This is for the Barstow office 1/23/23 after calling in the morning was told did not need an appt, we arrive at 11:50 wait for then to open at noon. At 1215 a young woman opens the door and greets us with bad attitude you have an appointment?

No was told we could walk in. No no not today I'm not taking walk ins I'm alone today. Drove my 97 year old grandmother some distance who is in her end of life period only to be made to stand in the cold for 15 min then turned away because she was alone.

Spoken with a bag attitude and a lack of any professionalism whatsoever. It's a shame you let such people be the face and represent your company. I will make sure our staff recommends Logic or Foundation labs over your facility from now on. Barstow Hospital RN

I took my son out of school early to have his labs drawn for his upcoming doctors appointment. When we arrived I checked him in using the kiosk. There were about 9 or 10 others in the waiting room, ahead of us. The time was about 3:10pm. There was a Hispanic male phlebotomist working and an older white female working, calling patient back one by one- locking the door at 3:30.

At 4:15, they called back the LAST patient before us. Once this patient stepped into the area to get his labs done- the female phlebotomist asked me if i had an apportionment (the male already asked me earlier and didn’t say anything when I said no) and I said no, I signed him in on the kiosk. She said “we aren’t seeing any walk ins, we’ve been saying this every 15 minutes for the past 2 hours” her tone was very…

Went to quest on a Thursday for supplies. results back on Friday. Was told she gave me the wrong bottles. Pick up new ones on Mon When I did this I told her what I needed. After an hour she gave me supplies.

I think an hour to wait when she gave me wrong supplies is not acceptable. I will be looking for another lab

I had a specimen that was mishandled and taken from the lab where the specimen was obtained to a local Quest Diagnostics lab. I contacted the local Quest lab BEFORE my specimen had been processed and requested the staff at the local Quest lab to discard my specimen.

The local quest lab did not discard MY specimen as I requested and violated the HIPPA law. This is unacceptable.

I walked in on 1/21/2023 at the 333 E Countyline Rd location at 8:02am and left at 10:29am without being seen. During my time there the employees spent more time discussing an email they received than they did doing their job.

There was a lady with an accent probably and Indian lady who violated HIPAA the entire time. I heard every patients information and how much they had to pay. She also spent 20 minutes with a patient trying to find her stool sample result from September.

As an employee in healthcare her reaponse shouldve been to have the patient contact the doctor for those results but she wasted 20 minutes to find nothing. She also then proceeded to laugh and make fun of the patient when she left.

This could all be heard in the waiting room. The only professional person there was…

Every Quest I go to and there are many, they all are very efficient and managed incredibly well with professional staff. This particular Quest inside St. Joseph's hospital (Orange, CA) is poorly managed and the employee I dealt with was incompetent.

Firstly, I didn't get seen until almost 20 minutes after my appointment. The staff were unprofessional being chatty with each other like it was a club. I brought two requisitions to get done. I got two separate ones because one test I know takes like 5-7 business day but the other test takes 24 hours.

I needed the one that takes 24hrs in 24hrs due to a situation. I specifically was very clear with the male technician (white, late 20s). After given me brush off replies I again commented that I do not want them combined, hence the two…

The new mandatory pre appointment made online does not sync with info required redundantly through the sign-in kiosk at Quest site. This has twice caused an increasingly hostile, rude, attitude from a phlebotomist who blamed me for my problems with the new system.

I was told that I should realize that things change. When I pointed out the sign on the door to implore that we - the patient/customer should treat Quest workers with respect, I wondered why that message did not apply to patients.

Her rudeness led to a rant and then she demanded that I leave her “office”. I was a blatant victim of racism by your agent,

Tracy (room 4) at the 4770 S I-10 Service Rd W Suite 210 was very rude and used poor choice of words in handling situations today . I’ve never dealt with someone as foul , especially in healthcare . I’ve never had an issue coming to this location.

I didn’t say a word because I was lost for words. My doctors office confirmed orders . Again, Tracy is not someone I recommend seeing . The next lady saw me 20 minutes later was very warm and kind . No issue .

I was at Quest Diagnostic in Norwood at 95 Chapel Street. The phlebotomist was very rude and unprofessional. No sense of speaking to a client in a respectful manner. She was talking like she was giving orders. "STAND THERE, PUT THE URINE THERE, DONT TOUCH THE SIGNATURE PAD YET", and many things like that.

One of the older patients left there to go Norfolk site because he could not deal with her attitude. We used Quest always and Kerri worked there and was so respectful, friendly and helpful. This person working there now has no customer service skills and is very unprofessional to people who are not feeling well.

I reached out to the quest billing department to see if it was possible to do a payment reverse so that I may use my job HSA to make the payment instead of my personal accounts. I was advised by a representative supervisor that that would be possible, but I needed to wait until the payment left their overview screen.

