On at least 4 occasions, I have received bills from Quest Diagnostics for bills I have already paid. This results in numerous phone calls and a flood of emails to resolve. How am I to be compensated for the lack of competence or billing system failures with Quest Diagnostics?

Surely in this day and age a company can figure out how to correctly bill for services. I am beginning to suspect that this might be intentional for the unaware or a money making scheme for overbilling. Terrible customer experience.

This includes both Quest Diagnostics and MedFusion.

A phlebotomist as she was having difficulty locating my daughters veins told her that she needed to loose weight. Than she immediately asked my daughter if she understood her a repeated herself again. This is a unprofessional and unacceptable behavior.

I just have my bloodwork done at Quest located in 302 Hurfville Crosskeys Rd in Washington Township. The tech who draw my blood was a lady by the name of Robbin. I requested to fax a copy of the result but I was told that I should have told her before she draw the blood.

I have been doing this lab work for so many times and have no problem getting a fax report. I told her about it but she was so rude insisting that I should have told her ahead. Her voice is so loud that I was not expecting that a Quest employee should act that way especially that I am a patient.

A patient does not know that he or she has to tell the tech ahead as there is no information about it. It should be the Tech duty to tell the patient ahead if a report need to be faxed.

I have been asking for a fax report…

Well I arrived 6 minutes after my scheduled appointment and while no one else was in the waiting room was turned away by the technician. Very disappointed and will research other labs to take my blood. Poor poor management.

I had my appointment on 02/23/22 @7:10am, the person that drew my blood was not kind at all and was very aggressive with the needle at the time of taking the exam. My arm now has a large bruise spread out and it’s swollen, I'm still waiting for my arm to get better.

These workers (phlebotomist) should have more experience and better customer service. I am not happy with how my blood draw came out…

Our Qest office in Ridgecrest, Ca is never open. I made an apt today and NO one was there. This is now the sencond time this has happened. Not only is this a wast of my time but a wast of time for 7 other poeple that were waiting outside as well.

I fasted last night stating at 8pm and my apt was at 730am. Please, please, please we are a little town with not a lot of options and we DO need a Qest in our town that is reliable.

My complaint is about Sylvia, a phlebotomist from the Quest Diagnostic Sunport in Albuquerque, NM. During my lunch hour on Friday, 02-18-22, I went in to have blood work drawn for an allergic reaction. I signed in and sat in the waiting area where the lab patients are separated by a curtain.

I brought my doctor's orders, which included testing for multiple allergies. While waiting, Sylvia was dealing with the patient prior to me. She was getting flustered because she was unable to fulfill the order due to a computer issue. She had an IT person on speaker phone, and they tried to explain how to deal with the issue to no avail.

This caused Sylvia great distress, and she began to sigh heavily, repeat, "Oh my God," and stomp around the office. She carried on, her distress growing in…

My son and I went to have his blood drawn for his nephrologist. Upon arrival, they were experiencing computer problems. " After this incident, I approached a third staff member about an issue I had with the kiosk. She was rude, shirt, and unprofessional with me. We left immediately.

I would never let them touch my son with a needle. I have never seen such uncaring people in a medical related facility in my life. I have been in many due to my son's condition. This happened on the Bedford , Texas location on 2/23/2022.

This should be addressed immediately.

Quest submitted a claim with only my insurance company name on it. Despite being given the card and many trips to the office to inquire about this bill and calls into the office, it has now gone to collections. I do not owe this amount as it should’ve been paid through the insurance and therefore feel someone needs to remove from collections pending review. 52.

I went to the Cedarhurst Long Island locations at 8:00 am and was not so nicely greeted by an employee by the name of Xaiver. My suggestion is that he take sensitivity training with a customer service focus. He announced my test out loud so that the patient in the next room could hear. (glucose, PCP and HIV) I was very uncomfortable with sarcastic remarks after the test were done.

I informed the other technician of his behavior and he said do what you have to do. I have been coming to this location for almost 10 years and have never experience a technician like Xavier He need to realize that the customers are sensitive and he should be more kind in representing Quest DIagnostics.

I went to Quest to have blood work done. I am a very hard stick, so they have to use the butter fly needles for me, but they didn’t have any butterfly needles !! I went to another Quest and they didn’t have any butterfly needles either!! What poor management!

My doctor got my test results but they results did not uploaded my portal. I have been trying to access my results but nothing worked. I requested results from app , sent email to customer service , called the customer service nothing nothing.

Customer service said if I requested result I have to wait for 72 hours. I got response for my email they were saying my results are pending. How my doctor got my results if they are still pending, I told them it is emergency but nobody cares.

I am pretty sure they did not read my email . They just sent auto mail.

Quest Diagnostic has reported me to a collection agency for $250.00. I am 80 years and have been with Aetna Medicare Hmo insurance for years and have never had a problem. I do not pay out of pocket for any blood work and I am not understanding why I continue to get a bill from this collection agency because of Quest Diagnostic.

