I was told the facility was pet friendly. Wrong. We got there at 1 pm. Told we had to wait until 3, which we did and understood completely. Only to find out 2 hours later that the 'web page' was Wrong, and that needed to be changed. no shit.

We had to scurry and find a pet friendly that just ruined the day. I was charged for 3 days and need a refund please. Ramada Wyndham. 6422 Baltimore national turnpike. Thank you

I booked a room for my family and myself for May 9th. I booked the Multiple bed suite (1 King bed and 2 queen beds) through Hopper, I have my reservation showing the room. Upon arrival we were told there's no way we booked that room, the front desk canceled our reservation and charged my card $225, which is no where near what I paid through Hopper!

If that wasn't bad enough, the AC did not cool below 80 and humid in the room. Called desk in the evening 2 times, once to tell them and once to see if we could at least get a fan.

Everyone (including my 7 year old daughter and 1 year old son) was drenched in sweat the entire time making it a very miserable time. Upon checkout we once again complained and were simply told she would see what she could do about a discount.

I rented two rooms at the Ramada inn by Wyndham in harrisburg PA . The first room when you turned on the sink the whole faucet lifted up and the TV didn't work. I had the guy from the front come help .

He couldn't fix it and he said that he would give us another room. Never did. The second room had mold on the shower curtain. The lobby bathroom had a died cockroach,. The ceiling in the breakfast area fell down.

There was a cookie on the stairs that stayed there the whole time we were there. The pool area had pizza box and other wrapped there the whole. The cleaning cart was disgusting. I don't know how this place is still open.

My husband, grandson and I stayed at the Ramada Gateway on April 6th 2022 for his schools FSA tests. We decided to make a fun one night stay, since we never get to. When we got there we had room 438 we walked by other rooms that looked great.

3 pillows on each bed a nice foamed ice bucket on the table. The room looked great at least 4 we passed by like that. Our room there was 4 pillows the curtains were closed which I thought odd. The ice bucket was on the bathroom sink hard plastic old and no liner. There was no microwave.

I called 2 times about extra pillows and nothing. So I went down to get golf clubs and asked again by 7 still no pillows. I took the clubs back when I took my grandson to the arcade Again for the 4th time a asked for a couple extra pillows.

I have never found enough to complain about a hotel until our recent stay at the Ramada by Wyndham at 2420 Music valley Dr, Nashville, Tn 37214. My wife and I chose that particular hotel because we have stayed at other Ramadas around the country countless times with no issues.

This hotel was so run down and dingy with discolored carpet and badly maintained hallways. Starting in our room (#123): There are multiple chips of plaster and paint missing on the walls, The bathroom door handle is about to fall off, the bathroom light will not come on for some reason, the carpeting is discolored with many old stains, the toilet seat is barely attached and

Ramada in North Bay, Ontario has not cleared their parking lot of snow or ice. My wife came to see me in the conference centre and slipped and fell in parking lot. Tearing and speaking ligaments. We wrote to them via email and have had no reply.

It occurred on Sunday Feb. 27 at approximately 1 pm. The lot is still snow covered and a danger to others.

I stayed 1 night n decided to stay another so I checked out n got another room well the 2nd day I left for few hours came back n my key wouldn't work so I went to office n they kicked me out because the maid saw ashes in my room which I don't smoke cigarettes I asked well did she smell any smoke n they said no so

I stayed at the Ramada inn in Oceanside California on January 8. Upon check-in I had a credit card but was asked if we could give a $200 deposit instead of using my credit card as a deposit. Front Desk was absolutely insistent and I was exhausted and agreed because it was late.

The next morning while checking out I was told that I could not have my cash deposit back because a towel had wine on them and there was some wine on the bed sheets. Yes, there was wine on the towel because some had been spilt on the nightstand and I use the towel to wipe it up. Was there another solution?

I am making a second complaint about the front desk worker making a false complaint about me and keeping my 150 deposit now I called the police got a claim number but nothing was done about the incident and they allowed this addict to make false claims about my room be cc cause of invents and vanilla candle s smell I need assistance immediately concerning this very very horrible hotel.

