Just left the Red Lobster in Elizabethtown KY. Our meal was fine.

However my husband got his salad after our meal was delivered and was charged for a premium salad which he did not order. 99 extra. Since I ( the wife) was paying our bill I said that’s fine but he just ordered the salad that came with the meal.

As we were ordering our waitress asked if he wanted bacon bits on his salad and I asked if that was extra - she said yes he said I just want the salad that comes with the meal.

My family went for the $20 All you can eat shrimp. It was on a Tuesday night right after 6pm. It was not busy at all. We waited for our food to come out took over an hour. The biscuits were greasy and falling apart.

The quality of the food was horrible. We waited so long for our food to come out we were leaving when our waiter brought out the second serving of shrimp that he put in right after he brought our food out. Which again took forever.

We did not eat the shrimp, it was so greasy the shrimp was brown filled with grease. We just ask for our check and left. We were all so aggravated and disappointed. Red Lobster has really went down in customer Sevice and food quality.

I have never had the experience like that before. I would not even give it a 1 but there was not a choice to give…

We went into red lobster in Morgantown, west virginia. 00 gift card we wanted to use. We went inside and waited over 13 minutes. No one was at desk to seat us.

finally a girl came . We told her it's almost 15 minutes we waited . She said no you didn't . We said yes . Then she said well you should leave . All we wanted was sorry I am late. So we left .

We can't believe how rude she was . We asked her her name. She said read my tag. But it was sideways . We will never go there again.

Well, your company must be making a lot of money, since you keep changing the menu and sending customers away.

First you change from the hush puppies to the cheese garlic biscuit, which I didn't care for. But, it wasn't the main course of the meal, I got over it. Then you reduce the portion of your dishes while keeping the prices the same, which upset me and I start going to Red Lobster a lot less.

Well, now you are forcing customer to get season fries, pay extra to throw them away and order a bake potato. When for decades a crab leg dinner always came with a choice of two sides. Which I'm sure millions of customers prefer since the stock picture still being used has a baked potato in it and too pricey not to get exactly what you want. Especially when it is cheaper to cook the exact meal…

I set my assistant to get us some food for lunch and my order was totally screwed from the services to the attitude moves. Tell my sister to say she has it is leave because the inappropriate attitude or unhappy wasted almost $100.

This is my first complaint ever and the first time ever returning a meal at a restaurant. I was dining with my wife at Red Lobster in Williamsburg, Va. We were visiting the area on vacation. My wife ordered s the salmon and I ordered the fish and chips.

After waiting a little longer than usual to get our meals which was surprising since the restaurant was nearly empty we got our food. When we got our dinners my wife’s salmon dinner was fine but my cod fish was the worst I ever had.

I immediately knew something was wrong when I could not cut into it with my fork. Normally cod fish is flaky and easy to cut into. I decided to use my knife and still had trouble cutting it. The fish was like rubber so I called the waiter and sent it back.

In the mean time my wife ate her dinner and I watched…

I had lunch at the Red Lobster in Lufkin, Texas today and let me say from the get go it was a dreadful experience. The Host first told us we had to sit at a table with hard chairs rather a booth because it was easier for the server.

The waiter came over we ordered shrimp scampi and a cup of chowder as we were only getting a bite. The waiter responded by saying oh your going to skimp on your order? I have to say that comment literally should of sent me out the door.

Well the shrimp scampi arrived prior to the chowder as he forgot about it and it was swimming in oil!! Once the chowder ( could not order salad as there was no salad in the building) arrived it was no more than flour mixed with milk.

By the way my fiancee is a retired chef who made his presence known and discussed this…

We are literally at an almost empty rearaurant on Wellington Rd in London.and have to wait 10 to 15 minutes to be seated. I saw maybe 6 people at tables. Guess we won't be coming back anytime soon.

Was seated - after 15 minutes I had to track down a server to help us. Server took order, took a very long time to return with the drinks - one of the drinks was flat and server never came back to check on table or if everything was ok. Never delivered Biscuits.

After 30 minutes, I finally got up to look for server and when I couldn't find him, I asked for Manager. She didn't really seemed concerned either. Server finally delivered appetizer but no plates. After another 30 minutes our meal was delivered, crab legs were overcooked and very hard to crack open.

