00 on a temperpedic mattress & box spring. Box spring does not fit bed, not wide enough. Cannot get service until Feb. 22. Unacceptable!! Need to use that bed for company this weekend. Very unhappy customer. Did not expect lack of service from you!

We purchased from Raymour&Flanagan a sleeper and love seat in March of 2023… We also purchased a mattress and bed… There has been an issue with the way the love seat and sleeper material is wearing….(pilling) We purchased all items at the Raymour& Flanigan store in Watchung NJ 07069.. Filed a complaint with our salesman ….complaint entered incorrectly and serviceman came and was useless and uncooperative…..have reached out to salesman and complaint has fallen on deaf ears…this is my third request on this matter and will move to a higher level if need be….

Hi I purchased a sleeper love seat and mattress on 04/13/2023…items purchased at the Watching NJ 07069… Since that time many issues have come up with the quality of the goods…I called the store spoke with the salesman we used (Stuart Wald) and gave him the info…the material on the sleeper and love seat was pilling and made the items undesirable…the bedding was not put together properly….

a very poor experience and left a bad taste… Customer Service is your bread and butter and this was not very good… I spoke to a rep and expedited the issue and have yet to hear from anyone…. Purchased a Foresthill Sectional 1.5 years ago. The "cuddler" cushion is sagging and badly wrinkled. Even though the manufacturer, HM Richards offers a 5 year cushion replacement warranty, Raymour & Flanagan refuses to provide a new cushion replacement core.

Terrible delivery service! Don’t waste your money paying for this. Rent a truck and do it yourself! I ended up doing the entire delivery and set up myself. Nasty and rude customer service from store and delivery department.

First time I’ve ever shopped there and the LAST!!!

I purchase a king size both side storage bed. Raymour & Flanigan delivered defective scratched and damaged bed. twice I did not received the defective bed.

Third time I received and found that delivered Bed is defective, scratched and damaged as well. Long time I wait for a brand new replacement bed and I slept without bed because my old bed already donate to someone. I paid for a brand new bed.

I contact with Raymour & Flanigan. No good reply received. I did not proper service what I suppose to.

I bought a few items from the store located in 2795 Richmond Ave NY 10314, the items was six dinning chairs, two accent chairs and the third was living room center table set. The coffee table was a floor sample.

I received the items Friday June 2nd but didn’t untapped it until the next day June 3rd. I found coffee table was broken. I called the sales person and he promised me will o something. I have his message as a proof.

When I didn’t receive any reply from them I went the store to talk to them. The store manager was rude to me and she said: my simple answer is No, you want to take us to court or do whatever you want to do.

I purchased a zero gravity chair in December paid $1400 in April I see it listed for $900. That is ridiculous. I want a refund I keep getting the runaround there is nothing they can do 90 days real price comparison they are rude they did not help me at all.

I’ve been a good customer. I put lots of furniture there and was going to buy a new living room set for now. I will never shop there again. Very bad customer service.

I just got this couch less than 24 hours ago and it is terrible. My back is killing me it is hard as a rock. I have called the store 3x in one day and one employee gaslights me, the other minimizes the issue.

This is the worse company because no one heard my complaint they just said due to their policy they cannot do anything about it. So as a professional, I'm wondering how such an established company does not stand by their product.

The minute you walk-in the store you are approached by sales staff. Which is fine. But once they have you involved they excuse themself to assist another customer leaving you waiting for 30 to 45 minutes for their return. Again the sales process began and gain you are left to wait while she assists the person she left you for the first time. Finally placed custom order. Waited 3 months. The Order was wrong. Sent it back .

I requested not to deal with this same sales person and she said I had no choice but to deal with her. I am cancelling this order and will never deal with Raymour again!

False marketing, delivery options are presented well however the two departments are not aligned, quality has gone down hill. Cash Cow then once you give your credit card no one want to assist. They owe me $200 that have yet to post to my original form of payment.

A 5-7 delivery turned into almost a month with no update. Horrible choice.

Bought Colton Sofa, Loveseat, and two swivel chairs. Purchased the platinum warranty as the salesman indicated it covered “everything” and “everything was in house” the pamphlet with the details of the plan given to me were in Spanish, a language I don’t speak, read or write in.

Shame on me for taking the word of the salesman. I had positive experiences with R+ F in the past and have spent 10’s of thousands over the years as my house is almost exclusively furnished by this company. The Colton is an inferior product not even 3 yrs later the leather is peeling and dye fading.. I submitted my claim.

Was promised a return call a week ago never got it. I call in get the news you will not stand behind the inferior product you sold. There is a saying about stepping over dollars to pick up…

We had a mattress evaluation today for a Stearns & Foster mattress that has depressions in the memory foam. 5"). The technician said that he did not have the Sterns and Foster measuring tool but used whatever one he had.