Hi, I stayed at Eskişehir Ramada encore otel on 28/09/2021 with my family. We visited otel room before stayed. Room was very cold . We said to responsibles room is cold ,he said that we will open the ventilation system.

3rd 2021. I asked to have to room serviced next day and it was not. The toilet was leaking and they fixed that. I called the front desk 3 times to get new towels and noting happened. I had to go down to the desk and ask again for some towels.

The A/C does not work and it is 80 F IN THE ROOM. And there was no breakfast and no discount for that. I was told if I know anybody who wants to work to send them in to apply.

I stay in a lot of hotels and this is the first with no breakfast.

Also when I booked this on line I was not told that was a deposit or no breakfast. I would like to have some one call me about this matter. Thanks,EM

I phoned up and booked 2 rooms from 26th June to 28th June, Then a friend asked us to stay another night so we could go to her birthday party on the Monday night. I phoned the ramada again and asked them to book us in for another night, they said OK no problem.

When I booked in on Saturday I confirmed again that it was for 3 nights they said yes . On the Monday morning was told we would have to check out as the hotel was fully booked, I explained I booked it for 3 nights and made doubly sure it was 3 not 2.

My 20 year old daughter made reservations to stay at Ramada on 6/21 as she had an early morning flight 6/22. D. in which she provided. She was immediately told she couldn't stay there as she needed to be 21 to check-in.

Stephanie told her that she needed to cancel her reservation and find another place to stay. My daughter was distraught, she was alone and had no car with all of her luggage. Stephanie was very rude and had a bad attitude and very unsympathetic.

I went to the hotel to book a banquet hall for an event. The first thing I noticed was the glass doors were dirty, at least a week of hand prints on the glass. I sat in the lobby for 20 minutes. No one came out.

Several guests ask myself and the elderly lady I was with, had we seen anyone. One guests even complained about no breakfast this morning as advertised. I only wanted to talk to a staff member about my upcoming event. I was saddened.

My complaint is the lady up front at the front desk is very very negative and we reserve the room for three nights and we were trying to get in an hour earlier than 3pm on Tuesday thr 8th of June and she made no effort to help us try to do that.

She's just a negative person and hopefully she doesn't take $100 deposit again for no reason. I think that's kind of harassment don't you think. She doesn't like us staying here but we've never gave the hotel problems or been disruptive to other guests.

We always stay at this hotel because its nice and clean. But the front desk lady is not very friendly or helpful. We had to stay out in our cars until exactly 3 pm and we even agreed to pay the extra fee to let us in early.

She still refused us for an early room.

This was an absolute nightmare of a stay. The problems started at night. We had the window open for fresh air and when we tried to get to sleep, all we could hear were the washing machines going as we were right above the laundrette and the stinky bins.

At 1am in the morning, staff decided to put things noisily in the bins and then there was loads of shouting and swearing from guests who were drunk. Asked staff to sort which they didnt, rubbish!!

Upon checking out your property 6/15/20, at Denver International/Tower Rd. I forgot a valuable charger in rm 309! Housekeeping did not turn it in, and the room has been checked out again! The head superviser in charge was very nasty, & rude about helping me out this situation, and I will never stay at Ramada again!

The Ramada Plaza in Prince George owes Del Communications for two advertisements. One in the Resource Connector and one in the Northern Regional Construction Association Directory, We dealt with Tony Royan. These invoices are way past due. We have left many messages not only for Tony Royan but for Shirley Tiller the hotel manager.

We never get a return call ! 00 against the hotel if we cannot get paid.

I agreed to the cash trusting that the error would be corrected in the morning and I would receive my money back as I used to work at the Ramada inn Davenport at its previous location at which time was a wonderful place for many differant things which is one reason I trusted my stay to them.

Not only was I seriously over charged there was not one amenity that would qualify this place to be a 1 star motel sure not a 3 to 4 star.

also price line was involved you would think I would have be refunded at least part of my money yet not one red cent. I will not use either place in the future. I have contacted several businesses to suggest they no longer support this bussiness.

