I went for blood work at quest on walden Cheektowaga ny as a walk at 12:10. There were a few ours waiting also! So we waited and at 1:30 she told the 2 of us waiting to give blood that she will not take us even after we waited for an hour and half!!

She was so rude and don’t know how to treat people!

I had lab work done on April 29. They asked for a urine specimen and I was not able to give one. They gave me a container to take home and said I would have to make an appointment to bring in the specimen.

I made an appointment for 8:20 Monday May 1. I supplied the specimen at 7:55 that morning and sent my provider Ms. Price to take it to the lab. She was there on time, but they told her that the appointment was for 9:00 and she would have to wait.

She waited and at 9:15 a person came into the waiting room, went over to Ms. " and took the specimen. Why did they get the appointment time wrong and why would she have to wait just to turn in a specimen?

I have a copy of the appointment reminder, but can't figure out how to attach it. If I had an email address I would send it.

The lady who did my blood draw on 4/25/2023 @9:10am was very sweet. No problem there. She said my vein in the center of the crease of my arm was small, and she’d have to use the side of my right arm for the blood draw.

No one has ever had a problem drawing blood from the normal area of my arm. By the time I got home, my arm was swelling and turned purple. Today it has remained swollen and purple around to my elbow. It is painful.

I stopped by the Quest in Spring Branch Walmart , TX 78070 to show them. A male employee told me they had no supervisor there, but he could give me a number. I said no but to please have the lady know what she’d done to my arm.

She needs to use center veins. I showed him that My vein was visible. He agreed. All I want is to prevent this from happening to anyone…

I confused "Total Cholesterol Test" and "Cholesterol (Lipid) Panel" ; I saw the first test, did not see the second test until I looked more closely later. I had my blood drawn yesterday and received Total Cholesterol number (but not HDL and LDL).

That's when I realized something was wrong. I found the second test listed and called to ask if the blood drawn yesterday for the total cholesterol could just have an HDL and LDL reported out on it too. I would pay the extra amount.

I am health care professional and know the lab keeps additional sample for a few days. I was told when I called customer support, that they can't help. Just do everything over again! This is poor customer service.

We went to Quest for blood work and the employee started " I told your before we DON'T TAKE WALK-INS .... Very rude and the website says they do but you may have to wait. There was not one person in that place.

I was refused service at your Millersport/Sheridan Rd. location on 4/20/2023. I am a letter carrier with USPS and work until 4:30. I arrived and checked in via the sign-in kiosk. I was allowed to log in and prompted to have a seat.

I was the only person in the waiting room. " I started to laugh a little. I was stunned! She closed the door and left. It was 4:49 pm. Quest closed at 5pm. I tried to make it there sooner, but failed due to traffic. Absolute garbage!

My 74 year old father’s appointment was at 10:10am. We checked in at 7:30am, hoping to be seen earlier. I explained to the staff that while we have an appointment, I hope to be seen as a walk-in. They told us we have to just wait.

It wasn't busy until after 8:30am. We watched them take in walk-in after walk-ins while my 74 year old father waited until 10:10!!! ” My father and I felt extremely mistreated, even discriminated against. No apologies or explanation was given.

2500 W Lake Mary Blvd Ste 108 Lake Mary, FL 32746 United States I was going to this location for 15 years always go by 6:20 without appointment even not being first I was always taken by 7. Today we went we our 11 years old daughter who supposed to be at school at 8.

I figured out that those two ladies who we’re working there today morning are not trying to take anybody without appointment by 7:30 I saw that next person with appointment was 7:50 so I thought they will at least take my daughter so she will make it to school by no they took that person so by the time she was done the people for 7:40 came.

Hi, I am not one to complain, and usually M1 to send kudos to people that do a job well done because people normally complain about people and never give positive feedback. And saying this, we moved here two years this May 2023, and I have been to quest three times with an appointment, and my name seems to drop down and another name comes up before me on the board.

I got there a half an hour early and a lady and gentleman came in together and had issues with the kiosk and I tried helping them and he didn’t think it went through the first time. I was taken back to get my blood work done and I look across the room and there they are.

The staff at CEDARPARK Texas center was rude and didn’t collect time sensitive specimen on time. She had asked me to collect the sample at my home as they don’t allow it inside thier lab and asked me to come within an hour so that specimen will be good for testing.

When I came I dint know that I have to check in again for dropping specimen. After 20 minutes wait she appeared in the lobby and asked me to checkin again. Then again it took another 20 min and she was reluctant to collect the specimen even if I said that the time she mentioned is about expire.

This is the responsibility of this staff. Don’t choose this locaation

Rama at the Richmond , Va site provides horrible customer care. I waited for over 1 1/2 hours just to pee in a cup!! I got there 1/2 hour before she was to take lunch, I was excused from the office at 12:15 so she could take lunch when lunch break was supposed to be from 12:30 to 1 pm.

I provided health care for 40 years and this was definitely not how you do it, you provide and go the extra mile to provide good service to the patient especially when I arrived that far before closing for lunch. kind of care that you can count on.