It is clear from the pictures that this mattress has depressions. This mattress is uneven and uncomfortable. I want Escalate this and will also be filing a report with ABC news consumer complaints.

We purchased a dresser from Raymour and Flanigan. It was delivered on February 3, 2023. When they unwrapped it from the blanket that was covering it, it was covered in frost. We wiped it off continuously, as we did not want it to ruin the finish.

It took some time, as the moisture kept returning. We then noticed that there was damage to the dresser. We notified the Sales woman immediately. It took 2 emails to her before we received a text message that R&F had set up a service appointment to come and look at the dresser to assess the situation.

No follow up phone call from the company, just a text message stating a service appointment had been set up for March 10, 2023. (35 days away) Our bedroom started to smell like mold the following day. The smell worsened.

Bought a recliner in mid December. The functions on the remote stopped working in early January. Made an appointment to have it fixed January 31. Service person came out and switched out the remote. Functions worked for half a day and stopped. back.

I purchased $10k worth of furniture in April 2018. After 1 year, my living room set completely fell apart. I purchased the Platinum protection plan. I went to the Nanuet store on 1/20/23 and was told since I purchased the platinum protection plan and my living room set is now discontinued, I could pick out a replacement set and get credit towards it.

I just needed to have the technician come to my home first. I just had the service technician tell me it’s wear and tear and not covered. I called the 809 number and the service 800 number snd can’t get anyone on the phone.

This is ridiculous and unacceptable.

Be careful of the good ole bait and switch. Biggest scammers ever!!! We went in to the buy mattress and living room furniture. After 2 hours of picking everything and telling is the “end of the year sale” prices. We go to fonish the transaction.

They tells us if we want the sale price we have to pay off a $5000 balance within 12 months but if we want extended financing(we were eligible for 36 months) then we would have to pay the full retail price because apparently thats double dipping. We walked out and the lost a 5k commission.

Went to Macys, got the same exact same mattress for $500 less than the sale price so from 2,500 it was 1,999. Bought similiar furniture and paid almost $1000 less WITH 36 month financing. STAY away they are scammers.

We purchased 2 living room couches last year on Black Friday. My son bought one (Sean P Reardon; seanreardon212@gmail.com) and I bought one from a salesperson named Aaron. We were told by Aaron that each came with a $100 gift card which we could use anytime in the future. We went in this year on Black Friday to purchase a bedroom set and were shocked to find out that these gift cards could not be honored as they expired in August!!! We never took the gift cards off of the cardboard backing that they were affixed to as we did not want to risk losing them. Unfortunately, that is where the expiration date was listed.

We received a 5th delivery for yet another piece of the sectional. Yet again, it was delivered damaged with a hole in it. On top of that, the delivery of our dining room table and chairs from Canadel in which we waited 5 months for; 4 out of the 6 chairs are the incorrect color and 1 of the 2 chairs that are correct have 2 small holes and white padding is showing through on the top where the black leather meets the wood.

I ordered a media credenza from the Millbury, MA store. The Sales Associate, Michael Smith, was very helpful and knowledgeable. I placed it on layaway at $50 about 8 weeks ago. I decided to pay the sale price in full last week so that I could get it delivered in the near future.

I am in the midst of stating a new job with various changing schedules so I had to change the delivery 2 times. The customer service rep at that location, Diane, informed me that it could be delivered on a Sunday, she then called the following afternoon and left a message saying that they CAN'T deliver it after all.

I brought a night table and when I received it there was a chemical odor to it. Raymour and Flangan exchanged it 3 times and all three tables had a chemical odor. They refuse to refund me and a customer service woman said "good luck trying to get your money back" and laughed.

I have purchased 3 recliners one broke after a year one broke after 8 months and they did repair or replace taking longer than I wanted but I am most disappointed that they no longer remove my old broken chair. I am 74 and handicapped and now have to pay a truck and driver to take the old one away.

Because they can’t mix an old chair and new one on the same truck. How about a divider or a crate to put old stuff in. I will not buy anymore anything from them. Yes I will buy my new bed somewhere else.

I ordered a mattress etc. on Sept. 10. I decided for personal reasons that I could no longer pay for this. The money was taken from GPO on Sept 12. I asked for my money back and I was told I could not get it back until the Sept 27.

I was also told if I could show the acct dept my checking acct proving that the money was taken. I could never imagine showing such Personal information to such an arrogant person Ms. Sutton? To even ask such a thing pretty shitty!

I would love this to be passed along to Michael Goldberg. My husband Bill Martin knew Mike when we lived on Deruyter lake. Tell him that Bill passed away last year and I had been married for 47 years and am struggling to deal with it.

had purchased a mattress from the store in Waterford Connecticut. My wife and i tried it out for awhile finding it was bothering our hip/back. They did tell us to come down and pick another one out. Which we did and it was another $900 dollars which wasn’t a problem.

