I ordered Halloween candy and I can't even get a response as to why it never arrived. No message, no excuse, nothing about why the Snickers and Kit Kats are missing.. How does one reach assistance for what seems to me like a simple matter? Rhetorical question.

I know there are no answers. It's a good thing my life is almost over. I wish I had died before today, actually, because everything I try to do seems to end up like this, with me getting nothing. What I wish for Ralphs is that the store lose lots of money over Halloween candy - hopefully enough to go out of business.

Give some more deserving market a chance. On your help line, I keep getting sent back instead of forward to what i want.

m. on 8/29/23 I went to Ralph's in Manhattan Beach (2700 N. Sepulveda) and experienced very rude, unprofessional and incompetent service from cashier Manny S. I asked that he use the scanner gun to scan my 5 items. He refused to do so and insisted I put them on the conveyor belt so he can scan them.

I didn't want him handling the items due to concerns I have about the potential transfer of germs. After some back and forth he relented and scanned 4 items. I asked him if I could place my organic bananas on the scale and take them off myself. He didn't respond.

Ralphs Store 277. My complaint is regarding the lack of service skills provided to me by a worker in the self checkout area named Paula. I have had a few negative interactions with her in the self checkout area and she demonstrates no customer service skillset and an attitude.

On numerous occasions, the baggers (when they actually do their jobs) have failed to bag the sugar, or place all the items in my cart. Ralph’s doesn’t bother calling, or flagging a customer down, they hold the items behind a register for a while (assuming non refrigerated) and if it slips your mind or you don’t realize the items are missing.. they just pocket your money and throw the customer the bird.

I’m pissed, they need better policies and with all that price gouging, you should pay up and hire some damn baggers — preferably that can make sure stuff isn’t left behind. The policy as is, it’s lazy, greedy, and beneath the Kroger brand name. Fix it!

For the third time now you guys have closed way before your normal hours. Way before your hours online are stated or even before anything on the doors or anything at all is stated. There is no warning or anything you guys decide whenever you want to close early you just close early unfortunately it creates a grievance for the people who are on their bicycles that come all the way across town thinking it's open because they check the website and

I have been using shoppers to buy my groceries since Covid started and I came down with cancer, so I have to stay home. 90% of the shoppers have shopped for me at the Ralphs at 22333 Sherman Way in Canoga Park.

My problem with the store is that they have expired items on the shelf. I buy Reser's Potato Salad and Macaroni Salad. Always in the one pound containers. Several time over the past 6-8 months the salad I have received has been expired and I have thrown them away.

I opened one right after I got it and it was rancid and smelled rotten. I am tired of buying groceries and having to toss them out because I'm receiving them after the expiration. I have now taken to telling the shoppers to check the expiration date as they have found them expired also and tell me, so I can substitutes…

On March 30th, I visited Ralph's store located in Porter Ranch to return an item. While there, I decided to purchase a few things and notified the self-checkout employee of my intention to return an item. However, I was unable to retrieve my receipt through the app, and I inquired about this. The employee explained that the store no longer accepts receipts from the app due to customers picking up items in-store and then returning them. I live across the street from Ralphs on La Brea/3rd, in Los Angeles, CA. At 340am this morning, I woke to a groundskeeper who is operating a VERY LOUD, blower of some kind to clean your lot! This is a total violation of my peace and so inconsiderate of a neighborhood store!

The store I am complaining about is located at 17840 Ventura Blvd. Telephone: 818-345-6882. I am a regular shopper for many years. My complaint is the store (manager) is more concerned about cramming end-caps and MOUNTAINS of product on display throughout the store than he is for the comfort of the shopper.

There is no room for customers to maneuver. Customers are constantly bumping into each other, or knocking over displays. Ive spoken to personnel who have the same complaint and BEGGED me to complain to management. A friend of mine is a retired fire fighter and he feels this is definitely a fire hazard.

I mentioned this to the manager, and all he did was thank me.

Everytime I go in Ralphs, the cashier is so quick to use their own card rather than take the time to sign me up. It's ridiculous. They all do it. I've even asked to be signed up, then she wipes hers so quick and says "I'll just use mine" as if she's doing me a favor but I actually want my own shoppers card.

I've tried going through the self-checkout and then a different cashier did the same thing! Does Ralphs know?? Cashiers shouldn't be allowed to use their personal cards during the time they are working because they are not signing customers up, and essentially-taking from the customer rather than taking the time to sign me up.

was shopping at Ralph's in Porter Ranch and as I exited the store with 4 other shopper the alarm went off. The manager followed me out the store grabbed my basket and told me "he didn't believed I paid for my groceries'.

We are frequent shoppers at kosher Ralph's on Havenhurst / ventura blvd in ca but recently we bought a kosher frozen pizza and noticed only when we got home that this diary product had expired over 8 days earlier per the tiny printed label. No indication to patrons. No discount offered. No warning of any kind. Price remained full at $16.99.

With the heavy rains, we decided not to risk driving in again to return but wanted you to be aware for risk of food poisoning or worse.