I had called Quest because I got a bill that was different from my EOB. The told me to call my insurance company. My insurance Co was very helpful and because of the long wait time said they would call Quest and follow up with me.

They did and said I was all set. I had since received a bill and it said I had made no attempt to resolve and my last bill prior to collections. I was shocked. Called Quest and the woman I was dealing with was not helpful whatsoever and said she could not talk to insurance co and kept talking over me when I was speaking.

Good Morning, I am sick and tired of being harrassed by the phlebotomist, (Yolanda the African American female) at Quest Lab on Dougherty Road in Aiken SC. I'm not sure if she is familiar with the Hippa laws. But she has the arducity to tell me that I have labs from another Dr.

coming up do I want to wait and get stuck one time. I feel like she is over stepping her boundaries in doing her job. I feel like she thinks she is the Dr. And she is Billing. Something needs to be done about her behavior.

The sheer lack of people in the lab, only a computer that many elderly were unable to use! I received my bill but for 6 weeks I’ve tried to call to get my issue taken care of. I called at least 30 or more times in the last six weeks ,and again only get a voice mail.

When I attempted to get to the corporate level I was screamed at and he spoke very disrespectful and said “You are NOT getting to the CEO’s office”. I will Not connect you! Then again I had to start over the process with a new representative multiple times!

I had to cancel my appointment on 4/24/23 due to several reasons including incompetence from your staff. I tried to find out how much my "lipid panel order" would be in order to ensure I could afford "before" incurring the expense.

After contacting my health plan I was advised I needed to provide them with a CPT code which I thought Quest who's the party charging would have readily available. A patient representative from my plan did a three way between us and someone from your staff named Marquita who was rude and exhibited a very unprofessional attitude.

Quest at Quest Diagnostics Kendall Square In South Kendall Square 12554 SW 120th St Miami Florida Horrible and discriminatory to English speaking patients. There was a waiting line outside . The employee. Came outside and in fluent Spanish gave instructions.

The English speaking patients did not understand. When the employee came out again , I explained that some patients only spoke English . Rudely she said to me in Spanish again “ it doesn’t matter I speak both “ Not only Was this rude but condescending to the patients.

This complaint is for an specific location, with a history of horrible customer service and lack of communication. Location in 4477 W 118th St Unit 102, Hawthorne, Ca 90250. The medical staff are unreasonable towards the patient who are "walk in" and unfair with the patients who DO NOT speak or read English. Whether they are short staff or fully staff they don't make frequent check up on the patients sitting in the lobby. There is only one sign in written in English where the information is stated about patient with appointments, but there is no sign in Spanish. This location arrives at 8am, and they don't attend to patients till 30 mins later, so patients who are only dropping of they have not called in right away. Was very badly treated at quest in bound Brook New Jersey waited over an hour and a half to get service. They Didn’t have my doctors script and did not offer to contact the doctor. I did offer and had to wait an additional 40 minutes to be seen.

I asked a few more workers to let him know I was still waiting, and that my paper was already faxed and was told my Dr. lied which was untrue so then they finally checked and the script was there.

Was then talked to very rudely by the gentleman in office #4 who also got in my face being combative when another phlebotomist tried to help me in her office. Told him. I was sick didn’t want to talk and he told me he was sick to and walked even closer in my personal space I was so angry I turned my head and cried.

I was at the quest diagnostics in Meriden/Wallingford Connecticut to get a urine drug test done for my new job. The staff is very unprofessional, and wasted my time for no reason when I could have been doing other things.

They don’t know what they’re doing and we’re laughing the whole time in the back. I came in at 12:45 pm and was told that my appointment is at 1:40. I waited a whole hour for my appointment mind you my time to clock in at work was 3 PM but I still waited the one hour because my appointment was at 1:40 which gave me time to go home and get dressed.

It took me 3 hours last time in waiting now I'm waiting already 2 hours It is impossible to set an appointment through the kiosk and there are not enough stuff to service customers. Only two people and patients are standing outside because no one can press the botton to open the door. I will file the further complaint with with gavrament agencies.

I am very dissatisfied with my experience with Quest today! I made an appointment, received a confirmation and when I went in, no appointment found. My time and gas are nothing I have time to waste. The poor gal who came out to take her next patient was being bombarded with a million questions for other customers with similar issues which in turn put her behind.

I was given a number so I am assuming I was put onto the walk-in list although my name wasn’t taken so not sure if my number would have ever been called and I didn’t have two hours to wait. It is unacceptable that I had an appointment, I had a confirmation number, yet my appointment wasn’t found.

I am trying to get my past statements from quest because I just got approved for champVa insurance and CHAMPVA is going to pay me back from August 12,2021 til present day of service. But customer service informed me that once a bill is paid they can not get that information.

I can't even get a statement for taxes because they don't do that either. I am just wondering how are you the only medical company who can not pull up statements of bills that I have paid. I visited quest diagnostics in aventura Florida last week for 10 tube of blood drawn. There was a problem with the blood not coagulation so the kind phlebomist reached out to me to inform me with the news that I needed to come back.