But when they brought the new one it had a stain and there were no tags on it but we noticed now tags that night we wanted to make sure it was the right one. I called the next day to let them know the problem.

They said they had to talk to the delivery department. I call back 3 times that day and was told they haven’t heard back from then they must be busy. I am sorry but that is unacceptable. My wife and I had such a bad night sleeping because we were grossed that we received a used mattress.

I purchased a wardrobe closet from your store located at 1961 Broadway on August 31,2022. It was delivered on September 6. 2022. Shortly after the delivery persons left I discovered two scratches and two screws at the bottom that were not attached.

No complaint about Raymour and Fllanigan except quality of Recliners sold. Bought 2 recliners. One for me and my husband. Good thing I bought warranty. I'm on my 2rd and having them come out because rivets and washer fell out this time. First one frame brook, this one a rivet fell out within a week and hear cracking sound again. My husbands is starting with the cracking sound. I had other recliners that lasted years with no problems. This one is very uncomfortable even though it's suppose to be and looks just like the first. Won't be a year and a half since I purchased them and am sorry I did. They weren't cheap.

My wife and I purchased over $13,000 from Reymour and Flanigan. Since May of 2022 we havr been having issues with our order. We made service inquiry for our bed which service tech made notation that our bed was sold with the wrong base.

We recieved a phone call regaridng my bed I purchased which came with the wrong adjustable base. The associate whom I spoke with was very disrespectful and yelling at me during the phone call. She refused to provide me with her immediate supervisor or her ID number when promped.

Please need response from this. lady whom worked at service center in Randolph was very dismissive and unprofessional on the phone.

purchased a grey leather sectional approximately 14 months ago. There are a lot of issues with my sectional. After just 6 months the USB on the recliner part didn’t work anymore. I called where I purchased it and it took them 3 months to let me know that they couldn’t get the part because the sectional is discontinued.

Raymour offered to exchange the sectional but I already designed my living room according to the color of the sectional. Note just the other day the other USB on the opposite recliner doesn’t work and the recliner seats are sinking.

I’ve purchased your furniture for the past 40 years. I’m very disappointed in the quality.

Sofa. I tech came out to look at both arm rests. On edge of one side it feels all bumpy and padding is obviously not in correct place. The other side is smooth. The tech said there was nothing he could do that its,"customer perception" that there is something wrong.

I have purchased many items from Raymour and Flanigan in the past but have been incredibly disappointed and disgusted with our latest furniture purchases. We bought a sofa, loveseat, ottoman and matching end tables a few years back. We immediately began to have issues with the ottoman that started to rip on the seams.

We had multiple visits from their repair group. After multiple visits to repair the same issues they decided it best to send a new ottoman. The new ottoman again warranted multiple visits from the repair group. Yet again, it was deceide that we should go to a store and pick a new ottoman as the previous two had serious defects.

The worst experience. Spent $11k in one day and want to return it all, that is once I actually received my 2nd delivery after they failed to even show up on the day it was scheduled. From lying about availability to missing delivery completely and failing to show up, they also failed to provide basic information in the credit financing application giving me 0 access to an account they maxed out.

They repeatedly told me that I'd get information in the mail, but the mail never came... why? Because they didn't give TD Bank my address. Joke of a customer service department

My husband and I had been looking at recliners for months. One day we decided to drive over an hour away from us to visit the Raymour and Flanigan outlet store in Warwick RI. There is really nothing "outlet" about this store.

Right off the bat the sales associate did not seem to listen to a word we said. We wanted a gray fabric (not chenille) manual recliner and that's it. The reason we didn't want chenille is because a few year prior we purchased a chenille couch from, you guessed it, Raymour and Flanigan with the warranty and thing has been "pilling" to death since day one.

It looks awful and not coved under the warranty. He continued to show us expensive items of furniture that we id not ask for. We found a recliner that looked nice for the price and went home to discuss it further.…

To who it may concern: On Friday may 1st I got a delivery to my home, it was a warranty exchange. With this exchange the contents were 1 queen bedroom set , 1 full bedroom set and a sectional. The reason reason for this is that I am moving to Georgia on April 10th I called to make sure that GA was a state that was covered in my warranty as per my original sales Rep in 2018 Giovoni .

I purchased a lift chair 8 months ago from R & F outlet and by month 2 service man came to look at chair arm (right) because you are leaning on the support wood so i have to have a pillow on it so i do not hurt my arm ,the same sideis actually seperating from chair the answer was its normal wear and tear .

also the front cushion keeps colapsing ,we were told just fluff it up . now i am disabled and spend alot of time in this chair because of mobility problems (spinal stinosis ) . they were here last week and were told the same answer was its the same.
