I had blood work drawn at the Bethel Park Quest office on 10/5/2021. When I try to view my test results, the list of tests are there, but there are no results. There is a message saying something about imaging studies and there is no component info.

I have tried to speak to customer service representatives, although they are very hard to find because of all the automated responses that tend to disconnect the caller. I have tried sending e-mails too. Apparently no could care less about getting these labs posted to my on-line account.

I was able to get someone to fax me a copy of my results, but she did not have an access level to transfer me to anyone to escalate my problem. How about some accountability here? If my results are in someone else's chart that is a HIPAA violation. My results…

I was cut off in traffic today by a quest diagnostics car who also slammed on their brakes after cutting me off. I was going into a heavy traffic red light and was coasting to a stop. This a&@h&$e cut me off and also slammed on his brakes about 75’ short of the place we were all slowing down to stop at red light. Really should not be driving I had a young son in the car and almost put him through the windshield trying to avoid this maniac. Can you please address that I am 60 years old and drive for a living. Always drive speed limit in center lane and never take any chances. Your driver is unsafe to be on the road.

My doctor ordered my 3rd stool sample test for C Diff only. I asked the nurse if I’m suppose to freeze or refrigerate samples. She said, “don’t do either, just store it in a cool place, like under your house”.

When my test came back clear of C Diff, when I clearly still have it, made me question the nurses instructions. So went on line and it says stool samples need to be frozen. Mine were left out inside my house at 70* for like 5 days before I turned them in.

Even the last sample was out for 6 hours. I went down to confront lady. She was not there. A coworker told me her directions were wrong and gave me a supervisor number. I have left 2 messages with supervisor and she has not even returned my calls.

I don’t know how that works, if C Diff stays alive in warm or dies, but I would…

I received the worst service in my life at the Ralph avenue location. The slam the door in your face and lock it to make sure customers leave while issuing seven only patients in the room rule. One time I came at 3 minutes to three and stood at the door until 345 they open it and nobody was inside the lady was so upset.

People came and left since there was no bell or live operator to call say hey I’m here. One staff lady was so nasty and rude to me. She yelled at how I made a fist and left the needle in my hand and tourniquet while slowly rocking the tubes.

Had me there for three hours waiting due doctor making a mistake on my sheets but it was not my fault. I will not be using their lab anymore after that experience. The staff is very nasty. They need supervision at that location.

I had to take blood work for back and shoulder surgery. I went to St Vincent hospital in Bridgeport CT. I went to quest in West Haven CT. 687 Campbell Avenue Ive been there in the past . Never had a problem .

I’ve arrived at 12:26 pm today signed in and waited 27 minutes. A black lab technician I’ve noticed she already had an attitude. So when I sat down she asked my information and the doctor name. I told her she copped an attitude.

Telling me that’s not what she see . She mentioned the PA with the doctor team Her name is Laura. She was annoyed I told her look I went to an appointment and everything is there. She said with an attitude because I told her that why are you asking over like I’m lying.

On 10/13/2021 I went to QUEST DIAGNOSTICS 523 N Alleghaney ave in Odessa Texas, I arrived at 9 am, as I was instructed to the day before. I was given a number and told to wait in the lobby. I was called back to submit a drug test after about half an hour of waiting time.

I tried to submit a UA however I was unable to submit a sample filled up to the fill up line marked in the specimen container. The nurse working at the time instructed me to wait in the waiting area and to drink more water, as I was walking from the collection area back to to the waiting room as the nurse was disposing of my UA, as I was opening the door to the waiting area the nurse yells down the hall to me and

says “ if you weren’t ready you shouldn’t have came” saying it loud enough to cause a scene in the lobby…

I have received a bill from Quest Diagnostics which has an incorrect insurance number for Florida Blue Cross/Blue Shield. I have spoken to my insurance and verified that my lab tests are fully covered by my insurance. I have tried to contact the so-called "questions" number and have been on hold for over 45 minutes. I have no intention of paying money for services that are fully covered by my insurance. Your customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

I am not about to go online and spend my time providing information. You need to have representatives available to speak to patients, especially when you are sending incorrect bills.

