I wish we had a job assignment at the Walmart in Cleveland, Mississippi. Upon arriving Cleveland Mississippi we decided to stay at the Quality Inn on the night of January 29th through the 30th. My assignment was at the Walmart across the street from The the Quality Inn hotel in Cleveland, Mississippi I got off from work around 2am that morning and it had to be at least 40 degrees outside if not colder.

When I entered my room and tried to warm up. The air-conditioning Did not work at all. And being that I'm traveling from the warm state of Texas, this was not a good thing for me. That particular night. I didn't even get rest because the temperature in the room was cold.

I went down to explain the situation. To the front desk clerk who told me that the manager wouldn't be in until about 8am…

stayed at Q I in Petawawa Ontario Canada last week Asked for military rate (i'm in the airforce and was there looking for a house they gave me standard rate and I was not able to claim their full charge. they emailed me my receipt so I didn't realise this till I got home. now im out $400.

To whom this may concern: Hello, my husband brought me to Cherokee, NC, for my birthday, to visit Harrah's Casino. 5 hours away. Of course we checked with the casino to see if we could get a room comped- and we did. Yay!

They put us up at Quality Inn in Cherokee. Please allow me to give compliments before complaints. It is always nice to hear good things. The check in was an easy process, the desk clerk was helpful and friendly. The room was nice and had a balcony that overlooked the river.

Breakfast the next morning was good as as expected. As we were leaving the next morning we were kind of rushed out of the room, our fault we were in there a few minuets past check out time. In the rush of getting everything gathered up and carrying it out…

I booked 2 months ago with your establishment in Navasota,Tx for a family birthday party. 00 and I needed my money bk as I am a widow on very limited income.... I was given the run around first by the hotel manager telling me I had to call Igota to have them contact him about my refund...

to find out he was wrong... I was sent to 3 different places took me 2 days and finally had my information and they contacted hotel for the manager to say he would not approve my refund bc it was too late....

So I will try and be brief. Jan 2nd I checked in to the Foley, Alabama location. That first night I thought I got a couple of bites on me. I thought it could have come from anywhere so I ignored it.

The second night, I was exhausted and fell asleep to wake to being covered in bites. I looked through the sheets and didn't see anything. I went to the morning desk manager and showed her the bites. She was extremely apologetic and offered me a free night in a different room.

She thought they may have been fleas bites. Anyways, the next night in a different room at around 10:30 or so I turned off the light, five minutes later I see a bug walking across the pillow beside me. I turned on the light.

I booked two hotel rooms through Priceline via the Express Deals for a one night stay December 21-22. The Quality Inn in Walterboro, SC was the hotel where our non-refundable reservation was made. I have been in contact with Christine Maquilla who works in the executive offices at Priceline. She spoke to the front desk Manager, Jennifer, at the Walterboro Quality Inn and discussed my case along with the request for a full refund ($112 total) or some type of compensation for our poor experience. We were traveling from Tennessee to South Bend Indiana. We decided to stop in Batesville, Indiana before going on in. 00 deposit. We have traveled from the keys of Florida to Canada and have never been ask for a deposit.

We stayed at the Quality Inn in Irvine and were extremely displeased with the service and cleanliness of the property. It took 25min to check-in and NO ONE else was in line. The man at the front desk kept checking to see if our room was ready over the radio (at 4:30pm, when check-in is at 3:00pm).

Also, the furniture in the lobby was stained and torn, we couldn't even sit and wait because of the filth. Once we got in our room, there was a huge stain on the ceiling that was disgusting. I've attached pictures of the stains.

We didn't use the jacuzzi in our room because I didn't even know if it was cleaned based on other areas of the property. We came back at 11:30 to sleep and left as soon as we woke up. We couldn't get out of there fast enough.

i was sitting in the computer room doing some work at around 10 in the morning and I heard cursing in the workers laundry room / I got up and took a look inside - I had seen this woman employee cursing out another employee --- so I went straight to the front desk and pressed the bell for assistance- to my surprise the same woman who was cursing at the laundry employee was the same one that had answered the front desk------- I immediately knew it was her so

Our school athletic team had reservations to stay at the Quality Inn in Durango, Colorado. We called ahead to let them know our arrival time and they said we had no reservations and no rooms available. Two weeks later the school credit card was charged for nine rooms.

I have talked to the front desk (Vebe) and she won't even listen and is very rude. She claims they left numerous messages on the school phone number, but we have not received any phone messages. I explained that when we called in to say we would be arriving late, they said we had no reservations.

