I received a collection call today. I did not give permission or authorize quest to do my labs. It was to go to Lab corp. the drs ofc sent the labs to the incorrect lab. I was never called and told what the cost would be and if I would be willing to have them do my labs at quest.

Quest never even sent me me labs. Hmmm oh it go to the drs ofc. Well then get your money from dr Guerra ofc. He never even sent me the results. Funny - I have spoken to your ofc a long time ago explaining this situation that I did not create.

I refuse to pay for something I did not authorize your business to do.

Quest made a billing error, of which I made them aware of back on Dec 2021.

Sent in all necessary explanation of benefits and raised the following acct# 6504705.

To date, STILL NO one can tell me who is handling my request for refund.

Absolutely terrible customer service, billing department is useless.

How does a customer go about making a formal complaint to CEO?

I arrive at 2:45 PM and per your sign and the kiosk it says that you guys except walkins. I asked for assistance and checked in. Your employee comes out to tell me that they are not excepting walk-ins I assumed it would be because it was busy but there was not one person in sight. There were a few people in the facility and no one would help me. Which again makes no sense because not one person was there and they had plenty of staff. It’s seems like they simply wanted to enjoy their last hour of work.

If you guys are planning on closing at three maybe you should let the employees go home since from 3 to 4 they are not seeing anyone.

I had tests done in your St. Augustine, FL Quest lab on 09/152021. I received an itemized bill from Quest. I have Aetna Medicare insurance. I waited for Aetna to pay on my claim. I received another bill from Quest saying Aetna denied the whole charge. 00.

I believed Quest which was a grave mistake on my part. I called Aetna and asked as to why they rejected my claim of 09/15/2021. I was told by Aetna, that they were never billed and hence had not rejected nor paid on my claim.

Aetna rep called and requested Quest to send a faxed copy of the bill, which Aetna promptly paid the claim and sent the money to Quest. I called Quest to verify if they had received the check from Aetna. They acknowledged that they had received the payment.

I therefore, asked for my refund as Quest had received…

Today, June 2, @ 12:00 I had an appointment @ Aliante location and walked out. Arriving aprox 40 min early, I witness uncountable mask violation by incoming patients. It is a self service lobby and people walked in an out multiple times more than a fast food lobby.

The door to the medical area had no door closure device, so many times the door stood open to the small lobby, occasionally at the same time the lobby door (directly opposite) stood open to the outdoor public sidewalk. People would walk right into the lobby and right in to area where blood was being drawn, then chased out by staff.

Again, no less than half the public did not wear a mask, and many of them had it around their chin or exposed their nose. One entire family, no mask for any of them walked into blood draw area, the…

I had an 11:30 appointment. I checked in online at 11:25. No one called me so I thought I might need to check in on the kiosk. At 12:15 I asked why no one called me. I was told the second check in canceled the first check in.

There should be better communication. People need to know they will be called and in what order.

Also should be a sign indicating not to sign in a second time.

I am disabled . I informed Diane R Who bullied me into making an appt. I refused and said I’d be a walk in. They won’t call me.. I informed the lady above that I was disabled and a Diabetic And, she said “ every ones a Diabetic “.

She simply did not care. I told her I was here by a ride. They said I need an appointment so why give the option of a walk in . She then told this lady she would check her in . Ignoring me.

I just waited an hour and a half at Quest without any updates from staff just to be told they cannot see me and that I have to come back. They were supposed to one out every 30 minutes to provide updates but they did not.

This is the second time I’m experiencing poor customer service with Quest. I just left work to come here just to be told to leave an hour and a half later. Absolute waste of my time and completely disrespectful to patients.

This is what I left work early for. Not okay. To note, I was not the only one this happened to. There were at least 5 other patients in the same exact situation.

I came to a center today for testing and had to do a urine test . I was doing my urine test. The young lady was so rude and ready to go home she was rushing me . I forgot to say that I was on my menstrual cycle and couldn't complete the test, she tossed the cup at me and said the bathroom is right there.

I come out and she says I dont fucking want that , why would you bring me that, its fucking disgusting you suppose to wait after your cycle. I said I tried to let you know but you were rushing me.

I then over hear her telling the other office staff what had happened and they all were laughing at me . I was so very embarrassed about what happened that I went to her and apologized and said she didnt have to break HIPPA and tell everyone what happened.

Brought my daughter to Quest in Massapequa Park, NY on Friday, May 27 for lab work. Received at least 2 text messages confirming appt and one at check in upon arrival. (neither email mentioned anything requiring wearing a mask in office) When we got to the door (2nd floor in the building) there was a sign on door to wear a mask.

We walked in to an empty waiting room, and when office worker came out I apologized and told her we did not have a mask with us but would gladly wear one if they could provide it to us. She then told us they ran out and that I should go to other stores in the shopping center and ask for someone to give me a mask. Really??