The young lady Diamond was very helpful and fast with her responses, but it seems as if her supervisor gave her all the incorrect information because now, he is advising her that it is now too late to do anything on the day he suggested to do the actual reversal. I am not upset with her at all, I just wished her supervisor gave her better direction and not had me waste my time will all the back and forth.

I worked for Quest Diagnostics in 2018 through a temp service for 3 months and was released for no reason. Days later after being released I had a disagreement with David the supervisor who hired me because I agreed to leave my permanent position to come work for him under the understanding I would be hired full time permanent.

I was unaware David and my formal employee had disagreements because he was stealing his workers and I was being used to make I’m formal employee mad. I have been applying for Quest Diagnostics for 5 years and I have been told I am on the do not hire list after filing a complaint against David in 2019 for blocking my applications.

My husband James Sharp is here at Quest Lapeer for blood work. Our appt is at 1 but we were done at the doctors office early so we came early. Tried to sign in as a walk in but it wouldnt let you.

Another patient had the same problem. Office people were of no help. We were told to come back 10 minutes before our appointment. Guess for now on, we will go to Lapeer Hospital Lab.

I tried to pay for services at time of visit. I called in and was told that my balance was zero. I called a month later and was informed of the same thing. I had to leave the country emergently and checked my balance online which remained zero.

Upon my return I found a bill dated four months after my visit with a balance due. I tried to pay online which showed a zero balance, I called and the automatic message confirmed a zero balance. I did not believe this to be true, and asked to speak with a representative who confirmed that I had a zero balance because the amount had been sent to collections.

Location on Hulen has a lottery system for scheduled check in times. Staff told us to “just be patient” while the room filled with people needing a simple drug test as well as other SCHEDULED appointments. Upon checking in, the appointment times had changed.

No manager will appear to speak to anyone, and the one woman who did asked repeatedly for confirmation numbers then disappeared.

My wife and I recently planned a trip to Japan. Their government requires a negative covid test within 72 hours of leaving home for those, like ourselves, who have not had the vaccine. Your labs have arrangements with pharmacies to collect samples which are then transported to Quest labs for testing and reporting of results.

We had samples taken at a Rite Aid pharmacy in Easton, PA the afternoon of December 11, 2022 for a flight out of the country the morning of December 14. We were told that your labs typically complete testing in one to two days after samples are collected.

I called the pharmacy the morning of December 13 only to be told the samples were not yet picked up. This was the second day after sampling and less than a day from our scheduled flight! The Rite Aid employee said she…

I have never in my life had to deal with the most agree just unprofessionalism that you have in your business. It seems that the people you have working for you could care less about the individual. It’s supposed to be a you’re supposed to take care of it I’m gonna definitely make sure that when I talk to my doctor if you were the only few people only ones I can use I will be getting a different doctor.

I normally schedule an appt but I had no appt so I did expect to wait a long time. I waited from 9-10:45am knowing they closed at 11am. Employee came out at 10:45 and announced that they wouldn’t see anyone left in the waiting room without an appt.

The kiosk should at least notify people of this on arrival which it did not! I will never tell anyone anything good about Quest and I definitely do not recommend! Only 2 people working as well. Horrible experience. Need to figure out a more organized system!

I am extremely displeased with the terrible customer service and scene I observed today at this location 510 E Magnolia St Ste 130, Stockton, CA 95202. An older woman with white hair working at station 1 was screaming at a customer today who came in to drop off labs.

It was extremely difficult to watch coming from a company that I have been dealing with for many years. I don't know her name but there have been many complaints regarding this person posted on google review and I feel that someone in your office should reprimand this employee and provide them with retraining on how to approach customers.

I am afraid I will be dealing with lab corp from now on as this incident has turned me away from ever going to another quest labs.

Quest Billing # 5202488321 Balance due: $146.43. Quest should have sent the balance due to my Secondary Insurance Carrier, Mutual of O'maha. I'm not paying this bill right now until you fix this problem. All years going to Quest, I never had to may, that's quite a lot. Quest has all the information on Mutual of O'maha.

Billing- I am requesting an audit on billing for 02/15/2022. I have been calling for months trying to get this resolved and now I get a notice it has gone to collection but no one can explain to me what is pending.

If there was billing denied by BCBS I need to see it as they state they haven't denied anything from Quest. 61 co-insurance of Tricare/ Humana was to pay. These were never submitted to Tricare for payment. 87 was paid by BCBS - claim #20555061X260X on 03/25/22. 24.

I am requesting the documents be emailed to me as the collection is due soon.

