I went to the Red lobster restaurant in Novi Michigan on Valentine time day. I made a reservation for 6pm on Feb 14. When we arrived at my dismay I was told that we had wait 30 to 45 mins to be seated.

After about 1 hr we finally seated then the server took out dinner, and drink orders never came back. A another hr had passed we decided to leave the restaurant was overcrowded they did have enough staff to handle the crowd of people .

The wait sfaff were overwhelmed and the Mananger who looked confused just stated open table booked to many people which is unacceptable. To wait 2 hrs is unacceptable no such if I will ever come back to red lobster again .

The service use be excellent at Noiv Michigan location. But on this it ruin my valentine evening.

On Friday around four 430 I decided to go to red lobster here in Columbia Missouri. I hadn’t been in a long time because you can go in one time and the food is really good next time it has no taste at all so I quit going for quite some time Friday I decided I would try it I got all you can eat which was $29 with a salad and

We had undercooked lobster. They had no biscuits no potatoes if we wanted to wait 25 mins then we could have them. Order a steak with the food she asked how he wanted it cooked then she didn't put the order in for the steak.

I had shrimp laquino and the had the tail on them. They never done that. Who wants to go threw that and cut off the tail. Luckily they only had 7 pieces in it. When he got the steak finely it wasn't cooked right.

We use to go all the time. It wasn't that good the last time but thought we try again. It was awful. What has happened? Ate they going under.

m. Usually… I don’t have complaints about Red Lobster and I don’t even eat there all of the time. But last night was a nightmare!! For the fact the restaurant is dead set where all the tourists come to probably dine in after the games at the SoFi the service should have been as if it were in Beverly Hills and I am a Inglewood resident.

YESTERDAY-MONDAY JANUARY 1,2024 I PLACED AN ONLINE ORDER AT RED LOBSTER IN MICHIGAN CITY INDIANA. THE ORDER WAS PLACED AT 4:08 PM FOR PICKUP AT 5:00 PM. I CALLED THE RESTAURANT EARLIER TO VERIFY LEAD TIME. I ARRIVED AT THE RESTAURANT AT 5:00 PM.

THERE WERE SEVERAL PEOPLE WAITING FOR PICKUPS INCLUDING A COUPLE THAT HAD BEEN WAITING FOR QUITE SOME TIME. WHEN THEY FINALLY RECEIVED THEIR ORDER I BELIEVE THEY WERE GIVEN 20% DISCOUNT AS A COURTESY FOR THEIR INCONVENIENCE. MY ORDER WAS FINALLY DELIVERED AT (WAIT FOR IT) 6:00 PM.

I went to the Vienna, WV location on Saturday evening. My family ordered 3 meals. 2 of them had problems.

My husband got the twin lobsters, baked potato, cole slaw. My Grandson got sirloin, baked potato, mac & cheese. The baked potatoes with both meals were overcooked, dried out. My husband was supposed to get cole slaw, which I had to ask for, and it didn't come until the end of his meal. My Grandson got a sirloin, medium well, that was almost burnt and overcooked. He also asked for mac & cheese (no bacon) and they brought it with bacon. I had to ask for that to be changed. It came at the end of his meal also and they still charged me the $3.49 upcharge for mac & cheese from a box. We had to ask for biscuits a couple of times and they didn't come until our meals came. I hate this place! The interior of the establishment is dirty, NASTY with HORRIBLE customer service. I called to make a simple order of shrimp. The lady who was taking the order did not speak standard English. In fact, it was hard to understand what she was saying.

I asked to speak to someone who could get my order right. She transferred me to someone, and after being on hold for 15 minutes, that person said she didn't take to go orders. I asked to speak to a manager.

I waited another 20 minutes. When I asked for his name for documentation purposes, he hung up the phone. This behavior is inexcusable. I spent over 30 minutes on a dead end call. The workers are rude, because the manager is ignorant, untrained, and obnoxious.

This place is hood af. They should close this location down!

Red lobster on 95th and SW hey Oak lawn IL . 11/19/2023 around 5:45pm . Let me start we seat at the bar until our table was ready . During this time we ordered drinks and appetizers. After awhile our table was ready I asked about our drinks and appetizers.

How do we get our things I was told to take my food and drinks to carry to our table m. I have never had that experience before. The manager did stop me while carrying the items to take it and carry it to the table.

among leaving we asked for take out cartons . We were told that we normally get them at the front door. I have never had this experience. The server then said he would bring us some but with bags. Ed gad to go to the front to get bags.

I have been reaching out to corporate since last month (Oct) and received on 1 response via email & fb stating that my refund would be issued and someone would be reaching out to me. I have yet to receive my refund nor the call!

This is just as bad as the GM & bartender “Carl” for the Killeen,TX location how you guys are treating a customer. I’ve simply ONLY wanted my refund. Guest relations number continuously states they are in a meeting & other times says to call back between the hours of 12-4p & I have yet to speak with a live person.

