04/29 -05/02, The room is dirty I was going to take a shower and there’s no hot water I think it’s warm enough for a newborn baby to take a bath we have people standing out here by the back door smoking cigarettes while I had the AC on so it’s blowing into the room I have asthma COPD and bronchitis I’ll send you photos of the dirty room is in to do something with your snotty front door person or counter whoever they are he has no IPC skills I made him aware that people are sitting battery smoking oh well what do you want me to do that’s a smoking area it’s closer than 25 feet from a doorway and

a window the back door doesn’t work so they hold the door open I expect to be compensated for such shitty service not to mention a snotty front clerk I don’t give a damn what ethnicity yes .

The Quality Inn in Kingsland, Ga. was a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. I used Priceline, looked at the hotel photos, property descriptions and reviews. Based on that information I book a room from 04/22/22 to 04/25/22. THE PHOTOS DO NOT ACCURATELY REFLECT THE TRUE STATE OF THE PROPERTY OR ROOMS. This is an older motel with outside room entrance doors. This would not be a problem if the property was properly maintained.... but it is not.

The front lobby entrance doors had large sections of peeling paint. On our way to the room there was chipped and peeling paint on all the door frames and outside metal fixtures. On the ground near the stairs to the second floor was the terrible smell of dog poop. I looked around and found four different piles of poop right by the stairs They looked of different ages…

Quality Inn Richmond Airport: Non-working phone. Non-working alarm clock. Dead batteries in remote. Flickering lights. Went to desk and the useless blob down there said, “Ok” when we told them calmly what was wrong. That’s it. “Ok.”

Contacted hotels.com, who contacted them, and the hotel then told them we never complained to them!! I then went down to the desk again, where the rude woman lied to my face and said my fiancé never complained. He was down there ten minutes ago. She then started screaming at me and yelling over me, calling me a liar. Yeah, because lying and yelling at incompetent desk workers at 11 pm for no reason is exactly how I dream of spending vacations.

I have never been talked to like that, accused of lying, and treated like such trash.

My family and myself stopped for the night on April 13, 2022 to get some rest. About 1 am in the morning on April 14, 2022 a huge fight involving approximately 30 people broke out in the parking lot in the center of the rooms. After about an hour the police arrived, at least four squad cars and proceeded to make multiple arrests while leaving on their spinning lights. Needless to say, we were not only worried about not getting sleep, which we did not, but our safety as well. We travel alot and have stayed in your hotels frequently without issues, but this was a quite serious issue.

We booked two rooms at Quilty Inn in Batavia NY on April 8 and 9, 2022, they have a small water park. There was ketchup smeared on the bathroom door, mirrors dirty, dirty linen. We let that slide so the kids could have fun at the waterpark but that was disgusting.

We didn't stay the second night because a boy at the water park held my grandson's head underwater which caused him a panic attack. He reported it to the lifeguard that had his ear pods in and his reply was "Things like that Happen" I paid over seven hundred dollars for those rooms.

I will never stay at a Quality Inn again.

The worst experience at a hotel. Stayed at Quality Inn in Lexington SC on April 2 2022. The noise outside was loud until after midnight. Kids were running around shooting there tow guns. I received a scratch on my car.

It seems the agent at the desk knew these kids but didn't do anything to quiet the noice. I deserve a refund on my stay.

I am embarrassed for your company to even let this motel use your company name. I have literally went thru hell trying to check in to this hotel that is "pet friendly " ALL DAY! When I finally do borrow extra money for a deposit.

I'm told I need another 80$ for my pets to come in the room. I was literally in tears at the front desk. So Finally in the room, my dogs stuck in my car mind you, I read over 50 horrible reviews in a row. Without one good one.

I wish I would have looked into more. I was under impression that corporate businesses have to follow at least a few rules and requirements I personally read at least 10 reviews that stated the customer will never rent from any quality inn again.