This complaint is about the Ramada inn in Campbell river b c Canada. The staff are very friendly and courteous! This has to do with the pool and hot tub It has become quite unclean especially the hot tub We are a group of ladies that have been swimming there for quite awhile never had a problem but

and the high level of chlorine can provoke asthma, lung irritation, and potentially skin and eye irritation and also damage the electric device which is water resistance / proof. And I have suffered from it as i get a skin problem and eye irritation and also My cellphone that is IPHONE X and A smartwatch FOSSIL GEN4 smartwatch is get damage from water.

I was on vacation a couple of weeks ago and came in to check in late on the evening of Aug. 16, 2019 at your property located in Pueblo, CO, the Ramada Wyndham. I booked it with a phone agent, which turned out to be a 3rd party, and scammed me.

I am still attempting to recover the balance. We checked in to what apparently was the last room on a very busy Friday night, I'm assuming it was because it was obviously for a handicapped guest, we had been to 2 or 3 other hotels who were booked solid.

We were very happy to find a room since it was very late and we were really tired after being on the road driving from Nebraska. We opened the door to our room and the TV was already on- It was also advertised to be a non-smoking room, but cigarette smoke was very evident.

We arrived after 9:00 pm, but it was warm in Espaola, NM. The refrigerator was turned off. The light bulb was out between the beds, so we checked it out and the outlet it was in was not working. We got an extension cord because my husband has a bi-pap he uses at night for sleeping and it would not reach the next nearest electric outlet.

there were no bags for laundry and there was cigarette burns on both bedspreads. My husband has to keep his diabetic meds refrigerated and it was advertised as having a refrigerator. The next morning we went down for their breakfast and there was only cereal, toast and muffins and coffee and tea. No protein at all.

I made reservations for May 29, 2019 for my family at the Ramada in Henderson, Kentucky. We were supposed to be in adjoining rooms because my elderly parents have mobility issues. Once we arrived, we were placed a distance away.

I was told it was because they had only one pet room (I notified when I made the reservation that I had a Pomeranian). ” My sister told her to go wash her hands and told me to look at the sheets.

Never told before booking under construction 400 E E Butler Pky Gainsville GA. The noise was unbelievable jack hammers from 7 am to 7 pm, dust, was moved three times because of issues. Air condition quit in one unit, moved, noise was terrible moved again, the last straw was the third bed sat on end and it came up.

We checked out was there for a family reunion and have stayed here for the past several years. The side doors were not secured, lights out in the elevators no excuses for dust on the 4th floor. I have video of the conditions that I can share with you.

We had to wait 30 min to get checked in. The front desk would not accept my reward number to earn points because I booked online. Our room had no wash cloths to use for cleaning ourselves. The front desk lady was extremely rude and very unprofessional.

When we went up to the front desk to ask about the wash cloths she was being rude to another guest. When we asked her for her name because she was being so rude she asked us to leave. At breakfast on the Friday morning the restaurant was extremely busy yet there was only one coffee machine working. After a few minutes the machine stopped working. I mentioned this to the restaurant manager who shrugged his shoulders and made no attempt to sort it out.

On Saturday morning we left our room to go to breakfast to find not one of the lifts were working. I went back to our room and phoned down to reception but no one answered. We then had to walk down from the 11th floor which is no joke when you are elderly and have bad knees!

To make matters worse the receptionist just said it would be fixed in 5 minutes no matter when he was asked and he had no answer to the question why the phone wasn't answered. Many people were complaining all the time.

We had a family member staying there and we took the kids there to swim and when we got in the pool there was a electrical wire fully exposed under the water that was not capped safely ... On top of that there were no pool towels in the pool area so I asked the front desk for just four and I was told NO I CANT GIVE YOU ANY CAUSE I BEEN TAKING TOWELS TO THE POOL ALL DAY .....

Second Shift Front Desk Person has refused to put cookies out for afternoon complimentary snack for the past two days. He promised my 13 year that he would have cookies out for them on 3/25/2019. We returned from dinner. I asked him about the cookies.

