I saw a grill I was keen to purchase on QVC's little home shopping channel where it was being advertising so I logged onto their website and ordered it. This was the first time I'd ever given in to one of those deals so it was my first ever purchase with QVC.

Three days later I received an email saying my order was canceled. No one was able to tell me why so they forwarded my call up to corporate who stated not only was the order canceled but my account was also deleted and they couldn't see why either.

They also stated the item is now out of stock and said they couldn't help me any further. So no grill, no help and no idea why. Didn't even refund me the $15 new customer coupon I used.

I ordered a pair of Clark’s shoes, I exchanged them for a size wide. I received the size wide, but they sent me the wrong size, I’m complaining, because this isn’t the first time I have had a problem with exchanging an item, and it’s starting to annoy me. How difficult is it to make an exchange?

My mother is in her 80s. She placed an order for an item on QVC. 10 minutes later she tried to cancel it online. The screen kept freezing on her. I called Customer Service with my mother on a three-way to cancel the item.

A woman name Evelyn answered the phone. My mother explained that she just put it in the system and wanted to cancel the order because it was the wrong item. Evelyn Said that unfortunately she could not cancel it because it was in processing.

My 85 year old mother said to her that she was confused because she just placed it 10 minutes ago. And never had this problem. Evelyn responded with “I know i heard you”. Even though I was on the phone with them , she felt it was OK to speak to my elderly mother like that.

I paid an old collection that I didn't even know about because of the way QVC tried to get in touch with me. After lying to me multiple times that they would reopen my account they refused even though I have spent thousands of dollars with them over the years.

This companies is very outdated in communication and policies. I will spread the word how sorry they are to everyone I know. I would not even give this company a 0.

I ordered a wedding gift, and when I placed the order, it said to be delivered on July 26, 2023. On July 23, I noticed the package had not been shipped, and I voiced my concern to customer service. What a horrible experience and a complete lack of quality customer service.

I was told I just needed to wait, and there was nothing that they could do. I asked if I could upgrade the shipping to help get the package on time. I was again told that I needed to wait for it as There was nothing anybody could do.

It is now July 27, 2023, and I contacted UPS customer service with the tracking number provided. UPS said they had never received the package. I called QVC once again the agent was as rude, if not worse, than the previous one.

Try getting your money back from them for expensive items that they took your money for but you never received. It will take weeks and weeks or perhaps you wont get it at all. Even supervisors will not help you.

The 17" HP Laptop I just bought from QVC has malware. As soon as I turned it on it instructed me to call Microsoft at the number given on my screen. To make a long story short, as soon as you call the number they do a scan on computer and tell you have been hacked and it is identify theft! This is not true.

--- Therefore, I am returning the computer that I actually love because it arrived infected.

On 6/22/23 ordered a lug cosmetic bag xl for $44 and change. There was only 2 patterns left. I ordered one. Said it shipped 6/29. Never got. Called customer service and they stated it was not available. Then why was it offered?? So mad. Got refund. Not the point.

I ordered David's Cookies from QVC which took a week to arrive. While I tracked the order it seems they arrived with an empty bag labeled dry ice, mushy dough, melted butter smeared all over. Not even a bit cool to the touch.

Why do you have host Shawn still on the air, she seems so affected by her status as a host that she is not tolerable to watch, aside from her terrible hair and glasses she does not represent QVC as a company that cares about their image, when she talks she uses made up words and slang, she truly is intolerable to watch or to even listen to, I always turn off QVC if she is the host. I have been a customer over 20 years & I order ALOT from QVC, I recently was watching & decided to order something for my mother in law for mother's day. I have sent her many things over the years.

I called & spoke with an operator so I could send her something, well the customer svc person permanently changed my address in computer & my mother in law is receiving ALL the items I ordered!!! I can't ask her to mail them to me she is old & I don't want to inconvenience her.

3 of 4 items I ordered r sold out & unavailable now, so oh well for me. I tried to talk to a manager, ha good luck on that. Beware of the customer svc people. I'm disappointed & disgusted with QVC & I have no idea If I will b watching or ordering from qvc.

I submitted an honest and truthful review the other day about a carpet runner that I never received. I stated that the customer service rep was very helpful with returning my money and that I was told that she had numerous calls about people not getting their runner and that there was no tracking number. All honest about my experience with this rug and "The review Board" denied to post my review. I recently complained about numerous postings from a person who never even purchased the products from Temp-Tations and was able to bash Tera Tesher numerous times. I made several plant orders from QVC on March 25th, on March 25th cancelled a portion of the order which appeared to be acknowledged. Unfortunately, they disregarded the portion of the order I cancelled & sent it anyway. Now how does a senior with physical restraints manage to send back large already damaged boxes & get my money back.

