This is the third time I've stayed every time it's been negative I've picked up drugs needles paraphernalia around back drug addict homeless people sleep on the stairs in human feces they don't pick it up they have one maintenance person the trim is literally just away from the wall the carpet staying up there rude they called the police and I was an hour late and rechecking in stay over have you trespassed called when police department they said they wouldn't deal with it turn around and call the sheriff unreal to treat me that way

Checked into quality inn Hannibal Mo at 3:00. Approx 5:00 electricity went out. No generator, hard to believe a motel no generator. Rain coming into room. Window sill, curtains and floor soaked. I complained and Kimberly, employee working at desk, said if we didn't like it turn key in and go somewhere else.

Then she said I was rude, what for telling her our room was soaked an electricity and we have to listen to a bitch that you have for an employee and we paid big bucks. Hard to believe you're still open.

I willlet people know what kind of establishment this place is and I'll talk to our bank about cancelling payment

I just returned from an over night at Quality Inn at Kingston NY. It was dirty and very run down. The front desk receptionist wasn't available most of the time and I was very unhappy. I have been going to Saugerties area for 15 years and have never had such a bad experience

Room was nasty, Shirley Foster (Manager) had no desire to make it right, very unprofessional, she put her finger in my wife's face, and said "you don't know who you are messing with". I requested a full refund and she refused to give me a refund.

She refused to go to room and see our complaints, she ignored the pictures we tried to show her of the room. The carpet was extremely nasty and torn which is a trip hazard, and not acceptable for a handicap child.

The carpet was disgusting for my 1 yr old granddaughter to crawl around on, her pants were black from the carpet. Tried showing Shirley Foster the picture of granddaughter's leg being black from the carpet and she refused to look at picture.

Quality Inn Suites Hotel Pensacola, FL is listed on their website as a hotel. This is NOT true! Half Remodeling a lobby and serving breakfast does make this a hotel. Especially when you have to enter your room from outside in the street.

This is my first time reserving a Quality Inn Suites and this will be my last. The rooms are rundown and the area where the motel is located, is in the Hood! I didn’t stay being afraid of being ROBBED, RAPED and KIDNAPPED!

First they said they didn’t have my room even though I received a confirmation April 17th for Saturday June 26th then I had to take a room on the second floor and had to climb stairs with our dog and a husband who had COPD then the curtain didn’t close cause it only had one side curtain also the pool was closed and it wasn’t told that in the confirmation needless to say I will never go to any of your hotels again in any state

Went to check in, did know how it worked without a card that matched the license, earl was the service guys name. He was incredibly rude snappy and bitchy!!!! He dragged his feet to help explain what we needed to do, he kept saying we should just leave and making it clear he didn’t want to help work it out even tho I had the cash literally right there...

we offered to leave put the money on a different card so it matched and he literally just said we should leave again!!! 7 times he said we should “turn our headlights out on our car outside and every time we said we were moving it still..

They held my room charge twice from my account and will not release the second charge even though I have checked out causing my account to be over drawn and said I had to wait 3 to 5 business days to release the hold. I stayed at 6135 Youngerman Cir, Jacksonville, FL 32244 I stayed there from June 23,2021 to june 25,2021 in room 134. while in the room I noticed my clothing stayed wet and the room was perspiring and I started to look at walls I began to notice there was mold on the walls top to bottom when I went to tell the desk person she acknowledges they were aware of the mold yet they still booking moldy rooms which is a health and safety violation.

Had reservation June2-5th. Upon arriving my wife and I did not have a good feeling as we drove on to the property. The exterior was run down The lobby area was not welcoming nor the manager. We asked to see our room first.

We walked through the open court yard near the pool area to find it all in poor condition. Weeds and land scaping was in bad shape. Many "customers" out side of their rooms were cooking/grilling. Inside our room it had an odor......

the out side deck was filthy with dirty/used drinking glasses and cigarette butts across the deck. We did not feel safe there even sleeping with a gun under my pillow. The current website photos presented a pleasing, clean and safe place but in reality this was just the opposite.... so misleading!

The air conditioner was tremendously loud. After checking in I asked if I can see the room b4 I purchased it. After going in the room I noticed the air conditioner was really loud. I asked for another room and the air conditioner was even louder in that room. Very irritating and uncomfortable.

We have stayed at the Quality Inn in Elizabethtown, Kentucky, for 6 days. During those 6 days we have had housekeeping service once! I have had to contact the front desk 3 times for towels, kleenex, and toilet paper! This is not acceptable!

The staff should at least provide basic comfort service without the customer having to request it! We are paying for that service.

It is unacceptable that if I get into town at 8 am if I check in I get charged an extra $40. I am on business and don't have time to check in at 3pm. That is a ridiculous check in time.

By that time I'm already on my way back home. I don't think I should be penalized for getting to my hotel early or charged extra for doing so. Do something about this.