I've been staying at the Quality Inn in Goldsboro North Carolina by Seymour Johnson Air Force Base since Tuesday however when I came in Friday night I had three guests and we were all black and we use the exit Stairway to come up to the room how ever we were not here for a whole hour... m.

the date is April 1st however two days ago I went downstairs to do a zoom meeting in the lobby and ask him where were the women's bathroom on the first floor and he showed me but then when I came out the bathroom he asked me was I guess they're once again racial profiling me and that was not right can you do something about this this is embarrassing .

Stayed at this hotel for a wedding. Not what I was expecting when we arrived. Pictures look way better than the actual rooms. Pool was closed n that was the only reason why I booked the quality inn was for the pool.

The main reason that I am upset with this place is because my brother tried to book a room but the refused service due to him living in the area. Which didn't make since to me. We all came from a wedding and we're all trying to stay together.

Im very disappointed and extremely upset, its currently 38 degrees outside we had a reservation for a room the uber dropped us off and we were told we were being charged an early check in fee of $50 to check in... so when due to that increase in cost we didn't have enough money to complete this they not only refuse to check us in but then made us leave the lobby to go outside in the 38 degrees weather how rude is that! First I don't understand where the hospitality is in being treated that way... we r not homeless bums and I do not feel this was appropriate behavior I will not ever recommend this hotel to anyone in the future... I checked in on Fri March 18th with my husband and two children. As we entered the room we noticed a hole in the wall that was covered by some sort of plate. Then notice there's other plates sporadically throughout the room.

Walking to the bathroom notice the bathroom cabinet was held together by Nails there's no sort of hinges whatsoever. We were so tired that I planned on coming and talking to a manager today the 19th when we got back.

My husband went down around 8:45 to speak to a manager and we were informed that he was in bed and he would not be back until 8 or 9 in the morning. We are very displeased with our room we paid full price for a room that I obviously should have been half price.

Not to mention the room has no hot water whatsoever, we waited for 20 minutes for the shower…

Stayed at Quality Inn civic Center florence sx last night. Paid 45 dollars in taxes and fees. Carpet was dirty. Hair on shower. A half full sprite soda and take out food was still in fridge. Stayed in room 241.

Phone had room 238 listed on it. Most I ever paid for a motel room. Worst night ever.

On 19 februarie I have rezerved a room for 2 people in kitchener and I paid 100 for security deposit and I did not get the money back from the hotel. The lady in charge was rude and she blocked the access on my name for future rezervation.

I was very disappointed with the service. When I asked for the manager she said "no manager today he is in tomorrow" On the other hand she did not have a name tag. She refused to let in my son who had to stay with me in the room and she said that she will call the police. For what reason?

because my son walked in to the room?! Please tell to the hotel staff to refund my deposit money back.

Reservations at Quality Inn in Elizabeth town , Kentucky, No one at desk when came in , she was sitting on couch with a guy. She did come right away when seen us. she was friendly and when done with us sat back down with the guy. Went to the room.

Flipped light on but no light and a dark room so walk around trying to find a light to turn on. My son went to his truck in evening to get a fan and kids hanging around the lobby. Never moved for him and when he came back from truck same thing.

my name is Alexandria mason, and I stayed at the quality inn hotel in East Liverpool Ohio on 2/18/2022. Upon arrival a female employee was working the front desk and she gave good customer service. After shift change, around 3:00pm I made a phone call and I noticed a male employee was now working at the front desk.

I had explained to him that the recliner chair in our room had been broken, and I wanted to inform him so I wasn’t charged for the broken furniture when I checked out. He told me he was not allowed to leave his desk to come look at the chair, and I would have to walk down to the front desk with the broken chair to show him if I wanted it to be replaced or a note put on my account.

I done an online reservation for 3 nights and I only stayed one night. I have been charged 127 for the 3 nights. I went down this morning and the desk clerk asked if I was checking out I stated that I paid for 3 night he said no you paid for 1 night.