She said they didn't receive any phone calls. We had to scramble to find another hotel in the area for our high school students. It is unreasonable to be told that we have no reservations and can not stay there and then be charged.…

The weekend of 10/25/19 booked over 12 rooms in St. Petersburg Fl. The rooms were dirty, sheets uncleaned, bedspread stained,urine smell, water issues, holes in carpet and most important customer service was POOR. Customer service made me and my guest feel as if it was a problem with African American people.

After addressing many issues and concerns with the onsite manager(Steve)every complaint I made his response each time was OKAY in which made me feel that he was less concern of a paid guest. I will NOT ever stay there again in which we come there each year.

At 5:30 PM, Saturday, November 1, 2019 I checked into Quality Inn, 1109 Horner Road, Woodbridge, Virginia. Earlier (a day or two) I had registered and paid for a room in this Inn via telephone and had specifically requested a NON-smoking room.

92, tax included, paid for by my Capital One card. Upon check in I was given room #138 by the young lady at the desk. As I had a very early morning appointment I went to bed after a shower, around 7 PM.

I had detected a faint tobacco-like smell in the room abut woke up at 1 PM with a headache and scratchy throat and at once detected a strong sweet smell that I recognized as marijuana. We decided to stay at this hotel, when we got here everything was clean, and seemed like it would be a good place to stay for some family visitors. Little did we know what the manager was going to do when my family checked out of their room.

The manager came to the room to do a walk through, and started getting irate about not supposed to have visitors in the room period. Response was no one said no visitors period and they are not visiting they came to help load our stuff out to the car.

Then the manager proceeded to say that my family had been smoking in the room which is NOT the case. Family explained to the manager that no one smoked in the room and that they could be seen on camera going outside to smoke on the balcony.

I stayed in the quality in on Friday Nov 1st 2019 in Chickasha Oklahoma and I woke up in the middle of the night with bites on my stomach and my arm. I was hoping it wasn't bed bugs but by the time I checked out at 11 I had them starting to pop up all over.

A very nasty carpet, I was very unhappy I will never stay at another quality inn. Refrigerator had a smell and it was not clean. The minute I went in the room there was a smell. And it was not pleasant.

I had to buy deodorizer to try to make the room smell better and that didn't help. I was there 4 days and and I didn't eat my free breakfast. I have stayed at quality inn in the past never had any problems.

I will not tell anyone to stay there. 72 a night it is hard to believe That could happen but it did. I am very unhappy about it I don't have money to waste on a dirty room .

I am only giving one star because I have to. I have been at your hotel (Quality Inn 2752 NE Hogan Dr. ) for a total of 15 days, I have filed a previous complaint with your corporate office. I spoke with someone named Jessica and my reference number is 9655195.

We booked the Quality Inn for three nights on 10/15, 10/16 and 10/17/2019 on 303 Interstate Drive in Nashville, Tennessee. We experienced a mouse, roaches and even had trouble entering the room. (348). We had to push hard against the door to finally open it!

The worst part was the dining room. The waffle machine was broken off and a part was setting on the counter. They were OUT OF coffee. The juice machine as you can see in the photo was overflowing. Good afternoon my family checked in to your hotel in Manchester New Hampshire Saturday October 19th. We arrived went to our room and noticed the heater hanging off and toilet was clogged. I went to front desk to let them know.

Later that night kids went swimming and came to room to shower. My husband myself and two other adults was in room. There was a knock on the door letting us know the shower was leaking into the room under us.

Tiffany your desk operator is RUDE!!!. She makes up stuff, especially if you are NOT!!! A repeated customer. Well I have a real job, not one that requires me to lay on my back. I will be pushing my insurance Allstate to never send someone here.

Your worker Tiffany in the Middletown/Franklin Ohio facility is horrible. Your staff is afraid of animals. Because this I have had to stay out of my room for them to clean. They have left the same covers on the bed for almost a week.

I came down hallway n vaccumn cord was laid out down hallway. Tiffany is rude & obnoxious & should be fired. When I asked to see video she claims she has of my dog without a leash she told me get a suspeona.

We booked a room at quality inn in Cameron Park CA. We were in a non-smoking room but everything smelled like cigarette smoke. The sheets, bedding, curtains, even the towels. The hotel room was so dirty, we didn't want our bare feet to touch the floor.

