I arrived on 1st November. The Hotel reception is not clean . I had to clean up myself to sit-down and clean up reception area. there like 5 people who do nothing but cross their arm and argue with the guests and the housekeeper manager was asking for money to celebrate one the employees birthday.

I was treated with a very disrespectful manner in regards to the housekeeper manager . She is very abusive with her co workers , guests and hotel personnel. If I was the headquarters manager. I will replace disrespectful people. Work place should be a peace of mind not a hostile.

Guest should feel relax and comfortable not disrespected and not verbally abused.

I stayed at the remote in Costa Mesa California for two nights in August. The day I checked out I had twisted my leg my knee and my ankle and I got a late check out and was trying to clean up the room when the manager told me to leave and

said the room was a mess and that he was going to keep my deposit and would not let me go back into the room to get my phone or glasses thankfully my phone was in my car but my eyeglasses prescription he would not let me get a couple days later I got a $250 cleaning fee there's no way I made that much of a mess nothing was damaged it was just messy it would not let me clean up before I left can I get that back or do I have to accept that cuz it doesn't seem like that's fair that seems like a very high amount for a messy room no damages again no damages…

I was staying at the chinook motel in Lethbridge supposedly for 5 nights At 4am on Saturday may 20 th someone was repeatedly knocking on my door 115) Being that I was by myself it scared the life out of me!! I phoned front desk to ask if they had security for the Ramada and chinook They said yes so I told them the situation I had locked myself in the bathroom and waited and waited to find out what was going on!!

Finally phoned front desk and asked if security had checked things and yet. He stated oh they were already there and there was nothing for me to worry about! No worries no worries he said and hung up! Why did he not phone me to let me know security had came and dealt with the situation????

Extremely rude staff well shuttle driver was sooooo rude. ReDing reviews not the first person to say that. That guy needs to be fired. People are on vacation spend money and Don’t deserve to be treated like that. He’s in customer service.

I was given room (#C20) right across from the breakfast Cafe was noisy all morning. The room next door was a short stay ( 3/4 hrs room) which people were slamming the door all night and the housekeeper was super noisy just cleaning the room.

The parking lot was too small; the additional parking lot is too far from the hotel. It was a brutal walk for me, because I'm disabled. There are only two handicap parking spots in the main parking lot near the hotel so ( IF YOU'RE HANDICAP OR DISABLED I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL) The outside of the hotel is being renovation which I wasn't informed over the phone by Mr.

We have a major complaint as we stayed at Ramada plaza from 1st May 2023 till 5th May 2023. My husband had booked in the name of Manoj Rathi 13 suite rooms for our relatives. 30 Am , wasnt served.

I launched a full complaint regarding this experience which is one of the worst I’ve ever had. Hotel had a major leak with sewage smell throughout the property. The smell was strong and absolutely terrible- my son was gagging. The smell was in our room as well the entire floor stank terribly. We had checked in late (1am or so) after being at the theme park all day and I immediately contacted the front desk. They said the issue would be cleared up in the am. This morning, while at the premises of Ramada by Wyndham, Juhu, Mumbai, I was shown a list of names and told that since my name was on the list, my car cannot be parked in the Hotel premises.

I felt extremely humiliated at the approach (and probably a tad discriminated) because being able to park my vehicle is a basic service that I expected a Five star hotel to offer. On inquiring further, I was told that because I am learning Swimming at the premises of the hotel, my name features in the list; hence I am not allowed to park my car and I should park it outside the hotel premises. We stayed at the Ramada in Tempe on Mar. 20, 2023. My cousin had been paying for the hotels and other items with Visa Debit Card. The clerk would not accept it because her name was not on the front, these cards don't come with names.

The clerk kept asking for cash instead. 00 damage deposit on the room. I took pics of the damage already there. The bathroom was not clean, the bathtub. The counter and edges were dirty. There were no safety bars to enter the bath safely.

I walked barefooted on the floors to my bed and my feet were dirty. After cleaning my feet thinking it was from my shoes I walked again and found my feet very dirty brown. The floors obviously had not been cleaned in a very long time !

I stayed at the Ramada Inn in Trenton the March 17th - March 19th, 2023. I neglected to stop by the front desk to get my $250 security deposit back and have since contacted the hotel everyday since to get the deposit back via etransfer and have yet to receive it.

I have been told only the owner can do the etransfer, but I have no way to contact the owner as they cannot give out his/her information. They have all my information.