We used Priceline for reservations. Upon arrival. We noticed while checking in the swimming pool wasn't open this was not listed on site. We proceed to room we noticed big stains in the carpet we get into the room. And it has a smell we called Priceline and asked for a refund.

The rep called the manager and he refused to refund. And even denied a price reduction. We will never stay at a quality in empty beer bottle and cigarette butts by the entrance door. And holes. In the wall. I've stayed in numerous hotels.

But this on takes the cake. What bothers me the most the manager did not try to resolve the issue so I have a message for him. I took pictures of all the issues and placed them on social media.

To hopefully save the next sole from staying and this joke of a hotel

Hello, my name is charnece I stayed at the hotel in Wilmington nc last weekend it was me my husband and my daughter. I had a terrible experience to be honest as soon as I walked in I felt unwelcome the lady behind the desk was rude she said hey but it was like she had a attitude.

I can’t even rate this property, because this is the worst place I’ve ever stayed in, in my life. I’m an Amex Centurion cardholder & only ended up here because of a travel connection. If this is a franchised establishment, their license should be pulled.

Was laying in bed and saw a bug crawling over my sheet. I took a picture of it and then squished it. Blood splatter on the sheets. I called downstairs to front desk and told them there was bed bugs.

When they got up to our room she said we would have to address it with the morning person the next day. Well when I talked to the morning person and wanted refund for the nights I spent in a hotel that's infested with bugs I was told no.

All the guy cared bout is why I didnt complain the first night. They gave us another room for free and I did have to take it cuz I'm exhausted I can't sleep knowing i had slept with bugs. Recent stay To whom this may concern: I recently stayed at your hotel in Birmingham AL on Fri March 26th,2021. com I attempted to reach someone at the hotel by phone prior to booking to make sure the indoor pool was going to be open during my stay.

On 7/8/20 I checked into your hotel Between the hours of 7:30 and 8:30 pm. Went to my room and after some time There was bugs crawling and a few flying cockroaches there. I called the front desk to complain about the bugs and they did move me to another and that room also had buds crawling and flying.

I specifically requested 2 rooms near each other and one room needed to be handicapped and the bed had to be on risers or off the floor to allow for a lift. The dad of the family traveling with us is handicapped and in a wheelchair.

He had a spinal cord injury and almost completely paralyzed. He requires a lift to get him from his chair to the bed. I asked for this when making the reservation. Upon arrival we were checked in and never told anything about the rooms not being accommodating.

My friend came down to my room and told me we weren't going to be able to stay there because the bed wouldn't allow for his lift. It sat straight on the floor. The man on duty told me their was nothing he could do except try to call the manager.

I stayed at this Quality Inn last night and I am surprised at the quality of this INN. I have always stayed at the quality inn whenever I travel. The Inn states that it's smoke free. However, when I arrived and received my room the moment I walked through the all I could smell is weed smoke. My young son was with me and I had to ask for a new room. I received a new room and it was missing the refrigerator and had a broken hair dryer. To make matter worse I was here to use the airport and the shuttle is not operating. In addition, the continental breakfast was not operating either. Furthermore, there were homeless people and people sitting in their cars in front of rooms who did not have a room. I booked through booking. Com. I originally booked three nights but changed it to two. When we arrived we were told they thought we were already there. They gave us a room... it was very dirty and seemed to be in the middle of being repaired.

We told the lady we couldn’t stay and she offered another room. That room was better but still dirty with hair on the floor, sticky dirt on the floor and door. The bathroom floor was dirty with hair and dirt.

First off if there was a zero out of five it would be marked. Our meeting was in Toppenish, Washington during the pandemic 5/2020. They took our money but failed to inform us that their were no amenities which was figured out before showering, we are talking about soap.

on March 9th I stayed at the Quality inn address at 71205 Miller Lane in Dayton Ohio, I put down a $100 deposit for the room through a PayPal card,I have been trying since MARCH 10TH to get that deposit back. m. m.

young abd i went in this morning to retrieve my pay stubs for foodstamps and the front desk clerk brenda was very rude , disrespectful , she attempted to slam a door on me in the upstairs office . she flicked me off and continued trying to intimidate me as i was remaining calm trying to request someone higher up in command i was denied that right .

i was also denied the right to recieve a number to make a complaint on her as well. This is the quality inn on fowler and 30th in tampa fl my number is 813 900 5698

Upon entry, the room was over overwhelmingly deodorized, we had to allow the room to air out. The ceiling tile over the vanity was pushed out. The light cover in bathroom was missing. There were holes everywhere, in the walls, behind the bed, on the inside of the bathroom door, BIG holes, not little nail holes.

The light over the vanity worked the first night, but wouldn't come back on. The bed felt as if the mattress was laid upon plywood. We left the room and went to the Riverbank Zoo the following morning, upon our return, our room had a horrible very strong ammonium odor, like a cat had been kept in there with no litter box (which explains the suffocating deodorizer smell).
