I ordered a rush charger for a Christmas present. There were two in a pack one of them came damaged. I called qvc and stated what was wrong and they told me they were going to send me replacement. Two weeks went by I did not get the replacement so I gave my first phone call and was told they were having issues and could not access my account call back in a couple hours and it would be fixed.
I called back two days in a row after that and was told each time that they still could not access my account. I waited a couple days called again and was told they still could not access my account and I told them I wanted to make a complaint and they said they would put it into my complaint into my account and somebody would email me within 24 hours.
