beachfront on Huron Dr. Mackinaw City, MI for two nights the 6th and 7th of July. When we got to the hotel they did not have our reservation and I did have my conformation number and they still could not find it.

They put us in the old building with very old interior. There was rust on the ceiling in the bathroom, the slider was dirty took two of us to shut and lock it. The furniture on the deck was dirty.

The coffee pot was dirty where you put the water into it. They put us in a room where the door into the room was dirty and the had holes in it where the decoration on the door had been.

The one light over the sink was out and I told them about it. The room was just old and the air conditioner had a very musty odor. We did not ask for a new room…

There were drug deals going on in the parking lot, the elevators were dirty and sticky I don't think they have been cleaned in years. Getting off the elevator heading towards are room you could tell the hallway carpet hadn't been vacuumed in a very long time, there also were dirty wash clothes laying on the floor.

We went in the room and found dried vomit on the walls and carpet, hair in the bathtub and the carpet again was not vacuumed. The security lock fell off the door when my husband thought he would see if the door would lock.

my mother and I stayed in the Quality Inn in Ozark, Missouri. It was awful. Dirty, crackers under the bed, smoke alarm went off. People at the front desk rude. It started when I made the reservations. The guy actually lied to me, telling me their was an elevator for us to use for the second floor since my mother is disabled.

I am still waiting on my refund of $57, which they claim is in my checking account.

Quality Inn & Suites in Glendale IN (765 E Eads Parkway) stayed 2 nights 7/8 and 7/9. There were bugs in my room, I immediately took pictures and contacted the desk and complained about it. I was given another room, but I felt very uncomfortable during my stay.

I kept looking for bugs and hoping that none would hitch a ride back home with me. I was not even offered a discount or a complimentary nothing. Terrible!

I arrived at 3:20pm the manager was the one that checked me in my first time staying here he was so unprofessional was in a bad mood after that I went to get something to eat before I settle in after that around 4:30 my husband went to check on the pool he literally has to pick up papers apple and a peach and said the pool itself had a lot of bugs I called front desk to send maintenance the guy did show up after that we went to the pool it looked dirty all around the handle where the stairs are to get into the pool was loose inside the room apparently there is a sign that says room has been sanitized I don’t think so

This was the worse hotel stay, EVER! conformation # 9155447755905-1. My family stayed june 30 and checked out july 1. The rooms were dirty, 311 and 312. We had to WALK to the 3rd floor, it was hot, and the ice machine was broken!!!

I left as tired as when I checked in. 04. I believe I deserve a refund for the horrible experience. My mother in law is 67, and had to walk the stairs! Did I mention, the trash from the previous Guest was still in room 311? Horrible.

The Quality inn in Port Lavaca We stayed there for 2 nights and both nights were bad. The first night the room was nice clean but the smell was horrible it smelled like shit at night time. So in the morning we complained about it and the moved us to another room.

I attempted to send this email to customer_service@qualityinn.com and grdesk@choicehotels.com, both of which were returned "undeliverable". We cannot submit this complaint through the Choice website because the company requires a reservation confirmation code to begin the process. Our reservation was made through Southwest Airlines and our only copy of the confirmation code was on our voucher which we submitted to Quality Inn upon arrival, having no idea that we would need it beyond that moment. Hence Quality Inn has not officially been made aware of our concerns, but not due to our lack of effort toward that end.

Our stay at QI was horrible. C was not cool. There were roaches in the room. The carpet was sopping wet. We had to go buy a fan in order to sleep. I think we deserve a refund. I will never stay at QI again.

People are rude and people smoke inside and out. Rooms smell cigarettes and weed.

I was staying at Quality inn and suites in Worthington Ohio where I have stayed there before with no problem. 6/28/2022 I checked in and the first room was not clean I asked the front desk to change my room he began to have a attitude.

Second room he gave me the AC didn't work once again i asked the front to change my room and his attitude became intense. At this point I asked for a refund and he said he was unable to give me my money back because management was not available.

The last room was acceptable so I left to go run errands and when I came back your stuff forcefully entered my room and kick me out like I was a trespasser I just pay almost $200 to stay there and they went into my room and stole some of my personal stuff and didn't want to give it back.

I reserved a room for a subordinate traveling to complete a project and requested a receipt be emailed to me for records. A week later i emailed several times requesting the receipt and did not receive a reply. I then called and provided my reservation confirmation number to obtain the receipt and the receptionist stated that she had sent the receipt.

