Hello,

We spent $4000+ on a Bed room set to learn the Bed support has 3 Wooden Slacks to hold a Queens Tempur-pedic Mattress with ONLY 3 small Wooden Legs drilled in the middle of each Wooden Slack also... Someone please explain to me how the magnet on one of the Dresser doors ( to close the door) no longer works. I never heard of an magnetic support failing that's like Gravity failing on planet earth. Now back to the bed... The home furnishing consultant I originally placed my order with was dismissive afterwards and did not follow through after other agents left messages with him that I wanted to schedule my delivery. Today, after placing me on hold for several minutes, he asked if he could follow up with me tomorrow.

I replied no, because I've already waited long enough to schedule delivery of my furniture and mentioned that he never got back to me despite my forwarded requests. He then transferred me to another woman who handled the call well and was able to set up my delivery and take payment.

It shouldn't be this hard to pay a company and schedule furniture delivery.

I have a finance charge with td bank . My acct started getting interest accurring. I made payment 03/05 to cover 1 plan that was going to expire , then I made another payment on 03/07 . They cancel my payment made 03/05.

That plan 1 got interest tacked on. I called back on 03/12 spoke to Rep Rickeata ID#N57 . He says as per his manager Fernando ID #L37. 84 they will reverse interest and late fees. So I made payment. Now I called back 03/16 spoke to Whitney she is telling me I have to pay ,$837 by 03/25 to get interest reverse .

Bought a sofa with warranty in 2016. In November 2020 there developed a problem and I contacted the store nearest to me and was referred to Customer Care. We are in the midst of a pandemic so it’s exchanges via telephone and e-mail.

Advised sofa cannot be repaired . Technician will not visit home but a credit will be given. What I was not advised the credit was only for 14 days. Secured with the knowledge of a store credit amount was not indicated but I was satisfied in the knowledge of a store credit . Warranty expired in 2021.

February 2022 made a large purchase and inquired about store credit. Blatantly told time passed it was for 14 days I did not act upon it … a lost cause. Manager thru sales rep. Advised he has nothing to do with that out of his domain. Answer final.

We recently bought two mattresses from R & F for our new house. After a week sleeping on it, we found there is an issue with the King size one. One part of the king-size mattress is firmer, and in some parts feel less firm especially in the middle line longitudinal axis it's like a bit of hump on it).

Detail see the attached pictures. We thought it was caused by the split king size box spring. Two days later, we put the mattress on the floor, it was still the same. A technician was sent to our home and he put a level vial onto one of the corners of the mattress and pressed the three sides of the mattress.

Hi we spent over $5,000 dollars last week and had to exchange a piece of our purchased product (sofa) we were very upset to hear that we would be charged 30% for the pick up of the piece that didn’t fit after we spent so much money. This fee should’ve been waived as a curtesy.

Ordered a bed room set with one night stand. It took 1 year and a half to arrive. The set was broken and so it was reordered. It took 2 more months for it to arrive. But when it arrived the nightstand was damaged. We sent back.

It took 2 months for it to arrive. On 8/9/2021 I returned to the store to order a second night stand. They notified me on 1/26/2022 that the night stand was finally in the store. This whole time they said not to worry because they will send it.

00 during that time. In April of last year we purchased new furniture for our dining room and living room. While we could have paid cash we used your interest free promotion. Due to COVID it took about four months for everything to come in. We completely understand that.

The last piece our couch arrived in early August. In early September I had to call the store to inquire where our bill was. After a run around I was told it was late. I on the same call paid the bill via my Amex and was told the late fee would be waived.

It was but I just received my quarterly credit scores which was always between 825 and 845. Today 753 due to TD Bank sending a derogatory letter to the three rating agencies. After two hours with TD Bank and your staff no help.

Purchased a mattress set a year ago online. The customer service was great. A year later the mattress set is sinking in, call for replacement, they have my purchase information, but the service Never told me to check for a tag that says don't remove.

So they won't replace mattress. I have all the tags on but that one. The delivery was the one to cut plastic off mattress when delivered, if I was told that would have been the first thing I would of check for.

