I bought a race car for my grandson that would not work or charge up. I was allowed to exchange it for another car. The new car did not work either. I took it back today and I was refused a refund.
I did not have my receipt although store staff remembered when I had purchased car. I was harassed for not having a box. I was not given a box for the car that was exchanged. I left the car at store and left. Lady was very combative.
