Help me our here because I, myself cannot understand what happened. My primary care sent a lab order to Quest for an MMR titers test. Before I came in, I called my doc's office to make sure I was at the right place and that the lab request was emailed.

I came and signed in and saw my name on the monitor, It says "PAM D 5 min" There was a lady who came in before me. Just the two of us. When the other lady was inside, people started to come in.

The phlebotomist, kept on calling the people who came after me, leaving me behind. My name was still on the monitor but after the third person, my name was gone. I thought her reason for calling the other people was because they have an appointment and not walk ins like me.

After an hour of waiting, I said, "I signed in an hour ago and I'm still…

Horrible place to visit. No compassion, called me a bitch because I couldn't wait the 3 hour to have lab work done. Stated they took walk ins, but said I had to wait, I the sitting area for 3 hours for blood work.

Nobody in office at the time, just several employees laughing and talking and giving dirty looks because I asked for assistance. By far the most unprofessional and callous lab I've ever been to.

Also, there customer service hotline was no better.

I have been fighting a billing error on their part since 6/6/2022. I had to speak with a very rude billing representative via phone and she said it was an insurance issue and to call them. I called BCBS FEP and spoke with Sara.

She invested and said their isn’t a bill for the amount or date of service in my account. She put me on hold and called the representative I talked with so we could do a 3 way call. I was listening and Casandra (the one I first talked with) was again very rude with her and she told Sara because of Hippa she couldn’t give Sara any information.

For several years I have gone to Quest Diagnostics @ 18350 Roscoe Blvd. #603 Northridge CA 91235 with a form from my doctor to have a bloodtest: no appt. required, just walk in. This procedure has been excellent. , but, I could wait, which I did, and was seen by a technician shortly.

This is my secod day here for the drop off od the urine. I've register yestedday for a sheduled appt. And everything went great.

However, on the second day of registration the on line scheduled registration I've made sn error an put the wrong address. I went to the Quest diagnostic where I've originally had the blood work yesterday. Thinking the address is at this location. But, It wasn't. m.

The young lady who draw my blood was very sarcastic when asking what was the tests for, and since I asked her more than once because I could not hear her, she said she was not a dr ti hi and ask the dr. She was offensive and rude when I told her she should be like that.

She said I asked more than once and was being annoying and that they have many bad patients that they have to put up with. When asked her where was the restroom for the other test, she responded again sarcastically and said, as I told you already it is on the right.

Very disrespectful and when told her what I was going through, she said everybody is going through something not only you. She does not like her job, she does not appreciate it. Thank you.

I was treated very rudely from Lab Tech man when I entered Quest Lab at Safeway on Sunset in Bellingham WA. 98226. He let a man in to do a lab draw at 725am and I was there right behind him.

He ignored me before taking man in although I looked at him with a question. I was not aware of sign in machine. When he completed the gentlemans lab draw he informed me I had to sign in but would not draw blood because I had to have an appointment.

Let me state here there was NO ONE in the lab or in line. It is very hard for me to get to lab during the heat with sun allergy/elderly I am a semi retired RN and am aware of how a patient should be treated.

Received a bill for my son's date of service which was paid by our insurance. I had called multiple times and have even provided information (voucher #, total payment included with voucher, and date voucher paid) regarding the payment. Nobody seems to want to help, and continually told me "they don't have access to see payment information".

On 7/16/22 I had a 9:45 appointment with Quest in Teaneck NJ. I tried to hand the woman who was to do the bloodwork the order from my Dr. She took the paper put it aside without even looking at it.

She said everything was in the computer. This was not so. She even had the nerve to give me a brochure and asked me to spread the word to my friends about her business. It is obvious she doesn't care about the people coming in for bloodwork.

She is using Qest to promote her bussiness. Because of her neglance my Dr didn't get the proper bloodwork and my appointment had to be cancelled. I will never go to Quest again. My Dr office recommended Labcorp. That is where I will be going ....

Your lab on Medical Center Drive, Murrieta, CA is altogether incompetent, completely complacent regarding patient safety practices, and should be restaffed or closed down! My husband and I are elderly and therefore very cautious regarding COVID. We made "an appointment in order to avoid a long wait" per Quests signage and website.

We arrive at 10:45 for our appointment she at 11 and 11:10. We were told very rudely to sign in at the kiosk, then the front desk lady disappeared. " There were only 5 chairs, but at least 18 people were inside, standing, a few did not have masks an d many had masks pulled under their nose.

I was sent to Quest diagnostics on Jenny Lind in Fort smith Arkansas on 07/20/22 by an employer for my Drug screening. I drank a lot of water before going to do the test. Then at the moment I arrived at the door it said You need a mask to enter so I had to go home to get a mask and return which is fine I'm glad they're upholding public safety with covid still in effect.