He was very apologetic and kind ('Johnathan ) was his name. I could not return that day so I planned with him this morning to return. I was informed no need for an appointment (which takes weeks at most quests) and I had a "stat" order.

I had lebs doen in June 2022. I gave over both my insurance cards to the woman doing the lab work. I am not sure what she did but did not enter the information correctly. I have called every month and my insurance company Cigna has been on the phone multiple times asking and pleading with Quest to please send them the bill so they can pay it and then bill my secondary insurance.

Quest has multiple times refused to send it even when Cigna told them their fax number and email address along with their physical mailing address. Instead of trying those three methods, Quest turned my bill over to collections. I am now being harrassed by a collection company, and my credit score fell 100 points because of this.

At this time, I can not get a hold of some one that is smart enough to correct this.…

I visit the Playa Vista office I went in as a walk-in , after waiting for 2 hours one of the staff members named Judith called my name only to tell me that they could no longer see me because it was 5:05 and they closed the office at 5pm She did not care that I had waited for more than 2 hours even though that I was the last patient in the waiting room , she mention that she also wanted to go home.

I am very upset of this unprofessional and horrible service I also had to pay $8 for parking without having taken the service I deserved. I also ask to speak to a manager I was given a phone number that I did call when I left the office very upset I was not able to get a hold of someone I left a message but I never got a call back.

Seems as though you have plenty complaints and your rating poor at best. Why would you not what to correct this. Very sad, there is lady that works in Arlington, Texas Alea that is absolutely fantastic at her job. Why can’t you hire more people like her.

It really needs to give he choice of zero starts. No receptionist. Nobody to talk to. Brought my elderly Mom in for an appointment. 40 minutes after appointment we are still waiting. Nobody has even attempted to come out and explain delays. People that have been waiting longer than us need restroom access and there isn’t one available.

Whatever you do, use any service before Quest Diagnostics. This company does not provide proper staffing to communicate with patients prior to appointments and no training to explain delays. It is inexcusable to operate a patient care facility in this way.

To pick up a 24 hour urine test container I waited 40 minutes with a appointment. Returning the container took 75 minutes and even with a appointment was still over 45 minutes waiting time. Was told to check in using drop off icon.

Did that and was put on walk in status. Ended up,leaving and going to Lab Corp. Your service poor at best, waiting times unacceptable, staff uncaring and unhelpful.

92629. I had the worst experience with the technician RIFKA. She didn't know how to log in to computer to get my doctors order. She said the doctors don't know what they are doing. I told her I'd relay that to the doctors staff. She said go ahead.

I heard another technician call my name. I told her I was sitting over at Rifka's station. She looked puzzled. Rifka said she had taken me and left a note for the other girl, who looked puzzled. Rifka got ruder and ruder as the blood sample went on. Very abrasive and abusive. She wanted urine test.

I could barely understand her, her accent was so strong. I asked for some water and she said no. She told me to go to starbucks and then come back and wait in line again. I finally went in and was able to do some urine.

From October 2022, I am contacting the company Quest about problems with the bills they send me. They charge me more money than I have to pay. My insurance - Oscar contacted quest many times and still quest continues to send me high charges even though my insurance contacted them and explained to them that they are making mistakes.

I have letters from my insurance company stating that I should not pay quest more than $40 maximum per bill. My insurance contacted them many times and so did I for five months and they keep making mistakes. I am 38 weeks pregnant.

I have to give birth and the high bills they send me cause me mental stress and pressure.

I had an appt this morning at 9:20 it was great with good service. Morning services was a 3/5 stars.

Later in the day I had to bring some samples back, I was instructed to check in as a walk-in patient and select to drop off specimen. There was no such option and was told I would have to wait about 1hour and 30mins. About 40mins waiting I noticed their policy that is placed on the front desk, it clearly states "to notify a staff member about a drop off" it says nothing about checking in again, especially on a same day test. I was not the only person waiting to drop a specimen off. After stating this I was received in rather quickly, I believe they are having people check in to make their numbers look higher to the corporate office. I will most likely never be using a facility like this…

This is not the first time but I am so fed up with this level of service that I feel I have to reach out in some way. Quest really pushes having an appointment but they don’t take your appt time seriously at all.

I make appts especially since my labs have to be completed before a certain time in the morning. I show up 15 minutes before my appt and check in, appt time comes and goes, nothing! 20 minutes passed appt time, checkin with front desk, she does not make eye contact and says there are 2 people ahead of you.

I mention that I do not want to go through a blood draw and pay if the lab is not completed as ordered by the Dr, she rolled her eyes and said “we’ll do out best”. She has now given two incorrect tests, a urine iodine test and a stool sample test for my son were both incorrect…

Some of the women who work in the Denville office in New Jersy are so rude to us We go there for help not to be treated so bad from them That lady who attended me She should not work with people I’m sorry this is the first time in my life I complained and I have a reason I will ask my Dr to never ever again sent me to get my test done in your office