My name is Mikhail Balabanov and I'd like to complain about general manager and other members of staff at Quality Inn at Sequim. 5 months with them, week-to week extending stay, with nothing but smiles from desk stuff suddenly manager "Kaytlyn" and at least one more member of her stuff whos name I don't know disregarded extension of my stay by another week which just been made early morning before breakfast by "Trisha".

On 1/15 I booked a room for 4 nites thrugh booking . Com. We were unable to use the reservation. Hus was diagnosed with covid. In Scotland. So I called and called and call to cancel reservation. We'll I got charged for I nite. My cancelation was ignored.

While staying at the hotel 1691 S Riley Yuma AZ I left my room and came back to stuff missing from my bags I went to the front desk the front desk told me I would have to come back later. My mom called the hotel to talk to a manager and was told by the same front desk you'll have to call later.

I went back to ask her if they found my stuff and she wouldn't come to the desk and continued to sit there on a couch. I have a phone charger, blanket, makeup, makeup wipes, hair oil, underwear, and sanitary pads missing from my room.

I submitted my complaint. It occurred on 1/15 I book a motel from 1/15 thru 1/19. In Roanoke va. My husband after two years of being away for work was due home from Scotland. As he was to load he was pulled and told he had covid.

As soon as he notified I called to cancel the entire 4 day reservation. But instead I got charged for 1 nite plus tge other 3 are still on my account. Which by now they've got my account over drawn by over 300 plus the over draft charges. I'm beyond upset.

I have to deal with a thd extra money which I don't have plus tge concern of him thousands of miles away with civid and I'm stuck here in Va. I don't feel I should have these charges against me or the cost of rm stays when there was no rooms used. HELP please Linda Heikes

My husband was coming home after 2 years in Scotland. So I made reservations for 1/15 thru 1/19. All was good. Until I receive a call he tested positive for covid . I immediately cancel our motel reservations. The roanoke Inn says they never received the cancelation.

On Jan 2, my husband, child and I wanted to check in at the Quality Inn West End, Richmond, VA 23294. We were not really treated in a respectable way and the people behind the Front Desk looked not put together to say that mildly. No greeting at all.

The room we got offered (No. 302) was very dirty. We went back to the Reception and wanted a new room. I got handed the new key without a word spoken. No "I am sorry". Nothing. We then looked at 605.

Stepped in, took a picture and a video of it and went back to the Reception to ask that this reservation will be cancelled. ". We then stayed at a different hotel for more money. Once home the next day, I checked if my card got charged. And it did. 54.

We stayed in Brunswick Georgia in quality Inn.. The smell of the room was so strong it’s hard to spend the night but we stayed. The dingy washcloth looked like they were about 50 years old and very thin and overused hardly wait either.

There was no phone in the room. We stayed in room 133 and when my husband decided to take his shower the shower did not work or turn on at all it was froze up nothing worked in the. Shower I should dispute this charge very expensive to .

Second attempt to reach out. Date stayed 11/3/21 room 213. I left my earrings in the room. I contacted desk clerk on 9:04 on 11/4/21 and told her what I had done. She said she would have room service look and call me back.

She called back and said that they were found. Se took my information and said she would mail them to me. She said that it would probably be in the morning of the 5th because she did not get off until 4 and the post office would b closed.

I have yet to see my earrings returned and have not had any response to my 1st attempt to reach out. I figure that I will not hear from this attempt either but attempting to go through the proper channels before I post my review.

A lot of MOLD on the bathroom ceiling and behind the toilet. Didn’t notice it until late at night when my wife used the shower. She was very upset and immediately got out of the shower. ). I didn’t even want to use the bathroom after I went in and saw it too.

In fact, I didn’t shower the next morning. I spoke to the desk at 6:00 the next morning and he was absolutely unfazed. Acted like he had heard it before. Said we should have notified them last night to change rooms.

