Every time I go to my doctors office for a blood test they always let me sit in the waiting room for 45 minutes before a blood draw, my appointment was for 9:30 am, I finally left at 10:15 with no blood draw, this is not the first time. I'm the first one there and they take other patients before me and there appointment is after mine.

I'm not happy with the service I'm getting with your company. I do not know what's going on with your technician there, but very unhappy, centerwell -S Rainbow 915 S Rainbow Las Vegas Nevada

I had my blood drawn today by an employee of yours. She was very friendly and nice. I asked if I could taken the Urine bottle home and bring it right back. I have always done this since I can’t seem to do it in your office for yearsShe said of course so I went home (five minutes from your office) and went back an hour later.

With my I order form and Urine sample. I waited for ten minutes until this male person came out. I told him why I was here and gave him the sample and paperwork. He preceded to tell me I should never take it home again and if I do he will not take it He was extremely rude with a loud voice so every one heard the conversation.

This office is in Newport Beach Fashion Island. I did not deserve that kind of lecture and rudeness. I have come to your facility for years and…

I attempted to have my blood drawn yesterday, Oct. 25th and today, Oct 26th at Depew P-D-G, 5340 Transit Rd. Depew NY 14043. This location is for walk-ins and is open until 4:00 PM. On October 25th I signed in at approximately 3:15.

There were 4 other patients in the waiting. We waited until 3:50 without anyone being called back and one of the young ladies that worked there told us that they closed a 4:00 and if we weren't called back by 4:00 we would be required to leave and come back the next day.

At 4:00 the same young lady came out and told us to leave. At that point, there were only 2 of us in the waiting room. I left and came back on October 26th. I signed in at approximately 3:05 and I was the third name on the list.

While I was waiting, approximately 6 or 7 new people signed in.…

Quest-foothill ranch, ca. Went in for labs. Checked in 15 min before appointment. An hour later still waiting behind 2 other people. They need to tell patients you may have to wait 1-2 hours before you are seen even though you have an appointment.

Staff are not letting patients know why there is a delay. I have to cancel a patieny/client today so I cam thank quest for helping me lose work money and time.

I had a 05:10 appointment for 10/25/22 @ 4230 Burnham Ave Ste 144. Las Vegas, NV 89119. I checked in and was called quickly after arriving. A (MALE) phlebotomist called my name and asked me to follow him back to the drawing area.

He asked my date of birth and my name and address. I asked the male if he could please use a BUTTERFLY on my draw. I tried to explain to him that I have blood drawn often and 9 out of 10 times my veins blow out.

I can provide photos if needed. I was told ( I DONT HAVE ANY BUTTERFLYS) I told him I really need for him to use a butterfly since I was AVDVISED by a previous phlebotomists years ago to (always) ask for the butterfly since it seems to be the only one that doesn't leave me so

I do not like the phlebotomists at this Stratford location as my daughter and I both had very bad experiences with them in the past completely puncturing the veins all the way through leaving us extremely sore and with huge hematomas for well over a week.`

However, I thought I would give them another try and made an appointment at the Stratford location this morning at 10:30. It was a complete sh__show over there. One of the staff was yelling at people in the waiting room for parking on a newly paved service. When I pulled in there were at least 12 cars parked there. Although there were a few cones in the lot there was no roping or signage saying not to park there. She was so unprofessional and rude and threatening to have the cars towed. Meanwhile there were at least a dozen other people…

As directed by my doctor,arrived at facility at 11:30 for lab work. Notice on door said would be back @ 2:00. Went back next day @ 10:00 and was told to again come back @ 2:00. Attempted to speak to a real person instead of the kiosk and that's where the unprofessional rudeness began.

I was told that they did not have time to actually speak to me and when I asked when I would be seen, answer was " do you see your name on the kiosk" Your employee was exceptionally rude to myself and other people waiting. My family will not be going to Quest again for anything.....

You guys need to investigate this location and find out why they take 2 hour lunches when they are so busy. Not to mention they need training in how to be professional and just NICE. This happened at the Walmart location in…

I have walked in to this location three times and walked out without any blood work getting done twice. I rather die from a heart attack than to ever step foot in this place again.

The people that work here are extremely rude and seem to get joy from preying on elderly and minorities by the way they rudely talk down to patients as if we are second class citizens..

The people that work here are disgusting individuals that do not deserve to serve people in the Glendora community.

Told lady taking blood, couldn't have been a nurse, I swelled up last time so to be careful. Sure enough she was not and needle popped out after swelling in right arm crease vein. Other arm same problem. I am totally bruised and it was painful like I haven't experienced before. Better training is needed.

Staff rushes and rude to everyone. Too many appts and not enough wairing chairs or even room.