I informed her that I did not receive the receipt and provided her with my personal email just in case IT was blocking her previous email. Minutes later after provided her with my personal email she stated she sent the receipt.

Called hotel and was told it's cheaper to book online - went through my.booking and ended up with the same rate - what was frustrating is I couldn't cancel the reservation and just book directly with your hotel. The rate they quoted and what they charged was different - very misleading.

My room was fine but the sink was very slow - it would fill the whole sink with water so something was clogging it. It was hair that had accumulated so I tried to pull it out - went to front desk and showed them the pics attached and she did apologize and offered to move me but I was checking out! I did stay the night as she gave me a cheaper rate and a sharp object (knife from the buffet) so I could get all that "stuff" out.

We arrived at the quality inn @ 7708 Niagara Falls Blvd. Niagara Falls, NY, 14304, US on 6/18 the room we reserved for 3 nights. The room was disgusting it smelt like wet dog. My husband went to front desk and told them the response was we can spray it!

Ask to be moved but was told there were no rooms available. The sheets and comforter were full of yellow stains were told they would see what they could do. Was told they were washed and brought back in same condition.

Ended up getting room deodorizers and pillows and comforter at store next morning. No toilet paper in room night we arrived. The halls were dirty the place was pretty much gross! Was never offered any compensation for the horrible conditions.

My son stayed at the quality inn at 8333 Dix Ellis Trl in Jacksonville Fla. he was there from June 5-10. It was the worst experience, the toilet plugged up and no would come fix it,he had to unplug it his self.

The room had mold in the bathroom and the sink. When he complained nothing was done. He got no clean linens or towels the whole time he was there. For the price I paid I am very disappointed. The ones I have stayed in we’re always clean and nice.

The people there were very rude. The breakfast was terrible. He was in room 224. This will probably not been replied too but at lest I have let you know . For us the money spent for that kind of experience was not cheap.

During our recent stay at Quality Inn, the utilities were out for hours the night we checked in. We left for a short period, hoping the power would be fixed while we were gone. ) When we returned the floor was covered with water from the leaking a/c unit that was hanging halfway out of the wall.

Half of our clothes were also soaked because we had our bags setting on the floor by the door. We were moved to a different room after a 45 minute wait. The room we were moved to wasn't any better, the carpet was also damp near the a/c unit, although it was not quite as bad as the first room.

Booked a double beds jetted tub. One of the beds was broken…my husband and child slept in it and were falling off all night due to it being broken. There was mold everywhere in the bathroom (tub, walls, sink, faucet knobs, etc). Bathroom was very dirty.

Parts of the ceiling were falling. There was a huge hole in the wall of the room. The room smelled like mildew. Cigarette burns on blanket. Stains. One of our worst hotel room experiences. It looked as though that room had not been touched in a very long time, let alone cleaned.

Then the assistant manager at checkout was extremely sarcastic but informed me they knew of these issues. WHY would you put your guests in this room knowing these issues??

I had reservations at the Quality Inn at Elgin AFB in Niceville Fl for June 2-4. Upon checking into the hotel and going to our room we found the room reeked of mildew and saw several cockroaches. We went back to the front desk and asked for a refund.

The front desk guy, Paul, knew the hotel had cockroaches. We were refused a refund. We left the hotel and stayed at another place. I want my money back!!

Our softball team had a tournament in Findlay OH on 06/04/22 and 06/05/22. Our team of booked 12 rooms at the Quality Inn located at 1020 Interstate Ct, Findlay, OH 45840. We were told that the pool was closed because a storm caused damages and it was being repaired. We later found out from a woman at the front desk that the pool was shut down by the Health Department on 05/25/22 due to health violations. We were lied to from the beginning of our stay.

Upon arrival two rooms had such a horrid smell that the families left. There were no other hotels available in the area. They chose to drive an hour away rather than stay at your establishment in Findlay which was only 5 minutes from the field we needed to be at early in the morning. We went into this stay with very low expectations for a 60.00 nightly rate, and it was only for a night of sleep. How bad could it be…?? Well I was shocked by the level of mold/grime in and around the bathtub area. Questionable a to when this room was actually last cleaned. The carpeted floors felt oily/some type of residue, and we placed towels along the walking area to wipe our feet off before getting into the bed. We were also surprised with the worm like insect crawling up the walk sharing our room!

