On Monday morning, Dec. 5, 2022, while it was still showing on TV, I ordered the package deal, of a 9th gen iPad with 256gb that included the carrying case, Wifi, app for college, charging cords and cord wraps, a case IKat wrap, a keyboard, a stand special, etc., was for $659.98 or 5 pmts of $142.00 with tax;

I spoke with the service order person, I couldn’t understand her name thought Ijmia as I wrote in my notes, after waiting thru the wait during the TV special; #E313311 $659.98;

She then brought up my old address in their system for my phone, I told her I had moved in 2013 to current address, I gave her that information as well; told her it is also my billing address and she assured me that it had been changed; I would receive the package on or before December 10, 2022; I said ok…

I do not know why I have so many problems when ording things from QVC. The last two times my items have show that the items are sitting on the dock and not moving both on QVC website and UPS website and when I call them they tell me they do not know how to send my items.

Because someone has mess with my account at QVC is what they are telling me at the company. It shows to send it by UPS but then it tells them the post office is to receive it so who do they have it pick up by that is there question so it just sits there unti someone can tell them to put it on the UPS truck.

This is not right just send it UPS and forget about the post office. Please Help.

Placed order for Brooks Lazy Boy Chair several weeks ago with a service rep. Said I would receive chair around December 5th and trucking company would set up delivery date. I haven't heard from them I called QVC and was told there is no order placed for that item.

I am really disappointed with whoever took order. I looked up order status and it was not listed as ordered that is when I called today

Bought a Dyson cordless V8 vaccuum, it did not have a user booklet with the product so I have no ideal how to use the accessories that came with. When I notifed qvc and asked for ownership manual they replied they could not help me.

When i tune in to a show, like in kitchen with David, so often there will be a segment that goes on forever when qvc wants to push something totally unrelated. Such as a mattress or computer. Then preceded by and often followed by the unrelated products dedicated show.

Stick to topic, I tuned out today.

I have been waiting for 2 keurigs that I ordered on 10/2 it keeps giving me delivery dates and it never ships. I chat with customer service and they keep telling me it’s a computer problem, Qvc is a big company how can there be a computer problem over a month.

It is really frustrating and I don’t think I am ever going to get my Keurigs at least they should be honest and tell me what’s going on. This is the worst customer service I have ever gotten. Please find out what the status is of my order.

Ordered TSV on 10/23/22 kitchen aid stand mixer was given a delivery date of 11/3/22 was reviewing my account on 11/3/22 was still listed as processing!!! Called customer service they said it is still processing and will maybe ship 11/4-11/5 with a estimated delivery date now of 11/9/22 that is 17 days after order was placed what is happening to QVC.

Also told they sold alot and that could be the reason but my order was placed @ 12:03 est on 10/23/22 with that being said my order ahould have been one of the first shipped so now i will wait until it is delivered not to happy with QVC need some answers Was a loyal QVC customer from the beginning

I ordered a apple Ipad the first of Oct. 2022 and never did receive it. When I called she said the label had been printed but it was never mailed. she said they must have run out. When I ordered they had plenty, so why did I not get mine.

She credited my payment back to my credit card. Why did people who ordered after me get what they ordered and they didn't even let me know anything. I want my I Pad. P

I purchased a plaid ‘shacket’ and it was too large. I put in for an exchange to a smaller size, and returned my shacket. I was even emailed that my new one would be shipped out as soon as they received notice from usps that I returned it.

Well, I never received my replacement so I contacted qvc and she said my order was closed and they issued me a refund already. Well, that was the furthest thing from the truth, and they charged my account twice. I deleted the app and won’t order anything else from that company.

Too much dishonesty and too much of a headache to deal with.

I bought Bethlehem candles one of them is not working they are sending another one out and I have to return the other to a ups store or the post office qvc is telling me I will get a label but I will have to pay 7.95 to ship why should have to pay anything that is totally ridiculous! Amazon gives you free shipping on any returns not happy will definitely avoid buying anything from qvc ever again

On Octobet 1 2022 QVC refused my order which I tried 5 times. I found out my account was locked. When I called customer service she said there was nothing wrong on her end. Then why am I Locked out.

Idoits don't know what they are doing. So they will get no order from me. Too bad !!! I am angry.

