I called Quest Diagnostics about a bill in question (i.e. $6,701.68) around 6/21/2024. The operator mentioned that the bill was sent to Optum (related to the Department of Veterans Affairs) and rejected due to an error with my birthday. The operator updated the birthday information as per my phone call around 6/21/2024. Why am I getting the bill on 7/5/2024 when the bill needs to be sent to Optum a second time? This e-mail is for the record since my phone call did not preclude a paper bill about 2 weeks later.