I had a blood test in August and Quest technician ran two additional test without mentioning in a lab request from my physician. Since August they have not removed it from my lab report . The test is for people having seizure to measure the seizure medication level .

The quest charged my insurance and me also caused the wrong report denied my life insurance since the company assume I have seizure and take medication . I have been in contact with Quest in August nothing has been done .

Company promotes walk ins as well as appointment. Walked in to location in 1120 w. La Palma Ave, Anaheim, CA. They said it would be a 4 hour wait for walk in. Yet other locations never have taken that long.

They have low customer service, and poorly trained staff. According to front desk, walk ins wait all day if needed. Suggestion one person can take walk ins in between patients. Lab work doesn't take more than 5 minutes.

I work at Summa Health as a registration person at the Green location (Uniontown, Ohio). The Quest lab is directly next to my office and most of our patients go there after their appointment here. An employee of Quest, Shirly, is the rudest person I ever met. Each & every day we get complaints about her. By 9:30 today I've already had 4 complaints. I['ve had an elderly patient come over in tears! At our desk we can hear her berate & yell at patients. We take patient care very seriously here and she obviously does not. When I say we get numerous complaints, I mean NUMEROUS! Some days it tops 10 complaints. Something needs to be done about her.

Also, the office looks like an abandoned storage room. There are open boxes on the front counter along with all kinds of paper and other detritus.…

I would like to tell you of my recent “NIGHTMARE” experience I had on December 8th with Quest at the Enterprise Center in Boynton Beach Florida. I went online the middle of November to make an appointment for my bloodwork that I needed for my December 12th appointment with my doctor. The December 8th Quest appointment was the first date that I was able to make as I needed a morning timeslot as I had to fast. The earliest time I could get for that day was 9:40am which was okay. I requested an intestinal biospy from my doctor during an endoscopy procedure and he sent the tissue sample to Quest Diagnostics. My doctor has given me very little feedback or information and I called Quest to try and get this information from the horse's mouth so to speak.

It turns out Quest could care less about working with the patient if a doctor orders a test. They refuse to give a person any information on their own sample! How is it that a laboratory and medical system can refuse to give information to the person for which that information is about??

Wait time is ridiculous even with an appointment. I was supposed to have priority since I was fasting for a glucose tolerance test and they told me that I still have lots of time since it’s not a three hour test (even 30 minutes after my scheduled time).

She did not take me any sooner and I had to wait over an hour past my scheduled time for the first blood draw. Returning draws were just as unorganized. I hope my test is accurate since they messed up timing.

They also don’t have anybody in the wait room to speak to so you have to grab somebody when they come to the wait room to get a patient. Absolutely the worst service ever. I will not return.

Went in for blood work. Vicki did the job. Some things I noticed. Same gloves never changed them even picked up stuff that fell on the floor. Lifted a toilet seat as well for my urine test Was not very good at changing those gloves. Also forgot to draw all the tubes so I got to be poked 3 times before she called for back up

At the Jackson hits, ny location I arrived approx 1:30 early from my appointment. First time here! There were two techs between 1130 am and 1230 pm today 12/27. The waiting room was empty so I asked the female tech a question.

I wasn't clear on her response so I asked for clarity and this is when she became perturbed and condescending. "Didn't you hear me? I already told you" Very nasty. Anthony, the male tech immediately came out and accepted me and was very nice.

I have received a bill and this service was already paid for. Your supervisor and 1 other service rep HUNG the phone up on me. This is the absolute epitome of your facility. To allow this to happen when I have receipts, tracking number and my credit card statement saying this was paid at the time of my visit for my lab work

I ask for someone to please assist me in this matter as I deserve to be respected as a customer

These people should be fired. Please look into my chart and see if they put notes in there. That would be your first start to hire competent employees using your name and making a disgrace of your company

On my way home someone in vehicle 75806 tried to run me off the road. They were very aggressive and very threatening. We were stuck in traffic and everyone had to merge into one lane. I put on my signal and when we started to move I proceeded to merge. The driver decided at this point that they did not like that. I had no choice but to continue to merge. At this point the driver continuously honked the horn and when given the opportunity they got along side me and tried to run me off the road. They honked and rolled down their window and shouted and threatened. I ignored it all which honestly felt like the only rational thing to do. I am not one to complain normally but this was far beyond anything I have ever experienced.

I have provided quest with my insurance on the date of service, in a September phone call, and on 10/27/2022. I was sent a letter saying you would bill insurance. I've instead been sent to collections and you will not bill insurance.

The regular billing department has my info, the other billing dept. I need to talk to because of the collections claim can't access your account. Collections put it on hold for the dispute. I can not get anyone to help me fix the issue you have created by not billing insurance.

I'm not obligated to pay you until you bill insurance. Who will help me in your company fix your mistake?