The potatoes that were served with the crab legs - were burnt and hard to eat. Server never came back to check on meal. I had to ask another server for plates and utensils to eat the crab legs. Butter was cold.

We ordered the All you Can Eat Shrimp.. and when we hot our Shrimp Linguini… It was a total let down .. The tails were still on the shrimp… We were Not happy.. ” Who in their right mind or left for that matter thought that was Okay..

like It was a nice date How am i supposed to remain clean while digging into my noodles with my fingers, It was so frustrating and gross and Ive never went through so many napkins in my life! For the price we paid in the end… Not Ok!

So I went here with my son to eat snow crab. I’m all about protecting the environment but Red lobster doesn’t expect patrons to drink off the glasses lip do they? Thts just plain gross. So they gave us straws.

So I ordered and they were out of garlic and butter snow crabs, so I got them steamed. When they arrived, I had to ask for the crackers. I’m told the customers have stolen all of them, so they give me a plastic can opener looking fork to open the crab and it doesn’t work, so I have to break them with my teeth and risk cutting myself to get the crab out.

Why would they serve this to me knowing they don’t have a safe way to open it. Knowing they don’t have proper utensils for it. Why not tell me before preparing it. I was embarrassed, and humiliated. I had to use my teeth to open…

My wife and I stopped at Red Lobster Saturday at 340 West State Rd 436 in Altamonte Springs Fl. We have been saving to go for the crab fest in the food was great we had to crack the crab legs with the handle of a steak knife since they didn't have crab crackers!!

Instead a woman came and showed us how to do it and I know she was being helpful but it was very annoying. Our son was murdered 10 years ago and my wife just wanted to get away and enjoy a meal.

67 plus tip you expect to have crab crackers. We love Red Lobster but will not go back since it was impossible to enjoy our meal by beating crab legs

Went today, March 16, 2023 to your Pensacola, FL location about 12:30 pm today and had to wait about 30 minutes for a table in a mostly empty resturant - short on servers. Order your Crab Fest and was told that you had no snow crabs and were trying to get some from Ft. Walton Beach. )! So no crab fest! Bummer!

Asked the waitress - Jerika C for lemon with my water - had to ask twice! Asked for a second steak knife since my wife were sharing a steak - never came! Note: the steak was good. No towels anywhere in the bathroom - this was at the start of your day!

Lobster Tail was like rubber! Clams were overcooked! Bread rolls were so dried out and hard…

It's not a bigger better berger it's taking a nice thick one & flattening it out into circumference where the burger that is larger than the bun & falls apart so just go back to the nice thick juicy burger please

My complaint is on Janie McBride-Russ and Jasmine Bowden. I went in to eat today and I am a former employee. I sat down and everything was fine until I got my food. When I got my food, two of the employees which asked not to be named, came up to me and told me the exact same thing in which case was that Janie was in the kitchen and said, “I don’t even know why she’s here.

” He never came to my table to see what I had to say. At this point I am a customer so to hear the managers talk about customers that way is very upsetting. I don’t think that this is how anyone should be treated if they decide to leave a company but it upsets me the most because I went in there to get good service and eat food and I didn’t receive that at all.

July 8th 2023 bad experience at 8909 US Highway 19 Port Richey Florida four of us ordered $35 crab legs which were impossible to open when we requested hammers they do not have them so I took my crab leg home use my little wooden hammer and ate them I think compensation is coming to me our bill was $330

On July 11, 2023 my husband and another couple friends of ours went to Red Lobster around 620. We were seated and we had a fantastic waitress, Mysteris. There ware several issues that occurred. 1. Our waitress was running around like a chicken with her head cut off as she had 9 tables to take care of. She was doing her best. 2. We only got one basket of biscuits. Red Lobster is know for their biscuits but apparently they no longer have a baker and the dishwasher is baking the biscuits. 3. If you run a Nationwide special of all you can eat shrimp. I was dinning in at the red lobster located in cross county 5135 Xavier dr where i experience a lack of service and professionalism. My waitress Dana wasn’t that good at delivering our food at a timely manner and smelled like marijuana as did many other employees walking around the store. I would hope the workers there get drug tested because that is unprofessional.

, one of our favorite restaurants. We went to the reception desk and had to wait over ten minutes for someone to acknowledge that we were there, even though the restaurant was almost empty. After a long time our waitress finally came to our table.