I have a complaint about Quest Diagnostics located at 82 Church Ave Brooklyn NY 11218. I had appointment today Saturday 5/28/22 at 8:00 AM. I arrived at 7:50 AM, 10 minutes before my appointment and the office was still closed and I had to wait in the street.

At 8:04 AM the Quest representative opened the office door from the inside and the representative was very unprofessional and . She told me I have many blood test orders, she is by herself in the office and she has only 10 minutes to do it.

I had an appointment at the quest at 2088 Ogden avenue , Aurora illinois. Friday 7 am on 5/20. The technician was courteous. But I knew when she stuck me with needle something wasn’t right. I left after blood was drawn and on the way home my arm was throbbing.

I looked at my arm and it was immediately swollen like a blood clot had formed. I called my doctor and they told me to ice it. The first day it was so painful I could barely use my arm. This technician needs training.

She should not be allowed to do this to others. I go to Quest because there employees should be better at drawing blood then in your doctors office this was clearly not the case! Thank you. Sandy Erne

I had a 10:30 appointment this morning for bloodwork, and due to my health and having two children with special needs, my husband drove us to the appointment early. We try to get places early since it is hard to plan for unexpected occurrences with our situation, and we wants to allow for extra time for traffic since this was a different location than we are used to (our usual location on Venice Ave. is closed for renovations).

We did, in fact, arrive at the Wal-Mart location in Venice, Fl for my Quest appointment about an hour early. Upon arrival, I explained to the lady checking me in that I would shop around if I was too early, but she was kind and said it was fine if I had a seat and waited (my family obviously stayed outside).

I was extremely disrespected by a staff member called Jennifer. I walked in for a drug test at Aventura, FL Quest facility, Jennifer told me that I would have to sign in and wait in the car until someone called me.

She said that the waiting time would be 1h or so. I waited for 1h30min and no one called me, so I went back to the facility to check how long more I would have to wait and she told me that she had removed my name from the list for no reason, besides being super rude.

I had to have STAT blood work done because I am recovering from an aortic aneurysm repair done last TUES (4/26). I went to the Colchester CT location and this is the second time I have experienced disrespect and unwillingness to take me because I did not have an appt.

I stressed this was STAT blood work and got down there as fast I could. I sat there for over an hour waiting and when I asked the front desk about it - they indicated I could be sitting there all day because I was a walk in.

I left in disgust and came home and will have my wife make an appointment for another location. Please can you do something about allowing some dispensation for older folks (11/22/1952) who are not as savy on the computer a break?

I will not be recommending this site to anyone.

We have been receiving an invoice for over a year because the wrong diagnosis was entered by the technician at the time of the lab work. The correct diagnosis was on the prescription. Despite multiple attempts and showing evidence of their incorrect billing, the lab was never resubmitted to the insurance and we continue receiving invoices.

Very poor quality control for such a big company. No payment will be received from us because of incompetence.

Today, April 28, I visited the Quest Lab at 3245 Nostrand Avenu, Brooklyn. I made an online appointment for 9:15 am I arrived at 9:15 with a piece of paper with a printed QR code. Both nurses were very unfriendly, I would call it unprofessional behavior.

I was taken for a blood test at 9:50 AM, and many who came later were served before me. The nurses act like they're doing me a big favor. They have to provide service, not favor.

I went to location 500 s Virgil , Los angels, CA 90020 on 4/28/22 around 8:50-9:20 time. the phlebotomist technician draw my blood but before she draw my blood she argued with me that I don’t have an appointment and I need to leave.

Patient Francisca Frank 102 year old female. Appointment was 4/26/22 at 9:40am. We arrived early before 9:00am and waited till 9:30am to be seen. She wasn’t quite ready to give a urine sample. The male phlebotomist (station #6) recommended to go home and bring back the sample later.

Had one of the worst blood draws two days ago at Quest Diagnostics in Fishers Indiana. My arm has a very large welp (bump) and extreme bruising caused by the phlebotomist. She was horrible and I will not allow her to ever touch me again. The bruising is painful and I don’t think I’ve ever experienced such extremely bad results in my life.

She should not be allowed to work at a company that does nothing but draw blood. If I could rate my experience in the negative I certainly would!

My Quest lab is located at 3434 Regency Park Dr Ste B, Grand Blanc, MI 48439. m. m. m. m. m.. m. m. to find their doors were locked. This has happened multiple times with this location. I have been told in the past by one of the workers that they don't like it when people show up just before closing expecting to be served because they don't get out close to closing time.

I work in an office that has office hours. We do not close our doors or stop answering out phones until closing time. We NEVER close early so we can get out of the office earlier. It was a big inconvenience for me.