I have not used QVC in years, no doubt, I will not use them again. I give them O stars. Will never use them again.

I have been locked out of my order status for 5 days now. I called Friday and again this morning. I need to keep track of my orders. This is inexcusable for a company such as QVC. I need to know when it will be backup!!!.

I had a problem with my bill. I had called last month and was assured the subscription was cancellation and no further payment due. I received another bill and called again. The customer service agent refused to provide non pid as to identify him when I stated I would be filing a complaint for lying about and his failure to “please document my account that the subscription is cancelled, the last agent stated there were no further billings due.

That I would pay this and would not be paying any others. He continued to patronize me and making false claims accusations and statements.

Firing Carolyn Gracie, one of the most popular hosts on QVC has to be one of corporate's most idiotic moves. I looked forward to watching both Carolyn & Gary Goban on their Tuesday & Sunday shows. I can think of any number of your new hosts on QVC 2 who are most annoying & even some on QVC who you could of gotten rid of rather than Carolyn & Dan.

Your bigger problem is the increase in pricing with a reduction in quality and your emphasis on more expense brands. You are losing most of your loyal customers who have been with you for years because most of us are now on fixed incomes & can no longer afford the higher pricing.

Younger people do not shop at QVC or HSN. Please be smart and rehire Carolyn and Dan and admit your mistake!

I have just heard that you have replaced Dan Hughes and Carolyn Gracie. I cannot tell you how disappointed I am with this decision. You are ONLY gearing your site to the young buyers but, you fail to take into account that it is the older folks who do a lot of buying from your company for many reasons.

Those of us who live in rural areas have NO STORES to shop at---we are of an age that we do not want to be in crowds or have to drive from store to store ------we have more money to purchase products -----we look for SINCERE, COMFORTABLE, AND GENTLE hosts to demonstrate your items.

These 2 hosts, Dan and Carolyn, were the best and I am very sad that you felt that they needed to "go out to QVC pasture". I wish them the very best but will miss their calm, steady voices in my living room.

I am upset about your getting rid of long time hosts that are great! These new ones like the girl that does the shoe show with Jane Tracy who is awesome since she started with qvc many years ago is great!

That new girl who thinks she is all that is so annoying I can't stand her. And when she's on with Shawn Killinger which we all love, she actually makes it even more annoying to watch her act like she is better than Shawn.

Just like she does with Jane Tracy! You have to realize people watched qvc for 30 plus years because they loved the hosts! Now you are going to get rid of the most loved hosts!! A huge mistake on your part.

I receive emails stating my VISA is expired and it is dated 12/25. This goes on at least three times monthly. Easy Pay is a misnomer. I am constantly blocked as a customer for being allegedly in arrears on payment wich is false.

I have even contacted my card company and they are not understanding the QVC problem. I have to hand pay over and over again. This is a sham. SIgning up for Easy Pay is my gross error. THis company is abusing me as an excellent customer to whom you sent a holiday gift for being such a good customer, only to be hassarred for the entire months of January and February for payment on alleged Easy Pay which is a fraud.

It is impossible to get off QVC email list!! The company even has it set up so when you TRY to unsubscribe it says mmm something went wrong. Call the number listed. I have called 4 different times to no avail!!!!

I had Fraud with Qvc. Somebody decided to purchase a Microsoft laptop and use my debit number that was on file. 19. The first customer service rep. I spoke to said that they would cancel the order and then I called back later on maybe two hours to make sure that this would be done.

They said that yes it has been taken care of. Later I recevied an email that it was maybe five hours after this conversation I received an email from Qvc saying thank you for your purchase. Your order has shipped. I was shocked.

this is a lot of money and I want my account credit right away. Nobody could seem to really help me. I also had to fill out a dispute with my bank and also they had to cancel my debit card.

This is created a huge headache. I want this resolved now I shouldn’t have to wait for my own…

Made a purchase for pants 2/25/23 at 7:15 pm, came home at 1am checked email the representative put down the wrong size, tried to edit the size but the system would not allow edit, only 6 hrs from order time??? Then called 8 times between 1am until 10am Sunday 2/26/23.

Finally spoke to someone at 10:30 am . 00 for all the trouble, but would of been much happier with a smooth ordering system, no stress shopping, and someone actually answering phone, I even tried the call back service, don’t bother they call you back in about 2 minutes, and

I purchased 3 of the same items, same color/same size and was shocked to find that I’m being charged triple for the shipping. 00. I think this is a racket and if this is the case of charging S&H for each duplicate items being shipped to one address, you should indicate this on the screen to reflect S&H per item ordered.