I told him it was late when we noticed the mold. Said he couldn’t do anything. I will never stay at another Quality Inn. Not only disgusting but a health hazard. Unacceptable!! Room 111.

I had the unfortunate opportunity to stay at the "Quality"Inn in Doral Florida on Wednesday, December 1,2021. 87 plus $100 deposit, my room was subpar to say the least! My room was filthy! The beds looked as if they had been made by a child.

The floors, sink, tub and lamp were dirty. I was nervous about sleeping under the covers so I pulled the sheets back and slept on top of them. When I woke the next morning, there were 2 bugs in the bed!

I immediately went to the front desk to check out and inform them of the situation. There was no manager on duty. The young lady at the front desk apologized and asked me if I tried to sleep in the other bed. Really?!

com for Quality Inn In Washington, North Carolina. I chose to pay onsite. Since my daughter and I travelled from New Jersey to Washington on Thanksgiving, we did not check in until late. I really hate to do this but we have had 2 in a row bad experiences with the quality inn hotel chain which I have never had issues with before. The first was in Clarington, last month, newly renovated hotel but there was no air conditioning and the rooms were up to 34 degrees! I have asthma and got no sleep, I was outside at 4am every night trying to cool down. We had to go buy fans ($80) at our own cost also to help. There was no fan offered or discount for any of this. We had a girls hockey team there and could not move hotels because of the large tournament there was no availability, we tried. I chalked it up to a bad experience.

We were double charged for a room qnd they said they voided the transaction but with our bank usually when it's voided its automatically on the card. It happened on a Friday which is a week day so should've been back on card that day.

There was roaches in the room. A cracked bathtub the water wasn't that warm there was holes in the wall. come back that things would get resolved and it STILL has yet to be resolved. It was my birthday weekend and it got ruined because of your employees double charging our card.

Was there @ Quality Inn ATLANTA, GA on McDonough St. 40 plus $75, if damage was done to the room, but no damage was done and the $75 wasn't put back on my DEBIT CARD. Called and talked to a person named CAL he was suppose to call me back but never did, called back to asked about the situation the guy that was on the phone was RUDE & hung up in my FACE.

So I'm reaching out to THE CORPORATE OFFICE to resolve this problem & RETURN my monies to my account. Thank You JOYCELYN THOMAS @ 501-541-6432

Good morning Customer Service team member, I wanted to email today as I wasn't able to stay at your hotel on Saturday, September 25th at 800 West 8th Street, Cincinnati, OH 45203. com. My confirmation number is 2493604748. There are a few concerns I have with this property that forced me to stay at another hotel.

When I arrived at the property, I couldn't park my vehicle in the parking garage as the spaces were not big enough for my Ram 1500 truck. I could barely get out of the parking garage as a result. I went into the lobby to check into the hotel and it was very concerning.

It was run down, smelled bad and had an unsafe feeling. The neighborhood in the area was very unsafe and there was no possible way that I nor my family could stay there. I didn't even attempt to check in as my…

My wife and I stayed at the Quality Inn Petaluma the nite of 9/25/21; confirmation 33881709. The air in our room (Rm 182, building7) was heavily scented using a floral scent that caused a major headache. The hall outside was even worse. I have stayed at thousands on hotels, but I have never stayed in a room with such a strong scent. Many people, including myself, are allergic to artificial scents. Usually this does not present a problem, but the scent in rm 182 was overpowering. Instead of using an artificial scent to cover for a bad odor, it is always better to identify the cause of the odor, so the cause can be removed.

I checked in & paid with $100 cash bill on Friday 9/10/21. The clerk requested a debit card for a $50 fee in case of damage. 47 deducted from it the same night. Went back to clerk, she said mgr would fix it.

She wrote out what occurred& signed it& to come in before leaving next AM. I did. Still not fixed. Mgr said it would be& mgr would call me( or her)& refund& give confirmation. Please fix this. And the room was filthy & moldy. Disgusting carpet. Trash under couch. I paid twice. 46 refund ASAP.