This is the first time I have EVER taken pictures of a room while traveling, and will have to definitely question staying at a Quality Inn while traveling.

Not Free breakfast as advertised. Went down too get something to eat after a very long night of travel, couple pieces of dry stale bread, cereal machines empty, no eggs. Meat ,waffle mix. No muffins, fresh fruit or yogurt. NOTHING, when I asked the guy at the desk he just rolled his eyes and said " not I have nothing" I said how can you advertise free breakfast " again just rolled his eyes.

My husband and I only stay at hotels that offer breakfast, that's what we book and play for !!!!! I would like a refund for the aggravation and false pretense in your online ad.... Did not book our next night there, went to the next exit down the road and got a beautiful continentional breakfast the next 3 nights of our stay in Kentucky.

I made reservations for the Quality Inn in Craig Co through priceline for May 13th and 14th. We met up with family and went out for dinner Friday evening and got back late to the hotel. Saturday morning I noticed that I had slept in the picture below.

I went to the front desk and showed the picture and requested new sheets and a full refund. I was told I would most definitely be refunded for my stay. Sheets were brought to my room and housekeeping changed the bed.

I would like a full refund of my stay. I have not made any reviews at this time. I will if this matter isn't dealt with properly. That was someone else's bodily fluids that I slept in and that should have never happened if housekeeping was following protocol on cleaning rooms.

We stayed in quality inn KY 232. Dry ridge it 41035 4-27-2022 thru 5/3/2022 We got there at 1:00 AM. THERE WAS AN OLD MAN WHO WAS SO RUDE. HE WOULD NOT SPEAK. THE ELEVATOR WAS SO DIRTY & still had the same spots on the floor as when we first got there. Bug on the curtains.

The Quality Inn in Richmond VA-West has a very rude and horrible manager that works that. Her name Charmaine, The hotel had made wrong room assignments so the person had checked out of the room and my husband asked that the room be cleaned or changed and she refused to clean the room or change the room.

She cursed and all very rude would not provide a corporate number and was hanging up the phone on ppl that was calling. She needs to be written up or dismissed. Appears to have had a bad day or something if she think somebody wants to go in a room and sleep that someone had been in for 3 weeks.

Have to comment on the really bad stay we had at this hotel.

First, we arrived after 5 as our flight was delayed, so got there around 6 and retrieved the room key and went to eat. Upon return, we could not find the room – a first in 44 years of traveling.

The rooms are in the very back and the entries face a treeline really close and just beyond a separating fence. SO, I went back to the office and requested to change our room and move us more forward of the hotel.

Back there is dark, cockroaches all over the ground and on every level of the walkways and stairs. The attendant refused and initially would not change me. She finally did and moved us to the same set of buildings and to the 3rd floor.

Saturday excuse me Saturday and Sunday I’ve sent you multiple complaints pictures so I guess I have to take the public revenue just post it on Facebook Instagram and any other publication I can post it on I would like a refund no hot water Friday Saturday Sunday or Monday I had to wait because they were booked totally so they say but I seeing empty rooms every day I walk down the hall unable to access the handicap parking because your staff parks in the handicap spot…

One of the worst Hotel experiences I have ever had… The quality inn was located in Athens Ohio… The front desk person named Karen was nasty and rude… Never cleaned my room.. as for extra towels because they never cleaned my room…it they told me to bring my towels to the front desk first.

They wanted me to carry dirty towels to the front desk refresh towels.. A joke

Quality inn chill in my concern I mean your quality and unmaker west maker and Kent Washington this is day three with no water in your hotel room or at least the one I’m occupying 140 you seem to have a bug infestation because this is the second morning I woke up and found a bug crawling on my bed looking like a tick or a bedbug I will send it to the state so you can have the health department come and check your billing out maybe condemn it would be better and

I will publish this on Facebook and any other Internet that links to your webpage this is ridiculous you have a rude staff as well park in the handicap space when they don’t have handicap placard’s I’ll be going back to Arizona in the morning the best thing that ever happened and will never stay here again

Day number three quality Inn on the West Meeker still no hot water still unable to park in the handicap because your staff says they have to proctor because their handicap the ER she W states she must have a flag or placard can ask somebody and figure out whether you got it or not and the service here is atrocious