We ordered an appetizer which was later dropped off at our table by another server without plates. We waited to inform our waitress but we could not find her. I had ordered a unsweetened iced tea and mentioned I am diabetic.

When the iced tea came it was sweetened. We bought it to the attention of the waitress who mentioned there containers must be mixed up. She offered to bring another tea but I didn’t want to take a chance and ordered a diet soda as a replacement for the tea.

We paid the bill and noticed we were charged for the two drinks.…

2 of our appetizers came after our meal the other 3 came less than 5 minutes before our meals . which is a shame because we would have tipped more. I don't expect to be the center of her attention but attentive to customers needs would be appreciated.

I don't want to share names maybe just give management a heads up about gratuity tables tip included doesn't mean no service. Again it is a fairly decent restaurant we try to go there a few times during the year but I'm not sure if I'll return after this it was a little disheartening especially when going put to eat with family is supposed to be an enjoyable time.

lots of money spent unhappy customers will not return happy ones do.

I ordered the 1/2pound crab legs & crab Oscar strip steak to go I gave the associate a $50 gift card along with a $10 coupon that I received from red lobster when I purchased the gift card. The associate used the gift card only.

I told him I wanted to use the $10 coupon first??? He was unable or unwilling to do so and could not change after done. The crab Oscar was nothing like the picture . It was a congealed lemon sauce with tiny particles of perhaps crab but not pieces . Very very disappointing

I did an online order on 7/2/2023 at your waldorf store on mall circle..I ordered the admiral feast with sides of french fries and salad…when I got home there was no salad and the food was cold…o contacted the store and spoke with Brittany.She stated she wasn’t able to return my money because I paid with cash…stated she would have manager contact me tomorrow

Waited an hour and 10 minutes before getting my soup, another 35 minutes before getting our food, my shrimp was way overcooked, my husbands steak was medium instead of medium rare, our waitress (Hailey) was VERY slow and talked so low we kept asking her to talk louder. I went to the red lobster in Winter Haven, and we ordered a drink and a top of the mixer. The Bahama mama was in my cup. I almost choked, and the manager only gave me the appetizer off when everything went wrong.

Approximately a month ago I submitted a complaint on my experiencein regards to the Red lobster in Austin on research boulevard. The regional manager contacted me via telephone and spoke to me in regards to the complaint. He advised me that he would send me $75 in coupons to rectify and resolve my complaint.

He also stated that he would speak to staff and Ensure that this type of complaint would never happen again. Up to this date I have not received any coupons. Please let me know what happened.. still waiting !!!

June 27, 2023, it was my birthday. I when to the Red Lobster at 1805 East-West Connector W, Austell, GA 301060. I ordered the one largest lobster (4lbs) the only lobster in the water tank on that side. I was with my wife side of the family; I had to be on my best behavior that day. Management lied and said the server did not tell them I wanted the large lobster so she was going to give me two smaller lobster to equal three lbs.

I'm no fool and truly insulted that she lied on this little black kid number one. she stated" He did not tell her I wanted the large Lobster in the tank". How did she know when she brought me the first small and stated he did not tell her large one and she already cooking me a second one. I ordered a meal online. I added my different preferences. I was told my meal woul be ready at 4:30pm for pick up. Considereing it was Fatheres Day I figured it may take an hour. When I arrived I had received a text that told me to let them know I was there.

I texted them and gave them the number I was parked in and turned on my hazard lights like they asked. I did not receive my food until 5:45pm. When it was brought out I noticed my xtra alfredo sauce was not there nor another sauce I asked for and my tartar sauce was not there.

They went back in to get it. At 6pm they came out with the items. I checked it and the alfredo sauce was not there. The lady asked for my receipt. 49 for xtra. 00 and told her I wanted it.

She came back out at 6:10 and gave me the sauce and walked away. Never…

I had a pick up order and the woman couldn’t find my order bc she couldn’t pronounce my name. She repeatedly asked was my name Thomas P. And I repeatedly told her my name is H Powells with an S and she got so upset and started screaming at me making a scene in front of my child and restaurant.

I asked her what was wrong and why is she embarrassing herself & trying to embarrass me & she told me to shut up & stop it. She got in my face refused to take my money & threatened to call the police.

