I stayed at a hotel in la Grange Kentucky and it was the worst experience I have ever had. I found German roaches in my room. When I arrived around 2am in the morning I turned the lights on I took photos.

The assistant manager called me the next day aggressive and condescending and lied she looked with a german roach light and none was in the room. I did not leave my stuff in the room and she said I abandoned the room.

I have alot more to say but I only have 100 words. Unacceptable and disrespectful.

Sept 20 - 22, 2019, my family rented rooms at the Quality Inn located at 3701 Murfreesboro, Franklin TN. We had a total of 7 rooms. We came to attend my niece's wedding on Sept. 21st. My room in particular had the stench of animal urine.

The carpet stunk and you couldn't walk on it with bare feet. The walls were dirty. In the bathroom by the light figure there appeared to be boogers stuck to the wall. This may sound crazy, but it is true.

My brother's room also had boogers on their walls. The sheets were stained with urine. Cigarette holes everywhere in the linens. One of the beds looked like the sheets had not been changed. They were very dirty. There was mold throughout their room and it smelled moldy.

Booked for 9/16/19-9/26/19 This was the worst we have ever seen! Feces on doorjam to bathroom, lights not working, horrible smell, filthy windows,mirrors, and face of television. Asked for our money back and booked somewhere else. They did return our money.

I booked a room with the Quality Inn at 1164 Dogwood Dr, Conyers, Georgia on September 20th of this year. com. After typing in my name and information I mistakenly repopulated the booking with my aunt's information, Marion Bonvillain. I did not realize that I had done this until I got to the hotel to check in and pulled up me e mail confirmation to show to the clerk.

I attempted to explain what had happened and the clerk was extremely rude and kept cutting me off. I showed her my driver's license and attempted to show her the booking confirmation and my credit card, but she did not want to see them.

Trying to check in to quality inn at Taos NM. Josh desk clerk was the most unprofessional and disrespectful person ever dealt with. A person with an attitude like that should never be greeting guests. After confronting him about his attitude he called his manager and told her we were threatening him.

Nicole from Tacoma Georgia said they don’t take cash unless you pay additional $50. She said is you pay with card it’s 200 extra fo security charge. She said we would get it back if you don’t damage. We tried to get into room couldn’t open door so went back and asked for our card to be reversed. We stayed somewhere else.

This morning got a call saying e had left without paying and they need to charge our card. They HAD BETTER NOT CHARGE ME. WE STAYED SOMEWHERE ELSE AND I HAVE PROOF. We travel a good bit and try to stay at choice hotels but no more.

I'm writing to inform you about my unpleasant stay September 1st-2nd. I called the hotel the afternoon of September 1st to let them to know my family and I would be arriving late in the evening. My husband and I, my son and family were leaving Florida because we were in the direct hit on the Treasure Coast for Hurricane Dorian. We left Sunday 9/1/19 and we were headed out of Florida because we weren't sure where the hurricane was headed on the coast.

We got as far as live Oaks, Fla, when our vehicle broke down. We called AAA and they towed our vehicle to Quality Inn in Live Oaks and then dropped our vehicle at Walt's Ford Dealership in Live Oaks. We had 2 rooms.

The next day we were able to rent a car from Hertz in Valdosta at the airport. We loaded up and kept heading northwest. We stayed 2 days waiting on our vehicle to be fixed and waiting for the hurricane to past our area in Hobe Sound.

We came back to the quality inn on 9/4/19. We sent our son and his family on their way…

My daughter (Katie Cruz) made a reservation at the Quality Inn in Taos, New Mexico on August 31, 2019, for her and her friend to stay the night. Upon arrival at your hotel, she was told her credit card was declined, prior to their arrival and they were no more rooms at your hotel.

Shocked and not sure what to do, since they drive from a Greeley, Colorado and thought they had a room, they stood there for a minute to gather a new plan. Two gentlemen came in to get a room, No Reservations, and they got a room.

The front desk clerk was rude and shrugged his shoulders and told them to find accommodations elsewhere. My daughter is 21 and her credit card was not declined at the next hotel, in fact, the hotel they finally found, was so horrified at the way they were treated, that they upgraded…

Jone and Albert Hale. We stayed at Quality Inn Petaluma Sonoma July 5-July 7. When we left I had left custom made lip balm in the fridge. Over $50 worth. I contacted Quality Inn they never returned my call I had to give them call back three times.

Eric Moeser the general manager never returned any of my phone. Until I left a bad review, then contact me by email saying he would look into it, now nothing. I want to be reimbursed. Your house cleaning is obviously dishonest thieves.

Before we checked in to our room lobby floor area was dirty, disregarded that as a busy day. Checked in to my room that was a 2 queen and sofa bed suite that was pre booked for a one night stay.

We checked in and went into our room and floor looked like it hadn't been vacuumed, bathroom had hair in shower and toilet had obviously not been cleaned. Checked the bedding on the beds, one of the beds the comforter and sheets were so stained up we didn't want use them, went to the front desk to ask for some clean bedding and

receptionist said she didn't know what I wanted her to do they didn't have extra comforters. I told her we weren't going to use them and she just gave us some sheets and a thin blanket to change them ourselves.