I want my full refund,that’s it that’s all. I will never eat at red lobster as long as I can help it. I hadn’t ate there in over 4yrs & only did so bc a “false advertisement “ on TikTok & sure as heck will not b back

Ate dinner at red lobster on Sunday 10/29 had the endless shrimp . Upon consuming the shrimp I had to go to the bathroom in the restaurant and throw up and poop my guts out. Upon coming back to the table I told the waitress I got sick from the shrimp.

She would not comp the meal or get the manager. I had to leave due to feeling very sick. I should not have to pay for a meal that makes a person sick after eating it. Request a full refund for my food.

Will never eat here again. Very disappointed with the service.

We ate at Red Lobster in Lakeland Fl last night 10/25/23. We were seated at 630pm and our waitress took our complete order at about 640pm. About 20 minutes later she came back with our drinks and biscuits. After another 20 minutes she came back with our salads and also informed us they no longer had any baked potatoes and wanted know if there was anything else we wanted.

We asked to speak to the manager Elizabeth and after another 20 minutes she finally came out and told us their stove had not been working all day and apologized for the inconvenience . Since they really didn't have any other choices of sides that we wanted the matter was dropped by the manager.

I stopped in at RL for some take out after a tennis match. along with a dozen biscuits at the bar all by myself. The biscuits were so incredibly dry, absolutely no cheddar cheese on them or butter on top.

The worst Iv ever had!!! My Caesar salad was only lettuce not any Parmesan cheese. And my chips were so stale I couldn’t eat them w/the dip. Clam chowder was good. I wanted some desert but was told they were out of cheese cake and chocolate wave.

Not one time was I asked if I’d like something to drink sitting nearly and hour. So very disappointed. The service and food was horrible!! Except the clam chowder. It will probably be a long time before I come back.

My spouse and I were looking forward to a nice meal out an decided to go to Red Lobster. Upon arrival we were greeted and seated in a timely manner and the host was courteous. When we were seated is when the problems started.

We were looking forward to the biscuits. The waitress brought them out and the were cold dry over done and tasteless. We choked down the 3 biscuits and ordered another basket thinking they would be fresh. Nope they were cold dry and tasteless.

We left them and at then end the waitress asked if we wanted to take them with because we "had ordered them". We declined. our cart would not even eat them things. The ordering was just as awkward. We chose the all you could eat shrimp special.

I went to the Killeen,TX location for my lunch break to try one of the daily meals that I had been seeing on TikTok. When I got there I asked to be seated at the bar. (that wasn’t a problem for me) so I had her to bring me a water in a to go cup while I looked at menu.

The water and a bowl w/biscuits were given to me. So when the waiter finally came he asked what I wanted and I told him about the special that I had been seeing. He gave me a brief run down of the menu.

I told him I’d have the snow crab daily special for $20 & I asked if they could get both lemon pepper & roasted garlic sauce-he said yes…so I sat & waited for my food to come,not ever observing the time. My phone died so I got up from bar to look for an outlet to plug my phone.

M. We asked for biscuits she said there was none, but as soon as she gets some we would get some. We ordered and gave her our two sides we wanted. She never gave me the salad I ordered. She brought out my husband Lobster and my shrimp and said the potatoes would be out in about 5 or 10 minutes.

I researched Red Lobster menu offerings on the Red Lobster company website on 10/6/2023. I noticed the "Fish Fry" offering for the same day, Friday, 10/6/2023. The picture on the website displayed two pieces of "wild-caught, hand-breaded cod filets". 00 per order.

When I got the food home, each order contained one piece of fish, much of which was breading. The cole slaw we received was in small containers, more suited for sauce such as tartar sauce. The majority of the food was cold, soggy french fries.

I ordered take out because the Munster location was very, very busy. I ordered the stuffed mushrooms, the lobster pizza and a cup of clam chowder and 2 platters,( flounder, shrimp, clams, scallops) 1 with fries the other with baked potato both with coleslaw. 00.

After waiting outside over an hour I decided to go back inside to see what was taking so long. I was told they had to wait for the chowder.

My sister and I dined at Red Lobster at about noon on Sept. 20th. We ordered the endless shrimp, which was excellent. Our service, however, was not. Our server was Kaprina. She started out being nice enough, but got progressively ruder.

I had ordered my dessert before I ordered my shrimp, but told her she could bring it a little later. As we were eating, we asked for more butter and tartar sauce. She brought the butter, but not the tartar sauce.

I was at the red lobster restaurant on boardman Poland rd. Me and my 84 year old mother was there to dine in for the all you can eat shrimp, but my mom is older and she can’t eat a whole meal so

we decided to order just one order of the shrimp and she wanted me to share with her. Well the manager there name Kristine wiscott told me and my mother we had to leave that the policy was that I couldn’t eat off my 84 year old mother’s plate .