So by then I actually needed to use the restroom #1 and #2 And was was not given the chance as there wasn't a public restroom nore was I informed it would be okay to actually use the toilet full of blue water that I was instructed not to flush. Meaning if I had used it I would have to leave it filled for them to see.

Actually you don't deserve even one star. Been trying for two months to reach a live person but no matter which number I find and try I never get to a live person and my question cannot be answered by the recorded prompts.

You keep sending me emails claiming a doctor has ordered tests yet none of my doctors mentioned during visit, I have to know who and what test, is it blood or urine is it fasting or not. You make it impossible to find out.

No wonder everyone hates you.

On Friday, July 15th, I took my 93 year old mother to a local (Harleysville, PA) QUEST as always for routine blood work (Confirmation Code KOLHJT ). The technician was friendly, and chose a small vein on my mom's arm for the sample, did a nice stick, and it was over.

It is what happened later that disturbs me. I dropped my mom at my brothers' house where she lives. 5 hours later and said she had a golf ball-sized hematoma on her arm and it was getting bigger. I quickly tried to call the local Quest to get advice.

Wasn't sure if she should go to emergency room or not. After many attempts, pretending to be a doctor, I finally got ahold of a regional person who took my information, put me on hold for 5 minutes.

Was very rude and had a holier than thou attitude was too lazy to draw labs. talk to my doctor, she said there was no reason for her not to draw the labs and wondered why she didn’t. Was scheduled to come out there two days in a row, now this is all ruined very unhappy and this technician should be given some type of reprimand otherwise I can see her doing this to other patients.

San Jose, Jax Fl location. Rude, told me I had to leave because I didn’t have a mask on, told I would be happy to wear a mask, but they didn’t have mask and told me to go buy one.

I don’t mind wearing one, but if it is your policy then you need to provide and when you don’t have one to provide don’t be rude about it. The man that told me I had to leave was rude, and turned around and just walked off.

People are under so much stress about this, we need to support each other, not be rude and controlling. I usually go to the Fleming Island location and have never had a problem at that location, staff is so so much more pleasant and accommodating, I was so upset I told my husband I would never use Quest again, he reminded me how good I have always been treated at Fleming Island.

I had an appointment today and when I got there they refused service because I did not have a mask. It cost me $30 to get there by taxi only to be refused service. I will never use Quest if I have any say about it ever again.

I am clearly handicapped and your facility is clearly not equipped to aide us at all. Another customer gave me a mask snd then they would not take me because I was late!!!!

I made an appointment for 9:20 AM today and when I got the room was full. I waited 45 minutes. When I showed someone my confirmation for 9:20 She said to me, "the computer says 10:20 AM" I will never ever go back to Quest and I will do my best to make sure that everyone in Forest Hills knows about your horrible lab.

Walked in Quest diagnostics before 7:30, the woman that was working there refused to take me, told me she had so to patients with appointments first, and get me in between, a patient was done by 7:47, she looked at me and went back to the back and then called somebody who's appointment wasn't till 8:10, I told her how is people supposed to get their blood drawn if you can't even walk in anymore to be seen.

I have wasted my time going into the clinic along with other patients who were present. I followed all directions on my phone and even checked in. ” At 2:32pm. I walked from my car and was inside by 2:33.

I then waited for 10-20 minutes and no one ever called me back. This is the second occurrence I have encountered with quest where I have made an appointment and never received services. There is NO staff at front office to accommodate anyone when questions need to be clarified.

Finally, another patient stopped one of the staff as they were quickly calling people back and we all let her know we have been waiting and never called. Today at your wading River NY office I had the worst ever experience. I was there to get drug tested for my new jobs and I was welcomed with nasty and rude phlebotomist. She was blunt, insensitive, Impersonal and unprofessional.

I am a Paramedic and have been for many year and would of never spoken to treated a pts as they have treated me and another pt . There was also a pt with autism severe autism. ( he was singing) both the phlebotomists came out and screamed at him to leave because this is a medical office and no noise allowed.

I called on Monday to make payment plan. 1st person on line wanted me to wait longer to make payments, when I asked for a supervisor as I felt I should be able to pay balance as soon as I could, she hung up on me.

CustomerServiceDepartment//Representatives could use some retraining on answering questions from the customers. When they don't know the answers to a question they transfer you somewhere but they do actually end up disconnecting you. ( Jaime and James). You then have to start over and then wait to get thru over by again. I spent over 2.5 hours and finally got to speak with a representative Jackie, who transferred me to a supervisor, Latoya D. Who actually helped me.