Good morning:

I went to 4150 S Tamiami Trail, Venice, FL 34293 (Quest at Walmart) and was told by Shannon (site lead) that I could not have a "walk in" for surgery I have scheduled on 2-16-22. A few things... 1. Everyone I spoke to was rude and told me no, if I didn't have an appointment, I could not be seen! I could wait but it would be unlikely I would be seen! 2. When I asked to se the manager (Shannon) appeared and was even nastier than the first person I spoke to advising me she couldn't help me. 3. Shannon was VERY unhelpful saying if I wanted a "stat test" I would need to go to the hospital for the test! 4. Shannon was not wearing her mask properly, a health hazard for all! 5. I set up my appointment for my son online today and I went to the Quest location 600 W. Mcdermott inside thimb tom in Allen to ask the lady if my appointment was correct for Monday 14. 45. She was so rude ans I triend explained if this blood test if that my son is gonna have.

I called in a specimen pick up on 2/2/2022 at 8:00 in the morning. The specimen was listed as a routine pick up. Today is 2/9/2022 and the patient called our office asking about results. When I reached out to Quest in regards to these results, I learned that the specimen was never picked up.

I contacted Quest's specimen pick up services only to receive attitude about the specimen. Apparently the driver stated there were no specimen in the lock box which was not true because I had witnesses that the specimen was there. Our office close at 5:00, I put the specimen in the box around 3 and the driver came around 6.

This lets me know that he/she did not check the lock box as they have stated they did. It seems that all the driver have to say is the specimen was not there. These types of…

I arrived 20 minutes early to my appointment - Location - 11611 Sheldon Rd. Tampa Fl. 33626 - they system to log in was dirty, there were dry/dried up wipes on the table however there was a half bottle of hand sanitizer of which i used to clean / partly it was so dirty - enough to use it.

January 26, 2022 I was at the Crestview Florida site. I witness your employee unwilling to assist a woman with the kiosk. The woman did not remember how to enter the information. She did sign in with no name, however it did give her a number.

Seems to me the employee could have taken a moment to assist or when it was her turn to look up her name. This same employee allow another woman to jump the line. I and other witness this, not to mention others was also waiting well over an hour.

Grand Ave on Chino CA quest Lab does not have the supplies for Urine test. I was there last week, the staff said that there is not urine caps. This week the same staff said there is not urine supplies because the provider is back log do to the pandemic and he does not know when they will have the urine supply and the same problem happen in all quest lab locations.

My CT scan is in two weeks and the image and the Ct scan provider needs the lab test before the procedure. don't know what to do.

I made an on line appointment and showed up on time. Logged in at the kiosk and it just kept displaying a spinning wheel. After 30 Minutes I asked the person who called the next customer if they could help Me and they said no that I must Have done something wrong.

I took my mom for lab work.

First of all if you want people to wear a mask then supply them. In Florida most people don't even have them anymore. Mask don't work anyway cause of the type used and the way people use them. Last I look the governor of Florida made mask an option.

I can go on about the mask and the vaccine but I won't.

Second my mom was waiting 43 minutes. I responded to the text which wouldn't go through. They wouldn't take her even after I told them what happened. , so I had to re- register her then we waited another hour.

They are slow to process my covid-19 PCR test. I am in a dire situation in which I live in a self-determination home which is a mental health facility. I have staff that come and check on me. And I don't have the time to be waiting till Monday for my test to be completed.

I had my lab work done with quest lab on Gregory Street in Pensacola, fl, on January 18, 2022 I made an appointment on the Kiosks machine in the lobby, and my 9:20 appointment was right on time. My complaint is about your Incompetent Lab TechnicianThat young lady was horrible at drawing my blood.

Right arm first she was unable to use. I asked her for an alcohol wipe and bandage to cover that arm blood left visible. She used the left arm and inserted the needle so deep it was excruciating. She left an awful blue/black Bruise.

Called today to make an appointment and representative BRITNEY S. (Apparently she couldn’t give me her last name) picked up . I don’t know if she was on a hurry or what was happening but she wouldn’t let me talk.

Tried 2 days in a row to drop off a urine sample that needs cultured. Day one lady at Quest tells me "sorry we are out of those kits - cant do it here" I then spend 25 minutes in my car going to the Nova/Dunlawton location which is an absolute zoo.

I had been experiencing many health problems following my Covid-19 Vaccine. I sought out a health practitioner to help me improve my health. My pracitioner, a licensed Naturopath ordered blood tests. 24 for my blood tests. I was not informed that Medicare does not reimburse Naturopths.

I called your billing department to ask for a price adjustment in line with the fees reimbursed by Medicare. After waiting on hold for extended periods of time and transferred 3x and finally disconnected I was denied this request. I think it is outrageous that I as an older adult be held to a standard of payment, which far exceeds what insurance companies, which make huge profits pay.

