To at approximately 2:00 pm I went into Quest Diagnostics at 2180 North Second Street in Millville, New Jersey and I didn’t see one person in the felicity. I continued to walk further back towards the rear of the facility and called out ina louder voice in order to see if someone was there I called again and noticed that the room to the left had an woman employee in there and

I said hello and was about to say that I was there for a blood test when this woman yelled at me in a loud voice that I shouldn’t be back that far and that she was doing something. I tried to tell her that I called out “Hello again and again but she didn’t answer me.

I had an appt scheduled today at 9:15. I was 10 minutes late because I went to the wrong location. When I tried to check in the door was locked so I had to wait in the hallway. Moji (tech lead) finally unlocked the door and came out after about 5-7mins she stated my status was now changed to a walk-in because I was late even though there is a 10min grace period!

I tried to explain this to her but she was very adamant on insisting I am now a walk in and would have to wait 2-3 hrs to be seen. They have the door locked so patients are unable to check in and it’s making them miss their appt times!!! This is unacceptable!

I went to the quest location at 50 Tremont St, Melrose, MA for a lab test. It was at 9:20 am, not a busy day. I was the only patient there. There were 2 phlebotomists, and I was with the Asian woman, didn't get her name but believe she is Chinese.

When she stuck me, I felt the needle going too deep and i felt a nerve pain and I asked her to pull down the needle a bit, and she was agitated and pulled the whole needle out. I told her I always end up with a bruise due to back sticks.

She was very annoyed by my explanation so she tells me bruises happens only when we don't put pressure after the stick and that she knows what she is doing. Then she was questioning me why I didn't show my other arm and I told her, I am also a phlebotomist and I know my body and which arm is better for draws.…

Quest is impossible to reach regarding billing questions. They do not respond and it is impossible to get through on their phone line without a wait time of 30 min. or more. They also do not respond to complaints made to the Better Business Bureau.

The company needs to be investigated for medical practices at its sites (not following protocols, etc), questionable billing practices, and lack of patient inquiry response.

I had a most unfortunate experience today with two employees at the Quest Diagnostics site located at 2629 Delaware Avenue in Buffalo, NY. I had an appointment scheduled for 7:45 AM and arrived about two minutes early. I signed in and was called in less than 5 minutes.

My physician at Evergreen Health in Buffalo informed me that there was no need to being any paperwork and that the script for lab work needed had been sent to Quest electronically. Unfortunately, that did not turn out to be true. The phlebotomist who was going to draw my blood told me that since I did not have a written script, she could not help me. I'd like to bring to your attention re: Olney Lab in Maryland. I'v been using the Olney lab every month on Saturdays, usually last Saturday of the month. In the past 6 months, the employee has been showing up consistently late.

This has caused much inconvenience. They do not apologize, not embarrassed at all. he issue of the employee showing up late must be addressed.

I have never been so humiliated in a facility in this manner ever. The employee was speaking in a very condescending tone, being plainly rude, disrespectful, and very unprofessional, she refused to perform the drug test which I had came for.

She used her authority by refusing to perform the procedure I had came for made me wait while taking other patients with no valid explanation. She was using fowl language and when I asked her name so that I could call and report her she stated she did not care and told me to leave.

Employee Karen at 4180 S Rainbow Las Vegas NV 89103. Very rude! Disrespectful. Had appointment at 12:30 at 1:11 I got a text they were ready for me. Karen came to the door told me she didn’t call my name and to sit down!

I asked her if I was next, she told me no! I was trying to find out when I would be called back as they were calling people back with appointments at 1:20 and here my appointment was at 12:30.

Dec 12 I tried several times to make an Appointment for 15th Even after SPELLING it SEVERAL times I gave up and made online appt . Only to be told when we arrived they didn’t have any record of it.

I visited the Quest Diagnostics in Decatur at 497 Winn Way Ste 115, Decatur, GA 30030 on December 13, 2021 for lab work requested by my doctor. I’m reporting the Lab technician was extremely Rude and unprofessional. I thought he was saying something to me during the lab work that was being done however, he was on the phone via an ear piece talking to his son.

He never acknowledged me as a customer I’m standing in his office after the lab work and never acknowledged to me that the lab work was completed. After a few minutes he rudely said to me “YOU CAN GO”. I was appalled as a customer by his behavior.

I’m also going to Contact the Better Business Bureau and file a complaints that your company should pay attention to. Extreme Customer Service Training is needed at this location.

Extremely nasty, for no apparent reason. I was nothing but polite, and nice to them. Was told that I didn’t fill the urine specimen cup enough. So I should drink water, and try again . I was handed two small cups of water. I drank both.

