We purchased a dresser from Raymour and Flanigan. It was delivered on February 3, 2023. When they unwrapped it from the blanket that was covering it, it was covered in frost. We wiped it off continuously, as we did not want it to ruin the finish.
It took some time, as the moisture kept returning. We then noticed that there was damage to the dresser. We notified the Sales woman immediately. It took 2 emails to her before we received a text message that R&F had set up a service appointment to come and look at the dresser to assess the situation.
No follow up phone call from the company, just a text message stating a service appointment had been set up for March 10, 2023. (35 days away) Our bedroom started to smell like mold the following day. The smell worsened.
Our whole bedroom smells…