I was not able to get an answer to question Did my Dr send scrip to them. The Quest that I use in Poughkeepsie NY NEVER answers their phone at least not in the last 4 years.

I'm seriously considering changing to a different lab who offers real customer service to their Customers.

I showed up to quest and an elderly couple were in front of me. They informed the lady that they did not have an appointment and that they had repeatedly called the 1800 number to make an appointment. Instead of showing some empathy and apologizing, the lady at the front informed them that they don’t make appointments there and they need to either call the number or make an appointment online.

They told her they don’t have internet, so she said they needed to call and make an appointment. THEY JUST TOLD YOU THEY’VE BEEN TRYING TO CALL AND NO ONE ANSWERS! She didn’t inform them that they can be seen as a walk-in, she just ignored them.

I have used Quest for years. I use their Westlayan location in Randall’s in Houston Texas. The older black lady that works in there is rude, condescending, and mean. She represents you horribly. Everyone complains. Read Google!! I even found your area managers number and called her and she is wonderful too as she never returned my call.

On today's date I had an appointment at the Quest Diagnostics Center located at 2600 NW 87Th Ave Ste 12. Doral, FL 33172. m. appointment. I was told I couldn't do so and had to make the line outside. No provisions (seat) was given to me.

This is against ADA rules. In addition the Phlebotomist that was calling out the names of appointments didn't hear me when I confirmed my name and then told me that it was my fault she didn't hear me and that I needed to be louder.

Then she went on to complaint to the customers that she had to attend the door because of "people like me". When my name was called, I asked if it was okay for me to go in to do my blood work and she rudely said "she called your name, didn't she?

Multiple times I contacted quest about payment of 5 lab test that were originally denied by Aetna insurance. I filed an appeal and 1 test was approved for the standard Aetna contract payment. The explanation of benefits was sent to quest 2x.

Meantime I paid for 4 of the 5 test and also paid the contract rate that Aetna applied to my deductible per the explanation of benefits. I explained this in excruciating detail when I sent in the last Omt 6 weeks ago.

In my opinion the residual balance from the approved Aetna test should not be billed to me because normally quest would accept the contract rate and not bill me. At least that is my understanding. The residual balance from the 5th test was sent to your collection department which totally upsets me. Please contact me.

My husband Rudy M. Petschauer (DOB 09/11/1954) is the patient and this is specifically in regard to the Quest Facility located at 6945 N Aliante Parkway # 104 North Las Vegas, NV 89084

My husband has a very rare form of cancer and is under treatment by Dr. Rava Mehdi at Hope Cancer Center of Nevada in Las Vegas. On or about May 23rd, 2022 I received a phone call from Desert Radiology indicating that Dr Mehdi had placed an order for a port to be placed so my husband could begin chemo treatments. Desert Radiology advised that they were placing orders in the Quest system for a PT/PTT and INR. I have been trying to resolve a billing issue with you for quite some time, My sons name is Ethan Lawler 4/11/1996. I’ve been told by his insurance company, which is Medi Cal to ignore your bills that they spoke to Quest and the problem was resolved.

I got here at 10:00 as a walk in I signed into the kiosk it stated I was patient number 1. 5 hours being skipped by other walk ins, I realize schedule people come first. I spoke with several office personnel about this, all they say is we will get to you and are rude , I am continuing to be skipped by new walk ins.

I’m furious, my insurance pays 100 percent to this company for all my blood work which is quite often. Fire and rehire!

This note is about the very poor customer service that I was provided by the company Quest Labs company. Quest has billed me twice for 120 dollars each, charges that I should never have received. I called once a few months ago to find out why, they did not explain what the problem was but said they would take care of it. No feedback was provided as to how they were going to resolve the problem. I was there yesterday and the taller black woman with dreadlocks (I'm assuming her name is Joy because she had a big sign with "JOY" written on her door) was very rude to me. I thought I had an appointment but apparently the company that sent me there didn't set one up, she could have just told me that was the problem in a calm manor but she was very aggressive and treated me like I was an idiot for not knowing whatever policy that they might or might not have, and she gave me a waiting number. Took 2 frozen stool specimens to Storrs, CT center and am still waiting for results on the calprotectin test. My Quest account doesn't even show activity or pending results for this particular test. The c diff results from the other delivered spicimen was reported to CT GI on my chart plus.

My daughter’ doctor sent a reference to Quest Diagnostic last year, so took my daughter to Quest Diagnostic the first week of January of this year. So weird that my daughter’s doctor never received the results from Quest. It seems that my daughters analysis were missing without any reason.
