I have had numerous labs done with your company. When I moved, Quest wouldn't bill my insurances. They had an update to the system and refuse to email, fax, or even mail the bill to Cicna, my insurance company. Instead they sent the bill to collections and now I have a collection company harassing me.bthis is illegal.

I am 80 years old and of course have the possibility of falling without assistance. Therefore my husband always stays by my side. On today's date the tec assistant would not allow my husband to stay with me after explaining that I could fall without him.

The tec name was Cris, 8am appointment, March 3, 2023. I saw several other people being allowed to assist their loved ones before and after my appointment. Tec was very rude to my husband. We will never use Quest again. Sad.

Today I got so far the worst experience in many years at this location for a blood test. I have done it dozens of times lately in many different locations due to a severe medical condition, with many different nurses and always got a great treatment, and even when a couple of times it did not work at once, I accepted that with no big deal.

However, today it was a scandal of treatment. A nurse who claims to be experienced poked two times in a very painful manner, going multiple times in/out and around the veins to the point of me screaming from it, finally failed both. No apology or sympathy was offered.

When I mentioned that as a cancer patient with heavy restrictions on the other hand after the operation for any testing, I cannot continue like that and would like to see somebody…

I have scheduled covid PCR test on richmond av Staten Island NY on 3/1/2023 at 4:10 pm. Technician by name Cindy was very rude to me and my wife. She cut us down rudely when we want to explain her and show that we have appointment for testing.

She sent us verbally away in front of over patients and didn’t let us do any explanation. I was feeling sick to argument with her so i left the Quest with horrible feeling about my experience. I would like to escalate this incident to higher management and would like to receive feedback on my complain.

I was a walk-in, and signs everywhere say walk-ins must wait. I was prepared to wait.

Not FIVE HOURS, though.

I've had labwork done many places. The number of patients VS the number of technicians has never resulted in a wait time like this.

Furthermore, I am fasting, and I am Diabetic. I told one of the employees this, and she informed me there was nothing she could do about it, I would just have to wait.

Poor customer care! People with appointments are treated like royalty, those who are walk-in are treated like dog dirt.

I thought once I reached the age of 70, people would treat me with respect. Everywhere but Quest, I see!

I picked this location as a walk-in appointment for a urinalysis. I sat for a solid hour waiting after checking in at the kiosk.

Finally a witch walked out from the back and rudely asked me what I was there for. I replied for a urinalysis for a new hire position drug screen. She then replied that that they close at two pm even though website reflected 330 pm.

When I then asked why the website reflected 330 pm she told me that was incorrect and asked me to leave. My drug screen authorization expired at 6 pm, so, in short, and having to pee severely, I had to call the agency applied to and find another place for urinalysis.

This occurred at 1pm and only 3 people ahead of me. I will never go back to Quest for anything even if my personal physician directs me. I will make other arrangements…

Had an appt. 2/23/23 at 6:10am, staff didn't arrive until 6:45am, I said good morning and asked what time they open? I was told in a very rude voice, that they was delayed for weather and she had nothing to do with the hours, I asked how appt's were able to be made and i was ignored.

There was 9 people outside and I asked if we could come in until they were ready, I was told NO and ask the manager, who was walking up, I said Good Morning 3 times before she addressed me, I asked if we could wait in side, she said NO and that I could talk to corporate.

Wish I could give you a 0. I have to do random drug tests. Meaning I can't make an appointment. I got here 30 minutes before opening. I signed in. Of course I have to wait. Had someone offer me their appointment which they refused to allow.

The person that did my bloodwork didn’t know what she was doing or just didn’t care. My arm is black and blue, after her poking me with the needle. I cannot believe how someone can be that careless and stupid!!!

The black lady that drew my blood seemed to not know what she was doing. I have had my blood drawn at this same location for years. They always do a good job why this time the lady seemed to not really care.

I have been calling in for months about a bill and to have a financial aid form mailed to me. They would ask for my address and it’s not correct and agiain I will tell the correct address and they would tell me they would change it but buy calling again I’m going threw the same thing over and over phone call after another.

I have also received mail at the address where I live now and again then I wouldn’t get anything. I keep tell them I haven’t received anything at all with the application financial aid form that I have been told it will be in the mail.

I made an appointment for 11:40am on Saturday, February 18, 2023. This was a follow-up appointment because Quest forgot to test me for zinc a couple of weeks ago so already I had to come out of my way to get blood drawn again.

I arrived on time and checked in via text and proceeded to the office. The door was locked at 11:45am, I had to knock for five minutes. This was before their closing time at 12pm. I was let in finally by a phlebotomist and I checked in at the front.

I come in frequently with my elderly mother or with her urine. The quality of the lab work is always very good. My complaint is with the staff in the Palatka office.

The last several times I went to Quest I noticed a pattern. If it’s crowded, and it usually is, names drop off the board at their scheduled time. It is my feeling that names are deleted so that the phlebotomist can meet a quota. In the meantime, customers are then placed ahead of the deleted and the scheduled person sits there until they say something. The staff pretends they did not know. I took a biological (stool) sample for the 2nd time in 3 days this week to your Quest Diagnostics Lab yesterday located at:

15302 N Nebraska Ave Tampa, FL 33613 (inside the WalMart store) and the first time earlier this week, your lady employee stated that my stool sample was too much (over the line on the test bottle).