The technician at Quest Diagnostics in Milwaukee, Or. inside Safeway on King Rd. made several attempts on both my arms without success. What should have been a simple 2 minute process was painful and yet unsuccessful. She sent me to another location in downtown Portland but failed to forward my doctor's orders to where she sent me.

My appointment was at 8:50 am and it's now 10:30 am and I'm still not finished since the new location has not received my doctor's orders

I brought my 8 yr old son in, who was in obvious pain after being seen by his doctor. We were the only people in the waiting room and signed in at the kiosk for the next appt. Which was in 20 mins.

I then signed in as STAT as it was a STAT order. Someone came out and told us “we don’t see anyone before appointment time” we sat in the waiting room, completely alone with a crying 8 yr old child for another 10 minutes until our appointment time.

Again, no one else was in the waiting room, or the lab draw area when we were finally taken back.

Absolutely disgraceful customer service, and extremely rude staff. I'm still waiting for blood results, after a week. Quest Labs - 1411 S Potomac St Ste 290, Aurora, CO 80012 is not fit for purpose, and should be closed down.

Quest HQ promised to call me back but 'guess what', they never did. I called them and they finally admitted that this lab have lost my viles of blood, and they never ever sent it for testing. So, did they label my blood with someone else's name? Has someone else had my results and do they think they are more healthy, or sicker than they thought they were? This is an extremely serious situation, and one that anyone else could go through. This has to be the most incompetent facility I've ever dealt with.

I would like to report an EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional Quest Diagnostics employee. Her Name is Sarah and she works at the Patient Service Center at 3 Monarch Bay Plaza, STE 108, Dana Point CA 92629. m. I will never again visit this Patient Service Center because of her rudeness.

She had absolutely no interest in my safety or well-being. She completely rushed through drawing my blood, caused great pain with the needle puncture, barked unprofessional directions, and yelled rudely to me as she rushed me out of the Center.

If this is the low quality of employee that you want working with your patients, you have a serious problem!

I have been trying to get a claim filed by Quest for a lab bill from Nov 1, 2021. Medicare is my primary. I have spoken to customer service multiple times (at least 12) trying to troubleshoot. They keep telling me they will resubmit.

To date there has only been 1 claim rec'd by Medicare and it was denied because the claim stated that I had another primary. I do not and I have repeatedly told this to customer service. In frustration I asked for supervisors and still no success.

I was told they would investigate and call back. Didn't happen. The bill had even been sent to collections. I explained to collections and they released the bill back to Quest. 3 more times spoke with Quest supervisors. No claims! What now?

The costumer servicer staff are rude and unprofessional. When I called them, they didn't help me solve the problem. They transferred you to another department. You waste your time dealing with them.

They sent the bill to the wrong insurance company, and my insurance company did not receive the bill. Then they send the bill to a debt collector. The debt collector company said my insurance "deny" the bill. This was totally medical billing FRAUD!

Re: Quest on California St in Corona I was a walk in and waited 40 minutes with no other person in the waiting room. I inquired why I was not being serviced and was told "I am waiting for appointments".

I complained and she said another 10 minutes. I went in today with my wife they had no appoints and same person was rude. My wife has been going on a regular basis for several years. We need our favorite girls back.

I had an appointment today at quest in Aventura. I came to my appointment and they told me that I was not in the list. I am 70 years old and I had to take an uber to go and come back from home.

They had a long line waiting. I explain to them that I needed the test that I always do in the same location. The women I talked with was really rude and told me to wait outside in the hit and she was not sure if they could do my test. She was really rude.

I always do my appointment on line the same way. This people can not work "helping" people. I suffer a condition that I need the blood test. It was a really bad experience and finally they didn't do the test.

2/21/22 Quest billed the wrong insurance company I have always had Blue Cross Blue Shields for years. They billed United Health. 80 I never received before I mail that payment 9/14/22. If BCBS don't pay bill they should write taxes lose.

Because this brought my credit score down. The person that put this in may need more training.

I am being billed $182 for blood work that required prior authorization from Wellcare. I was not informed before hand about the out of pocket cost. If I had been told that there would be an out of pocket cost of $182, I would have declined the test because of the cost.

I would have consulted with the insurance and the doctor to see if we have other alternatives. Wellcare told me in writing that I am not responsible to pay the billed amount. Please remove the fee.

This morning I arrived at the lab located @ 651 Willowbrook Road Staten Island NY at 7 am as I walk in for routine bloodwork. The staff member sitting at the front desk lectured me about having an appointment. She assisted in signing me in at the Kiosk and assigning me a 11 am appointment.

I sat in the waiting room waiting for my test. Around 7:30 another female walked in and had a friendly conversation with staff at the front desk. The conversation included inquires about the workers husband which I overheard along with confirmation that this women was a walk in and had to be at work at 9AM.