The refrigerator didn’t work, the lamp Didn’t work, several of the plug sockets didn’t work. The ceiling paint was hanging off the ceiling, the air conditioner didn’t cool off the room. The room smelled like mildew. The smell was terrible.

I will note that I did arrive late, so did not expect anything extraordinary. The service at the desk was fine, but I spent $100 for a room that did not have cable, which was disappointing.

Also the door was jammed and had to be pushed very hard multiple times to even open it. On top of that, the water in the shower would only get mildly warm.

Overall, the stay was a unsatisfactory.

I joined a tour group and passed by St. , as our travelling plan. As we arrived late in the afternoon, our group leader checked us all in for about 10 rooms for the night and randomly distributed room keys to all of us.

I was given Room 209 for the night my son and me. All was well until I got in my room: I noticed there was a portable a/c unit sitting at the foot of my bed, turned on at full blast.

There was a 6"-PVC snake tube came out of the back of the unit led to the window. I now noticed the sliding window was partially open, to let the pipe to discharge hot air out of the room. Yet there is nothing stopping the hot air coming right back into the room from the top portion of the open sliding window.

My husband and I went to California because our first grandson was born. We decided to stay at the quality Inn for an extended time because we had a puppy with us. My daughter and her friend also joined us a week later.

They also complained about the room not being cleaned and no towels at night. They had a 5 year old with them and we wouldn't even let him eat downstairs. I wanted to leave the minute I got there. I only stayed there because my daughter could not cancel her reservation.

We stayed at the Payson Quality Inn from 7/24-25. We wanted to stay an additional night but they were booked up. They were very helpful in trying to get us reservations at the Spanish Fork Quality Inn as they one had a couple of rooms left so it was imperative that reservations be made.

Upon contacting the motel, the clerk said we would have to drive from Payson to Spanish Fork in the pouring rain or book the reservation on line. She was too busy to take our reservation over the phone. She was rude, unprofessional land unwilling to help. She did not care.

My son and I checked in on 8/16/19 thru 8/18/19 checked out. Our stay at the Quality Suites and Sleep Inn Lake Wright was not the best of choice. The first room we was given smell just like Dogs has been staying in the room for weeks.

The carpet on the floor was of black large spots that should have been cleaned before showing the room. The room smell was just awful. The second room was only a notch better but there were also Large black spots in the floor along with red spots as if someone just pour sodas on the carpets.

Checked into Quality Inn, Niagara Falls, N>Y> 8/19/19. Girl working the desk was almost rude, didn't seem to want to get up out of her chair. Room appeared OK, however, floor was filthy, bottoms of our feet and socks were absolutely black.

When we arrived at the hotel and checked in we noticed the musty smell of the room; nasty tub, loose toilet seat and a door that would not close tightly and lock. We told the front desk clerk, and asked for another room - she showed us another similar room - with similar issues. She said she would send Maint to our room during the day while we were out. If I could give the place 0 stars I would. The Quality Inn in Brainerd should not even be open. We were going to stay from 8/9 to 8/16. After the first evening that they put us in a room that had black mold in the bathroom ceiling, we asked to be moved.

I argued with the front desk and they said that there was no mold. I saw the maintenance report on the room and it said check for black mold as reported by guests. They transferred us to another room, this one had bubbled caulk all around the tub.

The breakfast was cold, the water never got hot for a shower. com and my CC company could fight it out to pay the additional day they wanted to charge me, I will be calling Brainerd Public as well to report them as well.

I booked a stay at your establishment for 1 night on May 22nd, 2019 at the Waycross Ga location. Reservation confirmation number 66082053. Due to a change in plans, I couldn’t make the trip. I called to cancel my reservation on May 16th. Cancellation number 471264327. Shower was terrible, only a trickle of water plus hairs left on shower wall, cobwebs on wall by the door. Breakfast lady was extremely rude, Lady was trying to get a glass of orange juice and she shut the machine off on her.

My human rights were violated. I was treated like a common criminal. My card was deactivated. We went down to the front desk but no one was working. We waited for 30 minutes when this girl comes in from outside to the front desk because another customer came to the desk besides us.

She waited on her and completely ignored us. I told here to activate my card and she said she was throwing us out. When asked why she said because I was irritating her. She didn't like my face, and gave me the finger.

When a facility does not have an elevator, there has to be someone who can help 2 over 64 ladies get their bags up the stairs. There is no bathroom in the lobby and no elevator to get upstairs to use the one we have to share in the room.

When we walked in here there was a broken fridge right by the door and a broken microwave on the desk. They didn't bother taking them out when replaced with new. There was no smoke alarm in the ceiling. I went to the sink and there was a large spider to greet me.

