Went to Ralph's on La Brea and Centinella on /9/2022 6 pm. The store had two open line's with a long line om both. My friend asked a manager can another line be opened and their reply was "When Jesus comes." That was an unexceptable reply to a customer. The other manager snickered at what she said.

Ralphs on Rosecrans St., San Diego, CA

The store is cramped, the aisles are too narrow and it is dangerous for a person to navigate. I have to use an electric cart to get around, and it's almost impossible to get through the aisles, especially when an employee is stocking the shelves. The parking lot is a disaster, and you can end up back on the street suddenly. Homeless people are sleeping on the sidewalk in tents on the Rosecrans side of the store. I am not going to shop there anymore.

Store closed before the store hours posted. I drove 10 miles to get to the store because they were the only open store. I arrived with 5 minutes to spare only to be told by the manager Carlos I could not enter. I only wanted 2 peaches for my daughter.

It's pretty upsetting to know I drove out of my way to store 756 for 2 peaches only to be told by Carlos the store was closed..

Maybe the store should post modified hours for Carloss time. And not the stores actual hours. Or maybe retrain Carlos on company policy and hours .

It would have taken less then 2 minutes to get the peaches and check out . All sti before the store closed

Today I was at 10:00 am at Ralph's - 3345 Sports Arena Blvd, San Diego, CA 92110. I needed to return ONE item bought a couple days ago. After asking the manager what to do with my return, she sent me at the only line open register. The line was huge!!!

At least 5 people with caddies full from bottom to top. We were 3 people with only one item to buy/return, so I asked her if she could open another cash register. She refused in a very rude way and told me that the things were like this and let me understand that if I was not happy I could just leave!

I have contacted Ralph's corporate office several times about an incident that happened to me at Ralph's store 118 1 65 312on 04/29,I was reaching for a 8 can box of soda from the top shelf when two boxes fell on my left arm slashing it open, I bought the incident to the attention of the store and corporate office thay showed no concern just gave me the runaround. I tried to add photos of the injury it would not let me.

I went into the Ralph's in porter ranch CA, tonight to grab a few things. I grabbed a reusable bag prior to my shopping, i went through the self checkout, scanned my items and though them into my reusable bag, as i was leaving (Lonnie the store mrg) said to me you didn't pay for that bag, I said I'm sorry I'll pay for it now I paid and began to walk out of the store as I heard (Lonnie) telling the other employees that I was trying to steal the bag. I turned back and said to her I was not trying to steal anything I paid for the bag. And how unprofessional of you to talk about customers to other employees like that. she then called me a fat ass as I left the store. She was very rude, very unpleasant and very unprofessional. I will NEVER take my business back to this store again.

The Ralphs downtown Los Angeles has a sever willingness issue, it seems the associates ( namely cashiers) have collectively decided to disregard the hours if operation, locking the doors for incoming patrons and loyal 30+ year old customers such as myself from getting the essential items needed despite being well within the operational window for business.

This gas been go oung on four over four years now. I was going to leave it alone until I saw security manhandling elderly shopers from the store and selecting special priveldge entry for some while aggressively denying others based on individual biases. This needs to stop.

You guys are the industry leaders and a staple in American grocery... ,.. Whole Foods keeps looking more and more inviting perish the thought

11/20/2021 deli employees suck. The manager Jayce sucks. Bad customer service. Ordered chicken was thrown in with old chicken. Had to wait 45 minutes. The manager Jayce could care less. I had to demand fresh chicken and for him to speak to the employee that walked away.

Items and prices, "on sale" in email ad, do NOT match with cash register or products in the store. Items that should be on sale were NOT marked down, yet similar item with different name brand next to it "on sale" at higher price.

Other items shown in ad are not even in the store! I was charged full price instead of the advertised sale price. Cashier arguing that I didn't have the 10 items when I physically pulled them out of my grocery bag to show her and another cashier would not let me talk and threw my shopping list and receipt into my cart and walked off with ATTITUDE! I was overcharged AGAIN.

My ad was for Menifee,Ca and that is where I shop. Aggravation EVERY WEEK.

I was at Ralphs Laguna Niguel Ca to purchase fish and the fisn/meat manager was taking an inventory of package meat and left me unattended at the counter for over 5 minutes and when I approached him he told me he was going to finish his inventory prior to waiting on me.