This company, out of the blue, put a collection on the 3 major credit companies in the nation. Not only I have no recollection of visiting any of their facilities in the last 10-12 years, but I never been billed, e-mailed, or called by them showing proof of service or requesting payment.

This action is absolutely irresponsible in many ways and should be stopped by the proper authorities. The impact of such reckless mistake of their part is detrimental for the consumers' credit scores, and it can take months to fix something they ruin with a few key strokes.

Effective today, I am officially filing a discrimination notice against Quest Diagnostics Bestgate located at 920 Bestgate Road, Suite 1D, Annapolis, MD 21401, 410-573-4891 and their employees.

The Quest Diagnostic employees, 2 African Americans (#1 and #2), were working on Saturday, September 25, 2021, and they refused to see me as a patient as I was 10-15 minutes late for my 9 am appointment. I am an 86 year old woman who has A-fib and need INR testing often. My physician sent an order in to one of your labs for testing. When I got there I was told there was no order sent. This happened 3 times.

My doctor sent a standing order but Quest did not want to accept it. My doctor then sent an order for 50 tests. Again they said no order was received. You can’t get a human being on the phone EVER!! I’m done with Quest!!

On my way to Quest Diagnostics on the Old Road in Valencia on 9/21/21 I was told this lab does not take appointments and I can walk in for a blood draw. I arrived at 1:00 pm and there was no one waiting to be seen.

After waiting about 15 minutes The lady working (she would not give me her name but she was the only one working the lab) she called in several people before me. I asked her why I had not been called before them and she said I don't have an appt.

The Texas City location is so very RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. Your employees need to be educated on how to speak to patients who are obviously human beings and not be spoken to as prisoners. I will NEVER recommend anyone who ask about Quest in the Texas City location.

I work in the health care profession and I understand about COVID and it’s 6 feet guide line.

First off the location is small size. The room there is NOT equipped for the business to take walk ins AND appointments at the same time considering the nature of business. As I checked in, there were already 6 people standing in the small hallway out the door.

I always go to your location in Morgan Hill CA. Have been satisfied until 9/15/21. On 9/15/21 I went for a blood draw for testing. I asked the technician isn’t it a bit bigger middle? She said no. Well. today is 9/18/21 I still have a huge bruise, a size of a quarter.

It is not acceptable, they should be more careful of what they are doing. For someone at my age they should be using the baby needle which has a hose attached to it. That’s what they used to use on me when I want to blood draw at the County Hospital.

I called on 9/13 and was told the location I was going to had the test kit I needed and to go on over; so in 5:00 traffic, I went 10 miles. You are greeted by an iPad, not a person.

After waiting 15 minutes, I opened the interior door to ask a lab tech if I could pick up my test kit. She screamed at me and said no, if I didn’t have an appointment. I told her I had called and she said, again screaming, I had been given bad information.

I started a contract job at Quest Diagnostics 2 weeks ago. They threw me on the field even though I was supposed to be in the training phase. There was overcrowding at the location where I worked because the nearby location was closed.

I was getting 20-30 sticks per day and I did very good job. I love my job and also devoted to my job. Two weeks later, right before I went to work, my agency called me and said that Quest didn't want to work with me. This is so ridiculous! I was so successful!

I think the only reason is racism because I was the only white person working there. At the same time, I saw how the two administrators who were there treated people badly, ignoring mocking them and playing their phones while endless line was in the living room.

I had the pleasure of experiencing the worst, unimaginable, and unthinkable customer service at quest diagnostics. My minor child had a scheduled appointment on Saturday, August 28, 2021 at 12:15 PM. Granted, I’ll admit showing up to the wrong facility at 4510 Medical Center Dr, located in McKinney.

I went to Quest in Los Angeles and was paying cash out of pocket as I had no insurance. I handed them the test paperwork and told them I was paying cash and that I had NO insurance so was paying only for the tests ordered on the paperwork I had and they gave me a price. I paid that price.