When finished, I then Started drinking my Poland spring water bottle ( no one ever mentioned this was not allowed). ” If they had mentioned that was a rule, no big deal. I would follow it. But then they said they did tell me that.

Which was a blatant lie. So now I have to re schedule, pay again , ect…

I had an appointment at Quest (which I have used and recommended many times) in Bay Shore, NY 11706. 28 Checked in from my car via text. Answered Corona questionnaire. Received a text from Quest to wait for a text message. That message didn’t come.

I saw people walking in and at 1:45 I walked in as well. Tried to sign on the tablet and was told: You are 10 minutes and now considered a walk in. Unbelievable 10 minutes later one nurse came out and I told her what happened and that I had an appointment.

I have contacted on numerous occasions along with the 10/18 11/16 1//23/ 11/30, 12/3 12/7 to reach and by way of telephone resolve the lab issue in the amount of $683.49.

I have been incorrectly charged due to a coding error and not only has Blue Cross Blue Shield Federal been unable to reach, so has the Medical Provider who wrote the lab orders, St. Pete Pediatrics.

My desired resolutions is to not receive any debt, or wrongful placement of a bill on my credit report due to human error and failure to correct and resolve the issue.

00 Physician Fee then added to the cost of each test. For you to state the cost of a test and then, in small print, add a fee to each of them is both deceptive and dishonest as you well know.

The six bucks should be added to the published cost and, if you feel it necessary, add a tiny note explaining the fee. My trust level in you is now zero, so no thanks.

I would like to let others know that Barker Cypress Quest Diagnostics is lazy and would rather not look up orders and turn people away. The guy that is working there needs to be retrained or coached because he is asking for orders when they are in the system that Quest has access to. Peop should not be turned away for pure laziness.

Steve Jorgenson had a biometrics screening done 9/20/21 at Polk County Government Center at Balsam Lake WI. The results were not uploaded to his profile and now Quest claims the results were lost, so he either has to do a new biometric screening or upload his copy of the results.

He was notified 11/24/21 that his copy must be received by 11/29/21 or he will lose the insurance discount offered by Polk County.

Meanwhile, Polk County Human resources assured the employee that the Biometrics for Steve was complete and there is nothing to worry about. The results report was emailed to Dorothy M Cyr at Quest at 8:32 am on 11/29/21. She called Steve at 2:31 pm and said she hasn't received it yet.

Was told to come back with urine sample and knock on door. When I returned staff rudely said to sign in. I could not understand what they were saying. I said I was going to complain about their behavior and wax told go ahead and not to come back there.

On Nov 18, 2021 I visited Quest at 8 Sunset Hills Professional Center, Edwardsville, IL and received extremely poor service from lab tech Stacey. Her attitude was curt and snippy. I made a request of her to draw a lab my Dr.

put on my DC Summary but failed to put on the requisition. She would not let me complete a sentence or even look at my paperwork, just kept repeating its not company policy. She showed no empathy or concern for the situation I was in and then accused ME of being hostile and refused to draw my lab work.

After I left, she called me and demanded that I look at my paperwork because she had lost another patients requisition. I refused to look while I was driving. After arriving home, I discovered that indeed she had given me another patients paperwork.

My insurance has been billed and my eob say i have no patient responsibility. Quest keeps showing in their system that i still owe a full balance and have not updated their records. I am unable to get blood work because they think i have a balance which is not my responsibility.

Please improve your billing methods! This is terrible and unethical! I dont mind paying my bill if i owe it, but this is due to their slow system inconsistency.

I went to Quest diagnostics on November 15, 2021 for my lab work. 30 for the particular test. 30 and she will help me. 05. The receptionist did not help me as she said. 30 I was still waiting. 30?

She said she did not say that. 00 Oclock. That is not true. I came running to the lab and she decided to change her words. That was very upsetting. By the time I was called in, the phlebotomist did not know how to draw the blood.

She had to call her colleague to draw my blood. The receptionist and the phlebotomist were not able to do their job well. There was no apology even when they see that you are upset. I have gone to that location numerous times.

I have never seen such a bad behavior.

I took my daughter for a blood test and the technician just jammed the needle in so hard that she has a five inch bruise and is in pain. She has never experienced such a brutal blood draw and it’s impossible to speak to anyone. There’s just an endless loop of automation.

I had an appointment at Quest diagnostic at 50 CherryHill Rd in Parsippany, NJ at 1:00pm. I arrived on time and when I entered the establishment the lab technician was not welcoming and very crass. Her name is Loretta and she is the absolute WORST!!