He said that he was very busy and could not get cookies out. As far as I see, that front lobby was very slow since have been observing. I am very disappointed. As a matter a fact my son asked about those cookies around 4pm on 3/25/19 and that front desk person said they would be out around "tea time"?

I would like to start by saying that this was the worse experience I have ever had staying at any hotel. When we first checked in, we were given a room that was already occupied. We actually unlocked the door an went into someone else's room. A potentially very dangerous situation. Someone could have been hurt or worse. We didn't get the room that was originally booked on booking.com. We booked a 2 br deluxe king suite with 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, and a king sofa bed. We got a regular king suite with a king sofa bed. This was not enough room for all of us.

Room was a mess with garbage everywhere. I have pictures. Staff was rude and not accommodating. They said they would credit a discount which has not happened. They even went in and changed the address associated with my reservation so I can't file a complaint with customer service.

I am extremely dissatisfied as well as appalled. 3 layers of sheets on the hide-a-bed all covered in sand and stains.

This is a follow up complaint at Ramada Suites by Wyndham Wailoaloa Beach Fiji, (original complaint was from Donna), where we got moved out of room 555, because the owner unexpectabtly showed up. The hotel tried moving us to a smaller room.

We complained and requested an upgrade to a ocean view room (hotels 1/2 empty). We unhappily settled on the same floor plan a floor lower. Moving rooms may not seem much of a hard ship but keep in mind these are “suites” and we just bought groceries and supplies for 17 days.

Of course I don’t expect to hear anything back from Ramada or the “independently owned and operated under a franchise/license agreement” representivies. So! Our only course of action to penaltize the hotel is to not spend any more money with-in the hotel.

We booked 17 days into Ramada Suites by Wyndham Wailoaloa Beach Fiji, January 12-26, 2019. On our second day, we were asked to move rooms, because the owner was coming, and always stayed in suite 555. The room they wanted to move us to was smaller than the one we were in. We asked for an upgrade to Ocean View, and were denied several times. After much discussion, we got the same floor plan one floor lower. We had gone grocery shopping the day before & filled our fridge/freezer as we plan to make some meals during our long stay. Was not fun having to pack up & move everything & receive NO Compensation!! Very disappointed that we weren’t upgraded! Especially since it’s low season here and the hotel is far from full. So much for enjoying paradise!

My 81 year old Husband checked in at Orlando airport Ramada Black woman at counter eas too busy tending her 2 little children she brought to work to give him accurate directions to room He heard her say other building We went to other hotel with all luggage in tow and embarrassed ourselves asking they were affliated to Ramad No I went back in and demanded a map of premises to show us were room was and she hives a map of vacinoty that was hand drawn and had nothing to do with the RAMADA HOTEL I TOLD HER SHE SHOULD NOT BE BRINGING HER KIDS TO WORK

She should have an understanding if the english language to help guests

First and foremost I wouldn't even give this place one star. We were to stay at the Ramada Plaza downtown Atlanta on Saturday December first while traveling to the SEC Championship game. We booked two rooms. Upon our arrival that day around 2;00 pm we were told that we couldn't check in until 4:00 pm.

The guy at the desk was totally uninterested in being helpful. He wouldn't check me in and say that a room would be available after 4:00 just said I couldn't check in. (Never had that happen in any hotel) Later on it became obvious as to why.

I informed him that we were going to the football game at 4:00 and needed to be able to park there. There was a security gate that needed a pass. He said; "oh" and simply punched in a access card and handed it to me.

The guy never even asked me my name.…

I am writing to you about an error in the bill I booked for my 1-night stay at your Ramada Hotel 1575 Regal Row Dallas, Texas 75247 on October 24, 2018. I did go on ID90 Travel to inquire about the location but I never entered my credit card information. I noticed you can reserve a room without using a credit card. The confirmation I received was 1135779711.

When I made the reservation for this room by phone, I specifically asked the Reservations clerk Jessie whether the special rate was for Southwest Airlines employees. She explained to me that the discounted price was discounted. I also asked if the hotel was close to the airport and if they had a shuttle. The reservation agent booked my room and provided me my confirmation number, which was 7387630082535.