At that point I decided to get the fish at the local Whole Food. At check out of my other item I explained the situation to the store manager who also blew me off. All in all not what I expect from Ralphs/ Koegers.

I was craving ice cream this evening so bad that it woke me up at around 12:20 AM. Luckily this Ralph's is open until 1AM so I literally rushed down here as fast as I possibly could but got here in plenty of time to be able to get the ice cream.

I arrived at 12:53 am and noticed that the usual evening entrance was blocked but I saw a gentleman come out of the other door. I parked near the second door and noticed that the man wasn't leaving and seemed to be watching me exit my vehicle.

As I walked up I saw him turn around and push the automatic doors shut behind him so they must have already been turned off. I walked up a bit confused and said "it's not 1 am yet" he told me I needed to go to the other door.

My name is Akiem and I am writing this complaint to let you know about the horrible customer service that my wife received through your pharmacy at the West Hills location. There are three pharmacist at that location two of the main pharmacist home I’ll get names for as soon as I can I will.

I will never shop at Ralphs again. I bought a half gallon of milk and the milk didn't taste good. It wasn't expired and it was a Ralphs product as my husband went to exchange it at the Canyon Country Ralphs on Soledad today 1/4/20 the acting manager wouldn't exchange it without a receipt.

The milk had Ralphs on it and it wasn't expired until 1/11/20 but it had a bad taste. To provide good service to exchange milk could have made me a satisfied customer but now I would never shop there and will tell my experience to others not to shop here. Feeling fustrated!

I am a loyal customer at the Ralph’s in Westlake Village. The store is at the corner of Thousand Oaks Blvd and Westlake Blvd. I went to the store this evening for Christmas treats for my 10 year old sons 4th grade class.

I was there for about an hour when I heard the store was closing and to bring our items to the front . I don’t remember the lane I was in , but an Asian woman was ringing me up and a young bagger whom I did not recognize was bagging.

The bagger rudely asked me what kind of bags I wanted and I told her plastic. I told the cashier that I was going to grab another package of cookies because one pack was broken. Today, October 21, I went shopping to Ralphs in Stevenson Ranch, Ca. I was overcharged on many of the items. 99), minus $1 if you buy 5 mix and match items with I did. 99 but I didn’t get the discount from the mix and match items at all.

I went back back to the store and they only gave me $2 back on sodas because I was overcharged even more. I tried to explain that I still should pay less but the employe wasn’t helpful at all and had no clue what I was trying to explain!

Over the past several years you seem to be on a mission to remove your best products and keep the worst. Your inventory just gets more and more disappointing and I find myself shopping at Ralphs less and less and Target more and more. You have done it again. Congratulations! One of the best items in your store has been your warm corn that was individually packaged and available in the warming case where your whole chickens are. I learned today that you have removed the corn, mashed potatoes, and mac & cheese. Another bad decision that proves you are out of step with your customer base and just another reason for me to shop at Ralph's even less than I have been.

Well done on your customer experience awareness. You keep outdoing yourself in terms of disappointing your customers.

We spend an average of. $150.00 per week at this store. I am handycaped and appreciate using the electric shopping cart scooter. Often, the scooters are not charged and unusable. We have spoken to employees about this and have been ignored.

Also, many items that we buy regularly are often not on the shelves, empty spaces not restocked.

I rarely have to make a complaint against Ralphs Markets and I shop at Ralphs in Chatsworth, Porter Ranch, West Hills and sometimes Woodland HIlls. , West Hills, CA 91307. I bought two packages of Kroger Brand boneless skinless chicken breasts on sale.

Our Pavilion's at the corner has been closed to build a new one so we are having to shop at RALPHS in Sherman Oaks. I go into the deli a lot and get a certain kind of chicken. Quite a few times, they're gone before I arrive.

The nice lady at the deli told me, call ahead, we can put one aside for you. So today while working, I had a few minutes free, so I called. I spoke to FRANK in Sherman Oaks, He put me on hold and came back to say the Asado chicken was just coming out now and he wasn't sure if any would be left by the time I arrived.