I requested the use of a butterfly needle due to fear to needles and skin sensitivity. Your tech disregarded my request because it was faster. The process for me was painful and now I have a mark that will turn into a black & blue and eventually into a dark spot.

My 2 young daughters and I went into a quest diagnostics facility in San Antonio, TX at the SONTERRA location. My youngest daughter was nervous to get her blood drawn and had to have another person come in to help find her vein.

My daughter is a micro preemie born at only 24 weeks writing less than a pound when she was born. She has very very rough veins. Veins that are so hard to find due to her prematurity and development. 96 for services my insurance (Regence) normally covers. Regence said they have not received a claim. I tried to call Quest, Jan. The wait time to speak to a CSR was over 30 minutes. My email was acknowledged but still no resolution.

I did reach a CSR today, but he mumbled so badly, I could hardly understand what he was asking me. I was put on hold and hung up after waiting over 30 minutes.

An Employee at the , - 3941 J street Sacramento,Ca. Quest Lab location, was completely rude to me as a long-standing patient, of this particular lab. Employee, acted inappropriately and threatening to not give service to a standing order of tests, that were ordered , especially for the day of January 10, 2022.

On Sunday January 9, 2022 me and my wife went online to schedule an appointment at Quest on 85 Seymour Street in Hartford Ct. We both was given appointments on Monday January 10, 2922 my wife at 5:30pm and myself at 5:45pm.

The “manager” Ivonne in The quest diagnostics in Kendall square, Miami, FL has treated me with the worst customer service I’ve ever had. I was there last Friday to get a drug test for my new job. I was in line waiting at the reception desk by 1:25pm on the site drug tests are administered till the1:30pm but according to Ivonne, I arrived later then the “walk in window” .

She sent me home and I explained to her I have a limited window to get this done because my mom just fell and broke her wrist from bad vertigo and and she can’t be alone . On Monday, January 3rd at 6am, I was given a Covid test and told to go to Quest diagnostics site for results, which should take 3-4 days. This would mean Thursday or Friday for results. I continually check but still haven't received results and it's Saturday evening.

I called the lab and was told by an incredibly rude woman, you'll get them when we do. I tried calling back but am unable to reach a live person. Although my test was administered at Dignity Health Sahara, they say they sent my test to Quest Diagnostics.

I'm getting the run around and I'm not happy about it. I want and need my results as I've missed a week of work and no one wants to take any responsibility. I could always get my attorney involved but I wanted to see if going this route would help get me my Covid19 test…

Had MRI 06/23/2021 regarding excruciating arm and neck pain. Medicare paid for MRI but denied lab payment regarding IV because thought claim dealt with when rear-ended while sitting at red light. That case was closed in 8/2018 by other party's insurance and had nothing to do with this bill. Medicare agent said she would correct file because already had letter on file where insurance claim was closed. In 2018---and Quest should resubmit claim. I (my wife) had spoken with Quest on November 9th. Medicare says to resubmit claim on November 13. Quest agent said would do do.

I would not give a star at all, if given the choice. I scheduled an appointment for routine doctor ordered blood work. When I arrived I was given a sheet of paper with information about unpaid balance I had, didn’t know I had.

My doctor orders were disregarded and I was sent away. The problem was the billing office did not do their job and file the claim for bloodwork from August of 21, here it was December of 21. I offered to make a payment towards the balance, so I could get my blood work done and contact the billing office about filing with the insurance company, which I should not have to do.

I was told no, pay in full or they could not do my blood work. My blood work is connected to my medication, so it has to be done and levels, in my blood have to be kept an eye on.

During check in app provided an option of waiting outside instead of waiting in the crowded room inside. Waited for more than half an hour without getting called. Came inside and asked the employee if mobile app not working but she said it’s working I called your name you didn’t answer.

Waited another half hour before getting called by the same person with more attitude this time. I told her the option of waiting outside didn’t serve the purpose, she got upset and send me to another person. There was a woman who made me leave crying because of how poor her customer service skills were and how rude she was towards me. She was not helpful whatsoever and I honestly think after the experience I had with her she should be fired.

I went to my doctors appointment today and I saw her at another location and walked out because she was causing me so much anxiety just seeing her and she didn’t even apologize to me. Please write her up or fire her because she does not deserve to have her job.

On May 10, 2021, I visited an Urgent Care facility and was given a prescription for an infection. 86, supposedly for tests. I was not aware of any tests performed after the visit to Urgent Care as they wouldn't serve any purpose.

I have emailed Quest Diagnostics explaining that any claims should first be submitted to Medicare, Medicare will then automatically forward a bill to secondary insurance. I have also tried phoning, all to no avail. The bills just keep coming and now Quest is threatening to refer the amount to a collection agency.

I have contacted Medicare and Quest has not submitted a claim on my behalf.