Ordered a pumpkin enzyme mask back in may. Never got a confirmation email. Figured it never went through. Then noticed a charge on my debit account. It was for the product I never received! Contacted QVC many times and was told they can’t help.

They don’t even have my email registered on their site. And I tracked the product and it still says awaiting package! I want my $50 back for no item received!

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I’VE EVER EXPERIENCED..

No way to speak with a human unless you’re snared into one of QVCs “join” schemes for a $100 gift card or joining some Email Resolution Company which has absolutely nothing to do with my issue!!

I want to know where the hell my 30 Aug order is??? That’s it!! None of the listed Toll Free numbers work. They just keep looping back through the same menus over and over and FINALLY basically tell you to piss off!!!

$ 400 plus Put card information in and it accepted everything. I even got an email that your Oder has been placed and preparing to ship. So nothing to worry about right? Nope they had my phone number and info.

They didn’t give me a courtesy call to verify anything or to let me know there was a problem with the information, as far as I was concerned my order would be on the way.. all customer service could say was we are sorry but they are sold out. QVC sucks.

I spend a lot of money with QVC in the past. But they have seen the last of my money not that it matters to them. Customer service is rude and a joke. Including their so call supervisors. Same your money and your time!

The Apple store Mgr. has verified that QVC sold me a MacBook Air that was previously returned to QVC! QVC sold me a “refurbished” laptop, as a NEW device, not disclosing that this device was REFURBISHED!!!!!! Apple made me show my receipt for the device as they verified the device ID was purchased in 2019 by another customer!!! They said you all do this ALL THE TIME!!! I am a long time customer so I’m extremely disappointed by QVC’s attempt to overcharge me for some cheap grocery store cookies. I ordered Dewey’s Bakery Cookies after seeing them on tv. 74 for 3 little boxes of these wafer thin cookies.

The next day I went to the grocery store and was stunned to find the exact same cookies on the shelf for $3 per box. 74 and grocery store $9 for the exact same product. I am very unhappy with QVC.

I tried, without success, to send a Dooney Burke Pebble Grain Satchel to my friend for her birthday. I found the satchel I wanted and made the purchase using Pay Pal. I paid for expedited shipping to ensure she would get the satchel before her birthday and before she left on her trip.

When the gift did not arrive on 14 August I checked the status of my order and found that the order had been cancelled. I had not been informed that my order was being cancelled. I reordered the satchel and again paid for expedited shipping.

First my complaint could have been resolved if you actually had customer service. I was trying to find out why all my "easy" pay payments showed up on my last bill? they are supposed to be a monthly installment so the customer can budget items purchased.

It is not helpful to have them all charge at once,plus it ups the interest that you are charging me because it shows on the purchase side . I looked at last months bill and that did reflect this type of billing.

I tried to speak to two women in your "customer service" department and they could not assist me. would even take the time to explained why I was charged this way. I feel this is deceptive on QVC part. It is not the first time I have had a problem with your billing department definitely needs to be over hauled.

First let me say I have been with QVC for about 29 years and love the products. BUT recently I have place orders on check status and decided to do the payments instead. And each time when the customer service representative did my order they would give me a delivery date.

When I go back to check everything from my account the items are put on backorder. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! My order for the large frosty blowup the representative told me I received the last one but still didn't get one, so that is what I am worried about with my floor cleaner.

If possible asked QVC if I could return a product though it was well out of the 60 day guarantee. This was no small product,and the cost to them would be quite high.

Hello, my name is Ronda Ellis and my account is locked and I don't know why. I did a chat with a QVC employee and she said I owed 1000.00. I do not!!! I have several easy pays but they are being paid monthly. I have been ordering with no issues until a few weeks ago and then boom!! my account is locked. I never received a very expensive item that was sent USPS. I have a mail slot, nowhere to leave a box. I was told I could be issued a refund or resend the item. Out of concern for my item not making it to me again, I said a refund was fine.

I then received an email that QVC would do nothing and I'd have to take it up with my bank/credit card. This is absurd, it is not my cards issue to insure an item that I never received. So I contacted customer service again and they told me they would issue a refund.

A week later and I have no refund. So I contacted customer service again. I was then told not only would they not give me a refund, they would also not send me a replacement, that it was no longer their problem.

So QVC does not insure their items? It becomes my problem that I never got…

I’d ordered a 65” Hisense TV and received instead a 55” LG. I called customer service immediately to inform them, and asked when can they pick up and also deliver the TV that zi actually ordered.