I wiped a towel on the carpet and it was filthy. We turned on the wall mounted AC unit hoping it would help the room air out, but it made the room smell worse. The residual smoke smell made my wife feel ill.

The furnishings in our room were beat up and worn. Everything about the hotel was a disappointment. I looked at the food in the breakfast room and found it unappetizing. I called choice hotels, the reservation company, and general manager to express my disappointment.

On 10/5 owner of quality inn in Yakima wa demanded to know why the State of Washington was paying for a room for me. The reason is personal and I don't have to tell him or any other hotel I am staying at.

Nor has any other hotel demanded ti know this information. I told the owner that was mt business. He said something abour sketchy and threw me out. October fest was in town, there were absolutely no other rooms to be rented.

we are at Quality Inn @1750 E Main in Mesa, Arizona. The 2 rooms were reserved by Phyllis Chilton our sister in law. since check 10/03/19 we have had no working TV. Refrigerator won't get cold. Room 110, dirty floors and tub. Room 109.

Staff is very good. They know they are fighting a losing battle! Don't know who the franchise owners are, don't care. Walk in the place smells like an old ladies home. O. Stale odors. Carpet is threadbare, floor bounces when walked on in spots.

Facilities are out of order, Pool, Fitness center, hot tub, have been for a long time, doesn't have a look of being fixed anytime soon. Read the tripadvisor reviews you'll read these complaints over and over again! Breakfast area has all the charm of my high school cafeteria.

I stayed at a hotel in la Grange Kentucky and it was the worst experience I have ever had. I found German roaches in my room. When I arrived around 2am in the morning I turned the lights on I took photos.

The assistant manager called me the next day aggressive and condescending and lied she looked with a german roach light and none was in the room. I did not leave my stuff in the room and she said I abandoned the room.

I have alot more to say but I only have 100 words. Unacceptable and disrespectful.

Sept 20 - 22, 2019, my family rented rooms at the Quality Inn located at 3701 Murfreesboro, Franklin TN. We had a total of 7 rooms. We came to attend my niece's wedding on Sept. 21st. My room in particular had the stench of animal urine.

The carpet stunk and you couldn't walk on it with bare feet. The walls were dirty. In the bathroom by the light figure there appeared to be boogers stuck to the wall. This may sound crazy, but it is true.

My brother's room also had boogers on their walls. The sheets were stained with urine. Cigarette holes everywhere in the linens. One of the beds looked like the sheets had not been changed. They were very dirty. There was mold throughout their room and it smelled moldy.

Booked for 9/16/19-9/26/19 This was the worst we have ever seen! Feces on doorjam to bathroom, lights not working, horrible smell, filthy windows,mirrors, and face of television. Asked for our money back and booked somewhere else. They did return our money.

Tried to submitt a complaint and we were told it wasn't compliant!!!! So wrong!!!!

I booked a room with the Quality Inn at 1164 Dogwood Dr, Conyers, Georgia on September 20th of this year. com. After typing in my name and information I mistakenly repopulated the booking with my aunt's information, Marion Bonvillain. I did not realize that I had done this until I got to the hotel to check in and pulled up me e mail confirmation to show to the clerk.

I attempted to explain what had happened and the clerk was extremely rude and kept cutting me off. I showed her my driver's license and attempted to show her the booking confirmation and my credit card, but she did not want to see them.

Trying to check in to quality inn at Taos NM. Josh desk clerk was the most unprofessional and disrespectful person ever dealt with. A person with an attitude like that should never be greeting guests. After confronting him about his attitude he called his manager and told her we were threatening him.

WOW he is a character. We have been working in town and been staying there on and off for a few weeks. Really enjoyed staying there until we had to deal with this creep. Thanks Erik

Nicole from Tacoma Georgia said they don’t take cash unless you pay additional $50. She said is you pay with card it’s 200 extra fo security charge. She said we would get it back if you don’t damage. We tried to get into room couldn’t open door so went back and asked for our card to be reversed. We stayed somewhere else.

This morning got a call saying e had left without paying and they need to charge our card. They HAD BETTER NOT CHARGE ME. WE STAYED SOMEWHERE ELSE AND I HAVE PROOF. We travel a good bit and try to stay at choice hotels but no more.

We will stay anywhere but choice.

They would take money off my credit card thinking we were staying and not asking us it would be taken off without asking plus housekeeping is horrible and they use turkey meat for sausage and the eggs taste horrible just rude service and wont be back