The service was not helpful at all. I booked the room with a check in time for 4 pm, I didn’t get into the room until 5:30- 5:45. I had 3 kids with me that wanted to swim and just get into our room, but we couldn’t.

I went to the desk 4 or 5 times only to be told over and over that our room was not ready . So I took it upon myself to go look at the room , the room was done I even asked housekeepers if it was done, they told me yes.

I took this info back to the desk only to be told that it didn’t work like that. I was lost for words. I would like a full refund and a free nights stay upgraded to a suite.

This is Ramada in Belleville Ontario. Missing tub plug and other things missing minimal or no effort by staff. Breakfast bad no food early. Lied to said many floors available only one and can’t book specific room ahead of time .

Looks like place up for sale should be condemned. Taking money is a crime when looks like just fixing to sell. Don’t take my word for it send someone undercover and see if all those hundreds of complaints are wrong.

If place is under construction they are closed for business.

On Feb 20, 2023, i visited holy city with my elderly parents. We did not have reservation when we arrived at the Ramada Amritsar. The front desk staff asked me for a foreign documents since myself and parents are Canadian citizens.

John’s,NF. Location on February 26,2023. I had the most horrible and traumatic experience of my life there. We had been hearing loud banging noise for about 30 mins followed by the fire alarm. Called down to the front desk to see if it was real or malfunction, was told to leave immediately upon trying to leave with my daughter I was physically attacked by a man with fire extinguisher managed to fight him off and

My wife Stephanie paid for parking. Our flight leaves at 6:20. I walked to front desk and ask the attendant about what we needed to do as we booked parking and needed transportation to airport. We stayed at the Marco Polo Beach Resort in Suny Isles Beach Florida last Wednesday, December 21. I believe the room number was 416 but I could be wrong on this. We stayed for one night.

Our major complaint is that for a "resort" the room was out of date and in need of repair. For one, while there were many lights, only those closest to the bed worked. There was a table in the room but the top of the table was in need of repainting; the surface was very rough and was peeling. The faucets in the bathtub (boh for the bath and the shower) were falling out of the wall. Finally, the button on top of the toilet for flusing was rusted and had turned a blue color. It was in need of replacement.

Booked a room at 9pm on 11/26 on corporate website for a room. Waited in lobby 2 hours and the very rude night manager indicated he has not received my reservation yet. He suggested I cancel, which I did. He never infer I was still gonna be charged.

Just caught an employee name of Chelsea performing felatio in the room she was cleaning. Left the door wide open and just walking through the hallway heard what I thought was choking so I looked in to find this Chelsea employee performing oral sex on a hotel guest or another staff member.

I said very abruptly that she needed to stop what she was doing with that young man and they both had best be ashamed of themselves. That there's families with Children and this again was not proper behavior. She was unwilling at first to give me her name but I did get it out of her as no name tag other then Ramada was displayed on her black shirt.

I’ve never dealt the worst customer service ever. Every time I book on hotel app the front desk is canceling. Tonight is Xmas eve and I’ve been standing in the lobby since 1130 this morning. I book a room this morning for today and tomorrow then I called the front desk.

The Ramada inn Wyndam at IAH on JFK in Houston. The website gives the wrong phone number so we had to take a double tree shuttle and walk the rest of the way The room sheets were dingy stained and frayed.

There was a dead roach in the room that I told the front desk about and it wasn't removed for my three day stay. The refrigerator and microwave were dirty. The hotel had an oder. This hotel needs corporate attention.

I was not returned by $100 deposit because of some BS policy at the motel. I had extended my state and a friend showed up to help me pack because I have mobility issues and I walk with a cane.

I knew the policy but it was my last day and as I said I have mobility issues. The girl at the front desk even waved the money in my face and told me you're not getting this back. Not only did I feel this was an extreme and personal attack against me I needed that money.

I will never say this motel again nor will I ever recommended to anyone.

Me and my mother checked into the Ramada Windham on North Broadway in Lexington, Kentucky. We were there for 2 days before we realized we had roaches the sink was broken and the toilet would not flush. Being I was sick and getting ready for surgery the next day from arrival we were there 4 days in total. We switched rooms on the 2nd day. There needs to be some serious work done there. The manager was great but I will not return to the Ramada until some serious changes have been made.

I am writing to you as I stayed at the East Syracuse Ramada hotel this past weekend (Friday Oct 28-30). I have stayed at my fair share of hotels and I am beyond disappointed with my stay this past weekend.