Pointed her finger in my face and continued to scream at me with her teeth clincher insisting that I stop. Stop what? Asking if she found my order. A girl from the back found my order and the lady proceeded to through my bag of food on a ledge almost dropping it.

My family went to your restaurant tonight in grand junction Colorado and we are on a budget so my son ordered half a salmon plate and the lady told us it was only a couple dollars more. It was in fact 5 dollars more..

We arrived at 11:15-11:30 for Father’s Day lunch. A bit of confusion to seat us a party of 2 as well as 3-4 other couples. No complaints about the food. Server was very nice although she never offered to refresh our drinks.

Heard waitresses telling other patrons how “busy” they were with take out orders for the reason of no biscuits being ready. I just feel like there maybe should have been a meeting among staff expected to work on Father’s Day so organization as well as prep for higher volume of patrons.

However my concern was cleanliness. We were seated in a booth and our window as well as the next had large cobwebs in the corners of the window. Window sills were dusty/dirty. I do realize warmer weather has arrived and little creatures are doing what they do but these webs were old and…

I went out to eat at the Rocky Mount location.it was horrible we waited an hour and a half for our food. We had the all you can eat shrimp. They only had one cook people was fussing at the staff..the manager didn't care she never came out to try to fix the problem..I just took what little I had to go the waitress was walking out...I was so frustrated it was a mess they need to close down until they can get it together

Food was cold after waiting for too long. Lobster was cold and rubbery. Didn't complain at time of service because we had a toddler having a meltdown and also didn't want to upset the waitress. It was obvious she was working more than one section.

This is the second time in a row our food has been bad. Would live someone to make this right.

I came into Red Lobster today on my hour lunch break . waited at the host stand for about 15 minutes no one came up to the host stand so I sat at the bar to order and the on site manger was actually waitng on tables at the time .

Which is no big deal but I had waited even so at the bar to order and it took another 15 min for someone to come up to me at the bar to order . Ionly ordered the walts fried shrimp with one side baked potatoe and it literally took 20minustes to 25 minutes to come so had to ask for a box to take it to go.

Nothing offered such as a desert or discount due to I didnt even eat anything at Red lobster for lunch. I have never expeirenced anything like this at all. This is ridiculous.

Ordered the cajan shrimp trio.I placed an online order at the Bush Blvd location..I ordered this item before,and it was delicious.My broccoli was missing,no creamy sauce for the shrimp.Pasta was old stuck together and hard,no sauce on it,and cajan shrimp was old.Im very disappointed of the quality of my food.I shouldn't have to order my food at a certain time to get fresh food.Only item was good on my pan was the lobster mash potatoes.I have no time to ride back to restaurant,I have to to work in 30 mins.Im very upset.I would like a refund on my order.

m 5/22/23. The manager told the waitress that he/she would "check the date on the dressing!! Its obvious that Management cares Nothing about their customers!! 99 was taken off our bill. That is totally unacceptable. Will be forwarding this to corporate and the Health Department. ShanelleThrower

I love Red Lobster , but today at the Mesquite TX location, our food was so salty that neither my husband or myself could eat it. We ordered the stuffed mushrooms and Walts fried shrimp. We spent over $60 dollars for lunch and left the restaurant hungry. I have never had an experience like this before. I hope you can take care of this problem.

On Saturday, May 13, 2023. I went to Red Lobster on 603 Cockrell Hill Road, Duncanville, Texas. My order was a full size Salmon, Cole Slaw, and Broccoli. The total of my bill was $30.62, including the $2.33 tax. My order was to go as I waited to what seemed like endless time. When my order was given to me it was taped and stapled so it could not be opened with an instrument. As I finally open the bag at home. There was no "Cole slaw", three small pieces of broccoli and a small cut into two pieces of salmon. There is definitely a staffing shortage and dishonest employees. It is less than a wonder why rating is less than zero.

Awful awful service. Waiters name was “Said” Avon indiana he was rude, pushy and non attentive to us.. was myself and my mother. Today is my birthday, was going to redeem my bday treat from y’all but he said he couldn’t do it.

Had the endless shrimp special.. brought us shrimp we didn’t ask for or want (coconut) neither one of us like it. Just overall disastrous birthday lunch :(