Although I had scheduled an appointment in Renton, Washington, system recognized me as a walk in customer having visual impairment. I wasted over 65 min post my appointment schedule and kept on asking why I was not taken in. I was told I will be taken as per my turn. I was angry later. I have brain disorders.

Have been here twice in last 2 weeks, both times the same female employee , was not at all friendly or helpful. When she drew my blood, she did not ID me first , gave me a nice bruise and again not very pleasant.

36 even though my second insurance paid this amount, their check was cashed on June 24, 2022. I have tried since June 21, 2022 to get a refund. Numerous tried to have this resolved, calling the billing department. Last call was told they were working on it since July 7th.

Called yesterday and was told I owe nothing and the can't find my account. Sent Fax on June 21st to Susan of my insurance statement showing that they paid. I have never owed money to Quest with my insurance, Medicare and Geha. Please resolve this mess.

Stay Away from Quest Diag in Warren NJ. Unprofessional and Rude. Had an 8:30AM appointment 8/31 for Covid Test. Checked in, 3 minutes later, Tech screaming come to Room 3, she was in room 3 all the way in the back yelling it out.

I go for labs at Quest in Braintree MA. They don't have individual gauze for their patients. After blood draw, with dirty gloves, the worker goes for the pile of gauze to put on my open arm. She puts pressure on it while still bleeding and with the same gloves again goes for another gauze from the open pile.

Their gauze pile is not clean. Perhaps individual gauze would help Quest.

I went in to have lab work done and the Memorial Herman clinic in Rosenberg Texas on 8/30/2022. It states on the website and the staff said the same that the lab opens at 7am. I arrived 5 minutes early and at the clinic it is first come firt served.

I was the first on the lab sign inn sheet.

However and this is where the issue begins. I was not called back until 7:20am. I have to be at work by 8am. The phlebotomist that called me back in turn called everyone on the list back at the same time.

Mind you there is limited seating in the lab area. The phlebotomist had people standing in the lab waiting area. I consider this very unprofessional. I was called in to do my lab first as it should be, the phlebotomist did an excellent job drawing blood.

However this is where issue number two comes…

My blood was draw by "Amy R", and I got poke 8-10 different times until my vein burst and have worst Bruises in my life.

First off she have trouble finding my vein, so she poke the needle in 8-10 times until she found it. And she did something wrong (not holding the tube correctly) so there is blood leaking out and it also stop in the middle so need to redo it again.

After poking me another 5 times, She knew she is not doing it right so she call someone else to help. The other nurse saw what happened and she was surprised too because my arm already have been poke so many times already, so she need to poke my other arm instead!!!

But this other nurse is quick, only take 10 sec and it's done. This "Amy R" person should get more training before going into the field, she have no experience…

They got rid of walk ins. So if you have a job that doesn't allow for scheduling appointments in the day you are now completely screwed. I work 6:30am to 5pm. If I get lucky I get 2 hours to RUN to get my blood work done.

Now I cant do that. I need to walk in to make an appointment. This shows that they in NO way shape or form care at all about the patients because they now refuse to work with you if you cant follow their schedule exactly.

I will be looking for any where else to get my medical work done from now on.

When I returned home without having my blood drawn only to find out from the doctor’s office that it was sent and indeed sent twice. The lab results for my ward Mary Rose Heimiller (I Kathleen Heimiller am Mary's guardian) for the 7/5/22 appt were not faxed to her doctor nor were they on her myquest site. Her doctor wrote another prescription and I scheduled another appt for 8/22/22. The last lithium test posted on her site was Sept 2021.

Hello,

I had bloodwork done on August 10th at a location located at 224 East 96th Street, NY, NY at 2:20 pm. Prior to inserting the needle, the technician did not wipe the area clean with alcohol. She also failed to draw blood correctly as I have had a very large bruised area where I was injected for more than 6 days now. I have spoken with my primary care physician today (August 14th) during my appointment with him and he stated the procedure may have been incorrectly performed and that she may have inserted the needle too far. My doctor also stated I do not have any medical conditions that would cause me to bruise easily. I have attached a pic for reference taken on August 14th, 4 days after the procedure.

I had my labs drawn this morning at Quest, Aspen Ridge, Thomas Johnson Drive in Frederick, MD, this morning at 7:40 am. I have been going to this location for many years and the past 3 years more frequently due to my illness.

Today was the worst experience I have ever encountered. The Tech, BRIA COLEMAN, was extremely rude, both to me and my wife, as well as her co-workers. She was not only rude, but she did not care about my comfort, never introduced herself, was condescending, and argumentative.

I have never had such an unpleasant experience before at Quest.