I am completely understanding in that we are living in a world where there are many staffing shortages. This was very apparent at your hotel as I had a hard time finding anyone to speak with or help. When I was waiting to check in, the gentleman working at the front desk was in the midst of calling one of his colleagues to come in and cover for him. I'm a patient person so I let this go. To start our stay, we had a ton of stuff to bring to our rooms and the elevator was broken/out of order.

I stayed at the Ramada inn by Wyndham Davenport Orlando south on 10/15/2022. I had 2 rooms. the odor made us all sick. The room was filthy. There was mold in the bathroom. The carpet was stained and torn. I have stayed in many other Ramada inn,but this was a disaster.

None of us got a good nights sleep. We couldn’t wait to leave. The management were not helpful at all. which I am doing. I hope there will be some compensation for this experience

From the sign in thru the 3 days in this miserable location there is absolutely nothing good to say. Reception very impolite, no welcome feeling.? “OUT OF ORDER” signs on rest rooms, elevators, bar area (all hand made) unpleasant odor on 4th floor, room windows filthy or have lost their seals, smallest soap bars that did not hold up thru shower.

TV remote controls not working. Returned 3 to front desk, no replacements no offer to have new ones in room. Items advertised on web page not accurate. Simply not there. This hotel, bearing your name, needs a complete remodel and removal of the very unpleasant owners.

It is a disgrace to your corporate name.

Never stay at the Ramada Wyndham in Windsor Locks, CT.

First of all…no one is trained properly. Brooklyn, #1 employee that needs training. ) -broken TV - this is where Brooklyn need extensive training: she says I’ve never been into any of the room and I don’t even know the make and model Of the TV to try to fix it.

We choose Ramada for a place to stay as our experience has consistently been well maintained, clean and hotels that reflect both what the website offers and what Ramada advertises. We were appalled by our recent stay (August 16th, 2022) at the Calgary Northwest Ramada located at 2363 Banff Trail North West, Calgary, AB CA.

Our room did not reflect Ramada standards: the bathroom wall beside the toilet was dirty, the toilet ran continually, the tub taps turned endlessly before receiving any water, bathroom door had been slightly banged in and would not close properly, and wall Kleenex keeper fell out of the wall enclosure.

In the room the wall light came on sometimes but mostly did not work, the bedside lamp had a the switch missing and my husband had to use pliers to turn it off and on,…

I was told the facility was pet friendly. Wrong. We got there at 1 pm. Told we had to wait until 3, which we did and understood completely. Only to find out 2 hours later that the 'web page' was Wrong, and that needed to be changed. no shit.

I booked a room for my family and myself for May 9th. I booked the Multiple bed suite (1 King bed and 2 queen beds) through Hopper, I have my reservation showing the room. Upon arrival we were told there's no way we booked that room, the front desk canceled our reservation and charged my card $225, which is no where near what I paid through Hopper!

If that wasn't bad enough, the AC did not cool below 80 and humid in the room. Called desk in the evening 2 times, once to tell them and once to see if we could at least get a fan.

Everyone (including my 7 year old daughter and 1 year old son) was drenched in sweat the entire time making it a very miserable time. Upon checkout we once again complained and were simply told she would see what she could do about a discount.

I had a room booked in Lloydminster, called to see if it was possible to have an early check in and the person at the front desk couldn't understand english. I told them my name and that I already had a room booked and he kept saying Joey which isn't even close to my name and wanted to book me a new room.

3rd 2021. I asked to have to room serviced next day and it was not. The toilet was leaking and they fixed that. I called the front desk 3 times to get new towels and noting happened. I had to go down to the desk and ask again for some towels.

The A/C does not work and it is 80 F IN THE ROOM. And there was no breakfast and no discount for that. I was told if I know anybody who wants to work to send them in to apply.

I stay in a lot of hotels and this is the first with no breakfast.

Also when I booked this on line I was not told that was a deposit or no breakfast. I would like to have some one call me about this matter. Thanks,EM

I phoned up and booked 2 rooms from 26th June to 28th June, Then a friend asked us to stay another night so we could go to her birthday party on the Monday night. I phoned the ramada again and asked them to book us in for another night, they said OK no problem.

When I booked in on Saturday I confirmed again that it was for 3 nights they said yes . On the Monday morning was told we would have to check out as the hotel was fully booked, I explained I booked it for 3 nights and made doubly sure it was 3 not 2.

They told me sorry and they were doing me a favour by letting us stay till 2 so we could pack our stuff. I have sjogrens syndrome which means as well as other symptoms I cannot control my body temperature so this meant us sitting in our car in high heat for 6 hours waiting for the…