Had a blood draw ordered by my Memorial Healthcare endocrinologist Dr. T. Shiver. Had a blood draw on Friday , February 10th at 8:00 am at Memorial Healthcare Center at 925 Gessner Rd, Medical Plaza 4, Houston, TX 77024. The Quest Lab is R9P, 4th floor in this building.

50 for the visit and did a horrible job - it was painful during and after the blood draw, huge bruises sore at touch, see the pictures. Totally unprofessional, bad service w/damage to my vein and skin. See the pictures.

I did not notice the name of this technician who was female. Please at least return the money and I need to know how you punish this unprofessional, sledge hammer, blood technician.

I had an appointment at3:30 but they let several walk ins in before me and I did not get helped until after 4:00. Once I got in the chair they said the insurance doesn’t cover it and told me I had to pay hundreds of $.

I have been dealing with billing issues since March of 2022. They sent my account to collections which I do not owe because they haven’t even billed my insurance. This has been going on for months. A quest worker blocked both accessible lanes to a CVS drive tru on 44thst and McDowell in Phoenix 85008 @ approximately 7:30pm. He parked his vehicle in one lane and walked into the other to retrieve items from a locked box.

I was the next car and couldn’t move forward. I waited for a reasonable time for him to finish. I told him to hurry and he yelled I’ll just have to wait and I was being rude. Its not up to him to determine, its his job to be cordial by providing customer service while wearing a company shirt.

I don’t appreciate the encounter.

I care for my 93 year old homebound mother. I stopped in quest today to puck up a home urine culture kit. I signed in my wait was to be hours. I stood at counter finally a gal came up i ask if i could get the kit.

She daid youll have to sign in i cant take ypu ahead of others. I explained i needed the urine kit i would come bavk for my appt. She said no. I left my dr let me drop the urine off they cultured it at the dr office.

I couldnt understand why i could not just be handed the kit. Very poor service. I had to get home to my mother but i did understand when i come back i would wait for my appt.

Had an appointment at 9:30am. Code WHZVDA. Got there 15min. Early. On the monitor, it said I would get in early. But kept getting bumped down the list. Noticed it had me as a walk in. It was past my appointment, so I asked the flobotimist how I got on the walk-in list? m.

She said o well and I took my seat. Then noticed I had been taken of the list all together. Service was beyond poor. The lady was 5 foot 9 or so. Reddish hair and heavy set. At the Vancouver 55 ne 87ave location.

Vary displeased with how this all went down . And the lost time and money of this trip. Still need my blood work. But to just pull my name off the list is not right in anybody world.

m. What???? There are 2 vials for a blood draw and doing the kit before or after 10:00 makes zero bit of difference, except for inconveniencing the patient who is already there in the clinic awaiting the blood draw. I have advised Stanford that they will need to find a completely different company for my draw now and for any future lab work I have. Absolutely ridiculous!

I'm a new hire for AMTRAK Aand I received an order to report to Quest Diagnostics for a 5 panel test.

However, I live less than 2 miles from the facility on Sunrise in Puyallup, Washington. On Jan. 25,2023 I reported as a walk-in, and they denied my service. Said they only had two people working advised to leave and make an appointment.

00 home in a HOA community. Being black and feeling discrimination is applied here, being she sent me 20 miles from my home for a 10-minute test. I'm ready to file a discrimination lawsuite with my lawyer. Yes, I have one on retainer also when I return from Ohio.

Today, I had an 8:00am appt. at Alpha Internal Medicine for labs which is done by Quest. I arrived for my appt. at 7:45am - 15mins early as instructed however, at 8am the lab person was still not available. At approximately 8:20am I followed staff to the waiting area for my labs.

I went to Quest diagnostic at 5761 SW 40th St, Miami, Fl, today. Excellent registration and only 2 minutes of waiting time. My complaint is about the blood draw. The technician used an 18 or 20 needle, a very thick needle.

The puncture did not hurt but the extraction was very painful. I complained of pain at the time. I didn't tell her to stop the extraction because then I would get another puncture. I asked the technician “ why you didn't use butterfly?

“ She answered “the butterfly has to be requested by the patient”. She added “we use the same needle in all our patients” It is abusive. I replied “I am a 72-year-old person, my veins are very thin and you should have taken that into account.

I was turned away because I didn't have a paper copy of my work orders. I called telecoc where my provider was located and was told that to provide a paper copy it would take 3 days. At the time I was unable to leave the office and go print out what I had from teledoc.

I had my work order on my phone and the website said that if there was any problems I could have used that. It only recommended that the order is printed and not required. If this is the process it should state exactly that.

I would not have wasted my time if I knew that it was required. I am only looking for improvement on communication about the process.

Every time I have an appointment it is at least a hr. waite. The attitude of employees are short tempered and you are vert understaffed. This is room for patient errors. The profit of Quest should not cone before patient safety.