She should not be working solely in the business. She had us waiting while she chatted with a woman disregarding that she had folk waiting in the area. I didn’t go inside until 1:15 to get my test which is OUTRAGEOUS!!

She was very unprofessional and gives your business a bad representation. She just push the needles in my arm without saying anything. Well we had my fiancé dr fax over a script (we have the confirmation that it was received) we got here they said they never got it to call and have him re send it. So we do this process takes an additional 25 mins then when they receive it they say one minute and then start taking people who got here after us before us.

The people they take before us happen to have a guy who had an appointment next week who was also seen before us. This is just horrible Buisness practice the fact that we are still sitting here is because of their error in loosing a script.

Quest diagnostics on Marco island is completely unprofessional ! They don’t care about you, how long you sit there and they just hang out in the back literally talking with a full waiting room. It’s so unprofessional I don’t know what happened they used to be very nice, but the people now are rude and Not empathetic.

My daughter needed blood for that day for a mono text and they let us sit there for 2 hours and then said we couldn’t get blood because we didn’t have an appointment and walk in are before 1 they saw us there all That time and waited to tell Us, they did the same thing to my husband a few weeks earlier.

I am a nurse practitioner out in the field seeing patients and drawing their blood, I went today to the Quest Diagnostic Center located at 10620 Forest Hill Blvd, Unit 30 in Wellington, Fl. 33414 with several STAT labs. I arrived to Quest at 2:28 pm and their doors were closed.

This Quest is open until 3 pm. There was no sign on the door stating that the lab was closing early, as sometimes I know that it happens for meetings. I knocked on the door several times loudly and no one came to the front.

I could clearly see that staff was there, but THEY would not open the door, the lights were turned on and I could see a phlebotomist in the indoor hallway of the lab. Needless to say, by the time that I got to another Quest location, the cutoff time for the STAT labs was 3pm, so therefore the…

Deliberate over charges and refusal to refund. 00 on flex FSA account . Almost impossible to break through their hold loop and when you do, the employees point blank “lie”.

Finally back them into a corner with facts and they promise to resolve (another lie). Follow up weekly and the same again. Even the insurance company (Blue cross IL and CA) are unable to force them to honor the contract .

They are not allowed to bill the patient for charges denied by insurance company where EOB clearly states so…. They lied about this !! I absolutely am refusing to have my doctor use them again for any of my blood work_. Absolute garbage company !!

I made an appointment a week ahead of time, got to appointment, they were closed. Never called me to say they wouldn't be open. Sign on door say go to this location. I went to that location and had to wait like a walk in. I had an appointment!!!

The location should have called and said we have to close and made an appointment with another location for me. Nothing! Two weeks before I was a walk in and I waited over an hour and a half. Had to leave to go to work..

I really don't like Quest. Very disappointed in the customer service!!!! LabCorp is much better! You might want to check into how they do things!

I went in this morning for blood work and the phlebotomist (Sussie) on the Pelandale ave. Modesto CA Facility was the rudest person I ever met. As soon as she called my name and greet me she looked at me from head to toe.

When she asked who I was getting blood work for and I told her, she responded with a rude tone that I had million orders for that place. which I think it is uncalled for. then she did not changed the rubber from the patient before me, she used the same one.

She dropped my blood tube on the floor and when she picked it up she just threw it on the table. When I told her what arm to draw blood from she made me turn instead of her going to the other side with her cart.

I live in lake jackson Texas and I utilize the Quest Diagnostic located at 201 b highway 332 west Lake jackson, Texas 77566

This is the worst business that I have ever had to deal with. This office does not answer their phone, AND the voice mailbox is full. So it is impossible to communicate with the Lake Jackson location without physically going to the location. And if you do that, you cannot go their during their lunch hour because they staff leaves the front desk while they have a group lunch together. I have never had to deal with a more poorly run business in my life. I encourage the CEO to personally call or visit this Lake Jackson facility to see what a lousy organization he has. The tech that took my blood at 800 East Ocean Ave in Stuart, Florida this morning at 8:30am was the worst I have experienced in 18 years of going to this facility. She was rude, had no manners at all.

I went to the Maspeth office n person because I could not recall which of my doctors referred me for very recent blood work. I needed to request that my doctor fax the results to Wyckoff Hts Hospital as I needed emergency dental extractions. They were not only rude; but just said no, that my Dr. had to fax it. I told the gentleman that I could not remember which Dr. referred me and could he tell me which Dr. it was. He said no. I am 83 years old and sometimes forget things. I asked him if he wasn't there to help people. Obviously not.

I was a longtime customer. I will not use your services any more and I will not reccommend anyone to Quest.