On 11/21/21 I went to the location in Rockaway, NJ with my bill of a purchase I made previously to change an order and pay off the remaining balance. I went first thing the store opened. I went to the desk to explain to them I wanted a TV console removed as it was in back order and the date they previously told me it would come in was pushed even further so I did not want it any more and chose another one.

I then wanted to pay the balance. I gave the lady at the desk (she was a young lady with blonde hair) cash and a check. They had an issue with the computers saying the system was down. There were three women in the first two behind the desk and an african american women standing in front.

Shopping here has turned into a complete nightmare. 98 I informed customer service same day stated it would refund the amount back to the card it would take 7 to 10 business days. I contacted them on 17 November 2021 still no refund.

Getting ahead of myself the furniture order was reassured as being available in the warehouse. Delivery was setup for4 December 2021. On October 17 th I made a purchase of a Senza bedroom set for $2700. On October 24th I received a broken dresser. The chest did not come in this delivery. Spoke to the managers, Alex and Frank at 4640 Roosevelt Blvd and I experienced a series of stories and lies and individuals who could not return my calls.

I was very surprised that a store of this magnitude can employ unprofessional managers. I am a senior citizen on social security. I have been living at the Bellevue Central Men's Shelter for the last 9 years. I receive $714 a month from Social Security. I was approved for a senior citizen apartment by the New York City Department of Homeless Services.

Anticipating this move, I ordered a sectional sofa from your establishment. I was promised by your sales associate that if there was any problem with the move-in that I would be refunded my money. Bought a bed set which was delivered on June 29, 2021. Right after a week of the bed being delivered, the bed starting creeking and falling apart. Even if one sat on the bed, the bed would creek. It was so uncomfortable sleeping on the bed. The service technician came to look at the bed (the appointment was not given for 3 weeks) and the technician just drilled the wood again and left. The technician said that there is nothing else he could do.

Poor planning and execution of delivery that resulted to damaged wall. Worst, the local Customer Delivery Department has no contractor or someone who will repair damages. Instead, they passed the burden of repair to me by saying that I need to find a contractor/s for work estimates on repairing the wall so they could just send payment.

Clearly, this is a destruction/damage to private property and is a criminal case if not resolved. It happened last 24 August 2021 around 9 am. As of now (01 Sept 21), nothing happened. No notification or whatsoever I received from Customer Service and totally, ignoring my request for repair.

We gave them so much business in a short period of time and regret about it now. Their furniture quality turned out to be not so good. ) - they did send their mattress company worker to evaluate but at the end did nothing.

No help- money spent into the wind. Warranty is a joke. Unbelievable! Serta mattresses are shifting to one side and they say it’s not a reason and warranty doesn’t cover that. When we were buying them they gave us a different “marketing” story!

This Company Deliver a box spring it was the wrong size i ordered it on line, call to have it exchanged. The company wanted another 80 for delivery, which i ask if this fee could be waived being that this is for a senior citizen on a fixed budget.

To contact someone to help with the problem took me 5 hours to have a manager call back and tell me they would not help only thing that could be done is to charge another 80 dollars for delivery of the right size. If i could give a negative 5 for the rating that would be generous..

Please don’t believe Store sales people. They are just to make money. I recently selected a mattress at Exton store and purchased at Delaware store. The price of the mattress is too high and you can’t really do a good selection at store.

They sold protection plans by promising a one time reselect in case of any comfort issue with no fee. But now they are asking a 100$ fee. I request don’t believe this store…they will deceive you in all the ways.

To whom it may concern: I purchased over 5,000 worth of furniture at the Middle Village store in Queens. When I received my delivery two pieces of my couch were missing. Well actually two pieces of my couch were the wrong color than the couch I had ordered, so was the dinning room table and two missing chairs.

Raymour and Flanigan damaged my home, they promised to resolve this and still haven't contacted me. They were supposed to deliver furniture yesterday 5/18 from 9-12 , at 2 PM I called and they said "someone will get back to you.

At 3 PM I called AGAIN to find out my furniture was never put on the truck for delivery, they knew this and never called to tell me. I missed work over this. I continue to leave messages for the manager in Hartford, Melissa Jacques who is always busy or in a meeting.

Whee should I start? My experience has been a nightmare from the very beginning. I will never shop Here again. No one cares about customers in this store. We spent over $10,000 and still they do not care. Almost all of the items received were damaged (7 out of the 10).