I am a physician leader in this community and I am simply appalled by the treatment by daughter received yesterday. She is just 4 years old and needed a TB spot test for school. Her appt was booked and verified online and she was checked in and confirmed that she was there was that test.

I scheduled an appointment for myself and my minor daughter, who fasted all day. I scanned my daughters bar code & it gave me #134 as a patient number. Then I scanned mine & it was #135. There is no one in the lobby, and they only popped their heads out a couple times.

I came in for a urine drug screen and the most rudest people work at the 1411 s. Potomac quest location in Aurora colorado. I was greeted by Farah and Asigmet. I don’t know how to spell her name but she was a black Ethiopian lady with curly hair and no name badge.

She refused to give me her name when I asked her so I had to ask another employee for her name. The only non rude and helpful person that I encountered there was the intern. This Ethiopian lady was rude and very unhelpful she spoke with me with a raised voice and was talking down to me.

62 which they did a withdraw from my checking account after the bill had been paid in full. I have been waiting since Nov 2nd 2021 for the refund. I have had numerous conversations with customer service and supervisors on this each telling a different timeline when the check would be issued and the reason for the delay.

I am still waiting for a return call from management to get this resolved to no avail. I was told the refund takes 4 to 6 weeks to get processed that was back in November 2021. This is ridiculous as no viable solution to the refund getting issued for their mistake.

After 5 years, I have resigned as a Quest Diagnostics employee because of the horrible leadership from Jerry Ramirez. He is by far one of the worst leaders I have ever worked for as he does not care for his staff at all and puts them in dangerous situations since he has no clue on how to run a team. Unauthorized withdrawal from my banking acct. Set up on auto payment plan with my consent. 00. I paid that amount using my Debit Card. when getting ready to make another payment , I went to my banking account. I then notice after reviewing my statement and I apparently missed last month, but noticed today payments have been drafted from my account. That's to unauthorized payment.

Checked in 5 minutes late. Stayed in my car before I was called came in the lab tech came out and called my name.

Attention: : I am being treated for a rare blood disorder at UT Southwestern Medical Center. I get a steady number of chemo and other treatments at that facility for the incurable disorder I have (PNH).

I live about an hour from UT Southwestern. To make my ordeal a little easier, I have a standing order for blood work at Quest Diagnostics in Flower Mound (multiple tests), to save me a lot of driving. I get the same group of tests every other week on Thursday at your testing facility. I get the tests on Thursday, because the results determine whether I will have to drive to UT Southwestern Saturday to get treatments on Saturday.

The person who drew my blood last Thursday, March 24th at 6:45 AM was sadistic. When the needle was in my vein he was moving the needle up and down inside the vein. I was afraid that he is going to puncture through my skin from inside the vein.

It was quiet painful and asked him what he was doing but he did not respond. While driving home the puncture was quiet painful. Of course I was black and blue around the puncture. He was black or Hispanic and the only male I’ve seen.

I’ve been going to Quest and never had this problem. My sister who was also there a month ago with the same person had the same bad experience. This is Palm Coast in Old Kings Road.

I went to this location on the 03/22/2022 on or around 330 pm for a blood test . I met one of your employees who attended to me called Brooke. There was some issue about the blood test to which i sort clarification and every response this lady (Brooke) gave me was very rude.

I walked at 7:00 am this rude dark skinned heavyset woman told me I couldn’t be seen no one was in there the last time I came in they said if someone cancels you can be seen, then I didn’t ernisha was very rude to me and I heard them talking about me in the back room, she said don’t yell I was up set because they were talking behind my back my mom came in here a couple weeks ago at 7:00 am and

was seen why is this policy in consistent, it should be consistent there fore and I know you don’t care but if I had a choice I would choose another lab appt were started because of COVID COVID is dying down there is absolutely no one in here there are 4 people in the back I’m sitting here and they won’t see me, quest needs to stop this mandatory appt process or be consistant call here this is 6555…

Made a 19 am appointment at the 5400 N front Street in 19120 locations. I go in there are 11 angry people saying been there since 9am still waiting and nobody as come out to call next person in about 30 minutes.

When I did get back there after waiting 25 minutes after my schedule appointment I ask what’s hold up , both women said they were on phone and waiting for doctor office call back because they had wrong script for two patients. I’m sorry but they should have put them into another room while waiting for dr office call back that was not fair to me or the people sitting and waiting.

Then the women after she drew my blood said I’m going on my lunch because I have craps. That’s just plain rude and unprofessional of them the service today was horrible.

Their new billing department doesn't have any idea what they're doing I received my bill or in network work for Aetna Insurance. They're building department can't seem to get the adjustment correct for the negotiated rate for their members I've been on this now months and they still don't have it right. Shame on you quest and Quest partners for launching your new building program before it was ready shame on you