The vent in the bath didn't work so there was a musty smell. I went to make coffee in the morning and the filter piece was missing. On the doorframe to the bathroom was either a large blood or chocolate smear. We are very disappointed.

I paid as much for this hotel as i did the night before at another hotel and it was wonderful. I want my money back the only decent thing was the breakfast.

We had reservations for this motel for 7/8/19 7/9/19 and 7/10/19. On 7/10/19 the room was not cleaned and the bed not made. We were out until about 3:40 PM. When we returned we were locked out of our room.

I had to go to the desk and have my key card reprogramed. When we checked out on 7/10/19 I complained to the person at the desk (Mary Evans) about our bad experience. She said they were having trouble with keys and the room not being cleaned was due to a lack of help.

Both excuses, in my opinion, are not acceptable. I told Mary that I felt I should be compensated for our inconvenience. Mary asked what that would be and I said 1/2 of one nights stay would be fair. Trash in the parking lot, room smelled awful, AC only worked at a minimum and room stayed hot. There was what appears to be blood on the blanket and pillow case, mold was out of control on the bathtub. First the night person didn't know how to work to take cash instead of just running the credit car. The worst was when I saw that they has charge me for 5 nights instead of just the 4 nights. This experience has turn me off from using any quality inn in the furture.

com (from 22nd to 26th of August). It appears that I though I was booking a room in Florence (italy) and not in Florence (US). The booking was cancelled immediately (2 minutes after having received the booking confirmation). Unfortunately, my Visa Card was debited for more than 300 dollars as fees for cancellation.

I have contacted the hotel to obtain a gesture of goodwill and be refunded for all or half fees. I didn't succeed and after having spoken to 4 persons, no decision was made. They ask me to contact the Customer Relation.

I started our family vacation from Florida to NY and stayed at the Quality Inn at 1200 Benevenue Rd, Rocky Mount, NC 27804 on Tuesday June 18th. 458. We were going to be a late arrival and I had requested a cot for one of my children.

The woman on the phone said, "No problem". When we arrived, the clerk at the desk was bland in her tone. I confirmed that we wanted a cot in the room and she said "No one told me that". Then she looked at the noted in the computer.

She handed me the key but never told me where it was. Then she disappeared and didn't say anything. I waited 10 minutes and was verbally calling out to her. No answer. I called the hotel desk and could here the phone ringing but no one answered.

It was the worst experience I’ve ever had. They were extremely short staffed, which would have been fine if they were upfront about it. When housekeeping didn’t do their job and we talked to someone at the front desk we were told, “it wasn’t their job”. How rude and unprofessional.

Housekeeping left items in bathroom from the previous occupants. Front door didn’t close. The door to the refrigerator was only attached at the bottom hinge. No one cleaned except once (we were there 3 days)and when they did clean the person left our door unlocked all day(we were out from 12 until 10 pm).

Thank God nothing was stolen, no one seemed to care. We had to request towels, they were not given daily. The quality of service was horrible. Compensation was snacks, that no one would eat and $50 off of our…

I booked the room on June 1st for a June 22nd arrival date. I messaged the hotel which was marked as read on June 5th. Around 7pm I received a phone call asking if we had found a room,because one had become available.

Shoddy very shoddy way to treat guests.

Took my 50 dollars I put as deposit after cleaned room , tried to be nice , and they said I left stains on bed, which were already there . it was a late minute dump . place was booked up and I had 3 kids that were afraid to be at pool cause of all the drinking .

I have been to many Quality Inn and Suites and this was by far the most unpleasant experience. Most of the time I reserve Quality Inn and Suites because of the low rates and great service. This was not the case this time.

I particularly did not like the quality of the room. The air vent was extremely dusty and very loud as if it was about to break. The couch had plenty of undetermined marks on it. I carefully pulled back the bed sheets and I had to dust off the sheets from small specs that I saw.

As I entered the bathroom to unfold the towel that goes on the floor there were two spiders that were on the towel. The faucet area in the tub did not look sanitized and cleaned. There were brown marks by the faucet area in the tub.

Room was filled with dog hair. The sheets were stained. Was double charged for a 2 night stay have spent almost 2 hours on the phone without finding someone that can help refund me. Absolutely the worst hotel I have ever stayed at and will not being staying at a choice hotel ever again.

Trying to let everyone I know how pitiful the customer service is and how poor our room was. Unfortunately there is not a zero star option because this place isn’t worth one.

1) Booked 2 rooms 6 weeks before stay we requested first floor and rooms together. My sister is disabled and we ended up on the second floor on the back side of the hotel which was a long way from the elevator.

2) Checking-in-Not very friendly or helpful staff and when we asked about our booking of 1st floor and rooms together we were told there were none available and we were two doors down from each other and on the 2nd floor. We were told there was no note on our reservation stating what we wanted. This was frustrating.

3) Through our stay trying to get pool towels to asking for help from the staff they weren't helpful or knowledgeable about the area of Palm Springs or restaurant recommendations. We have stayed at this hotel in Palm Springs before and the stay was fine but this visit…