I normally do not complain about customer service but in this instance I so bothered by what happened that I feel it should be reported. I placed an advance order (shipping 2/10/2023) for Rastelli culottes steaks, which I would provide but has been removed from my order status.

The order was placed on a debit card that expired on 2/1/2023. While I attempted to update the account with the current card, QVC had already gone into my account and charged an active card which turned out to be an FSA card.

When I notified the customer service rep, instead of confirming she could replace order before canceling, she went ahead and canceled order and told me she was sending matter to finance to update. I waited a couple of days, checked status only to learn that the order could not be fulfilled…

QVC only sent me the battery and this was a gift for Christmas that arrived in January. Then when it did it come it was not the ring camera itself. It was the battery and QVC has the audacity to charge my bank account with the first payment when I never received what I ordered.

I am writing this letter to complain about the order that I made with QVC on Wednesday, January 18, 2023. I received this order on Thursday, January 19, 2023. It was the order for the 10 - 3oz. Egg Harbor Cape Hake Filets.

When the package arrived, I saw that it was the fish, I was first stunned as to how I could receive it in one day (less than 24 hours). When I open the Styrofoam package and took the ice pack off of the fish pack I saw that the entire bag of fish was wide open, not sealed or closed at all.

Not only was it open but the the bag was slit open on top, which means that the package of fish was packed in the Styrofoam box opened; who does that? I feel that is or was totally unacceptable for QVC to send out a package such as that.

Ive waited almost a month for my money to be returned. As of 1-08-23, I’m still waiting. I was told it was sent to my card, which was canceled. I was told it was sent to my bank, my bank said no.

Found out it was credited to my account, so I ask to just send me a check for the amount on my account. Still have received that either, was told it was delayed in the mail, by the holidays. After a few more calls, I found out the check was never sent out. So frustrating.

I go to purchase a computer for my grandson and two days later it is cancelled. Okay I contact them and they give me no information or feedback only send me to the financial department yet no one actually works in the financial department you can leave as much messages as you want but they will not return your calls.

Great they are holding money still even a whole week after Christmas please don't ever buy from this site. This is a warning

I recently spoke to an agent from QVC in an effort to explain to her that I was being billed for an item that I did not receive.She informed me that I had 45 days to let QVC know that I did not receive an item.She also stated that I had already been refunded,which was false.Times are extremely difficult and I can afford to pay for anything that I did not receive this is a global company I think that you can afford to return my $30.

Bought my wife sweater that was worn before. Marks on it from iron, sipper broke. Called and they said to send back. I am a new credit card customer and bought other things for Christmas. I am disappointed in qvc about their products.

I recently have tried to make purchases at QVC, and was approved for a QVC card. I have attempted to place orders to which all were canceled with no explanation. When calling customer service, they say the account was flagged for fraud concerns!?! No additional information was requested from me to understand the flag. Now I was told bc of the flag, I will no longer be able to create or make a purchase, although I was approved for a QVC card that obviously authenticates my identity. This is ridiculous, and a waste of running my running credit and getting approved. I'd like to see a resolution and ability to use my QVC card as intended.

Your customer service is unprofessional and from my experience the representatives have no knowledge of how to handle complex problems. really! A supervisor may or may not call you back. When I did receive a call 72 hours later the supervisor wasn't able to help.

Ive been with qvc for over 20 yrs and your customer has service gone from 10 to minus zero. It's sad! I hope other customers speak out. I know they have experienced the same problems. I'm stepping away from qvc for a while until they have a trained staff to better handle problem solving.

Also the qvc card is a total RIP off with extremely high interest rate. I can't wait to pay it off and to never open one again.

I was hyper-sold a Halo power station by David Venable who applied his dramatization as only he can as to “Whaaat! ” or to that effect…run the tape. Bottom line it was purchased to at least run a fan and/or electric cooler…AS demonstrated and worked one time…the next time I broke it out of the box some time later (because as frequently as we have hurricanes in Fla we do not have them That often) it did not work at all and

I placed an order on November 25, 2022 for two Neospresso coffee makers. On November 28, 2022 I received an email that my order was canceled and my account was closed. A QVC supervisor stated that it was because my last name was different on the payment method.

I explained that I was recently divorcing and asked if she wanted the paperwork. She stated that she did not. On December 2 after speaking to a QVC supervisor my account was reactivated and she issued me a $30 inconvenience credit since the Neospresso coffee makers were out of stock.

Ordered two items within a week, a vitamix and ninja 11in one cream makers in and around 3:00am then told me that all vitamix were out of stock then 15 minutes later said they only had it in olive. But when they tried to put the order in, the computer said out of stock.
