On at least 4 occasions, I have received bills from Quest Diagnostics for bills I have already paid. This results in numerous phone calls and a flood of emails to resolve. How am I to be compensated for the lack of competence or billing system failures with Quest Diagnostics?
Surely in this day and age a company can figure out how to correctly bill for services. I am beginning to suspect that this might be intentional for the unaware or a money making scheme for overbilling. Terrible customer experience.
This includes both Quest Diagnostics and MedFusion.