No resolution regardless of calls. They also did not send me the credit info on time and it affected my credit. Never ever again. Waiting for someone in upper management to call me because local store has no clue. Let’s hope that happens or i will not pay them at all.

I have been hung up on, three times, put on hold for over an hour, had no response to chat or text or voicemail, and just not have anyone pick up the phone for hours. All I want to do is to consolidate two deliveries.

It is impossible to get a person on the phone, in chat, email, or text. The customer is a victim to their schedule which deems the customer invisible. Better to use a more customer focused, responsive company than be put through this aggravation.

This is in reference to a 5 piece dining set-SAGA-I purchased in Nov. 2019 and had delivered in Dec. 2019. On March 23, 2021 I was sitting on one of the dining room chairs when it collapsed and I fell on the floor hitting my left knee and left hip.

I am 74 years young and weigh 140 pounds. Upon examining the chair, the leg had ripped away from the bolts and was completely off. I called your store on rt 10 and was told to write an email to bfraser.

I've written 4 and NEVER had a response nor a phone call. I've never experienced such poor customer service in my life. I had to call customer care again to make sure someone, anyone was going to come to my home and pick up the chair.

We ordered a two piece sofa and chase on December 10th and we’re told it’s special order. We were told it would be between 6-8 weeks for delivery. We called after 8 weeks and were told March 13th. I called today and was told May 16th. This is crap.

I am a little confused, no, make that a lot confused. I have been watching the Aspen server hoping it would go on sale. It didn’t, in fact, it went up $30. I was checking it the other night and after I did it came up on my iPad asking if I was “still thinking about it.

“ When I called the Massapequa store the manager said he didn’t know why I got that or what it was but the outlet price is now $535. and it did go up $30. I am 81 years young, on a fixed budget, so of course I am looking for the best price.

Buying the bed was great 5 stars in fact all our purchases were great. Today I received two emails this morning stating our bed would be delivered between 9-12PM. I called at 12:30 they told me our bed was supposed to be delivered between 2-5PM Remember two emails this morning delivery 9-12PM.

Then I called at 3:00 PM spoke to Adam which is out of Quakertown, Pa shipping. At 3:00 PM he said they were in Schnecksville Pa where I live and would get back to me when they will deliver to my address.

Schnecksville is a small town. About 4:20 he calls me back and states they have a delivery in Bethel Pa which is towards Harrisburg about an hour a way then they are going to Hamburg, Pa and should be hear around 6:30 or so. THIS IS UNACEPTABLE SERVICE.

Ordered almost my entire house from Raymore and everything is falling apart. I’m literally slapping on a mattress on the floor because my bed collapsed and they are telling me it will take almost 2 weeks to have some one come out to fix it.

To make matters worst the representative “Amy” that I spoke to in Philadelphia was very rude and she refused to give me corporate number. I was so disappointed beings as though I spent a lot of money with this company plus and I was treated like I was nothing.

Me and my wife ordered a bedroom set in early may, we were looking for something with fast delivery so we knew exactly what we were looking at. We chose a date for delivery within 5 days and date was confirmed online.

This letter is a formal complaint about an employee named Katy who stated she is the supervisor for Raymour & Flanigan.

On 02/27/2020 @ approximately 8:17 am we received a missed call by from the delivery personnel at the Poughkeepsie location. The window for our delivery was between 8am-11am. @ 8:37 am I Barbara Johnson called the store and spoke with Katy who stated that unfortunately she had to reschedule. This disappointed me and I stated “ I can’t believe this”. I went on to tell my husband that the delivery had to be rescheduled, at that point he took the phone. After his request to have the delivery truck turn around. Rather than deescalating the situation it was exasperated after Katy said that he didn’t have to yell. I bought a sofa loveseat in 2018 and my cushions have been ripping almost since day one I have called for repair and someone has come out to fix but problem continues. I am not a satisfied customer. I would like my purchase to be replaced with another product or money back.

If replacement I would like something totally different.

Ordered furniture and it has broken 3x. To get a Technician to my premise has been a challenge and when they come the performance is not up to par. I am literally begging for a replacement made numerous calls and to date no avail or assistance.