There were four of us who came to red lobster on Saturday, September 9 we were seated at table 11. People came in after us and their orders were taken. The assistant manager came over, got our drinks and gave us some rolls and took our soup order.

I would like to tell you about the worth experience I had at a Red Lobster’s Restaurant. It happened about three months ago. I did not want to comment on it but I just could forget about it. My family and I were in Delaware shopping when we decided to eat at Red Lobster.

Out of our 80 dollar order only one thing was half way decent. Everything was hard and cold. New dragon shrimp we ordered didn’t even have sauce on it. Salad was brown. Biscuits and fries hard. 8 dollar soup was not even hot or even filled half way.

We went last night for our anniversary at the one on Nolan Road in independence. Missouri number one they weren’t busy we didn’t get the cheddar biscuits for 45 minutes. It took over an hour to get our food and then the baked potatoes were raw and we only got two helpings of shrimp for all you can eat because we’ve been there so long it was absolutely insane.

The waiter acted like he was lost and couldn’t get anything we couldn’t get refills on drinks we asked for Shrimp sauce he forgot for like 20 minutes to our friends that went with us on the same ticket got a full lobster with a baked potato. I never got a big potato.

It was just the stupidest night I’ve ever been there.

I ordered shrimp linguini When it came It came with shrimp with tails on them. Why would you want shrimp with tails . I asked the question Why would anyone want shrimp with tails in their linguini the waitress went to the manager.

We showed up @ 6:45, i was told it would be a 30 min wait. we were seated at 7:35. waited 15 min to be acknowledged. The waitress took the order from the table behind us then proceeded to walk away, i then stopped her and said why not take ours too and save time.

She then went to a large party of 12 to take their order in stead of putting ours in, which took at least 20 min more. The large party got their drinks before either of us and the other table behind us did.

On aug. 28,23 I visited your restaurant 6301. The server acted as if he did not like working there and was frustrated with the kitchen staff. I know we were his customers that because he told us so. I order endless shrimp there were 2 of the options unavailable. I ordered clay chowder.

It was not available after a 30 min wait. The backed potato was from the night before. When I ask him if they were trying to get me to not come back ? He stated it seems that way doesn't it.

I have eaten at a lot of red lobsters but this was the worst experience I have had at any restaurant. I will never patronize that place again. I also promise to let my friends and community page know about the poor service.

The manager should be fired and staff retrained or terminated.

On Sunday, August 20, we stopped at the Bowling Green, Ky location for dinner at 4:30. We waited over 15 minutes to get our drink order, however waitress dropped off bread. We placed our food order and appetizers and was told they were out of a certain shrimp, broccoli, slaw and peach tea.

So we placed our order and she never came back to our table. She went by and i stopped her and ask where our salads and appetizer were going to be brought out because i did not want them all at the same time, as i had already ask for my salad to come prior to meal She then

responded our wait was going to be longer than usual so we waited about 15 more minutes and finally when she never returned with appetizers we left. This is a sorry wsy to run a business and has left a bad impression of Red Lobster…

I ordered 2 orders of fish and chips on 8/20 and was very disappointed on the quantity for the price I paid. When got home with the order there was only 1piece of fish, very few fries and the coleslaw was so dry we couldn't eat it. Would never order again and don't suggest anyone else to either.

My family and I went to Red Lobster August 15 2023. Arrived at 4:15. At at4:30 an exhausted looking woman approached us to find out how many were in our party. More people began to walk in, they stood for 20 minutes (not greeted) At 5:00 I walked to the bar to talk to the exhausted looking woman.

I asked if they were short staffed. She said she didn't know what was going on. A couple was sitting at the bar eating. They told me it was the only way they were able to get served. And that the 7or 8 dirty tables had been that way since 3oclock when they had arrived.

Another table of people told me they had been seated 45 minutes before and had just gotten their drinks. There was no manager in sight and about 5 servers. The exhausted woman just stood wiping the bar. We wished the 20 or so…

Eat at Red Lobster last night, August 14, 2023 and my husband and I order endless shrimp. I ordered grilled shrimp which comes on a bed or rice. I took home what I could not finish home and decided to eat the next day for lunch.

As I was enjoying my shrimp and rice a saw a cockroach in my rice. I immediately showed my husband and he stopped eating his food and through it away. I called the Red Lobster located at 4001 Stone Mountain Hwy, Snellville, GA 30039.

I spoke to the manager name Alisha to conveyed what I had found. I took the food and my receipt and she told me she would show the kitchen manager. After about 10 minutes, a tall male arrogant man came out , who immediately begun to insinuate that they do not have any roaches and that I must have gotten it from somewhere else.

Service was extremely poor. Slow. Had to ask several times for things we needed. Wasn't even ask if we wanted our side that came with our meal. 99. Extra till after we ordered. Sorry but will not be going back.

Unless things change for the better. Always loves red lobster before