I was physically assaulted inside a Ralphs store by a manager employee who, during the incident ripped open my shoulder bag sending all my personal items flying across the floor and I wasn't able to retrieve all my personal belongings from the floor inside the Ralph's store. I don't have a problem with Ralph's however I do have a problem with the company I use to shop at Ralph's and deliver my groceries to me. I been shopping and using Instacart for some years now but lately I noticed something fishy about what they are charging me for my Ralph's items.

I called and made a complaint about the Manager, Steve Gasparyan at the Ralphs in Encino (17840 Ventura Blvd.) on November 28th and never heard any response from Kroger. On November 25th I was treated terribly by the aforementioned Manager. I had bought 2 gift cards at the store and due to inaccurate information provided to me by one of the store employees, I was led to believe the cards were not working and couldn't be activated. In the meantime, my credit card was charged.

During the process of being refunded, the employee realized he made a mistake and one of the cards was activated. While shopping at Ralph's in Marina Del Rey at Admiralty Way and Mindanao, after purchasing a sandwich at the Deli, I also wanted pastries. There was no one present at the Bakery counter. I waited and waited. We asked the Deli to page someone to wait on us in Bakery.

They saud they would and we waited. A couple of employees came an said they would check to see if they could find person who works in Bakery. The Deli person paged this Baker person 3 times.

I order online groceries from Ralphs. The shoppers do not pay attention when I mark NO SUBSTITUTIONS. I get what they put in the shopping cart and I always end up with 6-12 items I did not order and my credit card is charged.

I always get a refund after i bring in the receipt and my original online order. This morning it happened again. I don't want to tip the shopper and for 3 solid hours I have tried to get into my Ralphs account to delete the tip, but I am locked out.

I received the worst customer service ever today from a gal I believe was named Sally at the Ralphs Pharmacy on Harbor Boulevard in Fullerton, California. The time of day was approximately 1:45-2:00 on Tuesday, October 25, 2022. I had spoken to a gentleman in the pharmacy about a charge my husband had been charged for a Shingles shot.

00 worth of groceries. Since I am a senior citizen and had a bad injury, I had Ralphs deliver my groceries. 30. I think that one bag was probably missing from the ones that we received. Calling instacart was not very easy.

It took a long time for someone to answer and then it took quite a while for them to get the information from me. They said that we could get store credit or money back but it would be 7 to 10 days....

That is a long time to wait. 00 and hope for the best. Ralphs should have resent me the things that I was missing immediately. I'm not ordering from Instacart or Ralphs.

Loni the sale manager at Ralphs in porter ranch, she was unprofessional and rude before and after she informed me that I missed one item in my grocery bag that I thought i had scanned. I had asked my husband to go to the cashier to pay for it and she just kept treating us like we were trying to steal it when I was still paying for lottery scratchers.

Whenever I visit the Ralph's Grocery Store on Brookhurst street in Fountain Valley ca I usually encounter a pan handling woman of middle eastern decent at the left entrance of the store. She always has an infant baby with her.

Been going on for a long time now. I have complained to the managers numerous times and she continues to pan handle. It could be a safety concern for the baby as she is very close to the roadway. She uses the baby as a "prop" or a " shill" so people will feel sorry for her and give her money.

Next I plan on notifying O C Child Protective services about this child abuse occurring on your property. If I continue to see her there I will simply shop at another store. I have been a loyal customer since this store opened many years ago.

Hello my girlfriend and I went to Ralph’s to purchase a bottle of wine and food to make dinner. We found a bottle of wine in the clearance section and grabbed a couple of vegetables and tortillas and went to wait in line.

Once we’re in front of the cashier the cashier asks for an identification card, I gave her my Colombian Consular Registration in Los Angeles card, as I’ve done before in the past and she did not accept it. She then told me I could not buy the alcohol with the identification card.

I know it difficult times stocking a wide inventory of items (freezer section). I had purchased Pork Buns and thought they were very good. Do not remember the price but expect it around the ten-dollar mark. Of course, they were not there a few weeks later and I usually visit 2 to three different stores once a week. Then, there were pork with cabbage so I purchased two of them with another two frozen veggie pork items at $5.99ea. Later on, at home, I looked at the price and…

On 8/3/22, while in line waiting to pay for my groceries at the store located on 1416 E Colorado in Glendale, CA, an extremely rude cashier, named Kelly C, pointed out that my daughter dropped something on the ground. My daughter who is one, was in my arms nibbling on bread (brought from home) and what Kelly was referring to were the bread crumbs falling from her mouth. Confused at first, I looked down to see what my daughter had dropped, but soon realized Kelly was referring to the bread crumbs. I responded by saying it’s bread crumbs do you want me to pick it up?

Kelly didn’t respond to my question but continued to display a poor attitude, bickering under her breath. Once my turn came up and before she started my transaction, she walked around the aisle and started cleaning the crumbs…

Yes much to my surprise I don’t know maybe a month ago I discovered the hours had changed from 2 am to 1 only by reading the sign had been changed with a white crayon changing the 2 to a 1. So I raced over here tonight along with 2 other customers that had arrived and were told we couldn’t come in to grab even one item. That is wrong . Bad business and rude. Very unhappy.

I'm being harassed and wrongfully prevoked in assualt and stalking. Managers Miguel are using employees with false name badges like josshy and they are totally unprofessional and suggesting in methods of violence if exposed.