A few months later I received bills for additional lab work Quest claims the doctor ordered. I told them, I did not order these tests and I cannot pay. They sent me a form for financial relief. I submitted that form and they still are sending me bills claiming they needed more information.

Hello, I'd like to file a complaint against a phlebotomist at Quest Diagnostics, in Redlands, California. We went there earlier today, at around 10am, for our nonverbal autistic son, Kevin D'Amico. From the very beginning, this one phlebotomist (with long black, curly hair) had a very rude, agitated , unprofessional demeanor.

I went to the rockwall, tx location on Arista Dr. at 11:15 8/20/21 the phlebotomist was so hateful and unkind. She called me to the back but blocked the door mostly with her body, seemingly intentionally making it difficult for me.

I went to the Quest office at the Pembroke Rd at 33027 at 8am this morning 8/20/21 there were a few people in the main lobby all with mask on and I entered my information and waited patiently.

The lab site I use is on Riverdale Ave in the Bronx. I have been going to this location for 5 years. I have advanced liver disease and just received a transplant. I have to go every every week for labs.

My physician has placed an order that is good for 6 months. The tech staff refuses to acknowledge this and gives me a difficult time each week. I am not feeling well during these visits and are immunosupressed There are different staff each week.

The technician this week refused to honor a paper request for 6 month. It was signed and dated by MD. The technician was rude. Asking me to stop shaking. ( side effect of meds). Please please help so others do not go through this.

Never received my tests results. Labs were done on 7/30/21 at 21653 FL-7, Boca Raton, FL 33428 by Annett. Multiple calls to customer service manager Peggy Wheeler never returned and simply ignored. I had to cancel my doctor who requested the tests visit because never received the result.

Dear sir I am a veteran and for many years I have been sent to have lab work done at quest diagnostics located at 61 Lincoln st in Framingham ma 01701. The veteran Administration for many years has contracted with quest for all veterans to use quest diagnostics .

That being said I signed in at the kiosk and was assigned the number 2 for lab work I waited 30 minutes and the lab tech called others after my check in to draw blood . I enquired that I was next and she said that I was to wait until all scheduled appointments had been taken.

Website is very confusing. Does not allow you to make an appointment and is a total waste of time. I am not interested in taking my granddaughter in foer covid 19 OR DRUG TEST. I just want her to get the simple blood and urine test the doctor ordered so she can play volleyball.

On July 29, 2021, at 9:00am, within your facility located at 890 Mill Street, Suite 302, Reno, NV 89502 (phone 775-276-1029), I had my blood drawn for an electrolyte panel. The technician, while a very pleasant lady, ruptured the vein on my left arm.

I had warned her that my veins can roll and that I had spent some time in hospital and had scars on my arms due to IVs, but she still damaged my vein. It is several days later, as I write this complaint to you, and I still have a black mark on my arm.

I have never had an experience with Quest Diagnostics like this previously and I hope you can give further education to your employee so this will not occur again.

This is the first time I experienced a rude and out of line employee from quest. Normally all my labs are Stat to meet chemotherapy appointments made 2-3 days after labs are done. I asked the Male who ran my blood work to make sure the order was Stat and was greated with a rude sarcastic tone of voice and was told instead of okay I can check, he said I was out of line and

he didn't like my tone of voice in asking for this information. Although upon leaving the receptionist was more then happy to help and contact my doctor, the Male who took my blood was rude sarcastic and in my opinion should be released immediately from this position.

I have never been treated so rudely by anybody in the medical field.

Worst company and customer service ever. Have made 3 calls to try to figure out why liberty mutual is receiving a claim from you guys. Waited over 25 mi utes x2 and 20 mi utes the 3rd time eith o resolution.

Your staff is rude and do not provide any assistance. I will make sure I never use quest again and will report this to physician manager of practice

Do, not Harrase me over the phone about my doctor bill I did not ask you to send me a text message over the phone about my bill. I ask you to send my bill by mail 2 weeks ago.This better not happen again!!