First call I made, the lady told me that it takes 3 weeks for Tv to be picked up and also receive my TV. I then requested to speak with a manager. Well, It’s been almost 24 hours and I still haven’t received a call from a manager and I’ve called QVC 5 times and have gotten nowhere.

I requested to return the Tv and asked for a refund. I do not want to deal with Qvc ever again after this!!!

Ordered a tv on june 9 2022 never received the tv i was not able to track it or qcv couldnt track it money was taken from my account the day after ordering it then after getting no answers about the tv canceled that tv and ordered another one then on July 8 the 2nd tv was delivered to me but i had not received a refund for the canceled tv then

I have purchased many items from QVC over the last four years. Now, QVC is denying product delivery to all American Military Forces stationed overseas. I was informed that because I do not have a permanent physical address, QVC is unable to ship any products to my AE APO Mail Box number.

I believe this is a disgrace to all the men and women who serve in the United States Armed Services.

Been looking for a new air conditioner finally found one got the money took out. The next day decided to check the status and said it was canceled with out explanation. I had to call for them to tell me they are Discontinued!

I would of had no idea if I didn’t call, and it’s extremely HOT and I have kids now I can’t order another one till the money gets refunded back to me. Which means longer without an air conditioner! This is ridiculous and unprofessional.

I, received a damaged/defective pair of, Side StichTencil Joggers in Petite-medium, blue . Order # 6889316218 ! As written and assured, thier will be no postage at all, for a damaged/defective item. The customer service representative, named Jackie, on Sunday June 1ith.

Was explained my total ,unfortunate situation and still insisted on charging me , initial shipping on damaged product ! I, explained again, this is very odd, because when A item is damaged, through no fault of my own. Why would I be charged for initial shipping postage.

It's pretty apparent that QVC has gone down the rabbit hole of terrible customer service bordering on scam. They've lost me as a repeat customer of 30 years standing.

I was on an auto-delivery plan, received the first item, no problem.

Second installment was shipped June 4. June 14, still hadn't arrived. I was unable to track. QVC rep said "wait til the end of the week."

As of today, June 19, still hasn't come and still cannot track. I called again. They offered a refund and cancelled the auto-delivery and said the item was "no longer available" so they reneged on their contract with me to provide the service.

Yes, I got a refund, but what I want was the item I purchased. After reading several reviews, I am seeing that this is a "new normal" for QVC.

I've shopped there for at least 30…

33 Shipped on 05/22/2022 This was the Todays Special on QVC advertised as above with a cooling mattress pad. When mattress arrived there was no cooling mattress pad in the shipment. I called QVC spoke with Representative. 00. My complaint is: QVC televised the above mattress with cooling mattress pad as their Todays Special.

When I received the shipment from QVC, mattress was in box without cooling mattress pad. It is the responsibility of QVC to provide what they are advertising inclusive. On April 7, I ordered a portable organizing desk (Order Number: 6880691083) from QVC online. It was shipped and arrived in a timely manner. Unfortunately it had a defect - one of the brackets was loose and insecure, preventing the bookstand from sliding smoothly into "its nest", without the bracket wobbling. On April 16th, following the instructions on their Easy Returns website, I emailed the company and informed them of the defect and indicated that I wanted to exchange the desk for the exact same model, but without a defect. My complaint is with this stupid company QVC. They have fucking idiots taking orders. Size SMALL. Size MEDIUM. Are these anywhere near the same? No their not. My wife ordered shoes and ordered medium. Received email that their sending small. WTF?

Why don't they hire 1st graders to do the job. Oh wait, they would probably be over qualified. The big issue now is we have to send the small pair back when we get them, and we are stiffed for the shipping charge because of their stupid people.

I purchased a motorized La-Z-Boy recliner from QVC in December 2020. On air, the chair was repeatedly advertised as having a FULL 1 year warranty. The footrest broke in early December 2021. La-Z-Boy confirmed that the chair was under warranty BUT that I had to pay a 189.00 TRIP FEE in order to repair the chair. They did cover the repair in full.

I feel that the warranty mentioned on air is deceptive. It never mentions that there would be ANY COST AT ALL for repairs within the first year. I am requesting that QVC put a 189.00 credit on my account in order to remedy this inaccurate advertising. I would appreciate hearing from you at your earliest opportunity.