I have been going to this Ralphs store ever since I moved to Glendale, I have a good report with most people because i'm a happy go lucky person. This particular representative has been rude to me twice. The 22nd time there was a witness (I did not know this witness).

The reps name is Ms. Aracelli (spelling could be wrong). She works in the Deli department. My first encounter with her was on a Friday night 9:00pm, hardly anyone was in the store this night. Wanting some of delicious fried chicken.

I go into the Weyburn Westwood Ralphs location quite frequently and am so sick of the homeless problem inside the store. I watch them stick their hands in food in open areas, open closed packages and even hear them screaming throughout the store.

I have on numerous occasions personally tell the manager, nothing is ever done, they allow it. I have also contacted corporate in the past, obviously nothing has been done. My next step will be to contact the Health Department and report this as a major heath concern as the homeless bring their germs and whatever is in their bags (bugs, disease, rodents) into the store. This is absolutely disgusting.

Have been a long time Ralph's customer. Have always been pretty much impressed with service and quality.

However, today I was shocked and embarrassed by what happened to me when I exited the store. My wheels were locked as soon as I passed the doors. I thought I had run over a foreign object. wait. She went inside the store and got a device that she pointed to my cart.

I asked what I had done wrong. She did not answer. The first try to unlock the wheels was unsuccessful. She had to backup into the store and try again. It unlocked the wheels and I went on my way.

I am filing a complaint about the Ralphs at 5225 Canyon Crest Dr, Riverside CA 92507. The Cashier Sal A. was very rude and impolite to the customers and made a terrible experience. " to Sal, he pretended he did not hear it and ignored me.

After asking me whether I have a Palphs rewards card, I said "Yes sir" and handed my key chain to him for scanning. After he is done, he rudely threw my key chain to the corner of the table and I had no way to reach it.

Ralphs on 14440 Burbank Blvd is dirty. Trash is all round the parking lot area. Main entrance trashcan is always overflowing. It is attracting homeless people. A big yellow pillar by the parking entrance way on Sylmar is about to fall for the best several months and still not fixed.

On Thursday October 11, 2018 my wife purchased a container of broccoli salad from the deli section of the Ralphs Supermarket located in Castaic, Ca. on The Old Road.

We ate approx. one half of the contents when my wife found a curled piece of metal in the salad. This piece of metal would be approx. 3 long if straightened out. The metal was curled as if it had been lathed off of a larger piece of metal. The ends are sharp.

Fortunately no family member ingested this metal. ( I should say so far as we know nobody ingested any metal.) If they had ingested it the potential for a serious medical problem would be great. A sharp piece of metal such as this could easily puncture the intestine, or because of its curly nature could easily entangle itself in, and around, tissue within the digestive…

This is a complaint against the Ralph's on 910 Lincoln blvd. Venice, ca 90291.

Specifically against the store manager Michael Osegueda and deli employee Sarah or Saca, the person who prepares sandwichs, this took place July 24th 2018 approximately around 3:30. The employee was extremely rude and discriminatory and when the matter was brought to the managers attention he provided the same rudeness.

The deli at this Ralph's is totally unclean, and food prepared is usually burnt or under cooked. The work area where food is prepared and served is terrible and I will also provide a complaint to the food administration alone with pictures I have taken to validate my complaint.

I had to call the Ralphs Customer Service today regarding a double charge that occurred last week. The employee named Chris ID Nr. SPH7660 was very unfriendly and unsupportive throughout the entire call. She started giving me attitude about my statements to the point of being rude.

The call ended by her hanging up the phone because she simply didn't want to talk to me any more. This was the worst service I experienced in the last 10 years of being a Ralphs customer and will influence my decision being a loyal future customer of the store.

This treatment reflects very poorly upon the store. I hope they will find more qualified employees in the future. POOR SERVICE!

On December 19, 2017 at Ralphs located at Buena Vista and Victory in Burbank my wallet was missing. I asked your store security guard and store manager if my wallet had been found or turned into lost and found, both your store manager and security guard seemed sure it the wallet had not been turned into lost and found. Not true.

After reviewing your surveillance camera videos Burbank Detectives shared with me, your security tapes clearly show the security guard stealing my wallet. This is grand theft. I spoke with Mary at Ralph corp. office and she has not responded back to me as she promised she would.
